Abstract

一种从胶粘的木质材料(1)制造致密胶合板(4)的方法,胶粘木质材料(1)是通过将锯材条板(2)等粘结在一起而形成的,没有粘结的锯材条板自由面形成了胶粘的木质材料的主表面,通过沿主表面锯切,由胶粘的木质材料锯切出胶合板。将材料沿线(Ⅰ)从中间锯开成两片,再沿线(Ⅱ)从中间锯开成四片,再沿线(Ⅲ)从中间锯开,连续进行,直到胶合板到达预定的厚度。

Description

通过胶粘制造胶合板的方法及其板制品
本发明涉及胶合板,该胶合板特别薄并且是将锯材条板紧紧粘结在一起而形成的。此外本发明还涉及这种致密结实的胶合板的生产方法。
迄今已经知道了多种制造胶合板的方法。一种已知方法是芬兰专利申请Fi-794083中披露的那种方法。按照这个发明,胶合板是由锯材制造的,这些锯材中至少有一部分是沿着锯材的长度方向锯切的,并将所得的锯材片胶粘成胶合板。在摆放锯材片时它们的安置应使制成的胶合板中锯材的存在尽量减少胶合板的变形或裂开。
在生产胶合板时,锯材片的宽度最好略大于制造的胶合板的厚度。这种方法的一个弱点在于,相邻的锯材片宽度可能不同,从而使得胶合板的表面呈阶梯状。这种阶梯的大小甚至达到3毫米。这样为得到平整的表面,这种胶合板必须被刨平。在专利794083中对这种方法的描述表明生产比较薄的致密胶合板很是困难。事实上用这种方法制造的胶合板厚度起码要达到大约6毫米。所有的已知方法都将胶合板的最小厚度限定为6毫米,而且这些方法相对于生产出的胶合板的数量来说需要大量的木材原料。一般说来,制造大约1立方米的厚胶合板需要3立方米的锯材原料。
本发明新的胶合板制造方法出人意外地解决了特别薄的致密胶合板的生产问题,而不会明显浪费锯材原料。它们由相互粘结在一起的锯材片制成,生产出的胶合板可以比较薄,但它更适合于制造又厚又宽的胶合板。由于这种发明的致密胶合板及其制造方法非常有特色,所以特提出本申请。
本发明具有明显的优点,因为新的薄壁致密胶合板的尺寸可以达到广泛用于600mm×2400mm,厚度为2mm-6mm。在它的生产过程中不会大量浪费木质原材料,因而它可以作为安装在平直表面和弯曲表面上的比较经济的盖板,而以前的胶合板是无法达到这一点的。本发明的锯切方法能够成功地锯开薄的胶合板,并且使板厚度一致。
下面参照附图详细描述本发明。
图1是粘结的锯材材料,将采用本发明方法将它锯开而形成胶合板。
图2是锯切过程。
图3是所得到的胶合板。
在图1中,粘结的锯材材料1是由许多等宽的锯材条板或厚板通过已知方法制成的。板与板表面3贴靠时粘结在一起,木板2一个放在另一个之上堆垛起来。对于生产的胶合板4,为了提高其强度和平直程度,最好在堆垛木板或厚板时注意木纹9(图3)的方向,从锯材一端看时,相邻的锯材之间的木纹方向最好相互转开,最好是转90度角。
木板2截面为直角形,并且在待粘结表面3上刨平。在粘结过程中,粘结的锯材材料1将用垂直方向的力F1、F2压在侧表面3上,待粘结剂干固后,沿着锯材材料侧面方向,由锯切材料锯开形成胶合板4。
根据本发明,这些锯切是沿着线I、II、III…进行的,这样锯切总是从板的中心进行的。先锯切线I得到两片,然后沿着线II锯切得到4片,再沿着线III锯切,等等,再继续进行锯切,直到所有的片都达到所要求的厚度。通过这种锯切方法,锯条平直,并且恰好在板的中央,恰恰沿着锯切线,因为在锯切过程中,不管厚板或是薄板始终对称地分开。
锯条5不会受到可能将锯条偏离锯材材料的任何侧向力的作用。即使是在很薄的锯材材料中锯条5也会平直地前进。如果锯切靠近锯材材料1的一侧进行时,例如距离为3mm时,较薄的分离的板将在锯条5的后方弯曲,而锯材材料仍然保持坚挺,这将使得锯条受到不对称力的作用。
图2显示一个本方法中合适的锯法,其中锯条5是一个直线锯条。这个锯条进行前后运动,而当它沿一个方向连续运动时,它也可以是一个带形锯条。锯口6位于锯条之后,由于对称,它也在锯切缝线的中心上。此外,在锯条5的两侧,摩擦力相同,环境一致。锯材材料1将借助于通过活动控制器7等相对于锯条对中,控制器最好是滑轨或转子。
锯材材料的锯切表面可以在锯切出后面的胶合板之前进行打磨,这样,如果胶合板只须打磨一个表面的话,下一次锯切出的胶合板4时就无须打磨。
图3是制造好的胶合板4,其厚度d介于2mm-6mm之间。通过锯切,锯开的胶合板的宽度可以到达600mm,甚至1m,长度至少2-2.4m。胶合板由锯材片制成,木片的侧面8相互靠近,其长度与胶合板长度相等,宽度大于其厚度。
这种胶合板的主要用途是可将它用粘结剂粘结在所需的表面上,可以是木质的弯曲外表面上。

Claims (5)

1、一种用胶合的木质材料(1)制造致密结实胶合板(4)的方法,胶合的木质材料是由锯材条板(2)或类似材料粘结而成,未被粘结的板自由侧面形成胶合的木质材料的主表面,通过沿主表面方向进行锯切,从胶合的木质材料中锯切出胶合板(4),其特征在于,将该材料从中间沿线(I)锯成两片,将所得的两片从中间沿线(II)切成四片,将所得的四片从中间沿线(III)切成八片,继续进行相似操作,直到胶合板达到所要求的厚度,可用直线锯条(5)进行锯切,它可前后运动,或者是连续沿一个方向运动。
2、如权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,待锯切材料通过材料两侧的转轴(7)相对于锯条(5)对称地对中。
3、一种应用权利要求1所述方法制造出的胶合板,所述胶合板是由将锯材条板(8)侧面靠着侧面粘结在一起而制造的,木条的宽度明显大于厚度,其特征在于,其长度相等,胶合板(4)的厚度(d)为2-6mm。
4、一种如权利要求3所述的胶合板,其特征在于,胶合板至少有一个表面被刨平或磨平。
5、一种如权利要求3所述的胶合板,其特征在于,从木条(8)的一端来看,相互贴紧的木条(8)的木纹方向(9)是交叉的。
