Abstract

Description

异型罐体的金属罐
本发明涉及一种用于食料或饮料的金属片材制的罐,它具有一个罐体和一个与上述罐体固定连接或与之整体成形的底部,上述罐体具有大致旋转对称的形状,其上具有若干凹部的构型。这种罐是已知的,它具有沿周向有规律地分布的沿罐的纵向延伸的凹部构型,结果通过罐的各横截面呈现出叠加于平常的圆形形状之上的大致波浪形状。
这种罐的缺点是,在加装处于一定压力的食料或饮料,例如在加装软饮料的情况下,罐中的内压在罐封闭后升高,使凹部在向外方向的压力的作用下被向外压。在最好的情形下,上述情况导致凹部或多或少地消失。然而,实际上发现,对凹部的向外压是一个不可控制的随机过程。因此,对凹部的未受抑止的向外压以随机、不受控制的方式出现。其结果可能是,罐呈现不太吸引人的外观,同时在切向分量改变的情形下,罐的端部表面,特别是底部和顶部不再平行,由此使罐的可堆垛性受到不利的影响。
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是,提供一种上述类型的片材金属罐,使对凹部向外压的危险大大减小,甚至完全消除。
为达此目的,上述类型的本发明的罐具有这样的特征:有至少一个沿周边延伸的带状部分,该部分存在于距罐体的轴向端部有一定距离的位置,且其上无凹部。
一个具体的实施例具有这样的特征:上述凹部为窄长的且具有很大的轴向分量。沿纵向延伸的凹部只有轴向分量。在窄长的凹部具有倾斜的,例如大致螺旋形的结构时,既有轴向分量也有切向分量。
本发明的罐最好具有如下特征:上述罐体在其带状部分区域的直径最大。这一方案的优点在于,在罐制造后的运输过程中,各罐以其各自的带状部分相互接触,很容易滚动地相互贴靠,而不会使罐在凹部区域相互接触。这样便于平稳运输,并减小因冲击力造成罐损坏的危险。
另一个实施例的特征是,相距一定距离地存在两个带状部分。

图1示出一种用于碳酸软饮料的金属片材制的罐1。该罐具有一个罐体2和一个连在罐体上例如与之成一体的底部3。罐体具有大致旋转对称的形状,并设有一些示意地表示出的沿纵向延伸的凹部4。特别需要指出的是,上面只是一个例子,凹部亦可比图1所示的凹部宽,甚至可大大宽于图1所示的凹部。下面会明白,较窄的凹部不易受由内压造成的所不希望的向外位移的影响。因此,应该明白,本发明通常旨在罐结构的刚化,使较大尺寸的凹部不易受向外位移的影响。
图2所示的罐5与图1所示的罐1的不同之处在于,在凹部6、7之间的中间区域设有一个非异型的带状区域8。下面会明白,由此获得了切向拉伸强度,这样有效地防止了凹部6、7在内压下向外移动。
图3所示的罐9具有三组窄长的凹部10、11、12,这三组凹部被非异型带13、14隔开。
图4所示的罐15的形状不同于图2所示的罐5,罐15在分别设有窄长凹部17、18的异型区域之间,其非异型带状中心区域16的形状加宽。由于非异型带状区域16是圆形的,并形成罐的最宽的部分,所以,邻近的罐例如在运输过程中只与该非异型区域相互接触。
罐15为一种所谓的两部分罐,其中,罐体19和底部20整体成形。
罐15以及在此所述及的其他罐可这样制成:首先制造一个基本型的罐,然后,例如通过胀开式心轴、爆炸变形(explosive deformation)或其他合适的造型技术对上述基本型的罐施以造型工艺。
图15所示的罐21具有不同于图4所示凹部17、18的窄长凹部17′、18′,它们不是指向纵向,而是有一倾斜角度。
图6示出,一罐的罐体22并不象图4所示的罐15那样与底部整体成形,而是底部24通过一个折边接缝23密封地连接于罐体22。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于食料或饮料的金属片材制的罐,它具有一个罐体和一个与上述罐体固定连接或与之整体成形的底部,上述罐体具有大致旋转对称的形状,其上具有若干凹部的构型,
其特征在于:
至少一个沿周边延伸的带状部分,该部分存在于距罐体的轴向端部有一定距离的位置,且其上无凹部。
2.如权利要求1所述的罐,其特征在于,上述凹部为窄长的且具有很大的轴向分量。
3.如权利要求1所述的罐,其特征在于,上述罐体在其带状部分区域的直径最大。
4.如权利要求1所述的罐,其特征在于,相距一定距离地存在两个带状部分。
