现有的喷雾装置由于其组成材料的局限性,导致对节能、环保和废弃物的再次回收利用都极其不便。
当今世界的三大问题是世界人口爆炸、资源危机、环境污染,故无论是出于节省资源,还是保护环境,以及我们的生命健康考虑出发,人们都迫切需要一种新的材料组成方式制成的喷雾装置,来解决人类这一科学难题。
发明内容

如图1-5所示,图中包括托盘1、气囊2、进水阀3、出水阀4,托盘1类似一瓶盖形状,包括托盘底座11、托盘周壁12,托盘底座11中心处开有穿孔13,该穿孔13旁设有两个对称设置的进水孔14。托盘1、进水阀3的阀柄32、出水阀4、连接柱5均由硬胶制成,进水阀3的阀面31、气囊2均由软胶制成。
托盘底座11可以注塑在喷瓶的瓶盖上,和瓶盖合为一体。喷瓶可以采用喷瓶底部设有大气压孔式或喷瓶底部设计为随液体上升的活塞式结构。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型喷泵,其特征在于,所述托盘、进水阀的阀柄、出水阀、连接柱均由硬胶制成,所述进水阀的阀面、气囊均由软胶制成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型喷泵,其特征在于,所述进水阀的阀面为一类似雨伞伞面形状的薄软胶面,所述进水阀的阀柄为一类似竖直伞柄形状的硬胶体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型喷泵,其特征在于,所述进水阀的阀柄底部设有一防止从托盘底座的穿孔脱落的倒钩。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型喷泵,其特征在于,所述气囊的底部向外侧延伸有外缘部,所述托盘周壁上设有凸起部,采用一压圈穿过所述托盘周壁上的凸起部将所述气囊底部的外缘部和所述托盘底座紧紧贴合在一起,所述凸起部阻止所述压圈脱落。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型喷泵,其特征在于,所述气囊的底部开口的直径和所述托盘底座直径相同。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型喷泵,其特征在于,所述连接柱的外部为阶梯形状,所述连接柱由上部柱体和下部柱体组成,所述下部柱体直径比上部柱体直径大,所述下部柱体包裹在所述气囊的顶部开口内,所述出水管尾部设有外突部,所述下部柱体的内侧壁上设有圆形卡槽,所述出水阀通过出水管上的外突部卡扣在所述下部柱体的圆形卡槽内,所述上部柱体的外侧壁上设有一圈突条,所述连接柱通过突条卡到喷嘴内部与突条相匹配的凹形槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型喷泵,其特征在于,所述气囊的顶部开口处有内外两层软胶组成,所述连接柱的下部通过热塑方法嵌合在内外两层软胶之间,所述出水阀的出水管插嵌在所述连接柱下部内侧壁上的内层软胶内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型喷泵,其特征在于,所述托盘底座注塑在所述喷瓶的瓶盖上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型喷泵,其特征在于,所述喷瓶底部设有大气压孔或喷瓶底部设计为随液体上升的活塞式结构。
