Abstract

本发明描述了一种用喷嘴向卷烟机上的卷烟纸带印刷机组输送流动性油墨的装置,该装置可提高传到卷烟纸上的油墨的均匀性。将喷嘴的排出口安置在距两个转动辊构成的分离交界的一定距离内,而喷嘴由加压气体、尤其是压缩空气打开。由压缩空气形成的油墨液体—空气混合物进入滚筒分离交界处。以此装置当卷烟纸带的运行速度各不相同时,传送的墨量也能准确与之匹配。

Description

向印刷机组输送流动性油墨的装置
本发明涉及一种用喷嘴向卷烟机上的卷烟纸带印刷机组输送流动性油墨的装置。
对“流动性油墨”的概念应理解为：油墨的稠度可从稀薄到粘稠。本发明的应用也可以拓展到其他条状材料，在烟草加工工业中连续进行的卷入操作，例如：把烟嘴过滤材料或者雪茄烟装卷起来，而这些条状材料需要进行印刷。
在生产香烟的卷烟机里，卷烟纸带连续不断地卷绕烟丝，纸带交叠的边缘部分粘合，而香烟由这样形成的烟卷分切而成。在卷烟纸带输送区域内，对纸带还必须进行油墨传递印刷，有时称为“加盖印章”，随后香烟上就显示出印记，大多为香烟的商标。印刷图象的均一性是至关重要的，油墨从一个储墨装置——例如一个储墨筒里均匀地流出，到达输墨辊，并从输墨辊被传递到印刷滚筒或印章滚筒上。
在美国专利说明书US-PS 4535693和3345943中公开的印刷油墨输送装置上，由储墨装置送出的油墨借助于多个喷嘴，尽可能远地注入到两个传墨辊构成的分离交界处，其中多个喷嘴的尾部直接在传墨辊前面发挥作用。这样的方案不能达到向传墨辊和后续的印刷滚筒均匀传墨的目的。
本发明的任务在于：改善从一个喷嘴向滚筒传递墨的均一性。
按照本发明的方案，这一任务得以完成的途径是：喷嘴由加压气体、尤其是压缩空气打开，将喷嘴的排出口安置在两个转动辊构成的分离交界的一定距离以内，而由压缩空气形成的油墨液体-空气混合物进入滚筒分离交界处。
使用本发明的装置在辊的分离交界区域内，从喷嘴传送到辊上的油墨是以空气墨雾形式构成，而且辊外表面上的油墨是以墨滴形式细腻分布，因而改善了传墨的均一性。
依照一个实施例子，按附图对本发明进行详细的说明。
由卷筒(图中未绘出)引出的卷烟纸带1通过导向辊2，到达一个被驱动的印刷滚筒或印章滚筒3上。在印刷滚筒的外表面上已经有传递上去的印刷图象(图上不能看到)。在接触点处，印刷滚筒3与压印滚筒4把印刷图象包含的油墨传递给按箭头6所指方向运动的卷烟纸带1，一个相应的图象转印到纸带上。
可以流动的，特别是较为稀薄的印刷油墨存放在一个储墨装置里，例如：储存在一个已知的储墨筒7中，储墨筒带有排出口8。印刷油墨通过一个油墨导管9从排出口8导入上墨装置11的入口9a，上墨装置11的尾部是喷嘴12和排出口12a，由喷嘴喷出的油墨液体-空气混合物13到达两个转动相接触的输墨辊16和17构成的交界分离区域14。输墨辊17是一个所谓“摩擦延展辊”，它把辊周边所带的油墨传递给其他辊，也就是传递给传墨辊18，随后，传墨辊18又把油墨传递到印刷滚筒3的外表面上。带有喷嘴12的上墨装置11可以使用“Valve depulverisation 780S”，它由位于法国的DOSAGE 2000 s.a.r.l.公司销售，地址为：62-70，rue Yvan Tourgueneff，78380BOUGIVAL，Frankreich。在上墨装置11上，油墨通过油墨导管9和入口9a，压缩空气通过导管19和入口19a、导管21和入口21a输送。由导管19输送的压缩空气把喷嘴12送来的油墨液体雾化。而由导管21输送的压缩空气控制喷嘴12送来的油墨液体的量。由此，油墨量与卷烟纸带速度的变化匹配：当卷烟纸带1的速度增加而需要墨量增加时，快速开闭的喷嘴的开放时间就增长；反之，当卷烟纸带1速度降低而需要墨量减少时，喷嘴的开放时间就缩短。为此设置一个时间发生器22，它按照纸带速度提高或降低开关阀门的开启时间长短。开关阀门安装在压缩空气导管24处，通过此导管把压缩空气送到压缩空气导管21处，再从入口21a导入上墨装置11。

Claims (6)

1.用喷嘴向卷烟机上的卷烟纸带印刷机组输送流动性油墨的装置，其特征为：由压缩气体，特别是压缩空气打开的喷嘴(12)的出口(12a)安置在两个转动辊(16，17)构成的分离交界(14)一定距离以内，由压缩空气形成的油墨空气混合物进入滚筒分离交界处。
2.按照权利要求1的装置，其特征为：为了将印刷图象传递到卷烟纸带(1)上，在辊(16，17)后安排了一个印刷滚筒(3)。
3.按照权利要求1和/或2的装置，其特征为：为输送的油墨设置了油墨量确定装置(22，23，24)。
4.按照权利要求3的装置，其特征为：输送油墨的量与卷烟纸带(1)的速度相关联。
5.按照现有的一个或多个权利要求的装置，其特征为：喷嘴(12)的排出口(12a)可以周期性地开闭。
6.按照权利要求5的装置，其特征为：为了给输送来的油墨定量，喷嘴(12)的排出口(12a)可以按或长或短的时间周期性开放或关闭。
