本发明的再一方面是一种制造分配包装袋等的方法,包括一个细长的可以热密封的材料带,用于至少形成有关的流体容器的分配板。材料带中形成多个孔,以限定包装袋的排出孔。带上原位地直接模制热塑性闭合件,其中闭合件具有头部和边缘法兰部分,后者围绕和包围材料带中的排出孔。闭合件的头部开缝以形成小孔,这些小孔随预定排出压力的连通而打开以允许流体流过小孔,并在预定排出压力移去时闭合以阻止流体流过小孔。材料带受到切割,以形成分配板组件,其中每个组件至少包括一个分配板,分配板带至少一个模制于其上的闭合件。该分配板组件与流体袋连接,形成分配包装袋,其中,容器中的液体产品或者可以通过在容器上施加压力而直接经过闭合件小孔分配,或者可以通过经闭合件小孔插入吸管并对吸管施加吸力而间接分配。
本发明的主要目的是提供一种具有成本不贵而不会泄漏的构造的分配包装袋。该分配包装袋具有带小孔的自密封闭合件,该小孔的形状最好能使容器内的液体产品或者可以通过对容器内部施加排出压力而直接经过闭合件小孔分配,或者可以通过经闭合件小孔插入吸管并对吸管施加吸力而间接分配。该闭合件可以原位地直接模制在一个热塑性材料带上,以尽可能减少部件移动。最好当闭合件仍然固定在连续的容器材料带上时形成闭合件小孔,以便使小孔在闭合件头部中精确定位。整个包装袋可以用一个可以热密封的材料带制造,使得包装袋的制造可以完全自动化,以进一步降低成本。

优选实施例详述
为便于描述,用语“上”“下”“左”“右”“前”“后”“竖直”“水平”及其派生用语将相对于本发明的图1中取向而言。但是,应当理解,除了特别规定以外,本发明可以采用各种替代的取向和步骤程序。同时应当理解,附图中例示和说明书中描述的特定装置和过程只不过是附属的权利要求书中限定的发明概念和示范实施例。因此,与本文公开的实施例有关的特定尺寸和其它物理特征不能看作是起限制作用的,除非权利要求另有特别说明。
标号1(图1~4)总的表示体现本发明的分配包装袋。分配包装袋1是特别设计的,适用于流体产品如果汁、冰茶、混合饮料和其它类似产品。分配包装袋1包括容器2,其形状能在其中容纳和保留流体产品,还包括一个通过其中的排出孔或开口4。自密封闭合5包括边缘法兰部分6和带有小孔8的头部7,小孔8随预定排出压力的施加而开放和闭合。闭合件5的法兰部分6的位置围绕和包围分配包装袋1的排出孔4,用热塑性材料制成,热熔融于分配包装袋1上,在其间形成牢固的连接和流体密封。
图示的分配包装袋1为直立袋性质,用一条相当薄的可以热密封的材料如叠层片或膜片制成,包括袋体部分15和底板16,底板16中设置分配包装袋1的排出孔4。如后面更详细地说明的,图示的分配包装件1的袋体部分15可以通过相互连接相当薄的挠性的可以热密封的材料带来形成,方法是在容器2的顶部处连续热密封结合部17和沿容器2的对置两侧边缘19连续热密封结合部18。
如后面更详细地描述的,图示的分配包装袋1的底板16可以用相当薄的挠性的可以热密封的材料如叠层片或膜片的条带22(图5~8)制成。在图示的例子中,排出孔4具有图形平面形状,沿条带22的纵向中心线安置于隔开的预定位置。
在图示的例子中,自密封阀或闭合件5(图4A~4C)的形状基本上类似于在相类的美国专利5,213,236中公开的分配阀,它包括一个弹性的挠性的连接套筒部分25,后者一端连接闭合件5的法兰部分6,另一端连接闭合件5的头部7。如Brown等人的专利5,213,236中所述,当小孔8完全闭合时闭合件5是基本上凹形的取向(图4A),而当小孔8完全开放时闭合件5呈凸形取向(图4C)。闭合件5的连接套管部分25允许闭合件5的头部7在完全开放和完全闭合位置之间往复。图示的闭合件5的连接套管25具有J形的纵向截面形状,而头部7具有锥形厚度,其中位置邻近小孔8的头部7的内部比头部7的外部要薄。图示的头部7具有拱形内表面26和拱形外表面27,其中,与流体产品连通的内表面26的半径大于与周围环境连通的外表面27。
图示的自密封闭合件5为一件阀形式,在其模制状态或正常状态具有帽状侧视立面构型。连接套管部分25的弹性挠性允许其折起,然后用于滚动式有孔隔板的性质而滚动式伸出,阀的头部7以这样的方式安装在其中心,使得允许阀的头部相对于容器2中排出孔4沿轴向自由地向内和向外移动或浮动。
阀头部7的往复移动和挠性连接套管部份25使分配包装袋1具有若干重要优点。例如,连接套管部分25最好做成具有足够的挠性,使得容器2内部由于热膨胀、振动、震动冲击力等产生的不正常压力受到阀头部7相对于边缘法兰部分6的轴向移动的补偿,从而消除排出小孔8上的过大压力。
连接套管部分25上的阀头部7的往复移动产生的好处的另一例子是,连接套管部分25最好做成具有足够的挠性,使得阀法兰部分6的任何误准直和/或扭曲不会传递给阀头部7,由此使排出小孔8能够无障碍地操作。挠性连续套管部分25通常使阀头部7与边缘法兰部分6隔开,使其能自由浮动,由此避免与小孔8或阀头部7的扭曲有关的问题。这个特点是在图示的分配包装袋中特别重要,其中容器2用高度挠性的材料如例示的叠层箔片或膜片制成。当压力外加在容器2上以便从其分配流体产品时,底板16可能扭曲,尤其当分配包装袋接近排空状态时。连接套管部分25的挠性允许阀头部分7自由往复,甚至当底板16被扭曲时,由此保证好的流动特性,并避免泄漏。
阀头部分7的往复运动所获得的又一好处是,连接套管部分25最好做成具有充分的挠性,使得需要相当缓和的压力(例如显著低于小孔8的预定开口压力的压力)来使阀头部分7从图4A中示出的闭合而完全缩回的位置移到图4B中示出的闭合而完全伸出的位置,由此改善分配包装袋1的分配感觉。当使用人抓住容器2并加力于侧壁时,容器内产生的压力使阀头部分7在挠性连接套管部分25上从图4A所示的闭合而完全缩回的位置移到图4B所示的闭合而完全伸出的位置,在该点上阀头部分7短暂停止,阀头部分7的连续移动受阻,直到附加的力施加在容器2上,这要求容器内的内部压力大于小孔8的预定开口压力。挠性连接筒管部分25和阀头部分7的这种移动由使用人通过接触或感觉而感知,通常这种感觉的形式是当阀头部分7到达闭合而完全伸出的位置(图4B)时容器中经历的振动或脉动。该脉动传给使用人的信号是,阀头部分7已完全伸出,而进一步的压力将使小孔8突然打开并分配流体产品。当小孔8突然打开和闭合时,同样的振动或脉动会通过容器侧壁传递给使用人,从而有助于获得精确的流量控制。
虽然图示的自密封闭合件5的形状类似于Brown等人的专利5,213,236中所公开的,但本发明的自密封闭合件5用热塑性材料制成,而不是先有的Brown等人的阀最好采用的液态硅酮橡胶材料。通过使用热塑性材料,闭合件5至少在其法兰部分6中可以以下面更详细讨论的方式热熔融于分配包装件1上。
在本发明的一种工作实施例中,闭合件5用热塑性橡胶化合物制成,如混合的Kraton牌聚合物,尤其是Dynaflex G2735。
在操作中,可以使用充满的分配包装袋1来分配流体产品,方法是在分配包装袋1的袋体部分15上简单施加压力,该压力要足以将闭合件5的头部部分7移动到完全打开的位置,并打开闭合件5的小孔部分8。由此从分配包装件1分配一般流体产品,后者可以引入适当的饮料容器,或直接引入使用人嘴中。或者是,如图2中所示,可以通过闭合件小孔8插入吸管28,利用对吸管28的吸力从分配包装件1抽吸流体。
图5~16示意例示一种体现本发明的制造分配包装袋1的方法。参考图5,提供一个相当薄的挠性的可以热密封的材料卷30,卷上拉出平面条带22。首先在条带22中沿其纵向中心线规则间隔地形成排出孔4,方法是如图示的切割或冲孔操作,该操作包括配合的刀具模具部件35和36。然后将冲孔的条带22输入下一台,在该处将自密封闭合件5结合在冲孔条带22上。在图7所示例子中,每个闭合件5原位地直接模制在条带22上,这最终形成分配包装袋1的底板16。每个闭合件5同心地安置在相关的排出孔4的周围,使得闭合件5的法兰部分封闭相关的排出孔4。在图7所示例子中,整个闭合件5用同一热塑性材料模制,使得闭合件5的法兰部分6自动地和整体地热熔融于底板16上。然后将图8所示形状的其上形成了或用其它方式安装了闭合件5的条带22输送到图9所示的开缝台,在该处形成小孔8。
在图9所示的例子中,模制在连续条带22上的闭合件5的头部部分7被开缝,形成一个十字形缝隙的小孔8,其中两条缝隙32和33(图10)互相垂直。图9所示的阀小孔8是用刀具模具40制成的,该模具40具有所要十字缝隙形状的十字形刀片41。衬垫模42对着阀头7的外表面27安置,以保证完全开缝。也可以用其它技术来形成小孔8,如激光切割等。当闭合件5仍然安装在连续条带22上时进行小孔形成操作,这有助于保证即使在高速制造期间也能将小孔8合适地定位在每个阀头7中,并保证其间合适地对准。
如图11中所示,在闭合件5已开缝或以其它方式处理以形成相关小孔8后,连续条带22切割成一定长度,以形成单个组件45,后者在图示例子中将最终安装在分配包装袋1的袋体部分15上。应当理解,该单个组件45可以用于各种包装用途,包括附接在容器内衬、侧壁、角落上等等。
应当理解,本发明也考虑通过将闭合件5的法兰部分6热熔融于底板16上而将已经形成的自密封闭合件5安装在连续条带22上。可以使用常规的热熔融或密封设备(包括超声装置)来加热熔融闭合件5的法兰部分6到底板16上,以在其间形成牢固的连接和流体密封。与将预制闭合件5装配到连续条带22上相关的一个缺点涉及闭合件5的额外处理和保证其围绕条带22中排出孔4的合适取向。该缺点通过将闭合件5原位地直接模制在连续条带22上而解决。
图14和15示意例示一种制造分配包装袋1的图示袋体部分15的方法。首先切割一个可以热密封的材料带50(最好与底板条带22相同),形成两个相似的片51和52,它们安置成叠合关系,如图15中所示。片51和52的侧边19沿连接线18热密封在一起,以形成袋体部分15的对置两侧。
如该技术的专业人员能理解的,其上形成闭合件5的底板组件45可以与各种各样的容器或袋体联用,并且不一定是图1-4中示出的向上直立袋型式的分配包装袋1。
图16例示进一步制造分配包装袋1的方法,其方式是将底板组件45装配在分配包装袋1的袋体部分15上。在图示例子中,底板16装配在相关袋体15的开口端部中(图16),使袋体的自由端部在分配包装袋1的底部处形成叠合关系,如图1所示。因为底板组件45和袋体部分15都用热塑性材料制成,所以可用热密封模具55之类来将底板组件45和袋体部分15的各自由边缘熔融在一起,以完成分配包装袋1。
一旦底板组件45牢固地固定在容器2的相关袋体部分15上,就可以填充容器,例如通过袋体部分15的开口上端,如图16中所示。在容器2已充满后,可将片51和52的上边缘沿连接线17热密封在一起,以完成包装袋。
可以在闭合件5的小孔部分8上贴一个可以拆走的带状旅行密封件(未示出),以防止在输运等期间偶然性泄漏。该旅行密封件也可以在用流体产品充满容器2之前形成。
本发明也考虑其它包装袋制造技术和/或方法。例如,不是折叠底板组件45的外周边,而可以将其在平面状态下热熔融于袋体15的开口端上,然后将熔融的组件向下折叠到图1~4所示形状。可以将热熔融的接头(未示出)敷贴在成形的包装袋的自由下边缘上,以保持包装袋1的向上直立的袋体形状。
标号1A(图17)总的表示本发明的另一实施例。因为分配包装袋1A类似于上述分配包装袋1,所以图1~16和17中分别出现的类似部件用相应的同一标号表示,但后者的标号加后缀“a”。在分配包装袋1a中,自密封闭合件5a安装在容器袋体部分15a的侧壁60上。在分配包装袋1a中,袋体部分侧壁60用热塑性材料制成,以便于在其上形成或安装闭合件5a。虽然包装袋1a既可以通过外加压力到容器2a上而经闭合件小孔8a直接分配,也可以经闭合件小孔插入吸管施加吸力而间接分配,但它尤其适用于利用吸管来分配。
标号1b(图18)总的表示本发明的又一实施例。因为分配包装袋1b类似于上述分配包装袋1,所以图1-16和18中分别出现的类似部件用相应的同一标号表示,但后者的标号加后缀“b”。在分配包装袋1b中,自密封闭合件5b安置在容器袋体15b的上角部分62中。其中安置了闭合件5b的容器2b的袋体部分15b用热塑性材料制成,以便于其间的相互连接。分配包装袋1b中闭合件5b的角部位置尤其适用于将液体产品直接分配到使用人嘴中。
图示的各分配包装袋及其相关的制造方法,提供一种不会泄漏的相当便宜的构造。容器中的液体产品既可以通过对包装袋内部施加排出压力而经闭合件小孔直接分配,也可以通过将吸管插入闭合件小孔而后施加吸力来间接分配。

1.一种用于流体产品等的分配包装袋,包括:
一个容器,其形状可在其内部容纳和保存流体产品,并包括一个穿过容器的排出孔;
一个自密封闭合件,包括一个边缘法兰部分和一个头部部分,后者有一个小孔通过其间,当与一预定的排出压力连通时小孔开放而允许流体流出,当该预定的排出压力消失时小孔闭合而阻止流体排出;其中,
所述闭合件的法兰部分安置在所述排出孔周围并包围该孔,闭合件用热塑性材料制成,热熔融在所述容器上,在其间形成牢固的相互连接和流体密封。

45.一种用于制造分配包装袋之类的方法,包括:
提供一个长条的可以热密封的材料带,用于至少制造包括流体袋的有关容器的分配板;
在材料带中形成孔,以便在其中限定包装袋排出孔;
在材料带上就位直接模制热塑性闭合件;这些闭合件有头部部分和边缘法兰部分,它们在材料带中排出孔的周围形成并包围排出孔;
在闭合件的头部部分中形成小孔,当连通预定的排出压力时,小孔开放而允许流体流出,当预定的排出压力消失时,小孔闭合而阻止流体流出;
切割材料带,形成分配板组件,其中每个组件包括至少一个分配板,其上至少模制一个闭合件;
使分配板组件与流体袋连接而形成分配包装袋,其中每个容器中的液体产品或者可以通过对容器施加压力而直接经过闭合件小孔分配,或者可以通过在闭合件小孔中插入吸管并对吸管施加吸力而间接分配。
46.一种如权利要求45所述的方法,包括:所述模制步骤包括形成带有弹性挠性连接套管部分的闭合件。
