Abstract
本发明涉及一种纺织品整理剂,特别涉及一种羊毛织物防蛀整理剂。它由如下重量份的组分组成:月桂醇醚硫酸铵5~15份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵3-5份、聚氧乙烯酰胺5-8份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~9份、凯松5~10份、硼砂1~3份,硼酸2~3份,木质素8~15份,香精1~2份和去离子水30~68份,所有组分的总和为100份。本发明的羊毛织物防蛀整理剂,能够有效保证羊毛衫质量,不易虫蛀同时有柔软的手感,并且防蛀时效长达2年以上;同时该防蛀整理剂的耐光性好,对环境和人类安全无损害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织品整理剂,特别涉及一种羊毛织物防蛀整理剂。
背景技术
羊毛由羊毛纤维组成,含有丰富的蛋白质,容易滋生食毛的蛀虫,例如鳞翅目蛾类的衣蛾或者是鞘翅目甲虫类的皮蠢虫,对衣物造成损坏,严重影响了衣物的穿着性,无法满足人们对衣物穿着质量的要求。目前使用的保养方法一般是使用樟脑丸和防蛀剂,但是现有的防蛀剂本身耐光性差,并且会对环境或人类造成一定的损害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防蛀效果显著,对环境和人类安全无损害的羊毛织物防蛀整理剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的羊毛织物防蛀整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:月桂醇醚硫酸铵5~15份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵3-5份、聚氧乙烯酰胺5-8份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~9份、凯松5~10份、硼砂1~3份,硼酸2~3份,木质素8~15份,香精1~2份和去离子水30~68份,所有组分的总和为100份。
作为优选,所述羊毛织物防蛀整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:月桂醇醚硫酸铵10份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵5份、聚氧乙烯酰胺5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、凯松8份、硼砂2份,硼酸3份,木质素12份,香精1份和去离子水48份。
本发明的羊毛织物防蛀整理剂,能够有效保证羊毛衫质量,不易虫蛀同时有柔软的手感,并且防蛀时效长达2年以上;同时该防蛀整理剂的耐光性好,对环境和人类安全无损害。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种羊毛织物防蛀整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:月桂醇醚硫酸铵5份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵5份、聚氧乙烯酰胺5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、凯松10份、硼砂3份,硼酸2份,木质素8份,香精2份和去离子水57份。
实施例2
一种羊毛织物防蛀整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:月桂醇醚硫酸铵15份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵3份、聚氧乙烯酰胺8份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚9份、凯松5份、硼砂1份,硼酸3份,木质素15份,香精1份和去离子水40份。
实施例3
一种羊毛织物防蛀整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:月桂醇醚硫酸铵10份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵5份、聚氧乙烯酰胺5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、凯松8份、硼砂2份,硼酸3份,木质素12份,香精1份和去离子水48份。

1.一种羊毛织物防蛀整理剂,其特征在于:由如下重量份的组分组成:月桂醇醚硫酸铵5~15份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵3-5份、聚氧乙烯酰胺5-8份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~9份、凯松5~10份、硼砂1~3份,硼酸2~3份,木质素8~15份,香精1~2份和去离子水30~68份,所有组分的总和为100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛织物防蛀整理剂,其特征在于:由如下重量份的组分组成:月桂醇醚硫酸铵10份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵5份、聚氧乙烯酰胺5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、凯松8份、硼砂2份,硼酸3份,木质素12份,香精1份和去离子水48份。
