Abstract
一种从容器内排出定量胶状或粘性液体物质的泵,其具有一由柔韧的弹性材料制成的泵体,能被均匀压挤而形成吸入真空,并把液体经出口阀送出,出口阀在过压下打开。为获得上述结构简单并能自起动的泵,规定出口阀为阀片结构,其在顶部关闭泵体,并一体地模制在泵体上。阀片沿着送出方向凸出,并具有一形成唇密封状的阀出口的切口。
Description
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的、从容器中排出一定剂量胶状或粘性液体物质的泵,以及带这种泵的喷撒器。
在家用领域中,经常用泵排出洗涤剂、乳脂、洗发水、压膏、香水和刮胡液等。这些泵一般是活塞泵。正位移泵(positive-displacement pump)也用于排出牙膏。与活塞泵相比,正位移泵的优点是具有少得多的零件,对磨损也不敏感。
泵体构成了一个变形腔,并具有一定形状,按压后,靠其自身的弹力恢复弹性回到起始位置,并借助在这个过程中产生的真空吸起容器内的物质。公知的泵体的形状为弹性球体、拱状体或折叠的波纹管。
从DE8138264U1能了解到一种用于自由流动的介质的喷撒器,其有一弹性恢复的压挤头,压挤头设置在喷撒器外壳上,并有一阀喷口;在压挤头的底部设有入口阀,吸入软管的端部在入口阀上。压挤头的阀喷口由多个唇组成,这些唇同步运动并封闭喷口。压挤头本身具有波纹管状的结构。可靠地封闭阀喷口要求所用材料具有永久的恢复性。
但是,已经证实的一个缺点是,正位移泵的这种类型的泵体可用的材料一般只能提供有限的恢复性。其原因是,这些材料多次使用后会疲劳,或其弹性不足以产生足够大的真空。另外,正位移泵是非自起动的,除非出口阀和入口阀用另外的弹簧,该弹簧可以是现有的。因此,正位移泵丢掉了零件少的优点。
DE3603475C1公开了一种填充牙刷,牙刷把上有装牙齿清洁剂的腔,牙刷头有一通道,从上述腔通到刷毛区域的出口。牙刷把的另一端设有驱动泵装置的驱动件。泵装置设在上述腔和通道间,其带有一关闭方向朝着供给腔的阀。该泵装置为活塞泵结构,通过活塞杆把牙齿清洁剂送进通道。这种类型的活塞泵易于磨损,并需要许多零件。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种泵,能从权利要求1前序部分所述的容器中定量地排出胶状或粘性液体,该泵结构简单,并且能自起动。
本发明的目的通过权利要求1特征部分的特征实现。
于是,提供了一种正位移泵,由于出口阀的设计和泵体的整体式结构,不仅成本非常低,而且能以自起动方式可靠工作。
自起动问题主要是出口阀问题,因为当形成真空时,必须要保证不能从出口阀吸入空气。提供这种保证时,当然最好能节省弹簧加载阀的费用。
由于出口阀已成功地一体制在泵体内,出口阀不仅能密闭,而且能自起动。原因是,沿着送出方向即向外的方向凸出的阀片,由一切口形成唇密封型的阀出口,易于沿送出方向即向外打开,同时能能紧密地关闭,反向压力越大,关闭越紧密。这样,当受压的泵体建立起真空时,作用在阀片上的吸力压挤切口和唇密封,而完全气密封。装在容器内的物质即产品能吸出容器。相反,如果均匀压挤泵体,吸进泵体内排放腔的物质能通过自动打开的切口排出。小曲率向外弯曲使出口阀在排放腔内增大的压力下打开。
出口阀的密闭功能非常可靠,气体真空度甚至好几天都能保持不变。出口阀所需的阀座也完全地省掉了。出口阀所受疲劳远小于传统阀,因此,寿命长。
针对高粘度的牙膏、家用洗涤剂、洗发水、空气清新剂和乳脂等,对这种泵所作的测试表明其具有优异的吸入和排出性能。液体介质、酒精和刮胡液在有一竖管伸进容器内时会工作得尤其好。
阀片上的切口最好设在中部,这样,关闭力会进可能均匀地作用在唇密封上。
阀片的尺寸最好能适应唇的长度,使切口能几乎在阀片的整个宽度上延伸。
泵体最好包括一泵出口和密封导向件。泵出口为颈状或烟囱状,其自由端有一出口阀;密封导向件为喷撒头的运送管道的结构而设,其装在顶部。阀片最好按权利要求6所述进行设计,因为这样会尽可能增加反应速度、降低迟滞性。
权利要求7-10所述的泵体形状能保证高的与形状相关的弹力恢复弹性。此处的弯曲力使受压的泵体在压力去掉后能自发地弹出。
当泵体的结构为帽盖或拱状时,泵体的壁厚可以不均匀,如权利要求9所述。如果帽盖或拱体的上部壁厚比中部和下部小,那么,与从中部和下部排放腔送出相比,开始的送出所使用的压力更小。为此,在中部和下部增大壁厚能保证当中部和下部的变形腔空时,由于增大壁厚所产生的强大恢复力使泵体自发地弹回到起始位置,并带动较弱的上部一起。因此,需要泵体上部有较小的弹性,以减小开始驱动喷撒器所需的压力。
权利要求12和13介绍了泵体的优选材料,包括出口阀。这里,可以采用硅橡胶,因为,与热塑材料相比,这种材料的优点是气密(aromatight)的,而且由于其耐热性,而很稳定。
泵体设有一如权利要求15和16所述的入口阀,如同与不透气(airless)竖管联用的一般情况那样。蝶簧的优点是无需弹簧加载就能自动关闭。权利要求17和18描述了一种更好的入口阀,因为这种阀能更便宜地制造;而且由于其只有一个零件,因此不花费装配的费用。
泵体还有一个优点是,其尺寸可选为一个喷撒冲程中所需运送的体积的函数,因此,用简单的方法就能进行某一物质体积的定量排放。最好的排放体积为10mcl至1000mcl。
在排放装置,尤其是喷撒器中,均匀压挤泵体最好通过一驱动件进行,驱动件把一环形分布的集中压力施加在泵体。如果泵体制成帽盖或拱形结构,或是有一颈状或烟囱状的出口突起,应该避免在颈状或烟囱状的出口突起上产生集中压力。当出现点状集中压力时,这种泵体只是向内变化,也就是说,泵体只是部分排空。从这种变化状态产生的弹性恢复力非常小。
如权利要求21和22的压力分布片能够保证压力均匀的产生在泵体外上表面上,而不会作用于泵体和从帽盖或拱形体伸出的烟囱状突起上。因此,能均匀压挤泵体成一扁盘。在这种情况下,把这个压力分布片与一驱动钮制成一体,形成十字形压力件。
结果令人吃惊,在整个区域上产生这种压力生成了非常强大的恢复力,甚至在由软材料制成的泵体中。因此,如果,喷撒器按带随动活塞的物气体系统的方式工作,甚至是高粘性的介质用手指轻压就能可靠地送出。当使用竖管时,就必须要考虑到,对于粘性介质,在竖管中会产生附加的摩擦力,阻碍强运送力的生成。因此,在使用竖管和高粘性的介质情况下,泵体应具有基于其形状和材料的高恢复力。
通过驱动钮或能相对泵体轴向移动的喷撒头用手指压就能驱动喷撒器,进而驱动作用于泵体上的驱动件。
泵体能安装在任何所需的排放装置中。其应用领域包括在开始介绍的用于家用工业的喷撒器。泵也能装在手动或电动的牙刷内。
从下面的描述和从属权利要求中可了解到本发明的其它结构。

图1是从带正位移泵2的容器1中排出定量的胶状或粘性液体物质等流动介质的不透气喷撒系统第一实施例的示意图,其中,正位移泵作为吸力排出装置,完成真空驱动的材料提升。为达到吸力真空,正位移泵2包括可压缩的由柔韧的弹性材料制成的泵体3。泵体3的外面有出口阀4,在过压下打开,并与一喷撒头6的运送管5相连,打开和关闭,使正位移泵把液体送进所述的运送管道5。
正位移泵2装进泵壳7中,泵壳7可拆卸地固定到容器1上。在这种情况下,用螺纹连接实现可拆卸的固定。也可以用其它的连接方式,如卡口或压紧盖连接,甚至是带箍的弯边的变形体。泵体3利用泵壳稳稳的坐在容器1开口的上面。这时,泵体3的底部可带有一密封垫8。
另外,泵体3在入口侧还设有入口阀9,其打开、关闭入口侧的变形腔10。如果一随动活塞11设在容器1内,利用一卡爪(未示出)固定住,而不被推回,那么,这种入口阀可以省去。
泵壳7包括一轴向沿伸的泵壳导向套12,导向套12的底部有螺纹,用来连接到容器1上。这个泵体导向套12在泵体3的左右两侧留有足够的腔,使泵体能均匀压挤成盘状,例如,图4所示。泵壳7还用来导引喷撒头6,而喷撒头6沿泵壳7轴向移动,其特征是,喷撒头6在喷撒头导向套17的作用下在泵壳7内至少能部分移动,使得设在喷撒头6上的驱动杆13通过设在上述驱动杆上的驱动件14均匀压挤泵体3。为使喷撒头6在泵壳导向套内进行轴向移动导向,泵壳导向套12可有一个或多个舌榫15(如图15所示),与喷撒头导向套17上的导槽16相互作用。当然,舌榫和导槽也可以倒过来布置。
图1所示的喷撒头与一自动调整的随动活塞11一起工作,因此,被称为不透气喷撒头(airless dispenser)。图3和4示出了喷撒头6和泵壳7以及正位移泵2,分布处在起始位置或非工作位置(图3)和工作位置(图4),在工作位置,泵体3至少受到部分均匀压挤。下面参照图5到11详细地描述正位移泵2的设计。
图2所示的喷撒头与图1所示的喷撒头的区别仅在于,前者有一个带固定底20的容器1,并设有一个竖管19,通过竖管接头18连接到入口阀9上。
图1到4中,泵装进喷洒器中,带有一泵体3,其上带有一出口阀4。出口阀4为阀片21的结构(如图5和6),阀片在顶部打开、关闭阀体3,并一体模制在阀体3上。阀片21沿着运送方向凸出,即向外弯曲。其有一切口22(见图5),形成唇密封形的阀出口。具体地说,见图5和6所示的设计方案,与具体形状的泵体3结合的出口阀4具有不同的壁厚。
阀片21的切口最好布置在中间,而且切口22最好能延伸过阀片21的整个宽度。阀片21最好很薄,成膜片状。另外,阀片21最好只是轻微地弯曲。对于尺寸为3到6mm的阀片,其厚度的范围是0.5到1mm。阀片的厚度只与各种待运送的物质相适应。切口22通常是经过阀片21的中心切割而成。切口两侧形成的唇当泵吸入时压靠在一起,紧紧关闭,当泵体排空时在压力作用下分离而打开。
泵体3设计成具有与形状相关的弹性恢复力,从压缩状态恢复到原始状态。这时,泵体3的结构为帽盖状或拱形,底部形状为圆形。底部形状也可以是椭圆形。另外,泵体3最好在顶部呈锥形。具体地说,泵体3的端部在顶部形成泵的出口23,其形状为颈状或烟囱状,上面构成阀片21,在顶部关闭泵体3。这种泵的出口23形成与排放装置的接合位置的密封导向件,如图1到4所示。不过,密封导向件也可以设在密封环(未示出)上。密封环设在泵体3上,环绕阀片21。于是,确保了泵体3在运送管道5内的密封座。
如图5和6所示的实施例,帽盖状或拱形的泵体3可以有不同的壁厚。上部的壁厚最好小于中部和下部的壁厚。例如,上部的壁厚是中部和下部的壁厚的一半。
阀片21的形状为圆形或多边形。作为一个例子,泵体3的另一形状呈泵波纹管(pump bellows)形。
泵2的材料最好为热塑性的聚酯弹性材料,具体地说,如苯乙烯丁二烯苯乙烯(SBS)、苯乙烯乙烯丁烯苯乙烯(SEBS)或嵌段共聚物。其它的优选的柔韧的弹性材料是天然橡胶或硅橡胶,肖氏A级硬度为30到80,特别是60到80。
入口阀9由蝶阀形成,如图7所示,蝶阀瓣24通过焊接或粘接25固定在密封垫26上。图8示出了入口阀9的另一种设计,蝶阀的蝶阀瓣装在密封垫28的阀盘壳27内。
图9到11示出了入口阀9的另一实施例。入口阀9由关闭泵体3的入口的阀片29形成,阀片29沿着运送方向凸出,并具有一形成唇密封状阀入口的切口30。阀片29最好有在变形腔10的边缘延伸的周向加固部31。
泵体3的尺寸可选为物质体积所需的定量体积的函数,从10mcl到1000mcl,特别是从50mcl到1000mcl。
图1到4所示的驱动件14设计成,当驱动泵时,周向分布的压力作用在泵体3的顶侧或侧壁上,所述的侧壁相对于驱动杆13横向延伸。在这种情况下,驱动件14为一压力盘,当压挤喷撒头7时,均匀压挤泵体3成盘状。
在图12到15所示的实施例中,驱动件14为压力分布板,一体地制成在喷撒头6中,具有十字形压力件40。
上述的正位移泵2安装于大量的排放装置中。上面从家用方面描述的喷撒头只是应用之一。
图16和17示出的是一装有泵2的牙刷。这时,泵2把物质送进牙刷头32的运送管道33内。牙刷头32可以是可更换的固定结构。泵2和容器1一起作为盒插进中空的牙刷把里。为驱动泵2,牙刷头32可以相对于牙刷把移动,或者,在底部利用一螺帽37安装一驱动钮36。固定正位移泵2,使出口阀4稳稳地位于牙刷颈部,在该位置,一体地设有均匀压挤泵体3的驱动件14。
压入驱动钮36,装在正位移泵2的变形腔10内的产品被压出而进到运送管道33,然后被送到牙刷头38。当短时的压力停止后,泵体重新恢复到其原始形状。如此形成的真空使容器1内的随动活塞11自动调整。正位移泵2的入口阀在挤出阶段关闭,而出口阀在压力作用下打开。作用在驱动钮上的压力撤去后,出口阀4关闭,防止空气进入变形腔10,而入口阀在所生成的真空作用下打开,并将产品送进泵体。上述操作能反复进行,直到容器1排空为止。
Claims (27)
1.一种从一容器排出一定剂量的液体、胶状或粘性物质的泵,具有一由柔韧的弹性材料制成的泵体,泵体受压可缩合以形成吸入真空并经一出口阀把液体送出,出口阀在过压下打开,在顶部关闭泵体并一体地模制在泵体上,泵体在入口侧设有一入口阀,其特征在于,出口阀(4)成形为一阀片(21),沿着送出方向凸出并具有一形成唇形密封型式的阀出口的切口(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵,其特征在于,阀片(21)的切口(22)位于中央。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的泵,其特征在于,切口(22)基本上沿阀片(21)的整个宽度延伸。
4.根据权利要求1到3任一项所述的泵,其特征在于,泵体(3)的端部为一泵出口(23),其形状为颈状,在顶部关闭泵体的阀片(21)形成在其上面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的泵,其特征在于,颈状的泵出口(23)形成一用于配装在排放装置的运送管道(5)中的密封导向件。
6.根据权利要求1到5任一项所述的泵,其特征在于,阀片(21)很薄,成膜片状,并轻微地弯曲。
7.根据权利要求1到6任一项所述的泵,其特征在于,泵体(3)为帽盖状或拱形结构,其底部形状为圆形或椭圆形。
8.根据权利要求7所述的泵,其特征在于,帽盖或拱形壁顶部的厚度小于底部的壁厚。
9.根据权利要求1到6任一项所述的泵,其特征在于,泵体(3)成形为一泵波纹管。
10.根据权利要求1到9任一项所述的泵,其特征在于,阀片(21)的形状为圆形。
11.根据权利要求1到10任一项所述的泵,其特征在于,泵体(3)由热塑性聚酯弹性材料,特别是苯乙烯丁二烯苯乙烯(SBS)、苯乙烯乙烯丁烯苯乙烯(SEBS)或嵌段共聚物制成。
12.根据权利要求1到10任一项所述的泵,其特征在于,泵体(3)由柔韧的弹性材料如天然橡胶或硅橡胶制成,其肖氏A硬度为30到80。
13.根据权利要求1到12任一项所述的泵,其特征在于,泵体(3)有一模制在其底部的密封环(8)。
14.根据权利要求1到13任一项所述的泵,其特征在于,入口阀(9)由一蝶阀形成,其一侧(25)固定或锁位在一壳(27)内。
15.根据权利要求1到13任一项所述的泵,其特征在于,入口阀(9)由一阀片(29)形成,阀片封闭向泵体(3)的供料,沿着送出方向凸出并具有一形成唇形密封型式的阀入口的切口(30)。
16.根据权利要求15所述的泵,其特征在于,入口阀(9)的阀片有一加强部(31),加强部位于变形腔(10)的边缘以承受更高的压力载荷。
17.根据权利要求1到16任一项所述的泵,其特征在于,泵体(3)的尺寸作为所需排放剂量的函数,可在10mcl到1000mcl之间选择。
18.一种喷撒器,带有如权利要求1到17任一项所述的泵,其中,出口阀(4)把液体送进一喷撒头的运送管道(5),喷撒头(6)有一驱动件(14),用于把压力沿周向分布地传递给泵体(3)。
19.如权利要求18所述的喷撒器,其特征在于,驱动件(14)包括一压力盘,其作用在泵体(3)的诸侧壁上,以便当压力沿轴向作用时将诸壁挤压缩合成盘状。
20.如权利要求18所述的喷撒器,其特征在于,驱动件(14)具有一带十字形压力件(40)的整体压力分布板。
21.如权利要求18到20任一项所述的喷撒器,其特征在于,喷撒头(6)可相对于可定位在容器(1)上的泵壳(7)轴向移动。
22.如权利要求18到21任一项所述的喷撒器,其特征在于,容器(1)的底部由一随动活塞(11)封闭,随动活塞构成容器的底部。
23.如权利要求22所述的喷撒器,其特征在于,随动活塞(11)由一卡爪固定,而不会被推回。
24.如权利要求18到21任一项所述的喷撒器,其特征在于,泵体(3)从容器(1)内通过一伸进容器(1)内的竖管(19)排出液体。
25.如权利要求18到24任一项所述的喷撒器,其特征在于,喷撒器构作成一牙刷,包括有一其顶部装有一泵(2)的容器(1)的盒体插装其上,插进牙刷中。
26.如权利要求25所述的喷撒器,其特征在于,牙刷有一牙刷头(32),能相对于中空的牙刷把(34)轴向移动以将泵体(3)挤压缩合。
27.如权利要求25所述的喷撒器,其特征在于,泵(2)可通过一底部的驱动钮(36)予以驱动。
