Abstract
本发明是将热管系统整合在发动机气缸壁中或将热管系统以其他方式与发动机结合,利用热管系统高效地将热量导出,再利用安装在热管系统上的鳍片结构进行风冷散热。
Description
发动机气缸散热多是采用水冷散热,即使有风冷散热也多是应用在摩托车发动机这样的小功率发动机上。
本发明是应用在大功率发动机上的风冷型散热系统,可完全取代现有的水冷系统。本发明是将热管系统整合在发动机气缸壁中或将热管系统以其他方式与发动机结合,利用热管系统高效地将热量导出,再利用安装在热管系统上的鳍片结构进行风冷散热。
本发明与水冷系统相比,具有结构简单,维护简便,成本低,散热效率高等诸多优点。
实施例
本发明的实施例结构见附图,但本发明的解决方案显然不只局限于实施例。其工作过程如下:
将一定数目的热管置入气缸壁内,热管的另一端结合有散热鳍片,散热鳍片的一侧安装有散热风扇。发动机产生的热量通过热管导出至散热鳍片一端,散热风扇将导出至散热鳍片的热量通过风冷的方式散掉。
本发明具体实施中,热管的类型、热管的数量与形状、热管与气缸壁的结合方式、散热鳍片的数量与形状以及安装方式、散热风扇的数量与规格以及安装方法和安装位置等,可根据实际设计需要,并可参照相关标准与成熟技术来具体确定和实施。
Claims (2)
1.发动机气缸散热的新方法,其特征在于,是将热管系统整合在发动机气缸壁中或将热管系统以其他方式与发动机结合,利用热管系统高效地将热量导出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机气缸散热的新方法,其特征在于,利用热管系统将热量导出后,是利用安装在热管系统上的鳍片结构进行风冷散热的。
