Abstract
本实用新型是一种机动车用机油预热器装置。
它利用固定簧片(5)钩挂于汽车机油箱底壳内的集滤
器上。这样当机油从集滤器广口一端向细口端流出
时，必流经本实用新型上的网孔(7)与散热柱(6)，此
时产生旋涡，使机油加热均匀、充分后方才流出油
箱。
本实用新型设置在汽车机油箱底壳内集滤器上，
具有高效、恒温、省电、省时、安全、使用寿命长等特
点。
Description
本实用新型是一种机动车用机油预热器装置。
在寒冷的季节里，各种机动车辆往往都不易发动，这与低温下机油较粘稠、流动性较差有直接的关系。而目前市场上现有的机油预热器是用电热管作为发热件安装在机油箱底壳内的，该预热器耗电多，预热效果差，且易损坏。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种省电省时，恒温高效且设置在汽车机油箱底壳内集滤器上的机油预热器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在本实用新型的底座（1）上设置发热体（2），再在其上覆一层表面设有许多散热柱（6）的散热体（3）。当机油经网孔（7）流过本实用新型时，便可以得到均匀加热。
下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。

其中： 1.底座 2.发热体 3.散热体
4.绝缘体 5.固定簧片 6.散热柱
7.网孔 8.电源导线 9.集滤器。
如附图（2）所示，将由若干块PTC半导体陶瓷片组成的发热体（2），放置在底座（1）上，再在底座与散热体之间夹入一层绝缘片（4），并在其上覆盖一层散热体（3）。散热体表面设有很多散热柱（6）或散热片。在底座四周安装若干固定簧片（5）。
底座（1）与散热体（3）可采用铜或铝等导电金属材料制成，电正极与散热体（3）接通，电负极与底座（1）接通。电源导线（8）可从油箱底壳引出（见附图3）。
利用固定簧片（5）将本实用新型勾挂于汽车机油箱底壳内的集滤器（9）上（见附图3）。这样，当机油从集滤器广口一端向细口端流出时，必流经本实用新型上的网孔（7）与散热柱（6），此时产生旋涡，使机油加热均匀、充分后方才流出油箱。
本实用新型只对流经集滤器的机油加热，且采用PTC发热片，恒温发热，所以本实用新型具有高效、省电、安全、使用寿命长的特点。
Claims (2)
1、一种机油预热器，它由底座(1)、发热体(2)、散热体(3)、绝缘层(4)、固定簧片(5)构成，其特征在于：在带网孔的底座(1)上设有发热体(2)，在发热体(2)上覆有一层散热体(3)，底座(1)与散热体(3)之间垫有绝缘片(4)，在底座(Ⅰ)的四周装有若干固定簧片(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种机油预热器，其特征在于：散热体（3）的表面设有很多散热柱（6）或散热片。
