Abstract

Description

形成柔软透气层的纤维与橡胶粘结剂的组合物
本发明涉及纤维、特别是椰子纤维与作为胶乳的橡胶粘结剂的组合物，粘结剂至少部分包裹纤维将其固定，以便形成一柔软透气层，特别是一垫料层或保护层。
这样的组合物应用于许多方面。它可用于制造使用在地上、海上、海底、空中、空间的座垫、床垫、靠垫和枕头。这种组合物还可用作民用和军用车辆的座椅软垫。其它可能的应用作为非限制性的例子有：果树(如猕猴桃)的隔离，体育垫子的制造，过滤器的制造(如围绕着排污的钻孔管道，或空气处理或水过滤钻孔管道)，包装，建筑物的隔离等等。
总有一种改善这种组合物的需求，以便使其对使用者更有吸引力，特别是对于由这种组合物实施的一种产品的使用者而言。
因此，例如在医院用床具的情况中，在出租的床具中，甚至对于很敏感的人的家庭应用中，都有对构成床具的床垫和其它靠垫的不断消毒的日益增长的要求。
在举出的例子及其它没有列举的情况下，胶乳的气味在某些环境中可能是一种缺点。果树的隔离就可能是这种情况，在太阳加热下，胶乳的气味可能使花的授粉所需要的昆虫疏远。
本发明的目的就是为上述组合物消毒的需要而提供一种解决方法，在其多种应用中给以舒适的气味。
为此，根据本发明，粘结剂是一种扩散体，它具有一些微囊，微囊至少包含一种消毒剂，起杀菌和灭病毒的作用，以及/或包含一种芳香剂。
这种解决办法在解决同样问题时被证实比其它所能想到的办法(例如，对所述柔软透气层的浸渍涂抹)有出乎意料的效果，因为微囊内含一种或多种药剂，并只在所述组合物的整个使用期间逐渐地释放出来。
由于这种东西做在粘结剂中，对其本身的除臭作用可以说是完全的。
在本发明具有优越性的一种实施形式中，在发散物中有包含所述两种药剂的一批微囊。
在本发明的一种优选实施形式中，以胶乳为基体的粘结剂与抗紫外线的处理剂混合在一起。
本发明的其它详细说明和特征，将在从属权利要求以及非限制性的有关本发明结合物的描述中体现出来。
本发明的纤维与橡胶粘结剂的组合物可以解释为椰子天然纤维与一种橡胶似的胶乳粘结剂的结合，粘结剂涂抹在纤维上，将纤维之间固定，以形成一柔软的透气层，这样，在例如经过已知方式的剪切和处理之后，用于制成车辆座椅的填充垫料或床垫的填充垫料。
根据本发明，胶乳粘结剂是一种发散物，它包含一些微囊(即在显微镜下才能看到的囊)，微囊至少包含一种消毒剂和/或一种芳香剂。消毒剂例如可以是IRGASANT DP 300，其杀菌和消灭病毒的作用是已知的。芳香剂或除臭剂可以是一种香草香料、柠檬香料(它还能驱走蚊虫)等，根据使用情况而定。
在上述组合物的应用过程中，柔软透气层的每一次操作、或有时柔软透气层的偶然的温度变化都可使微囊破裂，不管在其表面或在发散体内部，这样释放出来的药剂能够一点一点地起作用。
在实验室进行的试验表明，由于使用以分布方式发散和激发的微囊，如此释放药剂的效能按时间统计能持续25年以上。
根据本发明的一种优选实施形式，每个微囊可以只包含一定量的所述两种药剂中的一种，或者包含一定量的所述两种药剂的每一种，有时同时还在组合物中包含为其它目的所用的其它物品。
例如，为了调整所述药剂和/或所述物品的释放，在发散体中包含一批带有所述两种药剂中的一种的微囊和一批另一种药剂的微囊可能是有好处的。在药剂之间有相互作用的情况下，为了使相互作用在时间上错开，可使用这种方法。
此外，在发散体中可以有包含所述二种药剂的微囊和只包含两种药剂中的一种的微囊，例如，在希望一种药剂从统计上比其它药剂释放地更频繁的情况下就是如此。在此情况下，两部分微囊还能包含其它物品。
有利的是，特别是当由组合物制造的柔软透气层暴露在光线之下(保护树木，包装等)时，在发散体里添加防止由紫外线造成胶乳过早老化的处理药剂，这种药剂可以是在胶乳领域里已知的TINUVIN 571。
当然，本发明决不限于所描述的实施方案，可以进行不超出本发明范围的改进。
因此，在发散体中可有包含不同于所述药剂的其它物品的微囊，这些其它物品应适合于组合物的应用。

Claims (7)

1.纤维、特别是椰子纤维与橡胶粘结剂、如胶乳的组合物，粘结剂至少部分地涂覆纤维，使纤维之间固定，以便形成一个柔软的透气层，特别是一垫料层或一保护层，用于制造车辆的座垫、床垫、过滤器或包装，其特征在于，粘结剂是一种具有微囊的发散体，微囊至少含一种消毒剂，以便杀菌和/或灭病毒，并且/或者包含一种芳香剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物，其特征在于，在发散体中，有包含所述两种药剂的一组微囊。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物，其特征在于，在发散体中有一组微囊，只包含所述两种药剂中的一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的组合物，其特征在于，在发散体中有包含所述另外一种药剂的另一组微囊。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任何一条所述的组合物，其特征在于，以胶乳为基体的粘结剂与防止紫外线老化的处理药剂混合。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任何一条所述的组合物，其特征在于，所述微囊另外还包含适于组合物应用的至少另一种物品。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任何一条所述的组合物，其特征在于，在发散体中另外还具有除所述药剂之外的其它物品的微囊，这些其它物品适于组合物的应用。
