背景技术

发明内容

图3A-D示出根据本公开的一些实施例的传输系统200的旋转移动。如图3A中所示,传输系统200可包括设置在中间壳体120中的驱动电机组件240。驱动电机组件240可包括驱动电机壳体242和驱动电机244。在实施例中,驱动电机244可以是AC电机。驱动电机244可沿着驱动电机轴线V延伸穿过中间壳体120。驱动电机组件240还可包括附接到驱动电机244的风扇245。在实施例中,混合轴轴线A可相对于驱动电机轴线V在非平行方向上延伸。例如,混合轴轴线A可相对于驱动电机轴线V以约45度到约55度的角度延伸。然而,本公开还设想混合轴轴线A和驱动电机轴线V基本上平行。如图3B中所示,在实施例中,驱动电机244可经由齿轮箱组件220驱动第一齿轮234。在实施例中,第一齿轮234可以是锥齿轮。第一齿轮234可被配置成使以操作方式联接到混合轴252的第二齿轮236旋转。在实施例中,第二齿轮236可以是锥齿轮。第二齿轮236可嵌合到外轴238,内轴246和混合轴252延伸穿过所述外轴。因此,由第一齿轮234旋转第二齿轮236可使混合轴252围绕混合轴轴线A旋转。
图3C是根据一些实施例的齿轮箱组件220的详细视图。如图3C中所示,齿轮箱组件220可包括含有多个行星齿轮224的齿轮箱壳体222。在实施例中,齿轮箱壳体222可包括以可移除方式附接在一起的上部和下部部分。多个行星齿轮224可操作以将动力从驱动电机244递送到第一齿轮234以用于使第一齿轮234旋转。图3D另外示出根据一些实施例的外轴238和内轴246的详细视图。在实施例中,外轴238可具有内六边形轮廓,而内轴246具有对应的外六边形轮廓。然而,本公开设想了外轴238和内轴246的其它合适的轮廓,使得外轴238的旋转引起内轴246以及因此混合轴252的旋转。
图4A-C示出根据一些实施例的传输系统200的线性移动。如图4A中所示,定位电机260可在第一方向上旋转以驱动容纳多个齿轮270的齿轮箱262。最远离定位电机260的齿轮270可接合至少一个螺纹杆264。螺纹杆264可在容纳于滑架268内的螺纹螺母266内部旋转。滑架268可在旋转上由延伸穿过滑架268的一个或多个柱272约束。因此,如图4B中所示,当定位电机260、柱272和螺纹杆264在上部壳体140内保持固定时,螺纹杆264的旋转引起滑架268相对于柱272和螺纹杆264的线性移动。可选择螺纹杆264的杆间距以与滑架268的线性适当速率相关。滑架264的线性移动可使内轴246和混合轴252轴向移动通过外轴238。如图4C中所示,当滑架268达到其朝向碗350的行进限制的末端时,滑架264上的第一微型开关274a激活齿轮箱262上的第二微型开关274b,这向定位电机260发出信号以改变旋转方向并使刀片300返回到盖400内的起始位置。
如上文所示,传输组件200的实施例可包括一个螺纹杆264和一个柱272。然而,如图5A中所示,传输组件200'的其它实施例可包括两个螺纹杆264,每个螺纹杆与齿轮箱262内的不同齿轮270接合。如图5B中所示,螺纹杆264可在容纳于滑架268内的螺纹螺母266内部旋转。滑架268可在旋转上受到两个杆264的约束。因此,当定位电机260和螺纹杆264在上部壳体140内保持固定时,螺纹杆264的旋转引起滑架264相对于螺纹杆264的线性移动。
如本文中所描述的微果泥机的一些实施例可包括结合图6-8示出的一个或多个传输元件,以将动力从电机组件(例如,驱动电机组件240)传输到轴(例如,混合轴252)。
图6示出包括单个万向接头602的连杆组件600,所述单个万向接头在相对于驱动电机的驱动轴的非平行定向上经由第一联接件604将来自例如驱动电机244等驱动电机的驱动轴的旋转运动经由第二联接件606传递到混合装置的驱动轴,例如轴252;
图7示出使用角杆702的连杆组件700,所述角杆经由第一联接件704将来自例如驱动电机244等驱动电机的驱动轴的旋转运动经由第二联接件706传递到混合装置的驱动轴,例如轴252,其中例如刀片组件等混合装置的例如轴252等驱动轴相对于电机的驱动轴定向在非平行定向上。
图8示出在微果泥机10的壳体120和/或140内的传输系统800的一部分,其具有经由包括非锥齿轮的齿轮组件808联接到混合驱动轴806的固定定位电机804和固定驱动电机802。

Claims (20)
1.一种包括传输系统的微果泥机,所述传输系统包括:
驱动电机,其以操作方式联接到第一联接件;
混合轴,其以操作方式联接到第二联接件;以及
定位电机,其以操作方式联接到所述混合轴以使所述混合轴沿着混合轴轴线轴向地移动;
其中所述第一联接件被配置成驱动所述第二联接件以使所述混合轴围绕所述混合轴轴线旋转;并且
其中在所述混合轴的轴向和旋转移动期间,所述驱动电机和所述定位电机被配置成相对于微果泥机的壳体保持在固定位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其中所述驱动电机沿着驱动电机轴线延伸,并且所述混合轴轴线相对于所述驱动电机轴线在非平行方向上延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的微果泥机,其中所述混合轴轴线相对于所述驱动电机轴线以约45度到约55度的角度延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其中所述定位电机位于所述驱动电机上方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其中所述壳体包括上部壳体,并且所述定位电机定位在所述上部壳体内,并且其中所述壳体另外包括用于支撑所述上部壳体的底座。
6.根据权利要求5所述的微果泥机,其中所述壳体另外包括在所述底座与所述上部壳体之间延伸的中间壳体,并且所述驱动电机与所述中间壳体一起定位。
7.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其中所述驱动电机经由多个行星齿轮以操作方式联接到所述第一联接件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其中所述第一和第二联接件是连杆组件的部分,所述连杆组件包括万向接头和角杆中的至少一者。
9.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其中所述第一联接件和所述第二联接件分别包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮。
10.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其中所述驱动电机是AC电机。
11.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其中所述定位电机是DC电机。
12.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其中所述混合轴联接到内轴的第一端,所述混合轴和所述内轴能沿着所述混合轴轴线在固定外轴内轴向地移动。
13.根据权利要求12所述的微果泥机,其中所述内轴的第二端联接到所述壳体内的滑架。
14.根据权利要求13所述的微果泥机,其中至少一个螺纹杆延伸通过所述滑架。
15.根据权利要求14所述的微果泥机,其中所述定位电机以操作方式联接到容纳于齿轮箱内的多个齿轮,并且其中所述多个齿轮中的一个齿轮接合所述至少一个螺纹杆,以使所述至少一个螺纹杆相对于所述滑架旋转。
16.根据权利要求15所述的微果泥机,其中所述滑架在旋转上被约束,使得所述至少一个螺纹杆相对于所述滑架的旋转使得所述滑架沿着所述至少一个螺纹杆轴向地移动。
17.根据权利要求16所述的微果泥机,其中所述滑架在旋转上被延伸穿过所述滑架的至少一个柱约束。
18.根据权利要求15所述的微果泥机,其中延伸穿过所述滑架的所述至少一个螺纹杆包括延伸穿过所述滑架的至少两个螺纹杆。
19.根据权利要求18所述的微果泥机,其中所述滑架在旋转上被所述至少两个螺纹杆约束。
20.根据权利要求15所述的微果泥机,其中所述传输系统另外包括所述滑架上的第一微型开关和所述齿轮箱上的第二微型开关,并且其中当所述混合轴达到其最远线性行进限制时,所述第一微型开关激活所述第二微型开关以改变所述定位电机的旋转方向。
