Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种梁,特别是涉及一种在具有干墙或石膏板的悬挂天花板上形成格栅的梁,该干墙或石膏板通过自攻螺钉固定在该梁上。
背景技术
用于悬吊天花板的格栅中的梁为人们所熟知。该天花板或者为面板型,它具有位于格栅孔中的面板,并通过交叉的梁支撑;或者为干墙(drywall)或石膏板(plasterboard)型,它通过自攻螺钉固定于格栅的梁上。
这两种天花板中的梁基本上是相同的,都是将金属条沿纵向折弯,通过连续轧制形成倒T形截面,在其顶端具有一增大部分(或球状物),一双层腹板从该增大部分开始向下延伸,两个凸缘从腹板的下端沿水平方向向相反方向延伸,凸缘的底部设有一盖板,该盖板向后折弯,并从上方覆盖凸缘的边缘。干墙天花板的梁中的所述盖板的表面上具有凹槽,以此固定自攻螺钉,并允许螺钉穿过盖板和凸缘。盖板的作用在于将腹板的各层保持在一起,并在其上设置用于固定螺钉的凹槽。
通过简单地在盖板上形成凹槽,悬吊干墙天花板的梁已可适应于更加流行的板式天花板。通常,面板式悬吊天花板的梁与干墙天花板的梁的不同之处在于它没有在盖板上形成的凹槽。
因为在干墙天花板中,自攻螺钉由安装者从下面插入T形梁,因而看不到梁的位置,从而螺钉在T形梁上的位置是不确定的。而且,在将螺钉插入盖板边缘附近时,经常将盖板和凸缘向上推,致使螺钉不能穿入盖板和凸缘。
盖板和凸缘的边缘没有足够的刚性来抵抗螺钉在穿透前的力,而凹槽也缺乏足够的承受能力来保持螺钉的尖端直到穿透。因此,螺钉和T形梁之间缺乏足够的连接,从而势必减弱对干墙的支撑,而安装者往往觉察不到这一点。
发明内容
本发明所述的梁中没有现有技术中的盖板。凸缘本身设有锯齿状凹槽,凸缘的边缘通过向下、向内弯折形成褶边。梁的腹板的各层被很好地固定在一起(例如可通过缝合或压合的方式连接),因此,在螺钉的尖端在腹板两层之间的中线处接触T形梁时腹板不会分离。
位于每个凸缘的边缘上的向下、向内延伸的褶边形成挡板,它可在螺钉置于凸缘边缘附近时保持螺钉的尖端与凸缘的边缘接触。这样,凸缘的边缘就不会被螺钉的尖端顶起。螺钉的尖端在旋转时进入褶边上邻近的凹槽中,该螺钉穿入并通过凸缘将墙板钉在T形梁上。
本发明相对于现有技术的另一优点在于由于不需要盖板,从而可节省金属材料。另外,它的突出优点还在于所有的自攻螺钉都真正地穿入梁并支撑墙板。

发明的详细描述
如图1所示,通常,大张的干墙20或石膏板通过自攻螺钉21固定在T形梁23的格栅22上,以形成悬吊式干墙天花板25。
格栅22通过悬吊金属丝或其它类似物以公知的天花板悬吊方式悬吊在一结构天花板上。
格栅22由主梁26和与之垂直交叉的横梁27互锁形成,如图4中所示,主梁26和交叉梁27具有相同的倒T形横截面,并将在下面简单地以梁23表示。
悬吊干墙天花板的结构已为人们所熟知。首先,格栅由倒T形梁23形成,通过悬吊金属丝悬吊在结构天花板上。安装者利用电动螺钉推进器将自攻螺钉21插入并穿过干墙20进入T形梁23,从而从下面将大张的干墙20固定在格栅22上。
现有技术中的T形梁如图7至10所示。在图10中,梁30的形状为倒T形,在其顶部有一增大部分31,双层腹板32从增大部分31向下延伸,腹板32的底部沿相反方向向外延伸出凸缘33和35。盖板36覆盖在凸缘33和35上,并通过向上、向内延伸的部分37和38固定在那里。
从图8中可以看出,盖板36设有凹槽40,以锁住从干墙42向上穿出的螺钉41。将螺钉41拧入图10所示的固定位置,以把干墙42固定在现有技术中的T形格栅30上。
如图1中附图标记50所示,干墙42的尺寸可与格栅梁的中线之间的间距相对应,或者如该图的附图标记51所示,干墙可延伸过格栅。
在现有技术中,将螺钉41向内插入梁30的凸缘35和盖板36的边缘时,螺钉的尖端52被锁定,且螺钉41穿过盖板36和凸缘35,不会再产生移动。
如图10中的附图标记43所示,在螺钉41与腹板层55和56之间的格栅中线53相重合的位置处,螺钉41向上旋进腹板层55和56之间,盖板36可以防止腹板32被劈开。
如图9和10所示,现有技术中的问题产生于螺钉41接触面板36和凸缘35的边缘附近的时候。即如图9和10中的附图标记58所示,通常螺钉41的尖端52简单地将盖板36和凸缘35向上顶弯,而并未穿透盖板36和凸缘。
如图8所示,即使螺钉41的尖端52插入凹槽40,这种情况也会发生。因为盖板36和凸缘35的边缘不足以抵抗穿透盖板36和凸缘35这两层的力。
盖板36在其边缘处的厚度包括三层,即两层盖板36和一层凸缘35。这势必增加穿透它们的难度,从而导致弯曲的结果。
这样导致多个螺钉41没有与梁30结合,从而无助于将干墙42支撑在格栅上,但安装者并不知道。
如图1到6所示,在本发明中,梁23的横截面通常与现有技术相同,具有增大部分59和两层腹板32。但是,梁23上没有盖板36。如这些图中所示,向上的凹槽60在T形梁的凸缘61或62的底部延伸。
褶边65沿每个凸缘61、62的边缘延伸,且褶边65通过折叠方式形成,例如可在制成梁时轧出,该金属边向下、向内抵靠着凸缘的底部。
通过缝合装置67或其它诸如焊接等固紧形式将腹板70的两层68、69固定在一起,从而给予梁23一定的刚性,以补偿对上文所述现有技术中的盖板36的缺省。
如图4所示,在凸缘61或62的边缘附近,任何螺钉尖端71将凸缘的边向上顶起从而导致凸缘从螺钉上滑落的趋势均被避免。
螺钉尖端在附图标记66处与褶边65配合,从而避免了在螺钉穿透凸缘并固定于凹槽60之前螺钉尖端71将凸缘61或62的边缘顶起而致使其滑落。如图4的附图标记73所示,一旦螺钉尖71穿透凸缘61或62,螺钉21上的螺纹将干墙20和凸缘61或62连接在一起,并不会将凸缘61或62顶起。
通过这种方式,所有的螺钉21都进入T形梁23的格栅中,它们与梁23在凸缘61或62的边缘处接触。
在图5和6中,在附图标记73处示出一安装好的螺钉21,并在附图标记75处示出一在腹板70和褶边65之间的位置上将要穿透凸缘的螺钉21。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于悬吊天花板(25)中的梁(23),该悬吊天花板(25)具有多张干墙(20),该干墙(20)通过自攻螺钉(21)固定在形成一格栅(22)的多个梁(23)上,每个梁(23)具有呈倒T形横截面,其顶端具有一增大部分(59),从该增大部分(59)向下延伸有层状腹板(55、56),凸缘(61、62)从腹板开始沿相反的方向延伸,其特征在于,它包括:
a.一沿每个凸缘(61、62)的边缘连续延伸的部分,其在每个凸缘的底部向下、向内弯折以形成一褶边(65),以加强该凸缘和将螺钉(21)保持在该凸缘上;
b.位于每个凸缘(61、62)的底部的向上凹槽(60),该凹槽(60)安置所述螺钉,以允许所述螺钉插入并穿透所述凸缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的梁,其特征在于,在梁的腹板上具有将腹板各层固定在一起的缝合装置(67)。
