Abstract

背景技术
已知本领域有多种能有效清洗硬表面(如厨房和浴室中常见的表面)的清洗组合物。许多这类组合物针对沉积在所述硬表面上的污渍的特定种类具有特定的清洗效果。这些污渍的类型包括也被称为硬水垢的矿物和盐沉积物。其它特别难以清除的污渍类型是老化、干化或烤干的污渍(其常常是烹调用油脂的残留物)。这类沉积物较少和/或这些物质未经长时间干化或硬化时,它们一般并不难清除。相反,当这些烹饪用油脂的残留物经烘烤或干化后,多数清洗组合物都极难将其清除。

这种商业上可接受的清洗组合物的另一必备特点是具有长期稳定性。特别地,商业上可接受的清洗组合物在配制完成后应具有合适的贮存稳定性,从而经数月贮存期后仍旧能对干化或烤干油污和油垢表现出极好的清洗功效。
商业上可接受的清洗组合物的另一特点是对皮肤和/或眼部的刺激性足够低,从而使得用户在使用该组合物时不会引起与此有关的不利危害。
由上所述,很明显,本领域对生产改进的清洗组合物存在着长期客观的需求,并且该组合物应特别适用于清除干化或烤干的油污和油垢,为使产品适于商用,它还应满足对产品其它特点的要求。
本发明的组合物满足了上述需求。该组合物是含水硬表面清洗组合物,尤其适于清除硬表面上的油污和油垢,特别是干化或烤干的油污和油垢。
发明简述
因此,本发明一方面是提供一种贮存稳定的含水硬表面清洗组合物,它对老化或烤干的油污和油垢尤其有效。该组合物包含以占组合物总量(以重量100%计)的百分数表示的如下成分:
0.01-0.85%重量的基于氧化胺的非离子表面活性剂化合物;
0-1.5%重量的螯合剂;
0.01-2.5%重量的苛性碱;
3.0-9.0%重量的二醇醚溶剂体系,其中包含一种在水中的溶解度不超过20%重量的二醇醚或二醇醚乙酸酯溶剂,以及另一种溶解度约为100%重量的二醇醚或二醇醚乙酸酯,其中前者与后者之比为0.5∶1-1.5∶1;
0-5.0%重量的含胺的有机化合物;
0-2.5%重量的抗污垢再沉积剂;
0-2.5%重量的选择性成分;和
水加至100。
本发明组合物的特征还在于其中不含其它的阴离子或阳离子表面活性剂成分。本发明的组合物还包含不超过10%重量的挥发性有机成分(VOCs),若其用量较大则不利于环境保护。
本发明的另一方面是提供清洗带有烤干油污和油垢的硬表面的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:采用有效量的上述组合物用于清除所述污渍。发明详述
本发明组合物另一特征在于它们能有效清除在烹饪中沉积在硬表面上的普通油污,并且其对清除老化、干化、硬化或烤干的油污(主要是烹调用油脂的残留物)尤其有效。本发明的组合物具有良好的贮存稳定性,特别是其已在加速老化试验中得到验证,试验中将组合物在120°F(48.8℃)条件下贮存1周。本发明组合物对皮肤也没有刺激性。
本发明组合物包含至少一种基于氧化胺的非离子表面活性剂化合物。通常适用的一类氧化胺包括:烷基二(低级烷基)氧化胺,其中第一个烷基包含约10-20个、优选12-16个碳原子,并且该烷基可以是直链或支链的包含或不饱和烷基。低级烷基包含1-7个碳原子。其实例包括月桂基二甲基氧化胺、肉豆蔻基二甲基氧化胺,以及那些烷基不同的氧化胺[例如二甲基椰油基氧化胺、二甲基(氢化牛油基)氧化胺和肉豆蔻基/棕榈基氧化胺]的混合物。

其它适用的氧化胺包括烷基吗啉氧化物,其中烷基约含10-20个碳原子,优选含12-16个碳原子,并且可以是直链或支链的饱和或不饱和烷基。目前可商购的特别适用的那些氧化胺有:商标名为AMMONYX(购自StepanCo.,Northfield,IL)即AMMONYX CDO(椰油酰氨基丙基二甲基氧化胺);AMMONYX CO(十六烷基二甲基氧化胺);AMMONYX DMCD-40(月桂基二甲基氧化胺);AMMONYX LO(月桂基二甲基氧化胺);AMMONYXMCO(肉豆蔻基十六烷基二甲基氧化胺);AMMONYX MO(肉豆蔻基二甲基氧化胺)的那些产品。
氧化胺表面活性剂化合物的用量占组合物总量的0.01-0.85%(重量),但更希望是0.1-0.75%(重量)。
本发明的组合物含有螯合剂,它能与油脂和其它有机污垢特别是油污和油垢中常见的金属离子络合。适用的螯合剂的实例包括葡糖酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、草酸、乳酸、乙二胺四乙酸、N-羟基乙基乙二胺三乙酸、次氮基三乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸以及它们的水溶性盐,特别是碱金属盐,尤其是钠盐。特别适于采用乙二胺四乙酸的二钠、三钠和四钠盐,尤其是乙二胺四乙酸四钠。但应理解的是,出于环保的考虑,采用这些乙二胺四乙酸的二钠、三钠和四钠盐存在问题,在此可从配方中排除,和/或在配方中应用一种或多种其它适用的螯合剂;这些适用的螯合剂包括柠檬酸盐、葡糖酸盐或葡庚糖酸盐,特别是柠檬酸钠、葡糖酸钠和葡庚糖酸钠。
螯合剂应以任意有效量存在,特别适用的用量范围是0-1.5%(重量)。在某些领域中螯合剂是不适用的,这时本发明组合物中就应不含螯合剂。在某些存在螯合剂的优选实施方案中,其用量占其所构成的组合物总量的0.01-1.0%(重量)。
本发明组合物还可含有苛性碱,适于采用足量的苛性碱以确保组合物的总pH至少约为11.5或更高,特别是至少约为13或更高,进一步对硬表面上硬化、干化或烤干的油垢提供有效的清洗效果。
适用于本发明的苛性碱成分是一种或多种煅烧或无水的碱金属碳酸盐,优选碳酸钠或碳酸钾,特别是碳酸钠。相应的磷酸盐也适用,特别是磷酸三钠、三聚磷酸钠和磷酸氢二钠。另外碳酸氢盐、硅酸盐和硼酸盐也适用,优选钠盐,例如四硼酸钠、碳酸氢钠和硅酸钠如Na2O:SiO2。其它适用的和优选的苛性碱成分是一种或多种煅烧或无水的碱金属氢氧化物,特别是氢氧化钠。所采用的苛性碱成分可以是各种形式,包括固体、分散体如水分散体、一单位体积水中一种或多种苛性碱成分的混合物或溶液的形式。
本发明组合物适于包含一种或多种水溶性的含胺有机化合物,它是有效的蛋白质变性剂。特别适用的该成分是烷醇酰胺,其中可包含一个或多个胺基团,其中最优选单或二(低级烷基)胺如单乙醇胺。
适用于本发明组合物的含胺有机化合物的用量占组合物总量的0.5-5.0%(重量),更适宜占本发明组合物总量的1.5-4.0%(重量)。
本发明的硬表面清洗组合物还包含二醇醚溶剂体系,其中包含一种在水中溶解度不超过20%重量的二醇醚溶剂,以及另一种在水中溶解度约为100%重量的二醇醚,前者与后者之比为O.5∶1-1.2∶1。
适用于本发明组合物的溶剂包括结构通式为Ra-O-Rb-OH的二醇醚,以及结构通式为Ra-O-Rb-COOCH3的二醇醚乙酸酯,其中Ra是含1-20个碳原子的烷氧基,或含至少6个碳原子的芳氧基,Rb是丙二醇和/或乙二醇的醚缩合物,其中包含1-10个二醇单体单元。优选的二醇醚和二醇乙酸酯包含1-5个二醇单体单元。特别适用作在水中溶解度不超过20%重量的二醇醚或二醇醚乙酸酯的溶剂的实例有:丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯、二丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯、丙二醇正丁醚乙酸酯、二丙二醇正丁醚乙酸酯、三丙二醇正丁醚乙酸酯、丙二醇苯醚乙酸酯和二丙二醇正丙醚乙酸酯,但并非仅限于此,其中丙二醇正丁醚乙酸酯尤其适用于本发明组合物。
如上所述,本发明的这些溶剂在水中的溶解度不超过20%(重量),这约等于每100毫升水中该指定溶剂的毫升数,在本说明书中可以认为采用的是等量单位。这些在水中具有限定溶解度的适用溶剂是那些在水中溶解度不超过9%(重量)(或9毫升溶剂/100毫升水)的溶剂,更适于包括那些在水中溶解度为1-7%(重量)(或7毫升溶剂/100毫升水)的溶剂。
特别适用的二醇醚溶剂的实例有:丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、三丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇正丙醚、乙二醇正丁醚、二乙二醇正丁醚、三乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇甲醚、三乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇苯醚以及芳族二醇醚,但并非仅限于这些。
如上所述,本发明的那些在水中溶解度约为100%重量的溶剂的溶解度约等于每100毫升水中该指定溶剂的毫升数,在本说明书中可以认为采用的是等量单位。这些在水中具有高溶解度的适用溶剂是那些在水中溶解度约为100%(重量)(或100毫升溶剂/100毫升水)的完全溶于水的溶剂。
这里讨论的这些溶解度标准可经常规的实验方法测出;或者该二醇醚和二醇醚乙酸酯的溶解度特性可查阅易于购得的出版物中的数据。这些实验方法和出版的溶解度数据可参见或例如参见《溶解度参数及其它特性手册》(A.F.M.Barton,CRC出版社,Boca Raton,FL)以及技术参考书和这些材料的供应商提供的出版物。
目前这些溶剂可采用购自Dow Chemical Company(Midland MI)的名为DOWANOL的二醇醚和二醇醚乙酸酯系列产品。
本发明发现仅采用一种二醇醚或二醇醚乙酸酯作为有机溶剂可使组合物具有良好的清洗特性,但发明人还发现该组合物相不稳定(phase unstable)在加速老化环条件下,即120°F(49℃)下经一段时间会发现组合物降解。该组合物并无特别的贮存稳定性,不一定适于商用。意外的是本发明人发现采用两种溶剂能提供良好的清洗特性,并且在加速老化条件下还能使组合物保持良好的稳定性,这两种溶剂分别为在水中溶解度明显不同的二醇醚或二醇醚乙酸酯。
本发明人还意外地发现在组合物中再加入一种阴离子或阳离子表面活性剂会显著降低该组合物的清洗特性。这是由现有技术所不能预料的,因为一般会认为加入这种表面活性剂会令组合物更易于渗透并且更易于除去油迹和油垢沉积物。
本发明中的另一种组分是水,如上所述,其在组合物中加至100%(重量)。水可来自各种途径,包括自来水,但优选蒸馏水,最优选去离子水或“软化”水。如果采用自来水,优选其中基本不含不利的杂质如有机物或无机物,特别是硬水中的无机盐以及会影响本发明硬表面清洗组合物中一种或多种基本成分作用的物质,以及那些会影响其中选择性成分作用的物质。
本发明组合物可选择性地但更适于加入抗污垢再沉积剂,其中包括目前已知的和用于硬表面清洗剂领域的这类成分。其实例包括含聚丙烯酸及其盐的组分、脂肪酰胺复合物、聚硅氧烷共聚物、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、合成水辉石、胶态二氧化硅、苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物以及其酯和偏酯,聚羧酸盐共聚物以及其它不在此一一指出的成分。特别适用于本发明组合物的是那些含聚丙烯酸及其盐的成分。用于本发明的抗污垢再沉积剂的用量应较低,发现一般采用最高达2.5%重量的用量有效,但希望用量更低,因此一般采用0.7%重量即够用。
本发明组合物中还可包含一种或多种选择性成分。
一种适用于本发明的选择性成分是水溶性或水可分散性防腐剂,这是因为组合物中水占较大部分。这些水溶性防腐剂包括对羟基苯甲酸酯类成分,其中包括对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、戊二醛、甲醛、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮及其混合物。典型的组分是5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和2-甲基4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的混合物,两组分中的任一组分可占防腐剂总量的0.01-99.99%(重量)。市售的由Rohm andHaas(Philadelphia,PA)出品的商标名为KATHON CG/ICP防腐剂组合物的5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮混合物也适用。其它可商购的防腐剂组合物包括例如:PROXEL GXL;GLYDANT(一种含DMDM乙内酰脲的水溶性防腐剂);GLYDANT Plus(一种含DMDM乙内酰脲和异丙基丁基氨基甲酸酯的水溶性防腐剂);以及TEXTAMER 38 AD。
本发明的硬表面清洗组合物中还可包含一种或多种选择性成分,其中包括:缓冲剂、pH缓冲剂、香料、香料载体和能增进它们在含水组合物中混溶性的辅剂,着色剂、水溶助长剂、消泡剂、抗氧剂、抗腐蚀剂特别是适用于压力式气溶胶容器中的抗腐蚀剂,以及其它本领域中已知的未一一指出的成分,但并非仅限于上述组分。这些挥发性成分、香料、香料载体和辅剂不被认为是本发明组合物的挥发性有机成分。特别需要的添加剂是增稠剂或其它粘度改善剂如主要含藻酸盐和树胶如黄原胶的那些。
应注意的是这些选择性成分的用量较低,一般不超过其所构成的组合物总量的约2.5%(重量)。还应注意的是考虑到组合物中挥发性有机成分的总量和任何影响组合物整体清洗和稳定特性的不利作用,应对这些选择性成分的加入和选择极为小心。
本发明一方面是提供一种贮存稳定的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其pH至少为12.5,该组合物对老化或烤干的油污或油垢特别有效,并且其中包含以占组合物总量(以重量100%计)的百分数表示的如下成分:
0.5-0.8%重量的基于氧化胺的非离子表面活性剂化合物;
0.2-0.6%重量的乙二胺四乙酸盐;
0.1-0.5%重量的碱金属氢氧化物;
1.5-4.0%重量的烷醇胺;
5.0-7.0%重量的二醇醚溶剂体系,其中包含一种在水中的溶解度不超过20%重量的二醇醚溶剂,以及另一种溶解度约为100%重量的二醇醚,其中前者与后者之比为0.5∶1-1.5∶1;

希望氧化胺非离子表面活性剂混合物是月桂基二甲基氧化胺,第一种二醇醚溶剂是丙二醇正丁醚,第二种二醇醚溶剂是二丙二醇甲醚。
本发明的另一方面是提供一种贮存稳定的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其pH至少为12.5,该组合物对老化或烤干的油脂或油垢特别有效,并且其中包含以占组合物总量(以重量100%计)的百分数表示的如下成分:
0.5-0.8%重量的基于氧化胺的非离子表面活性剂化合物;
0.1-1.5%重量的螯合剂,优选选自柠檬酸盐、葡糖酸盐和葡庚糖酸盐,特别是它们的钠盐;
0.1-0.5%重量的碱金属氢氧化物;

希望氧化胺非离子表面活性剂是月桂基二甲基氧化胺,第一种二醇醚溶剂是丙二醇正丁醚,第二种二醇醚溶剂是二丙二醇甲醚。本发明第二方面的优点在于从配方中除去了乙二胺四乙酸,这主要是出于环保方面的考虑。
本说明书中描述的本发明组合物的有益效果特别包括:对硬表面上的油垢和沉积物特别是对那些老化或烤干的油污具有良好的清除效果,尽管组合物呈碱性,但对皮肤的刺激性较低,在室温(约20℃)下具有贮存稳定性,并且优选的组合物在加热至120°F(49℃)经1周时间具有良好的的高温稳定性,由于组合物的易倾倒性或易抽吸特性而易于处理。另外当加入一种或多种选择性成分如香料、发泡剂、着色剂后,产品的美观性和对顾客的吸引力可得到改进。
尽管本发明优选实施方案的组合物的pH高于11,并且希望其约为13或更高,意外地发现这些组合物对消费者的皮肤或粘膜组织并无特殊的刺激性。该效果令人意外,一般会认为该组合物的碱性及其相应较高的pH会带来刺激性。
本发明的硬表面清洗组合物易于生产,可将一种或多种成分加入水中,一般首先加入非离子表面活性剂,然后在室温、搅拌下加入其它组分。持续搅拌直至形成适于应用的均质混合物。
本发明的该硬表面清洗组合物应为易于使用的产品,它可直接用于硬表面上。组合物适于清洗的硬表面的实例包括耐火材料如釉面瓦或未上釉瓦、砖、瓷、陶瓷和石面如大理石、花岗岩以及其它石面;玻璃;金属特别是不锈钢表面;塑料,例如聚酯、聚乙烯;Fiberglass,Formica,Corian和其它在工业上已知的硬表面。硬表面特指厨房用具和其它涉及炊事的区域和烹饪用具的表面,如炉灶表面、其它用具表面、厨柜和炊事台表面以及墙面和地面。
本发明的硬表面清洗剂组合物适于采用盛装在手控喷雾容器中的易用产品的形式。该典型容器一般由合成聚合物塑料(如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯等)制成,该容器包括喷嘴、导管和相连的泵式喷洒部件,从而适于用户的喷雾和擦拭操作。在操作中,用户一般用泵喷出有效量的清洗组合物,经一段时间后用抹布、毛巾或海绵、一般用一次性纸巾或海绵对经处理的部位进行擦拭。在某些操作中特别是当污迹很严重时,可将本发明的清洗组合物喷在污迹区域直至其有效松化污迹,然后将其擦去,清洗或清除。对于污迹沉积特别严重的情况可多用几次。
在另一实施方案中,本发明的产品可配制成气溶胶型产品,它可由加压气溶胶容器中喷出。可采用现有技术中的推进剂(propellants)如基于含氯氟烃的液体推进剂,或采用非液体式推进剂即加压气体包括二氧化碳气、空气、氮气等,虽然认为目前出于环保的考虑一般不再采用含氯氟烃。在应用时,清洗组合物经气溶胶型容器的活化喷嘴喷洒在污迹和/或污迹区域,采用上述的方法处理和清除污迹。
而当本发明以所述的液体剂型应用时,本说明书对本发明的组合物再与一定量的水形成清洗溶液并无任何限制。在所提出的清洗剂稀释溶液中,用于形成所述的清洗剂稀释液的水的比例越大,所形成的清洗溶液的清洗速率和/或功效的降低也越大。因此,在污迹上保留较长时间使污迹松化和/或采用较大用量都是必要的。而本说明书中对形成含上述组合物的高浓度清洗组合物也没有任何限制。该高浓度组合物与上述的清洗组合物基本相同,只是其中的水含量较低。
采用以下的典型组合物举例说明本发明的硬表面清洗组合物。
实施例
实施例组合物的制备
可以按以下方案配制用于说明本发明组合物某些优选实施方案的典型组合物,并且在表1中详细列出这些组合物。
在大小适用的容器中加入经称重的水,然后按以下顺序加入各组分:增稠剂、表面活性剂、溶剂、酸最后加入着色剂和香料组分。所有成分均在室温下加入,采用机械搅拌器混合各组分,搅拌器转轴末端搅拌桨的直径较小。持续混合5-120分钟直至特定组合物均匀。该典型组合物易于倾倒,并且经较长时间(甚至超过120天)后仍能保持良好的混合特性(即形成稳定的混合物)。应注意的是可以任意顺序加入各组分,但优选在混合容器或装置中先加入水,因其是主要成分,并且在其中再加入其它成分较方便。

实施例2和3的组合物仅仅是采用了不同的香料组分。
采用市售的号称特别用于清除油污的硬表面清洗产品作为样品,用于对表1中本发明实施例1-4的组合物进行对比评价。这类产品是“FORMULA409万能清洗剂”,按其在容器中的原样使用,下文中称为“对照组”。
清洗评价
将上表1中的本发明实施方案的组合物与对照组合物相比进行评价,从而测定其相对清洗功效。
烤干污垢试验
制备含以下成分的被测烤干污垢:花生油26.2%(重量)、玉米油14.5%(重量)、樱桃饼混合物14.5%(重量)、75%瘦牛肉末14.5%(重量)、猪肉末14.5%(重量)、谷氨酸钠0.6%(重量)、氯化钠0.6%(重量)和水14.6%(重量)。一次制备1000克被测试油性成分,然后加入陶瓷焙烤盘中,在炉中400°F(204.5℃)下加热2小时。然后用叠合的数层细纱布将用作被测油垢的油性成分与剩余的固体分离。剩余的滤液即被测油性成分经充分过滤后基本为透明的,并且不含颗粒物。可立即应用标准被测油垢,也可冷藏后加热至约100°F(38℃)并振摇确保其均质后应用。
将由烤箱衬垫隔开的呈浅灰色的搪瓷测定盘分别称重。在每个盘上均匀涂刷0.37克±0.05克被测油垢(相当于盘上每4.5×4.5平方英寸(11.4×11.4平方厘米)面积上有0.25克)。此后对各盘再称重以确保每盘上有适量油污,然后将带有油垢的盘置于铝制焙烤架上。焙烤架顶部覆盖有铝箔,但其不与各盘上的油污涂层接触。将这些焙烤架交错排列在大的对流烤炉中,注意不要将这些烤架置于烤箱底部。将这些盘子在375°F(190.5℃)下焙烤45分钟(令被测油污烤干)。然后取出放有经处理盘的焙烤架并冷却。烤干的被测油污干结在各搪瓷盘中呈浅棕色至中等棕色,冷却后形成接触时微粘的膜。
采用上述制备的被测盘,由以下的通用标准对所述组合物的清洗功效进行评价。
先将各被测盘划分成相等的两部分,用1/2英寸(1.2厘米)宽的蒙版粘带(masking tape)将其分成相等的两部分,即分出了第一侧和第二侧。粘带应约位于各盘的中部,从而平分其表面上的被测油污。
采用以下通用方法对本发明组合物和其对照组合物的清洗功效进行评价。
将400克实施例2的组合物(详见表1)倒入第一个塑料容器中,同样将400克对照组合物样品倒入另一塑料容器中。
将被测盘的一侧表面在第一个容器中浸泡10分钟,令本发明组合物作用于被测油污。在浸泡期间不进行搅拌、机械擦洗或擦拭。经10分钟浸泡后取出被测盘,并用冷自来水水流清洗。然后用打湿的纤维素海绵轻轻除去被测盘表面松化的油污。
采用同样方法经10分钟浸泡、冷水洗涤和用海绵轻擦被测盘另一侧,但采用的是对照组合物。
采用同样的方法用对照组合物和表1中所列的所有组合物分别清洗各被测盘。
然后,将各被测盘沿其外边排列,由20名专家进行视觉评估,各盘上制备污垢时粘贴的胶带仍保留。将被测盘排列成方阵,要求20名专家分别对被测盘进行视觉评估。要求专家分别对每一个被测盘进行评价,为表征他们对去污性的感觉,对于各被测盘两侧的污垢采用0%至100%表示,0%表示未去污,100%表示完全去污。这些结果表示的是本发明组合物与对照组合物相比的相对去污功效。
然后,根据这些视觉评价结果,专家对被测瓷面的被清洗两侧所得的不同评价结果的平均值列于下表3中。

根据标准统计方法计算出这些结果,95%置信区间内的单一样品T-试验结果表明本发明的组合物优于对照组合物(“FORMULA 409万能清洗剂”,Clorox Company出品,Oakland,CA)。
壁板清洗试验(ASTMD-4488)
一般采用ASTM D-4488(A2)中描述的试验方法制备油漆过的绝缘纤维板上带油污的被测表面。在本试验中用含少量炭黑的熔化固体油污染油漆过的绝缘纤维板样品,放置过夜。海绵上涂有被测清洗组合物和/或对照组清洗组合物,采用Gardner洗净力装置用海绵擦洗壁板的一半部分,采用标准压力和标准的控制海绵擦程(stroke)的装置,以便测定或确定组合物在等量组合物和相同的擦洗次数下的清洗功效。等量组合物采用的是组合物本身,未经稀释。
在测定各组合物的清洗功效时,采用Minolta色度仪测定各壁板样品的反射度数值,每一壁板至少测定3次。下表4和5中列出了平均反射度。表4中将表1中实施例1的组合物与对照组合物相对照。表5中将表1中实施例4的组合物与对照组合物相对照。反射值用于采用下式计算清洗功效百分比:其中Rc=%擦洗固体表面后的平均反射度;
Rs=%清洗固体表面前的平均反射度;
Ro=%固体表面前的初始平均反射度。

Claims (17)
1.含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中含有以占组合物总量(以重量100%计)的百分数表示的如下成分:
0.01-0.85%重量的基于氧化胺的非离子表面活性剂化合物;
0-1.5%重量的螯合剂;
0.01-2.5%重量的苛性碱;
3.0-9.0%重量的二醇醚溶剂体系,其中包含一种在水中的溶解度不超过20%重量的二醇醚或二醇醚乙酸酯溶剂,以及另一种溶解度约为100%重量的二醇醚或二醇醚乙酸酯,其中前者与后者之比为0.5∶1-1.5∶1;
0-5%重量的含胺的有机化合物;和
0-2.5%重量的抗污垢再沉积剂。
2.权利要求1的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中非离子表面活性剂化合物是烷基二(低级烷基)氧化胺化合物,其第一个烷基含有10-20个碳原子。
3.权利要求1的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中非离子表面活性剂化合物是烷基二(羟基低级烷基)氧化胺,其第一个烷基含有10-20个碳原子。
4.权利要求1的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中非离子表面活性剂化合物是烷基吗啉氧化物,其第一个烷基含有10-20个碳原子。
5.权利要求1的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中的螯合剂选自葡糖酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、草酸、乳酸、乙二胺四乙酸、N-羟基乙二胺三乙酸、次氮基三乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸以及它们的水溶性盐。
6.权利要求5的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中的螯合剂是乙二胺四乙酸二钠、三钠或四钠盐。
7.权利要求1的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中水溶性的含胺有机化合物是含有不超过20个碳原子的烷醇胺。
8.权利要求7的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中的烷醇胺所含的碳原子不超过6个。
9.权利要求8的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中的烷醇胺是单乙醇胺。
10.权利要求1的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中水溶性的含胺有机化合物还含有一个或多个乙氧基、丙氧基或丁氧基。
11.权利要求10的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中水溶性的含胺有机化合物分子中碳原子数不超过24个。
12.权利要求11的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中水溶性的含胺有机化合物分子中碳原子数不超过12个。
13.权利要求1的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中的二醇醚溶剂体系中包含一种在水中溶解度不超过20%重量的二醇醚溶剂,以及另一种在水中溶解度约为100%重量的二醇醚。
14.权利要求1的含水硬表面清洗组合物,其中组合物的pH为12.5或更高。
15.一种含水硬表面清洗组合物,其主要由下列成分组成:
0.5-0.8%重量的基于氧化胺的非离子表面活性剂化合物;
0.2-0.6%重量的乙二胺四乙酸盐;
0.1-0.5%重量的碱金属氢氧化物;
1.5-4.0%重量的烷醇胺;
5.0-7.0%重量的二醇醚溶剂体系,其中包含一种在水中的溶解度不超过20%重量的二醇醚溶剂,以及另一种溶解度约为100%重量的二醇醚,其中前者与后者之比为0.5∶1-1.5∶1;
0-0.7%重量的抗污垢再沉积剂;
0-1.0%重量的一种或多种选自下列的成分:防腐剂、缓冲剂、pH缓冲剂、香料、香料载体和能增进它们在含水组合物中混溶性的辅剂、着色剂、水溶助长剂、消泡剂、抗氧剂、抗腐蚀和增稠剂。
16.一种含水硬表面清洗组合物,其主要由下列成分组成
0.5-0.8%重量的基于氧化胺的非离子表面活性剂化合物;
0.1-1.5%重量的螯合剂,优选选自柠檬酸盐、葡糖酸盐和葡庚糖酸盐,特别是它们的钠盐;
0.1-0.5%重量的碱金属氢氧化物;
1.5-4.0%重量的烷醇胺;
5.0-7.0%重量的二醇醚溶剂体系,其中包含一种在水中的溶解度不超过20%重量的二醇醚溶剂,以及另一种溶解度约为100%重量的二醇醚,其中前者与后者之比为0.5∶1-1.5∶1;
0-0.7%重量的抗污垢再沉积剂;
0-1.0%重量的一种或多种选自下列的成分:防腐剂、缓冲剂、pH缓冲剂、香料、香料载体和能增进它们在含水组合物中混溶性的辅剂,着色剂、水溶助长剂、消泡剂、抗氧剂、抗腐蚀和增稠剂。
17.一种清洗带有烤干油脂或油垢的硬表面的方法,其中包括以下步骤:采用有效量的权利要求1所述的组合物。
