Abstract

Description
本发明一般涉及屏蔽电缆以及屏蔽缆绳的接地,特别涉及屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳的接地装置和接地方法。
屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳在本说明书中指所有在屏蔽电缆中实施的屏蔽手段。
按照现有的技术,在屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳接地装置中,每根屏蔽电缆单独接地。
根据已知的现有技术,屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳的接地用一根标有地线的和多股热焊的接线来保证。
电线/屏蔽之间的联结是通过安装在事先在导体绝缘套上卷起的每个屏蔽上的自动焊接套管实现的。
在已有技术的某些实施方案中,自动焊接套管由一个可镶嵌的金属配件或一个弹簧夹来代替。
按照已有技术的另一实施方案,在一不锈钢底座上的弹簧夹能够保持和联结数个多导体的屏蔽。
已有技术的屏蔽电缆屏蔽绳的这些接地装置有缺点,其缺点是屏蔽缆绳的接地阻抗高,这是由于其长度太长,使用不同的材料及线的联接断面小所造成的。
这样,本发明的目的是提供一种屏蔽电缆的接地装置和一种接地方法,这种接地装置和方法能以可靠和经济的方式减小屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳与地之间的联接阻抗。
根据本发明,屏蔽电缆屏蔽缆绳的接地装置的特征在于,它带有一个纵向支架,在纵向支架的底部配置有一衬垫,衬垫覆盖一导电外壳,在支架的上表面上可放置一盖板,在支架上部带有一组插口,可以安放屏蔽电缆。
根据本发明,屏蔽电缆屏蔽缆绳的接地方法的特征在于,它有如下步骤:
-剥开单股或多股屏蔽电缆,以便露出导体和屏蔽缆绳,
-屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳分别卷起在它们屏蔽电缆的绝缘套上,
-一高频衬垫安置在支架的底部,
-屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳安放在插口中,因此,与高频衬垫的导电壳接触,
-在支架的上表面上有一盖板,以便保持屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳与高频衬垫的导电壳接触。
本发明提供的装置和方法至少还满足下述特征之一:
-所述高频衬垫的导电壳是一种编结导电壳,
-所述衬垫是弹性的,
-所述导电材料有均匀的覆盖层,
-所述覆盖层导电材料是镀锡的铜,
-所述剥开的屏蔽电缆被压在盖板和所述高频衬垫的导电编结壳之间,
-所述支架和所述盖板是一种电绝缘材料。
本发明提供的屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳接地装置和方法的一个优点是多根屏蔽电缆同时并且密实地接地。
本发明提供的屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳接地装置和方法的另一优点是能接受直径和组成不同的电缆屏蔽缆绳。
本发明提供的屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳接地装置和方法的另一优点是接地阻抗明显地减小,大大改善了CEM要求的性能。
本发明提供的屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳接地装置和方法的另一优点是实施时间短。
本发明提供的屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳接地装置和方法的另一优点是元件数量减少到最少。
本发明提供的屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳接地装置和方法的另一优点是能应用于所有接地问题,例如,在牵引设备中或在船上信息线路方面。
本发明的其它目的、特征和优点,在阅读了屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳的接地装置和方法的优选实施方案的描述后会体显出来,描述将参照唯一的附图,该图是根据本发明的屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳接地装置的总图。
根据唯一的附图所示的优选实施方案,屏蔽电缆6的屏蔽缆绳5的接地装置带有一个纵向导电支架1,其径向断面呈U形,在其底部配置一个衬垫2,周围套有一编结的导电壳3,导电支架1的上表面上放置一块导电盖板4。
带有一个编结导电壳3的衬垫2是一种高频衬垫。
这样的高频衬垫,例如是由“JACQUES DUBOIS”公司销售的,名称为“TRICAT线性衬料”。
导电支架1在上部有一组插口7,可以接收屏蔽电缆6。
根据本发明的方法,单股或多股的屏蔽电缆6被剥开,以便让导体8以及屏蔽缆绳5露出来。
屏蔽电缆6的屏蔽缆绳5最好分别在其屏蔽电缆的绝缘壳9上卷起。
高频衬垫设置在导体支架1的底部。
屏蔽电缆6的屏蔽缆绳5放置在插口7中,因此与高频衬垫的导电体编结壳接触。
最后,导体盖板4固定在导体支架1的上表面,以便使屏蔽电缆6的屏蔽缆绳5与高频衬垫的编结导体壳3保持接触。
在该实施方案中,屏蔽缆绳5的接地需要使导体支架1接地。
根据另一实施方案,支架1和盖板4是一种电绝缘材料。
在这种实施方案中,屏蔽缆绳的接地需要使高频衬垫的导电编结壳3接地。
不管哪种实施方案,衬垫2可有任何一种截面,例如方形、矩形、圆形或椭圆形。
导电材料有均匀的覆盖层,例如以镀锡的铜制成。
其屏蔽缆绳根据本发明的方法接地的屏蔽电缆被夹在盖板和配置在支架中的覆盖有编结壳的衬垫之间。
整体压力由拧紧在支架上的盖板来保证。
剥裸的屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳与高频衬垫编结壳之间的压力由高频衬垫的弹性来维持。
带有一组插口的支架的使用具有限制高频衬垫蠕变的优点。
电气接触的质量由导电元件保护外层的相容性来保证。
屏蔽电缆的屏蔽缆绳的接地装置通过在接固定在底座上来实现与底座地线的相联。
Claims (8)
1.屏蔽电缆(6)的屏蔽缆绳(5)的接地装置,其特征在于,它具有一个纵向支架(1),在其底部配置一个覆盖一导电壳(3)的衬垫(2),支架(1)在其上表面上可以接纳一盖板(4),所述支架(1)在其上部带有一组插口(7),可以接纳屏蔽电缆(6)。
2.屏蔽电缆(6)的屏蔽缆绳(5)的接地方法,其特征在于,它具有下述步骤:
-单股或者多股的屏蔽电缆(6)被剥裸,以便让导体(8)以及屏蔽缆绳(5)显露出来,
-屏蔽电缆(6)的屏蔽缆绳(5)分别在其屏蔽电缆的绝缘壳(9)上卷起,
-高频衬垫(2,3)放置在支架(1)的底部,
-屏蔽电缆(6)的屏蔽缆绳(5)安置在插口(7)中,因此与高频衬垫(2,3)的导电壳(3)接触,
-盖板(4)固定在支架(1)的上表面,以便保持屏蔽电缆(6)的屏蔽缆绳(5)与高频衬垫(2,3)的导电壳(3)接触。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置或方法,其中,所述高频衬垫(2,3)的导电壳(3)是一种编结壳。
4.根据权利要求1到3中任何一条所述的装置或方法,其中,所述衬垫(2)是弹性的。
5.根据权利要求1到4中任何一条所述的装置或方法,其中,所述导电材料具有均匀的覆盖层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置或方法,其中,所述覆盖层的导电材料是镀锡的铜。
7.根据权利要求1到6中任何一条所述的装置或方法,其中,所述剥裸的屏蔽电缆(6)压紧在所述盖板(4)和所述高频衬垫(2,3)的编结导电壳(3)之间。
8.根据权利要求1到7中任何一条所述的装置或方法,其中,所述支架(1)和所述盖板(4)用一种电绝缘材料制成。
