Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.粉末雲(42)を散布するノズル装置(40)と移送装置とをもち、印刷製品 (20)が該ノズル装置(40)を通過することによる印刷製品(20)の散粉装置で あって、この移送装置が移送シリンダ(28)を備えている散粉装置において、 この移送シリンダ(28)が空気透過性の周壁を備えていて、その内部が真空源 (46)に接続されていることを特徴とする散粉装置。 2.移送シリンダ(28)が空気透過性の周壁を備えていて、その内部が真空源 (46)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の散粉装置。 3.移送シリンダ(28)の周壁が、粉粒の直径より小さい孔の開放多孔性物質 より形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の散粉装置。 4.移送シリンダ(28)が自由な電位で支持されていて、移送シリンダ(28) の上流に印刷製品(20)の電気的電荷装置(54)が配置されていることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の散粉装置。 5.供給コンベア(12〜16)が移送シリンダ(28)へと送り込み、印刷製品( 20)の取出コンベア(30〜34)が、供給コンベア(12〜16)と移送シリンダ(28 )間の所定の供給点からある角度で移送シリンダに変えられた送出点で取り出す ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の散粉装置。 6.洗浄装置(48,50)が、供給点と送出点によって決められた移送領域以外 の移送シリンダ(28)の周囲域に割り当てられていることを特徴とする請求項5 に記載の散粉装置。 7.洗浄装置が吹出ノズル装置(50)と、これを囲んでいる吸引ボックス(48 )とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の 散粉装置。 8. ノズル装置(40)が吸引ボックス(36)に囲まれていて、その吸引ボッ クスの縁部が移送シリンダ(28)の周面上に僅かな間隔で設けられていることを 特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の散粉装置。 9.移送シリンダ(28)が印刷機械の最終の印刷シリンダであることを特徴と する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の散粉装置。
