在丢弃本发明提供的一次性内裤型穿着物品时,能用非粘接构件将该穿着物品团成一团。在一次性内裤型穿着物品的腰围部的一方的里层5的外面,延伸着在该穿着物品腰围方向具有伸缩性的辅助翼3,该辅助翼3的腰围部方向的两侧缘部30与腰围部的两侧部和/或其附近成一体。

Description

一次性内裤型穿着物品
本发明涉及一次性内裤型穿着物品，更具体地说，涉及一次性内裤型尿布、运动短裤、失禁者用内裤等穿着物品，该穿着物品能紧贴使用者腰围部，并且，备有丢弃时能将其团成一团的构件。
日本特开平8-507699号公报揭示的内裤型一次性尿布(第1公知技术)，在前后腰围整个区域，备有向其腰围方向收缩的数条弹性构件。在后腰围部中央部，备有可向尿布上下方向伸展的一条粘接带片。该尿布能紧贴腰围区域，并且，在丢弃时可用带片将尿布团成一团地丢弃。
日本实开平5-21935号公报揭示的内裤型一次性尿布(第2公知技术)，在前后腰围部的某处内面，设有可剥离的粘接片。该尿布在丢弃时也可用粘接片团成一团地丢弃。该粘接片具有与尿布宽度约相同的尺寸，从下方至上方将团成一团的尿布的整个宽度固定附着住。
上述第1公知技术中，团成一团的尿布是用一条比较细的带片粘接，所以，当腰围部开口部露出地团成一团时，不能封住该开口部，这样，臭味会从团成一团的尿布中散发出来。
上述第2公知技术中，团成一团的尿布的腰围部开口基本上能被粘接层封住。但是，在使用该尿布时，粘接层在前腰围部或后腰围部整个宽度方向紧贴着，所以，会明显妨碍前后腰围方向的伸缩性。
另外，上述的第1和第2公知技术中，都是利用带片或粘接片的粘接性，因此，当在尿布的使用中有异物附着在粘接面上时，就会破坏其粘接性，在将尿布团成一团时就不起粘接作用了。
另外，上述第1公知技术中的前后腰围部弹性构件或带片、上述第2公知技术中的粘接片，分别仅具有单独的粘接功能，从该意义上说，是不经济的。
为此，本发明的目的是提供一种一次性内裤型穿着物品，该穿着物品具有兼用于紧贴使用者腰围部和将尿布团成一团丢弃的构件，而且，在该构件中不使用粘接性的固定附着构件，就可以把该穿着物品团成一团。另外，在团成一团时，可基本上覆盖该穿着物品的腰围部开口。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的一次性内裤型穿着物品，包含透液性表层、不透液性里层、夹在该两层之间的吸液性芯，备有彼此相向的第1、第2腰围部和下裆，第1、第2腰围区域的侧缘部彼此接合，形成腰围部开口和一对腿部开口；其特征在于，在第1腰围区域的里层外侧设有辅助翼，该辅助翼具有朝穿着物品腰围方向的伸缩性，在腰围方向彼此相对的该辅助翼的两侧部，与前腰围部的两侧部成一体。
本发明有以下实施例。
(1)上述辅助翼由无纺布和若干条相互平行的弹性构件构成，该弹性构件沿腰围部方向延伸，以拉伸的状态与辅助翼接合。
(2)上述辅助翼在尿布的上下方向，位于腰围部开口的缘部与腿部开口的顶缘部之间。
(3)上述辅助翼在腰围部开口的缘部和辅助翼的侧部与前腰围部成一体，其余的部位与前腰围部间离，形成朝内裤型穿着物品下方开口的口袋。
(4)上述辅助翼包含折回部位，该折回部位由本体的表层和里层的至少一方从腰围部开口的缘部伸出、并在该开口的缘部向尿布的外侧弯折而形成于前腰围部上的。
(5)上述辅助翼的侧部与前腰围部连成一体，其余部位与前腰围部间离。
(6)形成上述口袋的辅助翼，该口袋开口的两侧部分在周方向与前腰围部成一体，上述口袋的腰围部方向尺寸是内部比开口大。
(7)上述辅助翼与前腰围部间离着的部位的腰围部方向的尺寸，从尿布的上方向下方渐渐减小。
(8)上述辅助翼与前腰围部间离着的部位，间断地且可剥离地与上述里层临时接合着。

下面，以内裤型尿布为例，参照附图说明本发明的一次性内裤型穿着物品。
图1是一次性内裤型尿布的局部剖切立体图，图2是图1的II-II线断面图。该尿布具有内裤型本体2和带伸缩性的辅助翼3，该辅助翼3位于本体2的后述前腰围部7的外侧。本体2由透液性表层4、不透液性里层5和夹在该表里层4、5之间的吸液性芯6构成，具有前腰围部7、后腰围部8和下裆9。表里面层4、5，其伸出于芯6周缘的部分通过热融性粘接剂(图未示)相互接合。前后腰围部7、8，在各自的侧缘部重合成合掌状，并在沿尿布上下方向间断配置的接合区11进行接合，形成一对耳部16、腰围部开口12和一对腿部开口13。在各开口12、13的缘部，弹性构件14延伸在开口周方向上。该弹性构件14在表里层4、5之间，以伸长状态至少与表里层的一方的内面接合。
辅助翼3有两个用途，一个用途是使前后腰围部7、8、特别是使前腰围部7弹性地与使用者的腰围部体密接，另一个用途是在丢弃尿布时，将该尿布保持为团成一团的形状。该辅助翼3处于前腰围部7中并延伸在一对耳部16之间，并在尿布的上下方向上，位于腰围部开口12的缘部17与腿部开口13的顶缘部18之间。辅助翼3由内层构件21、外层构件22以及位于该两层构件21、22之间的若干条弹性构件23构成。内外层构件21、22通过热融性粘接剂(图未示)以内面彼此粘接。弹性构件23相互平行地沿尿布四周方向延伸，以伸长状态与内外层构件21、22的至少一方的内面接合。
这样构成的辅助翼3，其腰围方向的两侧缘部30与本体2相连，并且，这些侧缘部30在接合区11与本体2的耳部16接合。另外，图示例的辅助翼3，其沿腰围部方向延伸的上缘部25，也与本体2的腰围部开口12的缘部17连接，在前腰围部7上形成朝下方开口的口袋24。为了使该口袋24在尿布使用中不开口，用间断地涂敷在内层构件21内面的粘接剂26，将其可剥离地固定附着在里层5的外面上。该尿布以上述状态使用，通过辅助翼3的弹性构件23的收缩，腰围部7、8、特别是前腰围部7弹性地密接使用者的腰围上。
图3表示尿布的侧部，说明将使用后的尿布团成一团时的顺序。使用后，将腰围部7、8重叠成平坦状的尿布本体2，将该尿布本体2如箭头P所示地从下方朝着上方和后腰围部8侧团成一团。接着，将口袋24翻过来，如箭头Q所示地将辅助翼3朝后腰围部8侧折回，把团成一团的本体2收容在翻过来的口袋24内侧。辅助翼3具有伸缩性，所以，可容易地将口袋翻过来并可容易地收容本体2。本体2借助于辅助翼3的收缩而保持为团成一团的状态。在该状态丢弃尿布时，腰围部开口12和腿部开口13收容在口袋24内，不会露出，所以，臭味和污物不会从这些开口12、13泄漏出来。
在该构造的尿布中，辅助翼3的内外层构件21、22，是采用无纺布、织布、塑料薄膜，最好采用透气性的无纺布、织布、塑料薄膜。内层构件21和外层构件22，可以使用相同的材料，也可以组合外观和重量不同的材料来进行使用。表层4可以采用透液性的无纺布或开孔塑料薄膜等。里层5可以采用不透液性塑料薄膜，最好采用透气不透液性的塑料薄膜。芯6可以采用粉碎纸浆或粉碎纸浆与高吸水性聚合物的混合物等。尿布各构件的接合，可采用热融性粘接剂等粘接剂，当构件是热可塑性材料时，也可以采用熔敷接合。例如，辅助翼3的内外层构件21、22是采用热可塑性合成纤维的无纺布时，可将两层构件21、22间断地熔敷。
图4是与图2同样的图，表示本发明的一实施例。该尿布中，前腰围部7的表里层4、5在腰围部开口12的缘部17向外弯折并朝尿布的下方延伸，该延伸部分形成为辅助翼3。表里层4、5分别成为辅助翼3的外层构件21和内层构件22。在该内外层构件21、22之间，与图2同样地夹着拉伸了的弹性构件23，内外层构件22、21彼此用热融性粘接剂(图未示)间断地接合。内外层构件22、21，在尿布宽度方向，相向的两侧缘部30与本体2的耳部16接合。
该形态的尿布中，辅助翼3也可以仅仅是表里层4、5中的任一方。另外，也可以在弯折的表层4和/或里层5上粘贴第3层构件，形成辅助翼3。
图5是与图1同样的图，表示本发明的另一实施例。该尿布的辅助翼3，具有在本体2的左右耳部16的基端31间延伸的长度L，其腰围方向的两侧缘部30、上方缘部25和下方缘部29的一部分，分别在用许多小点表示的范围32、33、34内，通过热融性粘接剂(图未示)与前腰围部7的里层5的外面粘接接合。该尿布中，由辅助翼3形成的口袋24的开口宽度A，小于口袋24的内部宽度B，所以，如图3所示地本体2被收容在翻转的口袋24内，就不容易从口袋24中脱出。另外，辅助翼3的两侧部不是与本体2的耳部16接合，而是在耳部16的基端31附近与前腰围部7接合，在脱下使用后的尿布时，其顺序是，在耳部16将尿布前后撕开，使前后腰围部7、8分开，这样可以避免误将辅助翼3的侧缘部30从本体2上剥离而不能将将辅助翼3作为口袋使用的麻烦。另外，该尿布中，口袋24的开口为图示形式时，辅助翼3的两侧缘部30也可以如图1所示地与耳部16接合，也可以与耳部16及其基端31附近的前腰围部7接合。
图6是与图5同样的图，表示本发明的另一实施例。该尿布的辅助翼3，形状与图5中的相同，但是其两侧缘30和下方的缘部29在用许多小点表示范围36内与前腰围部7接合。这时，口袋24的开口宽度A也小于内部的宽度B，所以具有与图5所示尿布同样的效果。
图7是表示本发明另一实施例尿布的局部剖切立体图。该尿布的辅助翼3，是在前腰围部7沿前腰围部方向延伸的带状，前腰围部方向的两侧缘部30与本体2的耳部接合。其余的部位与前腰围部7间离。辅助翼3与图1所示的同样地，由无纺布制的内外层构件21、22和弹性构件23构成，沿腰围方向有伸缩性。
图8是用图7所示的辅助翼3团成一团的尿布的斜视图。图7的尿布，从下方朝上方和朝后腰围部8侧团成一团后，与有口袋24的情形同样地，辅助翼3向后腰围部8侧翻转而覆盖本体2。该尿布中，由于辅助翼3不形成口袋，所以不容易完全地覆盖腰围部开口12和腿部开口13。但是，将本体2成一团时不使用粘接性材料，所以，即使异物附着在该材料上，也能将本体2团成一团。
上面，以一次性内裤型尿布为例说明了本发明，但本发明并不局限尿布，也可以是运动裤、失禁者用内裤等的一次性内裤型穿着物品。
辅助翼3除了设在前腰围部7上外，也可以设在后腰围部8、或腰围部7、8上。
本发明的一次性内裤型穿着物品，辅助翼用其收缩性使腰围部弹性地密接使用者的腰围部体，提高贴腰围部性，并且，在使用后，用延伸在腰围部两侧缘间的伸缩性辅助翼，将已用脏的穿着物品保持为团成一团的形状。该辅助翼上不使用粘接剂，不象现有技术那样，当异物附着在粘接剂上时，破坏粘接性，而不能将该穿着物品团成一团。
在该穿着物品中，当辅助翼形成口袋时，可把该穿着物品的本体收容到该口袋内，可防止臭味和污物从腰围部开口、腿部开口泄漏出。

Claims (9)

1.一种一次性内裤型穿着物品，包含透液性表层、不透液性里层、夹在该两层之间的吸液性芯，备有彼此相向的前腰围部、后腰围部和下裆，前腰围部和后腰围部的侧缘部彼此接合，形成腰围部开口和一对腿部开口；其特征在于，在前腰围部的里层外侧设有辅助翼，该辅助翼具有上述朝穿着物品腰围方向的伸缩性，在腰围部方向彼此相向的该辅助翼的两侧部，与前腰围部的两侧部成一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的一次性内裤型穿着物品，其特征在于，上述辅助翼由无纺布和若干条平行的弹性构件构成，该弹性构件朝腰围方向延伸着，以拉伸的状态与辅助翼接合。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一次性内裤型穿着物品，其特征在于，上述辅助翼在尿布的上下方向，位于腰围部开口的缘部与腿部开口的顶缘部之间。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的一次性内裤型穿着物品，其特征在于，上述辅助翼在腰围部开口的缘部和辅助翼的侧部与前腰围部成一体，其余的部位与前腰围部间离，形成朝内裤型穿着物品下方开口的口袋。
5.如权利要求4所述的一次性内裤型穿着物品，其特征在于，上述辅助翼包含折回部位，该折回部位是由本体的表层和里层的至少一方从腰围部开口的缘部伸出、并在该开口的缘部向尿布的外侧弯折而形成于前腰围部上的。
6.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的一次性内裤型穿着物品，其特征在于，上述辅助翼的侧部与前腰围部连成一体，上述辅助翼的其余部位与前腰围部分开。
7.如权利要求4或5所述的一次性内裤型穿着物品，其特征在于，形成上述口袋的辅助翼，通过该口袋开口的两侧部分在周方向与前腰围部形成一体，上述口袋的腰围方向尺寸是内部比开口大。
8.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的一次性内裤型穿着物品，其特征在于，上述辅助翼与前腰围部间离着的部位的腰围方向的尺寸，从尿布的上方向下方渐渐减小。
9.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的一次性内裤型穿着物品，其特征在于，上述辅助翼与前腰围部间离着的部位，间断地且可剥离地临时与上述里层接合着。
