Description
本发明涉及用来对纺织材料进行处理以改善其抗真菌和/或抗尘螨性能的方法,该方法包括用特殊的施涂方法向纺织材料施加特别选择的抗真菌剂或抗尘螨剂。
具有抗真菌性能、尤其是具有抗尘螨性能的纺织品是消费者非常渴望的。有几种情形对于这种性能特别重要。例如,许多研究发现,人足常受真菌感染,引起各种疾病,例如足癣。因此,将具有抗真菌性能的纺织材料包含在制鞋的部件中会对消费者有益。在家用纺织品情形,已经将在床垫、枕套中存在的尘螨与过敏和哮喘发生率增加相联系。因为尘螨的存活取决于将皮屑代谢成维生素B(尘螨的必需食源)的真菌物种的存在,所以抑制真菌会有助于阻止尘螨的生长,从而对消费者有益。
根据上述,需要找到一种合适的方法,以便能改善这些性能并因此得到持久的抗真菌和抗尘螨活性,而且还能耐受反复的洗涤。
本发明集中于一种特殊试剂对纺织品的应用,以得到所需的抗真菌和抗尘螨效力。出乎意料的是,发现可以在各种人造及天然纤维制成的基材上包含一种选定的抗真菌物质,以提供长效的抗真菌活性和抗尘螨性能,而且这些性能能耐受反复洗涤、干洗、气候老化和或其它老化过程。这些纺织品用选定的试剂和/或含这种试剂的制剂来处理可以以各种方式进行,例如,浸轧、喷雾和泡沫施涂法,以及用该试剂处理凝胶态聚丙烯腈纤维的方法。
因此,本发明涉及一种用于处理纺织材料以改善其抗真菌和/或抗尘螨性能的方法。该方法包括用浸轧、喷雾和泡沫施涂等方式或在干洗过程中向纺织材料施加一种式(I)化合物
式(I)化合物可作为稀的、加溶的、乳化的、或者最好是分散的形式的水基制剂施用。
因此,这类水基制剂可另外含有少量的有机溶剂、表面活性剂、分散剂和/或乳化剂。这些组分可用于式(I)化合物在水基制剂中的加溶和稳定。
如果式(I)化合物是以分散的形式施用,则最好是与一种合适的分散剂一起研磨,可方便地使用石英球和高速搅拌机,磨到例如粒度为0.1-4μm,尤其是0.3-3μm。
适合式(I)化合物的分散剂是:
—氧化烯加成物的酸性酯或其盐,通常是4-40mol的环氧乙烷与1mol苯酚的聚加成物的酸性酯或其盐,或者6-30mol环氧乙烷与1mol4-壬基酚、1mol二壬基酚、或者最好是与用1-3mol的未取代或取代的苯乙烯与1mol苯酚加成得到的化合物的磷酸盐化聚加成物,
—聚苯乙烯磺酸盐,
—脂肪酸氨基乙磺酸盐,
—烷基化二苯醚单或二磺酸盐,
—聚羧酸酯的磺酸盐,
—1-60摩尔环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷与烷基链中各含8-22个碳原子的脂肪胺、脂肪酸或脂肪醇,与烷基链中含4-16个碳原子的烷基酚,或与含3-6个碳原子的三羟基至六羟基链烷醇的聚加合物,该聚加成物用有机二元羧酸或无机多元酸转化成酸性酯,
—木质素磺酸盐,以及最优选地,
—甲醛缩合物,例如木质素磺酸盐和/或苯酚与甲醛的缩合物,甲醛与芳族磺酸的缩合物,典型代表是二甲苯醚磺酸盐与甲醛的缩合物,萘磺酸和/或萘酚-或萘胺磺酸与甲醛的缩合物,苯酚磺酸和/或磺化二羟基二苯砜及酚或甲酚与甲醛和/或尿素的缩合物,以及二苯醚-二磺酸衍生物与甲醛的缩合物。
式(I)化合物优选用至少一种以下分散剂分散:木质素磺酸盐和/或苯酚与甲醛的缩合物;甲醛与芳族磺酸的缩合物;萘磺酸和/或萘酚-或萘胺磺酸与甲醛的缩合物;苯酚磺酸和/或磺化二羟基二苯砜和酚或甲酚与甲醛和/或尿素的缩合物;以及二苯醚-二磺酸衍生物与甲醛的缩合物。极其优选的是萘磺酸和/或萘酚-或萘胺磺酸与甲醛的缩合物。
合适的加溶剂是阴离子、非离子或两性离子以及两性型的合成的表面活性物质。
合适的阴离子表面活性物质是:
—硫酸盐,通常是烷基链中含8-18个碳原子的脂肪醇硫酸盐,例如硫酸化月桂醇;
—脂肪醇醚硫酸盐,其代表是2-30mol环氧乙烷与1mol C8-C22脂肪醇的聚加成物的酸性酯或其盐;
—C8-C20脂肪酸的碱金属盐、铵盐或胺盐,它们被称为皂,其代表为椰子油脂肪酸;
—烷基酰胺硫酸盐;
—烷基胺硫酸盐,典型代表为十二烷基硫酸单乙醇胺盐;
—烷基酰胺醚硫酸盐;
—烷基芳基聚醚硫酸盐;
—甘油单硫酸酯盐;
—烷基链中含8-20个碳原子的烷基磺酸盐,例如十二烷基磺酸盐;
—烷基酰胺磺酸盐;
—烷基芳基磺酸盐;
—α-烯烃磺酸盐;
—磺化琥珀酸衍生物,典型代表是烷基磺化琥珀酸酯,烷基醚磺化琥珀酸酯或烷基磺化琥珀酰胺衍生物;

所用的阴离子型表面活性剂还可以是脂肪酸甲基氨基乙磺酸盐、烷基羟乙基磺酸盐、脂肪酸多肽缩合物和脂肪醇磷酸酯。这些化合物中的烷基优选含8-24个碳原子。
阴离子型表面活性剂常常以其水溶性盐的形式得到,例如碱金属盐、铵盐或胺盐。这些盐的典型实例是锂盐、钠盐、钾盐、铵盐、三乙胺盐、乙醇胺盐、二乙醇胺盐或三乙醇胺盐。优选使用钠或钾盐或铵-(NR1R2R3)盐,其中R1、R2和R3各自独立地是氢、C1-C4烷基或C1-C4羟烷基。
合适的两性离子型和两性型表面活性剂是咪唑啉羧酸盐,烷基咪唑啉羧基羧酸,烷基咪唑啉羧酸(如十二烷基咪唑啉氨基乙酸盐)和N-烷基-b-咪唑啉丙酸盐或N-烷基-b-亚氨基二丙酸盐。
非离子型表面活性剂通常是分子量为1000-15000的环氧丙烷/环氧乙烷加成物的衍生物、脂肪醇乙氧基化物(1-50EO),烷基酚聚乙二醇醚(1-50EO),乙氧基化的碳水化合物,脂肪酸与乙二醇的偏酯(典型代表为二乙二醇单硬脂酸酯),PEG5甘油硬脂酸酯,PEG 15甘油硬脂酸酯,PEG 25甘油硬脂酸酯,辛酸16-18烷基酯,脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺和脂肪酸二链烷醇酰胺,脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺乙氧基化物和脂肪酸氧化胺。
另外,饱和和不饱和的C8-C22脂肪酸本身,或其彼此的混合物或与其它表面活性物质的混合物,可以作为加溶剂使用。这些脂肪酸的典型实例有癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、花生酸、山萮酸、十二烯酸、十四烯酸、十八烯酸、油酸、二十烷酸和芥酸,以及这些酸的工业混合物,典型代表为椰子油脂肪酸。这些酸可以以盐的形式得到,合适的阳离子是碱金属阳离子,例如钠和钾阳离子,金属原子,例如锌原子和铝原子,或是有足够碱性的含氮有机化合物,例如胺或乙氧基化的胺。这些盐也可以原位制备。
另外,合适的增溶剂是二羟基醇,优选在亚烷基部分含2-6个碳原子的二羟基醇,例如乙二醇,1,2-或1,3-丙二醇,1,3-、1,4-或2,3-丁二醇,1,5-戊二醇和1,6-己二醇,或一羟基醇,如甲醇、乙醇或丙醇,以及丙酮。
在这类水基制剂中,尤其是在分散体中,式(I)化合物的浓度常为制剂重量的0.001-30%,尤其是0.1-20%。式(I)化合物的数量优选为0.1-10%,尤其是1-5%。
另外加入的组分,例如分散剂或表面活性剂,其数量优选为水基制剂重量的0.1-30%,尤其是1-20%。
这种水基制剂,尤其是用以上方法制备的分散体,可以被稀释成几乎任何比例。
对于以下的所有应用,均优选以这种水基制剂的形式,尤其是分散体的形式,加入式(I)化合物。
浸轧可以按照常规的浸轧工艺进行。例如,使纺织材料通过一个含式(I)化合物的水基液体,将该纺织材料挤压至一定的轧余率,然后进行固着步骤,优选进行热处理。
水基液体(浸轧液)中的式(I)化合物的含量通常为该水基液体重量的0.001-10%,尤其是0.01-10%。优选式(I)化合物的含量为0.01-5%重量。
液体轧余率经常是纺织品重量的40-200%,尤其是50-150%。
固着步骤通常利用热处理进行,例如在60-150℃,尤其是90-150℃的温度热处理。
浸轧通常以连续方式进行,其中使纺织材料连续通过含式(I)化合物的水基液体。
根据一项优选的方法,式(I)化合物是以浸轧方式施加在纺织材料上,其中使纺织材料连续地通过一个水基液浴,液浴中含有占液体重量0.001-10%的式(I)化合物。
喷雾可以按照常规的喷雾方法进行。根据这些方法,将含式(I)化合物的水溶液喷到纺织材料上。水溶液中的式(I)化合物的含量通常是水溶液重量的0.001-10%,尤其是0.01-10%。优选式(I)化合物的数量为0.1-10%重量。这种喷雾方法尤其适合于向地毯这类纺织材料上施涂式(I)化合物。根据这类优选方法,在与例如地毯的移动方向横切的喷雾线上安置许多喷雾孔。利用压力,通过喷雾孔将式(I)化合物以水溶液形式施涂。
在喷雾之后通常进行一个固着步骤,这可以利用以上对浸轧法所说的热处理来完成。
喷雾也可以用来将式(I)化合物以水溶液形式施加到纺织材料,包括皮革(例如沙发或鞋子)的表面上。
根据另一优选方法,用喷雾法将式(I)化合物施加到纺织材料上,其中水溶液含有占水溶液重量0.001-10%重量的式(I)化合物。
式(I)化合物也可以用泡沫涂布法施涂到纺织材料上。关于这种涂布,所有以上对喷雾法列出的条件和优选条件均适用。然而,式(I)化合物是以水基泡沫的形式施用,它通常还含有泡沫稳定剂。这样一种方法也特别适合处理地毯。
根据另一种优选方法,式(I)化合物是用泡沫涂布法施加到纺织材料上,在该方法中向纺织材料施涂一种水基泡沫,该水基泡沫含有占水基泡沫重量0.001-10%的式(I)化合物和任选存在的一种泡沫稳定剂。
浸轧、喷雾和泡沫涂布可以通过向纺织材料施用和染料在一起的式(I)化合物(例如在染色过程中)来进行,或是在与纺织品有关的其它过程中进行,例如整理过程。优选在染料存在下用式(I)化合物进行处理。
如果这些过程是在染料不存在的情况下进行,则优选在整理过程中施用式(I)化合物。
使用在纺织工业中常用的一些聚合物及低聚物会有助于进一步改善所希望的抗真菌及抗尘螨效力的耐久性。这些物质包括但不限于向各种纺织材料提供容易护理和/或其它性能的树脂整理剂、柔软剂、涂膜剂、固着剂和/或其它的修饰剂,例如亲水剂和疏水剂、阻燃剂等。显然,从经济及工艺方便角度考虑,这种抗微生物处理可以与纺织工业中常见的很多其它不同类型的处理一起进行。
式(I)化合物的施用也可以在以浸轧、喷雾或泡沫方式进行的染色过程中完成。对于这些过程,以上的条件和优先选择都适用。合适的染料是分散染料、碱性染料、酸性染料、直接染料或活性染料。活性染料对于天然的含聚酰胺或纤维素的纺织材料尤其合适。直接染料特别适合于含纤维素的纺织材料。所述染料可以属于不同的染料类别,包括吖啶染料、偶氮染料、蒽醌染料、香豆素染料、甲染料、次甲基染料、菲咯啉二酮(Perinone)染料、萘醌-亚胺染料、喹诺酞酮染料、苯乙烯染料或硝基染料。也可以使用染料混合物。
当在染色过程中使用式(I)化合物时,其步骤可以是,先用此化合物处理纺织材料,然后进行染色,或者最好是,将纺织材料同时用式(I)化合物和染料进行处理。然而,也可以在先完成染色之后再施用式(I)化合物。
处理液中还可以含有其它成分,例如助染剂、分散剂、载体、羊毛保护剂、润湿剂及消泡剂。
处理液中还可以含有无机酸,例如硫酸或磷酸,或可方便地含有机酸,包括例如脂族羧酸,如甲酸、乙酸、草酸或柠檬酸,以及/或盐类,例如乙酸铵、硫酸铵或乙酸钠。所述之酸特别是用于调节液体的pH,例如调节至pH3到6。
在包括施用式(I)化合物的染色工序之后,纺织品可进行固着步骤,例如上述的热处理。
除了以上的施用方法之外,也可以按照通常的尽染法,与或不与染料一起施用式(I)化合物。
式(I)化合物也可以在干洗过程中施加。根据干洗法,通常使用有机溶剂,尤其是挥发性有机溶剂,例用全氯乙烯或三氯乙烯,作为清洗介质。典型的干洗操作包括洗涤、冲洗和干燥循环。优选使用其中含占溶剂重量0.001-10%的式(I)化合物的有机溶剂。关于式(I)化合物的数量,以上对浸轧法给出的优选值也适用。
根据优选的实施方案,式(I)化合物在干洗过程中施加到纺织材料上,其中将纺织材料用有机溶剂处理,优选用全氯乙烯或三氯乙烯,其中含有占有机溶剂重量0.001-10%的式(I)化合物。
可以用式(I)化合物处理的纺织材料包括例如天然或合成的聚酰胺(如,羊毛、丝、尼龙),聚氨酯,聚酯,聚丙烯,聚乙烯,聚丙烯腈和所有各种含纤维素的纺织材料,例如天然的纤维素纤维,例如棉花、亚麻、黄麻和大麻,以及粘胶短纤维和再生纤维;或以上纤维材料的掺混物,例如聚丙烯腈/聚酯、聚酰胺/聚酯、聚酯/棉花、聚酯/粘胶和聚酯/羊毛。
优选的纺织材料是含羊毛、合成的聚酰胺、聚酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯的纺织材料,以及含纤维素的纺织材料,优选棉花或羊毛,尤其是棉花。
纺织材料可以以不同的形式存在,例如机织织物或针织物,或作为坯料,例如针织品、无纺织物、地毯、纱线或短纤维。优选的是无纺织物,尤其是地毯。
许多最终用途制品可以称作由处理过的材料制成的经处理的织物或产品。其实例包括但不限于地毯和碎布、枕套、床用衬料、床单、床垫和床垫套布、窗帘、羽绒被和羽绒被套、家具衬垫材料、袜子和外衣。
另外,本发明还涉及一种用于处理聚丙烯腈纤维以提高其抗真菌和/或抗尘螨性能的方法,包括向凝胶态的该纤维施用式(I)化合物
聚丙烯腈纤维的凝胶态应理解为在纤维制备后短期内的溶胀态(新纺的纤维;通常是在除去用来制备该纤维的大部分非水纺纱溶剂之后)。US-A-4,563,191中有对此的说明。
这样一种处理可以按照常规方法进行。例如,将聚丙烯腈纤维在含有占水溶液重量0.001-10%,尤其是0.01-5%的式(I)化合物的水溶液中进行处理。式(I)化合物的数量优选为0.01-1%重量。优选在20-100℃的温度进行处理,尤其是40-80℃。处理时水溶液的pH优选为3至6。
如果需要,可以在处理后将纤维加压以达到特定的液体轧余率,例如50-300%,尤其是100-300%。随后可进行热处理,将处理过的纤维在例如60-200℃的温度,尤其是在90-200℃下干燥。
以上处理也可以在这些纤维的染色过程中进行。在这种情形,采用对于凝胶态纤维常用的染色方法。要使用的染料包括碱性染料。这些染料于是存在于用于处理的水溶液中。
用式(I)化合物的处理也可以与能赋予纤维各种所需性质以具备各种功能的其它化学试剂一起进行。优选在式(I)化合物与抗微生物剂、尤其是在抑制细菌(包括革兰氏阳性和阴性菌)生长方面显示活性的抗微生物剂一起存在下进行处理。
对于式(I)化合物的所有以上应用,优选的是一种用来改善抗真菌性能的方法。同样,优选一种用来改善抗尘螨性能的方法。最优选的是同时改善抗真菌和抗尘螨性能的方法。
在以下实施例中,百分含量按重量计。
实施例1:制剂1的制备
将35g托萘酯(2-萘基-N-甲基-N-(3-甲苯基)硫羰氨基甲酸酯,Cas No.2398-96-1)、105g萘磺酸/甲醛缩合产物和560ml水在合适的容器中混合,容器中事先加有1000g石英砂。将此混合物在滚磨机中均化24小时。滤除石英砂,得到的制剂1含5%托萘酯。在此制剂中托萘酯的中值粒径经测定为约2μm,比表面积为3.73m2/g。

实施例2:制剂1的掺入
将10g制剂1加到500ml水中。向此浴中浸入由100%棉纤维制成的针织物,随后用一台实验室浸轧机(Mathias)压至液体轧余率为80%O.W.f(按织物重量计)。将这样得到的织物在鼓风烘箱中于120℃干燥5分钟。
实施例3:制剂1的掺入
将10g制剂1和40g Dicylan AS(一种可在织物上形成薄膜的产品,可自Ciba Specialty Chemicals Inc.Switzerland得到)一起加到450ml水中。向此浴中加入由100%棉纤维制成的针织品,随后用实验室浸轧机(Mathias)压至液体轧余率为80%O.W.f。将得到的织物在鼓风烘箱中于120℃干燥5分钟。
实施例4:制剂1的掺入
将10g制剂1加到500ml水中。向该浴中浸入由100%羊毛纤维制成的机织织物,随后用实验室浸轧机(Mathias)压至液体轧余率为80%O.W.f。将得到的织物在鼓风烘箱中于120℃干燥5分钟。
实施例5:制剂1的掺入
将制剂1用水按1∶1的比例稀释(重量比),然后将稀释后的制剂在室温下喷雾到由100%羊毛纤维制成的机织织物上,掺入量为织物重量的2%。将处理过的织物在70℃烘箱内干燥10分钟。
实施例6:制剂2的制备(对照实施例)
将10g 2,4-二氯苯甲醇溶于87g 1,2-丙二醇中,随后加入3g阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠。形成的制剂为透明的溶液。在进一步用水稀释时,制剂形成奶状的分散体。
实施例7:制剂2的掺入(对照实施例)
200g制剂2进一步用800ml水稀释,生成分散体。用此分散体以100%的轧余率浸轧棉织物。被浸轧的织物在70℃下于鼓风烘箱内干燥。
实施例8:制剂3的制备(对照实施例)
10g a-(2-(4-氯苯基)乙基)-a-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-乙醇(CAS No.107534-96-3)加到30g 1,2-丙二醇和60gMarlipol 24/99(一种非离子型表面活性剂)中。形成的产物标记为制剂3。
实施例9:制剂3的掺入(对照实施例)
将20g制剂3加到1000ml水中。用一台Mathias实验室浸轧机浸轧由100%棉纤维制成的针织物,轧余率为80-100%。浸轧过的织物在鼓风烘箱中于120℃干燥5分钟。
实施例10:制剂1的掺入
在此实施例中对刚纺出的湿(含湿量约170%)聚丙烯腈纤维进行处理。准备一个处理浴,其中包含:
50g制剂1
50g Tinosan AM100(抗微生物剂,Ciba Specialty ChemicalsInc.,Switzerland)
加水至1000ml
将处理浴的pH调节到4.5。
将处理浴加热至55-60℃,将刚纺出的湿聚丙烯腈纤维浸到该浴中并保持约5秒种,然后将处理过的纤维用实验室浸轧机压至总的湿轧余率为约200%。再将处理过的湿纤维在烘箱中于160℃干燥15分钟。
实施例11:织物和纤维的洗涤
将处理过的织物和/或纤维间或地以常规洗衣方式洗涤,以检验用各种试剂通过各种处理所赋予的抗细菌和/或抗真菌活性的洗涤耐久性。除非另外说明,洗涤条件如下:

实施例12:用制剂1处理的织物的微生物活性
a)方法原理
从样品中冲压出直径2cm的织物园片。将园片置于含真菌悬浮液的固化琼脂(5ml洗过的琼脂斜面加到500ml熔融的琼脂中,将5-6ml分布在底层上)的顶层上。
然后将所有的平板放在28℃下,温育之后测定样品(20mm园片)周围的抑制区,评价在园片下的生长(Vinson比),结果报告在以下表1中。
真菌:黑曲霉ATCC 6275
培养基:沙氏琼脂+4%葡萄糖(两层琼脂:15ml无胚芽的底层和6ml含霉菌的顶层)
温育:28℃,5天

实施例13:用制剂1处理的纤维的微生物活性
按实施例10中所述制备的聚丙烯腈也试验了抗微生物性能。除了真菌菌株外,还选择了有代表性的细菌(苹兰氏阳性和阴性菌)进行实验。在进行与细菌有关的试验时温育时间过夜(18-24小时)。在其它方面试验方法与实施例12中所述相同。结果用列在下表2中的抑制区说明。

Claims (13)
1.一种用于处理纺织材料以改善其抗真菌和/或抗尘螨性能的方法,其中包括,通过浸轧、喷雾、泡沫施涂方法或在干洗过程中,向纺织材料施用式(I)化合物
2.权利要求1的方法,其中式(I)化合物是在染色过程中通过浸轧、喷雾或泡沫施涂方法与染料一起施用到纺织材料上。
3.权利要求1的方法,其中式(I)化合物是在以浸轧、喷雾或泡沫施涂方式进行的整理过程中施用到纺织材料上。
4.权利要求1-3中任一项的方法,其中式(I)化合物是以稀释、加溶、乳化或分散的形式作为水基制剂施用到纺织材料上。
5.权利要求1的方法,其中式(I)化合物用至少一种分散剂分散,该分散剂选自:氧化烯加合物的酸性酯或其盐;聚苯乙烯磺酸盐;脂肪酸氨基乙磺酸盐;烷基化的二苯醚单或二磺酸盐;聚羧酸酯的磺酸盐;1-60mol环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷与烷基链中各含8-22个碳原子的脂肪胺、脂肪酸或脂肪醇,与烷基链中含4-16个碳原子的烷基酚,或与含3-6个碳原子的三羟基至六羟基链烷醇的聚加合物,该聚加合物可以用有机二元羧酸或用无机多元酸转化成酸性酯;木质素磺酸盐;以及甲醛缩合物。
6.权利要求1的方法,其中式(I)化合物用至少一种分散剂分散,该分散剂选自:木质素磺酸盐和/或苯酚与甲醛的缩合物;甲醛与芳族磺酸的缩合物;萘磺酸和/或萘酚或萘胺磺酸与甲醛的缩合物;苯酚磺酸和/或磺化的二羟基二苯砜及酚或甲酚与甲醛和/或尿素的缩合物;以及二苯醚-二磺酸衍生物与甲醛的缩合物。
7.权利要求1的方法,其中式(I)化合物是以浸轧方式施加到纺织材料上,该纺织材料连续地通过一个水溶液,其中含有占水溶液重量0.001-10%的式(I)化合物。
8.权利要求1的方法,其中式(I)化合物是以喷雾方式施加到纺织材料上,在该方法中将一种水溶液向纺织材料上喷雾,该水溶液中含有占溶液重量0.001-10%的式(I)化合物。
9.权利要求1的方法,其中式(I)化合物以泡沫施涂的方式施加到纺织材料上,在该方法中将一种水基泡沫施加到纺织材料上,该水基泡沫中含有占泡沫重量0.001-10%的式(I)化合物和任选存在的一种泡沫稳定剂。
10.权利要求1的方法,其中式(I)化合物在干洗过程中施加到纺织材料上,在该方法中将纺织材料用有机溶剂处理,优选用全氯乙烯或三氯乙烯,其中含占有机溶剂重量0.001-10%的式(I)化合物。
11.权利要求1的方法,其中纺织材料是选自天然或合成的聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯腈和含纤维素的纺织材料。
12.权利要求1的方法,其中纺织材料是选自羊毛、合成的聚酰胺、聚酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯和含纤维素的纺织材料,优选棉花或羊毛
13.权利要求1的方法,其中纺织材料是非织造织物或地毯,优选地毯。
