在一轴和/或机器部件上固定一轴承(1)的装置,其特征在于,所述轴承(1)的内圈的孔面(5)和/或外圈的外包络面(3)上涂有粘结剂(2),所述粘结剂(2)上覆盖有防固化材料(4),所述防固化材料(4)在把所述轴承(1)安装到所述轴和/或机器部件上时除去,以及所述粘结剂(2)在所述轴承安装后固化,从而固定所述轴承(1)。

在一轴和/或机器部件上固定一轴承的装置
本发明涉及在一轴和/或机器部件上固定一轴承的装置。
在现有技术中有若干种固定轴承的方法。其中之一是用粘胶把轴承粘接到一轴或机器部件上。粘胶一般紧接在安装之前涂在轴承的内圈的孔面上和/或外圈的外包络面上。因此,一般当场涂胶。一个问题是粘胶必需适量。如粘胶量不足,轴承固定就不牢固,运转时会有危险。如粘胶量过多,固化或不固化的粘胶就会妨碍轴承的正常运转,因为过量的粘胶会接触轴承的滚道和滚子,使轴承无法正常工作。例如润滑失灵、对轴承产生负面化学作用、造成滚子和内外圈的包络面的损坏。
EP-A1-620 633示出一电动机,包括一用粘结剂固定的轴承。该电动机有一轴,一滚珠轴承的内圈套在该轴上。该轴一端的外表面的供内圈套在其上的部分滚花,内圈内表面与该滚花部之间的间隙中的粘结剂把内圈固定在该轴上。该轴在该滚花部旁有一环形凹槽,该凹槽中也充满粘结剂,进一步把内圈固定在该轴上,从而增强内圈与轴之间的粘接。
本发明的目的是使轴承的安装和固定更方便。使用本发明安装和固定轴承可减少安装问题,因为安装之前适量粘结剂涂在有关表面上。同时由于粘结剂适量即不过量,因此减少了由粘结剂过量造成的运转问题,例如润滑失灵问题。
本发明的特征在于,所述轴承的内圈的孔面和/或外圈的外包络面上涂上粘结剂,所述粘结剂上覆盖有防固化材料,所述防固化材料在把所述轴承安装到所述轴和/或机器部件上时除去,所述粘结剂在所述轴承安装后固化,从而固定所述轴承。
图1为其上涂有粘结剂的一轴承的一部分的剖面图,该粘结剂上覆盖有防固化材料。
图1示出一优选实施例。它包括一轴承1和涂在外包络面3上的一层粘胶2。粘胶2在该实施例中为合适的粘胶,其上覆盖有防固化材料4。安装时用所述轴承1刮擦轴承1所要安装其上的机器部件,即可除去防固化材料4。在把轴承1装在一轴上时,粘结剂涂在内圈5的孔面上后用防固化材料覆盖。在安装前可用手或合适工具除去防固化材料4。防固化材料4可为例如塑料薄膜或第二层合适的膏。通常在制造轴承1时施加粘结剂2和防固化材料4,但也可紧接在安装之前施加。此外,最好在安装现场除去防固化材料4。应该看到,不用待刮去的薄膜层防固化材料4而使用合适的膏也可实现本发明目的。防固化材料4可以是防止粘结剂2固化的蒙皮(外壳)。该蒙皮可以是在安装之前除去的套管。另一种办法是使用套管状物体,在安装轴承时把该套管状物体推离粘结剂2。该物体推离时粘结剂2开始固化。

Claims (6)

1、在一轴和/或机器部件上固定一轴承(1)的装置,其特征在于,所述轴承(1)的内圈的孔面(5)和/或外圈的外包络面(3)上涂有粘结剂(2),所述粘结剂(2)上覆盖有防固化材料(4),所述防固化材料(4)在把所述轴承(1)安装到所述轴和/或机器部件上时除去,以及所述粘结剂(2)在所述轴承安装后固化,从而固定所述轴承(1)。
2、按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,安装时通过对着所述轴和/或所述机器部件从所述轴承(1)上刮去防固化材料(4),即可除去所述防固化材料(4)。
3、按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述防固化材料(4)由一可除去的蒙皮构成。
4、按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述粘结剂(2)为一种粘胶。
5、按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述防固化材料(4)为例如塑料薄膜或第二层合适的膏。
6、按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述粘结剂(2)和所述防固化材料(4)在制造所述轴承时施加其上。
