一种外露式热管风冷系统,包括缸体、缸盖、集热爪,集热爪通过螺纹连接有金属热管的一端,热管的另一端置于大气中。这种可以制造成各种装饰形状的外露热管风冷系统,可以取代现有的水冷式、风冷式内燃机的散热系统,具有体积小,结构简单,成本低,制造方便,散热效果好的优点。

外露式热管风冷系统
本发明涉及散热系统，特别是内燃机散热系统。
目前，内燃机的散热系统主要有水冷却系统和风冷却系统二种；水冷却系统由散热水箱、散热风扇、循环水泵、发动机水套等另部件组成，其缺点主要是结构复杂导致发动机体积过大，维修费用高，低温下易冻裂冷却系统等问题。风冷却系统由散热风扇、发动机气缸套上的散热片组成，特点是结构简单，维修费用低，但散热效果差，发动机的安装位置及形式受到一定的限制。
本发明的任务是：克服现有技术的不足，设计一种结构简单，散热速度快，效果好的热管式风冷系统。
本发明的任务是以如下方式实现的：风冷系统包括缸体、缸盖，缸盖上固连有数个集热爪，集热爪通过螺纹连接有金属热管的一端，热管的另一端置干大气中。
本发明由于采用金属热管将内燃机内的热量远距离传送到大气中，不但散热效果好，可以使燃料充分燃烧，而且具有结构简单，体积小，成本低的优点；冬季将本系统改变安装方向即可实现车内取暖的目的。
本发明的一个最佳实施例，热管风冷系统包括缸体，缸盖上固连有数个集热爪，集热爪通过螺纹连接有金属热管的一端，热管的另一端置于大气中。
热管的形状可以根据不同的需要设计成多种具有装饰效果的形状。
