Abstract

一种含高价银磷酸盐无机抗菌剂,所述的抗菌剂为磷酸锆钠银,其中的银为三价银和一价银。含高价银磷酸盐无机抗菌剂的制备方法,将过氧化银加入过硫酸盐或浓硝酸中溶解得到高价银水溶液,磷酸锆钠在高价银水溶液中搅拌载银,充分水洗,烘干,煅烧2~4小时,粉碎。本发明高价银磷酸盐抗菌剂比一价银磷酸盐的抗菌活性高,用作制造各类抗菌制品,如塑料制品、织物、涂料和陶瓷等。该抗菌剂广谱抗菌、无毒、无刺激、耐热性高、耐候性好、细度细。

一种含高价银磷酸盐无机抗菌剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含高价银磷酸盐无机抗菌剂,特别涉及一种含三价银磷酸锆的抗菌剂。
背景技术
日本东亚化学合成公司的杉浦晃治等发明US5296238抗菌剂和GB2267085抗菌磷酸生产法,其抗菌剂是银磷酸锆,即AgaMbM2 2(PO4)3nH2O,其中的Ag为一价银离子。加藤季树等的技术日本特开平597414专利披露在一段反应器中合成AgaMbM2 2(PO4)3nH2O,其中的Ag也为一价(Mb为K、Na,M2为四价金属,如Zr、Sn、Ti等),山田真一等将合成的AgaMbM2 2(PO4)3nH2O在特制的Φ3mm球介质球磨机中将其磨细至<1μ,以提高磷酸锆钠银抗菌剂的抗菌性能,但其基本化学式中的Ag仍为一价银。日本品川燃料公司发明的无机银抗菌剂,US4938958和US4911898,其发明和技术实质是将磷酸锆钠NaZr2(PO4)3nH2O载体换成沸石0.9Na2ON2O31.9SiO2作载体,但负载的Ag仍为一价银。现代科学技术研究表明,银抗菌剂的抗菌活性与Ag离子的价态有关,银离子的抗菌活性按以下顺序依次递减,Ag3+>Ag2+>Ag+
发明内容
本发明提供一种含高价银磷酸盐抗菌剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种含高价银磷酸盐无机抗菌剂,所述的抗菌剂为磷酸锆钠银,其中的银为三价银和一价银。
含高价银磷酸盐无机抗菌剂的制备方法,将过氧化银加入过硫酸盐或浓硝酸中溶解得到高价银水溶液,磷酸锆钠在高价银水溶液中30~60℃下载银4小时,载上高价银的磷酸锆钠,充分水洗,至最后一次水洗液的PH为5~6,过滤得到的滤饼在100~140℃烘干,然后在800~1000℃下煅烧2~4小时,再在气流粉碎机中粉碎至平均粒径da=1~10μm。
本发明的优选条件为载银温度为55℃,水洗液的PH=6,烘干温度为120℃,煅烧温度为900℃,高价银磷酸锆钠粉碎至平均粒径至da=1~2μm。
5.7克硝酸银溶于100~200毫升去离子水中加10~20毫升过氧化物制备Ag2O2,用浓硝酸溶解得到高价银水溶液。
5.7克硝酸银加150毫升水,15毫升过氧化氢制备Ag2O2
本发明涉及一种高价银磷酸盐抗菌剂,它比一价银磷酸盐的抗菌活性高,用作制造各类抗菌制品,如塑料制品、织物、涂料和陶瓷等。该抗菌剂广谱抗菌、无毒、无刺激、耐热性高、耐候性好、细度细。无机银抗菌剂的抗菌活性是利用银离子的阳电荷与细菌蛋白酶的巯基互相吸引,银离子迅速渗透并与蛋白质结合,形成蛋白银,也叫变性蛋白,破毁了细菌的酶组织,细菌因正常组织被破坏而死亡,从而杀菌,银离子的杀菌机理是利用其氧化性的阳电荷电位,三价银抗菌活性高其电位也高如:

其电位为2.58eV
其电位为3.36eV
因此高价态银离子的抗菌活性高于低价态的银离子。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
用硝酸银加氢氧化钠和过硫酸钠制备得到过氧化银,过氧化银加过硫酸盐溶解得含高价银的过硫酸银溶液。10克磷酸锆钠NaZr2(PO4)3分散在60毫升去离子水中,用20%的苛性钠溶液使浆料调成PH2.5~3,浆料中添加100毫升过硫酸银,其中约含1850毫克/升Ag+和1850毫克/升Ag+++,在55℃下不断搅拌载银4小时,得到一种白色沉淀物,过滤,用去离子水充分洗涤,至最后一次水洗液PH=6,过滤,滤饼在120℃下烘干2小时,900℃下煅烧2小时,再在气流粉碎机中粉碎至平均粒径da=1~2μm。得到高价银磷酸锆10克,含银3.6%。
制备高价银水溶液的反应式为:
实施例2:
将5.7克硝酸银溶于200毫升去离子水中,加10毫升过氧化氢,生成乳白色沉淀,溶液的PH=4,该沉淀为过氧化银Ag2O2,其化学结构为
该银化合物中一个银原子为一价银,另一个银原子为三价,向上述的悬浮溶液加0.35毫升浓硝酸,过氧化银被溶解,PH约2.5。溶液无色透明,向该溶液中加100克磷酸锆钠在55℃下搅拌4小时,进行载银,而后将悬浮液过滤充分水洗,至最后一次水洗液PH=6,过滤,滤饼在120℃下干燥2小时,900℃下煅烧2小时,在气流粉碎机中粉碎至平均粒径da=1~2μm。得含高价银磷酸锆钠白色固体,含银3.6%。
制备高价银水溶液反应式为:
实施例3抗菌检测
对大肠杆菌(ATCC8099)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)的抗菌活性进行了检测,结果列于表1

检测方法依据2002年卫生部颁布的《消毒技术规范》,从抗菌检测结果可以看出高价银磷酸盐抗菌活性比一价银磷酸盐抗菌活性要高。

Claims (5)

1、一种含高价银磷酸盐无机抗菌剂,其特征在于:所述的抗菌剂为磷酸锆钠银,其中的银为三价银和一价银。
2、如权利要求1所述的含高价银磷酸盐无机抗菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将过氧化银加入过硫酸盐或浓硝酸中溶解得到高价银水溶液,磷酸锆钠在高价银水溶液中30~60℃下载银4小时,载上高价银的磷酸锆钠,充分水洗,至最后一次水洗液的PH为5~6,过滤得到的滤饼在100~140℃烘干,然后在800~1000℃下煅烧2~4小时,再在气流粉碎机中粉碎至平均粒径da=1~10μm。
3、如权利要求2所述的含高价银磷酸盐无机抗菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于:其优选条件为载银温度为55℃,水洗液的PH=6,烘干温度为120℃,煅烧温度为900℃,高价银磷酸锆钠粉碎至平均粒径至da=1~2μm。
4、如权利要求2所述的含高价银磷酸盐无机抗菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于:5.7克硝酸银溶于100~200毫升去离子水中加10~20亳升过氧化物制备Ag2O2,用浓硝酸溶解得到高价银水溶液。
5、如权利要求4所述的含高价银磷酸盐无机抗菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于:5.7克硝酸银加150毫升水,15毫升过氧化氢制备Ag2O2
