本发明涉及一种矿渣水泥,属于建筑施工材料。它是由硅酸盐水泥熟料、水淬矿渣、石膏、激发剂组成,其特征在于以下述重量配比:硅酸盐水泥熟料0—40%,水淬矿渣50—90%,石膏3—6%,激发剂4—10%。它无污染、熟料掺合量小,早强时间短,成本低,其水泥生产工艺流程不变,可充分利用现有生产厂房和设备,是一种理想的矿渣水泥配方。

矿渣水泥
本发明涉及一种水泥,具体的说是涉及一种矿渣水泥,属于建筑施工材料。
目前,我国的建筑事业正在蓬勃飞跃的发展着,建筑工程施工中所需要的水泥产量也成倍迅猛地增长,然而现有的水泥配方及生产工艺虽然有各种各样,但是它们的成本高,工艺复杂,生产时产量低,特别是对环境的污染大,严重的影响着人们的身体健康,这对我们这样一个水泥生产大国是一个严重的问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种熟料掺合量小,早强时间短,成本低,无污染的矿渣水泥配方,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的一种矿渣水泥,它是由硅酸盐水泥熟料、水淬矿渣、石膏、激发剂组成,其特征在于以下述重量配比(%)的原料按原水泥生产工艺流程生产:
硅酸盐水泥熟料      0-40%
水淬矿渣           50-90%
石膏                3-6%
激发剂              4-10%。
所述的激发剂由硅酸盐碱、硫酸盐碱、生石灰组成,其特征还在于以下述重量配比(%)组成:
硅酸盐碱            0-5%
硫酸盐碱            1-3%
生石灰              0-2%。
本发明与现有技术相比,它无污染、熟料掺合量小,早强时间短,成本低,其水泥生产工艺流程不变,可充分利用现有生产厂房和设备,是一种理想的矿渣水泥配方。
下面结合实施例详述本发明实施例1取:    硅酸盐水泥熟料    15.84吨
    水淬矿渣          70.80吨
    石膏               5.00吨
    激发剂             8.36吨上述的激发剂:取:    硅酸盐碱           4.50吨
    硫酸盐碱           2.50吨
    生石灰             1.36吨。将上述原料按原生产工艺流程生产得100吨本发明的矿渣水泥。实施例2取:    硅酸盐水泥熟料     0.00吨
    水淬矿渣          90.00吨
    石膏               6.00吨
    激发剂             4.00吨上述的激发剂:取:    硅酸盐碱           3.00吨
    硫酸盐碱           1.00吨
    生石灰             0.00吨将上述原料按原生产工艺流程生产得100吨本发明的矿渣水泥。实施例3取:    硅酸盐水泥熟料     35.00吨
    水淬矿渣           55.00吨
    石膏               4.00吨
    激发剂             6.00吨
上述的激发剂:
取:    硅酸盐碱            3.50吨
        硫酸盐碱            1.50吨
        生石灰              1.00吨。
将上述原料按原生产工艺流程生产得100吨本发明的矿渣水泥。
用本发明的矿渣水泥配方生产出的水泥经鄂州市产品质量监督检验所测定水泥检验报告各项检测项目全部合格。

1、一种矿渣水泥,它是由硅酸盐水泥熟料、水淬矿渣、石膏、激发剂组成,其特征在于以下述重量配比(%)的原料按原水泥生产工艺流程生产:
硅酸盐水泥熟料    0-40%
水淬矿渣          50-90%
石膏               3-6%
激发剂             4-10%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的矿渣水泥,其所述的激发剂由硅酸盐碱、硫酸盐碱、生石灰组成,其特征在于以下述重量配比(%)组成:
硅酸盐碱           0-5%
硫酸盐碱           1-3%
生石灰             0-2%。
