Abstract

一种悬挂组件,目的在于防止由盘装置中的装载梁引起的对盘表面的损坏。在带有薄板式装载梁的头组件中,装载梁的一端连接于执行器臂而其另一端支撑一个头,在挠形件的盘一侧的表面上形成了朝盘表面凸起的光滑表面。该凸起部形成在装载梁的从铰链部朝该头稍微错开的部位上。当盘装置受到冲击时,在装载梁的铰链部附近出现弯曲。在装载梁的此一变形期间,使带有光滑表面的凸起部与盘相接触,以便防止盘表面被损伤。

Description

悬挂组件
技术领域
本发明涉及盘存储装置,特别是涉及一端安装着磁头的悬挂体的结构。
背景技术
磁盘装置,近年来小型化,特别是薄形化正在发展,因此实施了各种各样结构上的对应。例如,作为磁头的支撑结构的装载臂对执行器的安装结构,磁头的安装结构等。支撑磁头的一般结构,如图1中所示,由连接于执行器臂的安装板10、连接于安装板10的装载臂12、连接于装载臂12的挠形件14构成,磁头由万向支撑结构支撑在挠形件14上。出自磁头的信号线17固定于装载臂12的侧面。
图2中示出安装板10、装载臂12和挠形件14的分解图。各个构件被加工成规定形状后,相互连接固定。制造装载臂12或挠形件14时精密地控制材料、厚度等,以便赋予规定的力学特性,如固有频率、刚度等。一般的装载梁和挠形件是不锈钢制成的。安装板10与装载臂12的连接通过在图1中所示的多个焊接点18处的焊接来连接。装载臂12与挠形件14的连接也是通过在多个焊接点19
处的焊接来连接。
发明的公开
随着盘装置的小型化,盘间空间变成更狭窄。因而,某种来自外部的冲击或振动引起位于盘间的头组件碰撞盘表面的可能性提高。装载梁,或者头安装部的挠形件有时接触盘表面并损伤盘表面,有时损伤数据。可以认为,这些是由于,因为一般来说装载臂或挠形件如上所述是由不锈钢制成的,这些不锈钢构件的边缘部被尖锐地形成,故边缘部对盘表面的冲击,很容易在盘表面上形成划伤,的缘故。
图3和图4是示意地表示装载梁的变形情况的图。装载梁为薄板状,由于来自外部的冲击而如图3或图4中所示地变形。结果,有时图3中装载梁的边缘部31、图4中装载梁的边缘部41碰撞、划伤盘表面,损坏所记录的数据。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种防止可能由于盘表面与头组件的接触而发生的盘的损伤的头支撑结构。
进而,本发明的目的在于,无损于盘装置的薄形化,而提供一种耐冲击性优良的盘装置。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的盘装置的头支撑组件具有以下的结构。也就是说,在一端连接于执行器臂,另一端支撑该头的悬挂组件中,在与薄板状体的装载梁紧密固定的挠形件上,形成朝盘表面凸起的具有光滑表面形状的凸起部。
本发明的一种结构,在与装载梁的铰链部附近的位置相错开的部位的挠形件端部上形成凸起部。
图1是表示一般的头悬挂组件结构的图。
图2是一般的头悬挂组件的分解图。
图3是表示一般的装载梁的变形状态的图。
图4是表示一般的装载梁的变形状态的图。
图5是表示本发明的头悬挂组件结构的图。
图6是本发明的装载梁中的凸起部形成部位的剖视图。
图7是本发明的装载梁中的凸起部形成部位的放大剖视图。
实施发明的最佳形态
本发明的悬挂组件,通常可以用于被称为硬盘装置的存储盘装置。存储盘装置包括存储盘、使存储盘旋转的电动机、用来在存储盘上读写信息的头组组件或执行器。头组组件包括头悬挂组件、和支撑头悬挂组件的托架。头悬挂组件包括带有变换器的头、带有薄板状的装载梁的悬挂体、固定于装载梁的挠形件。
图5至图7示出本发明的实施例。图5是根据本发明的头悬挂组件的俯视图。由连接于执行器臂的安装板10,连接于安装板10的装载梁12,连接于装载梁12的挠形件14构成,磁头由万向支撑结构支撑在挠形件14上。出自头的信号线17固定于装载梁12的侧面。安装板10与装载臂12的连接通过在图5中所示的多个焊接点18处的焊接来连接。装载臂12与挠形件14的连接也是通过在多个焊接点19处的焊接来连接。
本实施例的头悬挂组件的各构成体的材料、厚度如以下所示。
安装板:不锈钢(SUS304),0.25mm厚
装载梁:不锈钢(SUS304),0.062mm厚
挠形件:不锈钢(SUS304),0.030mm厚
图6是沿图5中的线A-A’所截取的剖视图。图6是本发明的装载梁中的凸起部形成部位的剖视图。图5中装载梁12其一端连接于安装板10,在另一端支撑该头。在这两端的大约中央处存在着铰链部45。如果盘装置受到冲击,则以此一铰链部45为弯曲点发生图3或图4中所说明的弯曲。
在本发明中的挠形件上,在从铰链部45稍微靠近头支撑端一侧的部位上形成两个凸起部47。表示形成凸起部的A-A’截面的是图6。如图6中所示,凸起部47成为具有光滑的曲面的凸起部。使装载梁因来自外部的冲击等变形而与盘表面相接触的部位为此形成有凸起部的部位,借此可以防止装载梁的边缘部对盘表面的碰撞。
凸起部47的放大剖视图示于图6。在本实施例中,凸起部47形成为半径1.35mm,从装载梁的凸起高度0.06mm。这些凸起部的形状和大小,可以考虑盘间的空间和装载梁的刚性,进而考虑凸起部的形成部位等来确定。
在挠形件14上所形成的凸起部47,构成为在盘装置受到来自外部的冲击等的场合,由于装载梁的变形而与盘相接触的部位。凸起部47因为其形成面是具有光滑的曲面的凸起部,故即使与盘表面相接触也不会划伤盘表面。此外,由于此一凸起部的接触,可以避免装载梁的边缘部与盘表面相接触。
虽然因为凸起部表面具有曲面形状而可以避免划伤盘表面,但是为了进一步减少对盘的冲击,也可以在凸起部表面上形成由塑料、树脂等弹性构件构成的覆盖膜。
此外,从表示本发明的实施例的图5与表示以往例的图1的比较可以明白,在设置了凸起部47的本发明的实施例中,装载梁12与挠形件14的焊接点不设在形成凸起部47的部位。因而,在此设置了凸起部47的部位,挠形件14从装载梁12成为自由状态。通过做成此一自由结构,成为在装载梁变形之际,凸起部47比装载梁的边缘部更容易接近盘表面的结构,而防止边缘部的碰撞。
工业实用性
根据本发明的头悬挂组件,即使当由于来自外部的冲击引起装载梁变形而碰撞盘表面时,也是在挠形件上形成的具有光滑的曲面形状的凸起部与盘相接触,可以防止装载梁的边缘对盘的碰撞,可以有效地防止在盘表面上所记录的数据的消失。

Claims (7)

1.一种悬挂组件,其特征在于,包括:
带有薄板状的装载梁的悬挂体,以及
固定于上述装载梁的挠形件,
上述挠形件带有朝盘表面凸起的具有曲面形状的凸起部。
2.权利要求1中所述的悬挂组件,其特征在于,上述凸起部在上述装载梁的铰链部附近处形成。
3.权利要求1或2中所述的悬挂组件,其特征在于,上述凸起部是通过使挠形件塑性变形而形成的。
4.权利要求1至3之任一所述的悬挂组件,其特征在于,在上述凸起部的盘一侧的表面上形成有具有弹性的覆盖膜。
5.一种头悬挂组件,其特征在于,包括:
带有变换器的头,
带有薄板状的装载梁的悬挂体,以及
固定于上述装载梁的挠形件,
上述挠形件带有朝盘表面凸起的具有曲面形状的凸起部。
6.一种头组组件,包括:
头悬挂组件,其特征在于,包括带有变换器的头,带有薄板状的装载梁的悬挂体,固定于上述装载梁的挠形件,上述挠形件带有朝盘表面凸起的具有曲面形状的凸起部,以及
支撑上述头悬挂组件的托架。
7.一种存储盘装置,包括;
头悬挂组件,其特征在于,包括带有变换器的头,带有薄板状的装载梁的悬挂体,固定于上述装载梁的挠形件,上述挠形件带有朝盘表面凸起的具有曲面形状的凸起部,
支撑上述头悬挂组件的托架,
由上述变换器来读写信息的存储盘,以及
用来使上述存储盘旋转的电动机。
