Abstract

本发明涉及一用于致动“拉索制动”型汽车制动装置的设备,该设备包括一致动踏板和一与制动踏板合作的行程模拟器,其模拟器活塞与致动踏板作传递力的连接。行程模拟器用弹簧预载并包括一用于根据致动踏板行程阻尼模拟器活塞(11)的运动的装置。按照本发明,为了得到有效的阻尼,模拟器活塞(11)界定出一液体室(12),该室通过至少一个可变的流动阻力(16、17、18、19、20)与一第二液体室(4或14)相连。

Description

用于致动-汽车制动装置的设备
本发明涉及一用于致动“拉索制动”型汽车装置的设备,它由一致动踏板以及一与制动踏板配合作用的行程模拟器组成,其模拟器活塞与致动踏板作传递力的连接并用一弹簧预载,并且有用于根据致动踏板行程阻尼模拟器活塞的运动的装置。
这类设备已经例如从EP070806A1中知道。以前知道的基本由一致动踏板、一通过一弹性预载的模拟器活塞形成的行程模拟器以及一阻尼器形成的设备的阻尼性能可根据踏板致动速度或踏板致动行程来改变。不过,上述出版物并未对与致动踏板行程有关的阻尼装置的具体结构作出提示。
因此,本发明的目的为推荐一种装置,它有可能根据致动踏板进行行程模拟器活塞的运动的有效的阻尼。
按照本发明,此目的将如此解决,即模拟器活塞界定出一液体室,该室通过至少一个可变的流动阻力与一无压力的压力介质贮存容器相连。通过此措施使之有可能在致动时给予汽车驾驶员以一种愉快的、正常的踏板感觉。
本发明的主题的有利的进一步发展在从属权利要求2至14中提出。
本发明的其它细节、特色与优点可参考附图从下面的三个实施例的描述得出。在附图中:
图1示出了按照本发明的用于致动“拉索制动”型汽车制动装置的设备的第一实施形式,
图2和3示出了按照本发明的用于致动“拉索制动”型汽车制动装置的设备的第二和第三实施形式,以及
图4a、4b、4c、4d示出了按图3的设备的功能的示意图。
在图1中示出的按照本发明的用于致动汽车制动装置的设备的第一实施例基本由一致动踏板,最好为一制动踏板1、一有效地接在后面的紧急制动压力发生器,最好为按串联构造的主制动缸2,以及一与制动踏板1或串联的主缸2配合作用的行程模拟器3组成。串联的主缸2按已知的方式有两个依次设置的活塞5、6,它们界定出两个压力室7、8,该压力室与和串联的主缸2连在一起的无压力的压力介质贮存容器4的室9,10相连。有效地连在串联的主缸2后面的、最好为一体地做在串联的主缸2的壳体中的行程模拟器3由一模拟器活塞11和一预压模拟器活塞11的模拟器弹簧13组成。模拟器活塞11界定出一接纳模拟器弹簧13的液体室12,在活塞上支承有预压串联的主缸2的第二(副)活塞6的压缩弹簧15,液体室12通过不同直径的通道或孔16、17、18、19、20与压力介质贮存容器4的第三室14相连,这些通道形成可变的流动阻力。此时,孔的布置最好如此作出,即大直径的孔16、17与小的致动行程即小的汽车减速相关,而小直径的孔19、20做成在一个范围,该范围可通过模拟器活塞11的中等至长的致动行程达到,以致能较快地控制中等的和高的汽车减速。此措施可使驾驶员按所要求的值无上冲地(Ueberschwingfrei)快速致动按照本发明的设备。
在图2中所示的本发明的主题的第二实施形式中,行程模拟器3做成与紧急制动压力发生器或串联的主缸40分开,并由一缸21组成,该缸的内室通过一模拟器活塞22分割成一气体室23和一液体室24。当接纳模拟器弹簧25的气体室23与大气始终连接时,液体室24连接至串联的主缸40的第二(副)压力室39上。室24与压力室39之间的液体连接此时最好通过一阀组件26实现,该阀组件在所示例子中通过三个阀装置27、28、29形成。阀装置27、28、29用可电磁致动的、最好为常闭的(stromlos geschlossene)二位二通换向阀(SG-阀)形成,它们插入三个彼此平行连接的管路段30、31、32中。在动作按照本发明的致动设备时,二位二通换向阀27~29同时通过记录制动踏板1的致动行程的行程传感器或行程-电压变换器33的输出信号被控制或转至通过,并随着加大的致动行程而依次关闭,以致能达到前面提到的与致动行程有关的阻尼作用。
在图3中所示的另一种实施方案中,行程模拟器3的构造大部分与联系图2所说明的相同。不过,上面提到的液体室24与一液体室35配合作用,在室35上一方面连有串联的主缸140的第二(副)压力室135,另一方面连有通至一未示出的汽车轮子的制动器的液体管路36。此时,室24与室35之间的连接最好用一设置在其间的间壁37形成的通道或孔38实现,通过该孔穿过一与模拟器活塞22成传递力的连接的阀元件39,该阀元件在其通过区做成锥形。通过阀元件39在图中的向左的平移运动,使在孔38的壁和阀元件39之间所界限的环形间隙变小,以致孔38的流通截面积改变,从而形成一具有与致动行程有关的可连续变化的开孔度的隔板34。
在图3中所示的本发明的主题的实施的作用方式可以在图4a~4d所示的示意图中得到。
图4a中所示的曲线示出了作用在制动踏板1上的致动力FB与踏板致动行程SB的关系。用Ⅰ代表的第一条曲线示出未受阻尼的系统的准静态性能,而用Ⅱ代表的曲线则代表按照图3的本发明的设备的动态性能。
图4b示出了由可变的隔板34的作用产生的阻尼力FD与踏板致动行程SB的关系,其中,所示的曲线通过图4a的曲线Ⅱ-Ⅰ的相减得到。
图4c示出了踏板致动速度VB与踏板致动行程SB的关系,而图4d则最终示出了可变的隔板34的流通截面积AB1与踏板致动行程SB或流动阻力在踏板致动行程SB中的变化的关系。

Claims (14)

1.用于致动“拉索制动”型汽车致动装置的设备,它由一致动踏板以及一与制动踏板配合作用的行程模拟器组成,其模拟器活塞与致动踏板作传递力的连接并用一弹簧预载,并且有用于根据致动踏板行程阻尼模拟器活塞的运动的装置,其特征为,模拟器活塞(11、22)界定出一液体室(12、24),该室通过至少一个可变的流动阻力(16、17、18、19、20、27、28、29、30、31、32、34)与一第二液体室(4或14、39、35)相连。
2.如权利要求1的设备,其特征为,液体室(12)接纳弹簧(13)。
3.如权利要求1或2的设备,其特征为,可变的流动阻力通过不同直径的孔(16、17、18、19、20)形成,这些孔沿模拟器活塞(11)的致动方向依次设置并可从其穿过。
4.如权利要求1、2或3的设备,其特征为,行程模拟器(3)在一有效地接在致动踏板(1)的后面的液体紧急制动压力发生器(2)的壳体中形成,以及第二液体室通过一连在紧急制动压力发生器(2)上的随动供应容器(4)形成。
5.如权利要求3的设备,其特征为,紧急制动压力发生器(2)做成至少有一活塞(5、6)的液体缸,以及模拟器活塞(11)用作对活塞(6)预载的压缩弹簧(15)的支承。
6.如权利要求5的设备,其特征为,紧急制动压力发生器(2)做成串联结构的主制动缸,以及随动供应容器(4)有三个室(9、10、14),其中,两个室形成主制动缸-压力室(7、8),第三室(14)形成行程模拟器(3)的第二液体室。
7.如权利要求1的设备,其特征为,可变的流动阻力通过多个平行连接的液体管路(30、31、32)形成,在其中插有阀装置(27、28、29)。
8.如权利要求7的设备,其特征为,阀装置(27、28、29)可同时控制,并可根据致动踏板(1)的致动行程依次断开。
9.如权利要求7或8的设备,其特征为,阀装置(27、28、29)通过可用电磁致动的二位二通换向阀形成,该阀可通过记录致动踏板(1)的致动行程的行程传感器(33)的输出信号被控制。
10.如权利要求9的设备,其特征为,二位二通换向阀(27、28、29)做成常闭(SG)阀。
11.如权利要求1或权利要求7至10的一项的设备,其特征为,第二液体室通过一有效地连接在致动踏板(1)的后面的液体紧急制动压力发生器(40)的压力室(39)相连。
12.如权利要求1的设备,其特征为,第二液体室通过一在行程模拟器(3)的壳体(21)中形成的室(35)形成,该室一方面与有效地连在致动踏板(1)后面的液体紧急制动压力发生器(140)的压力室(139)相连,另一方面与至少一个汽车轮子的制动器相连,此时,可变的流动阻力通过一设置在两个室(24、35)之间的隔板(34)形成,隔板的开口度可根据模拟器活塞(22)的移动行程改变。
13.如权利要求12的设备,其特征为,隔板(34)通过一设置在将两个室(24、25)彼此隔开的壁(37)上的孔(38)形成,其流通截面积可用一可通过模拟器活塞(22)致动的阀元件(41)改变。
14.如前述权利要求7至13的一项的设备,其特征为,模拟器活塞(20)界定出一气体室(23),该室接纳弹簧(25)并与大气相连。
