Abstract
E-ZEL CS is new innovative system to install suspended acoustic or drywall ceilings .
It can be used in home, office,industrial space or any other space where suspended ceiling is required.
New system is much more faster and user friendly then existing conventional way.
Suspended acoustic ceilings use only Hanging system.Hanging system replace existing use of wires what is time consuming and hard readjustable.
Drywall suspended ceilings use new innovative galvanized metal frame and hang on same Hanging system as acoustic. Simplicity of easy interlocking frame can be assembled fast and efficient as per instructions manual.Whole frame consists of only four parts to be connected.
Once connected,screw drywall to frame and suspended ceiling is done.
It can be used in home, office,industrial space or any other space where suspended ceiling is required.

Description
To whom it may concern I would like to patent metal frame for drywall suspended ceilings.I have all drawings for it with details.
Measures could be slightly adjusted and thickness of materials determined from engineer to pass CSA.F or now I am sending only drawings how it is going to look.All materials will be galvanized.
There is in total 13 (thirteen) pages with detail drawings explanation plus 2 (two) page with written explanation. If not already registered I would call it E-ZEL CS(ceiling systems),I also made some main parts from aluminum by hand for better visual understanding which will I send with. It is not perfect as drawings.WARNING:SHARP PIECES-HANDLE WITH CARE.I will write on the pieces which piece I made.

Page I (one):
BEARING TRACK BT
It's a piece of metal sheet cut and bent as drawn. Length of the part could be 8,10 or 12 feet.
Detail I on page is connection of two vertical metal sides which will be welded, punched or riveted for better stability so the part cannot stretch.
Page 2 (two):
DRYWALL TRACK DT
It's a piece of metal sheet cut and bent as shown. Length of the part could be 8,10 or 12 feet .Detail I is small dent in metal for strength and to show middle of track.
Page 3 (three):
V CONECTOR VC
Piece of metal punched with press as drawn to connect bearing and drywall track. On the side there are small cutouts to lock the connector for tight connection (detaill),I named it V locks. I bended aluminum for visual as demo sample.
Page 4 (four):
WALL MACK WT
Piece of metal sheet cut and bent as drawn. Detail 1 is holes punched every 12 inches size 4 mm for connection for wall with screws or anchors.
Page 5 (five):HANGING SYSTEM
Top part Piece of metal strip with punched holes 3mm every 3mm distance. On top of the strip is punched hole 5 mm for ceiling attachment with screws or anchors. Length will vary from one feet to custom order.
The 5 mm hole is punched every 6 inches and rolled in spiral and customer can cut as needed.
Hole 5 mm can be drilled where needed by customer.
Page 6 (six): HANGING SYS __ IEM
Bottom part Piece of metal strip punched on the bottom as drawn to slide on to bearing track and top punched holes 3 mm size ,distance every 1,5 mm for fine hight adjustment (detail 1).
Page 10 (ten) to 13 (thirteen):
BEARING TRACK BT-RF
It is bearing track for Recessed Furring existing on the market. Piece of metal sheet cut and bent as = drawn. Similar to BT ,use ONLY same hanging system. Recessed furring will be screwed to BT-RF
once it's inserted into punched out clips shown in drawing. Punch outs are every 4 inches so recessed furring can be installed on 12,16 or 24 inches spacing. It is adjusted for existing recessed furring and use other parts as today.
Description how it works:
Screw wall track horizontally in level on certain hight all around the room (page7,8).
Pull chalk line on the ceiling from one wall starting with first line 12 inches and after every 48 inches for strait line to attach hanger top part (page 8). Screw hanger top parts on the ceiling line from one wall also starting with first hanger 12 inches from wall and after every 48 inches (page 8).
Slide on the bearing track bottom of the hanger (page 9) as many as needed for the length. Put the bearing track on the top of wall track and adjust hight. Attach two hanger parts with screw (page 9).
After fine laser adjustment add another screw (page 9 side look).Finish all bearing tracks same for the whole room.
Slide in the wall track drywall track and connect with V connector (page 7).Lock it with V locks.
Finish whole room every16 inches (page 8).
Screw drywall on the bottom of wall and drywall track(page 7).

Claims (3)
1.Product is made from galvanized metal sheet cut and bent per drawing specifications.
2.Galvanized metal is steel metal sheet covered with layer of zinc.Steel sheet can be hot dipped in zinc or electro-galvanized to prevent steel rusting.
3.Steel percentage is minimum 99% and 1% is zinc or less.
