Abstract
本发明提供一种可将可动压盘损伤连杆的情况防患于未然的合模装置。合模装置(1)包括:可动压盘(3),沿着连杆(4)移动;以及多个升降机构(10A、10B、10C、10D、…),包括第一升降机构(10A)及第二升降机构(10B),且所述合模装置(1)包括:驱动机构(10),构成为能够赋予差分(β),以使与第一升降机构(10A)对应的可动压盘(3)的第一部位(3A)处于较与第二升降机构(10B)对应的可动压盘(3)的第二部位(3B)高的位置或较与第二升降机构(10B)对应的可动压盘(3)的第二部位(3B)低的位置,从而使可动压盘(3)移动;以及连结结构(20),将驱动机构(10)连结于可动压盘(3)。连结结构(20)构成为止挡件,所述止挡件限制可动压盘(3)的移动,以使差分(β)不会大于规定值(α)。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括多个升降机构的合模装置。
背景技术
期望尽可能减小作为树脂密封品的厚度的最大值与最小值之差的总厚度变化(total thickness variation,TTV)。为了减小TTV,在合模时必须高精度地调整固定压盘与可动压盘的间隔并配置成上模与下模平行。例如,在专利文献1及专利文献2中提出了一种合模装置,其包括多个升降机构,且可针对与各个升降机构对应的每个部位任意地调整可动压盘的高度。

发明内容
发明所要解决的问题
但是,由于可动压盘与引导其升降的连杆的间隙微小,因此若升降机构间的高度差变得过大,则可动压盘有过度地倾斜而损伤连杆的担忧。因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种可将可动压盘损伤连杆的情况防患于未然的合模装置。
解决问题的技术手段
本发明的一实施例的合模装置包括:可动压盘,沿着连杆移动;以及多个升降机结构,包括第一升降机构及第二升降机构,且所述合模装置包括:驱动机构,构成为能够赋予差分,以使与第一升降机构对应的可动压盘的第一部位处于较与第二升降机构对应的可动压盘的第二部位高的位置或较与第二升降机构对应的可动压盘的第二部位低的位置,从而使可动压盘移动;以及连结结构,将驱动机构连结于可动压盘。连结结构构成为止挡件,所述止挡件限制可动压盘的移动,以使差分不会大于规定值。
根据所述实施例,即便超过规定值而增大差分,连结结构也限制可动压盘的移动。因此,可将可动压盘过度地倾斜而损伤连杆的情况防患于未然。
在所述实施例中,连结结构可包括安装于第一升降机构的多个连结件。
根据所述实施例,可在各个升降机构中使应力分散至多个连结结构。例如,在轴周围产生大的旋转负荷的滚珠螺杆等为升降机构的情况下优选。
在所述实施例中,多个连结件各者可构成具有规定值的可动区域的自由杆结构。
根据所述实施例,可通过容易获得的简单的结构限制可动压盘的移动,以使差分不会大于规定值。
在所述实施例中,也可构成为在差分与规定值相等的状态下,可动压盘能够在连杆表面平滑地滑动。
根据所述实施例,只要差分为规定值以下,则可在加上所述差分的修正值并使可动压盘倾斜的状态下等速地驱动所有升降机构来进行合模或开模等操作。
在所述实施例中,驱动机构也可包括四个升降机构。
根据所述实施例,能够以自包括四个升降机构的四个部位的连杆各者至最近的升降机构成为等距离的方式配置升降机构。可将力均衡地传递至各部分而使可动压盘移动。
发明的效果
根据本发明,可提供一种可将可动压盘损伤连杆的情况防患于未然的合模装置。

具体实施方式
参照附图对本发明的优选的实施方式进行说明。此外,在各图中,标注了相同的参照符号的元件具有相同或同样的结构。本发明的一实施方式为在压缩成形或转移成形中将上下的模具合模的合模装置1。若在固定压盘2与可动压盘3之间安装上模及下模,则可构成对半导体芯片等进行树脂密封的树脂密封装置。以下,将参照附图对本发明进行详细说明。
图1是表示本发明的一实施方式的合模装置1的剖面图,且是以穿过后述的第一升降机构10A及第二升降机构10B的轴部11的中心的平面切断的剖面图。如图1所示,合模装置1包括:上下延伸的圆柱状的连杆4、固定于连杆4的端部的固定压盘(也称为“固定盘”)2、沿着连杆4上下移动的可动压盘(也称为“可动盘”)3、使可动压盘3上下移动的驱动机构10、将驱动机构10连结于可动压盘3的连结结构20等。
驱动机构10包含包括第一升降机构10A及第二升降机构10B的多个升降机构(10A、10B、…)。在图示的例子中,固定压盘2配置于上侧,可动压盘3配置于下侧,但也可将固定压盘2配置于下侧,将可动压盘3配置于上侧。各个升降机构10A、10B、…例如包括滚珠螺杆(11、12、13、14)、马达15、未图示的传递机构等。
虽未图示,但传递机构例如包括减速机、带、滑轮等。滚珠螺杆包括轴部11、螺母12、环13、紧固螺钉14等。轴部11与连杆4的延伸方向平行地延伸,经由传递机构被伺服控制的马达15旋转驱动。当轴部11旋转时,螺母12沿上下方向直线运动。环13通过多个紧固螺钉14固定于螺母12。
合模装置1可赋予差分β以使与第一升降机构10A对应的第一部位3A(图2所示)处于较与第二升降机构10B对应的第二部位3B(图2所示)高的位置或较与第二升降机构10B对应的第二部位3B低的位置,从而使可动压盘3移动。将为了使可动压盘3上下移动而协作的这些多个升降机构(10A、10B、…)总称为驱动机构10。
图2是概略地表示图1所示的可动压盘3的平面图。在图示的例子中,合模装置1的驱动机构10包括四个升降机构10A、10B、10C、10D。可由三个以下的升降机构构成驱动机构10,也可由五个以上的升降机构构成驱动机构10。各个升降机构10A、10B、10C、10D按压位于所述升降机构正上方的对应的部位3A、部位3B、部位3C、部位3D。
此外,在图示的例子中,第一升降机构至第四升降机构10A、10B、10C、10D中的第一升降机构10A及第二升降机构10B自正面观察时左右排列,但第一升降机构10A及第二升降机构10B也可前后排列,第一升降机构10A及第二升降机构10B也可倾斜(大致矩形的可动压盘3的对角线上)排列。即,可动压盘3的第一部位3A与第二部位3B的高低差即差分β并不限定于可动压盘3内的左右的高低差,可为前后的高低差,也可为对角的高低差。
图3是将图1所示的连结结构20放大地表示的剖面图。在第一升降机构10A安装有多个(例如,八个)连结件(20A、20B、…)。同样地,在其他升降机构10B、10C、10D也安装有多个(例如,八个)连结件(20A、20B、…)。将这些多个连结件(20A、20B、…)统称为连结结构20。
如图3所示,在第一升降机构10A的环13上设置有圆筒状的主体131、自主体131的上端呈放射状突出的法兰部132、沿连杆4的延伸方向(上下方向)贯通法兰部132的贯通孔133等。各个连结件20A、20B、…例如是紧固螺钉,具有形成有与可动压盘3螺合的外螺纹的螺纹部23、形成为与环13的贯通孔133为大致相同直径的圆柱状的圆筒部22、形成为直径较贯通孔133大的头部21。
圆筒部22的表面是无凹凸的平滑的圆柱状,且与大致相同直径的贯通孔133的内周面滑动接触。在连结件20A、连结件20B的头部21的承面与环13的法兰部132的下表面之间存在长度为α的间隙。换言之,连结件20A、连结件20B、…与法兰部132构成具有规定值α的可动区域的自由杆结构。
由此,即便在规定值α的范围内第一升降机构10A提高或降低可动压盘3的位置,法兰部132与连结件20A的头部21也不会抵接。另一方面,即便超过规定值α而要使第一升降机构10A移动,连结件20A的头部21也与法兰部132抵接而限制可动压盘3的进一步的移动。
根据如上所述构成的本实施方式的合模装置1,即便差分β要超过规定值α,连结结构20也限制可动压盘3的移动。因此,可将可动压盘3过度地倾斜而损伤连杆4的情况防患于未然。即便在规定值α的范围内差分β最大,由于可动压盘3能够在连杆4的表面平滑地滑动,因此也可不损伤连杆4地利用合模装置1。
滚珠螺杆的螺母12不仅在轴部11的延伸方向上直线运动,而且由于与轴部11的摩擦而施加要绕轴部11旋转的旋转负荷。在本实施方式中,在第一升降机构10A的轴周围设置有多个连结件20A、20B、…,因此可使此种旋转负荷分散。
以上说明的实施方式是为了便于理解本发明,并不用于限定解释本发明。实施方式所包括的各元件及其配置、材料、条件、形状及尺寸等并不限定于例示的内容,可适当变更。另外,能够对不同实施方式所示的结构之间进行区域置换或组合。
例如,限制可动压盘3的移动的止挡件并不限定于图3所示的例子。也可为当可动压盘3的第一部位3A与第二部位3B的高低差β成为规定值α时卡合的钩等。

Claims (5)
1.一种合模装置,包括:
可动压盘,沿着连杆移动;以及
驱动机构,具有多个升降机构,其包括第一升降机构及第二升降机构,所述驱动机构构成为能够赋予差分,以使与所述第一升降机构对应的所述可动压盘的第一部位处于较与所述第二升降机构对应的所述可动压盘的第二部位高的位置或较与所述第二升降机构对应的所述可动压盘的第二部位低的位置,从而使所述可动压盘移动;以及
连结结构,将所述驱动机构连结于所述可动压盘,
所述连结结构构成为止挡件,所述止挡件限制所述可动压盘的移动,以使所述差分不会大于规定值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合模装置,其中,
所述连结结构包括安装于所述第一升降机构的多个连结件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的合模装置,其中,
所述多个连结件各者构成具有所述规定值的可动区域的自由杆结构。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的合模装置,其中,
构成为在所述差分与所述规定值相等的状态下,所述可动压盘能够在所述连杆表面平滑地滑动。
