随着科技的进步,人们物质生活水平的飞跃,对纺织品的需求向着时尚化、多元化、功能化发展,比如长期紫外线的照射,可能造成人体出现皮肤问题,并会增加皮肤癌的风险,同时开发接触凉感织物能有效提高服饰的舒适性,在穿着时能将热量快速传导出去,增强凉爽的感觉,因此开发防晒抗紫外线的接触凉感服装产品是现有的研究热点。
通常在防晒衣中添加紫外屏蔽剂来提高服饰的抗紫外性,常用紫外屏蔽剂的主要包括有机类紫外屏蔽剂和无机紫外屏蔽剂两种,但是有机类紫外屏蔽剂吸收波长范围相对较短,在长时间紫外线照射下会分解产生对皮肤有一定危害的产物,易引起过敏等不良症状,存在安全性问题;无机紫外屏蔽剂与有机紫外屏蔽剂相比,吸收波长范围长,安全稳定性高,但是存在易脱落的问题。

S1:用改性氮化硼、聚乳酸、复合纳米纤维素熔融纺丝,得到抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维;
S2:将锦纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维混纺得到里层;
S3:将涤纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维混纺得到面层,将里层、面层纺织复合,得到基布;
S4:用聚二甲基硅氧烷、3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环己烷、改性氮化硼、复合纳米纤维素制备防护液;
S5:将基布放入防护液中浸渍处理,干燥,得到一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料。
进一步的,熔融纺丝的工作条件为:螺杆区温度依次为145℃、195℃、210℃,纺丝温度为215-218℃,定型温度为106℃,牵伸倍数为2.2。

(1)将三聚氰胺、硼酸、去离子水混合,升温至55-60℃保温15-20min,升温至85-90℃搅拌55-60min,降温至18-25℃,真空抽滤,烘干,以2℃/min升温至900℃保温5-6h,得到多孔氮化硼;
(2)将无水乙醇、冰醋酸混合,加入钛酸丁酯,在25-30℃搅拌5-10min,加入多孔氮化硼,继续搅拌55-60min,加入去离子水、无水乙醇、冰醋酸的混合液,搅拌10-20min,在18-25℃静置22-24h,干燥,研磨,在400℃煅烧2h,得到复合氮化硼;
(3)在氮气气氛下,将咪唑、3-氨基丙酸、3,4,9,10-苝四甲酸二酐混合,升温到105-110℃保温3-4h,加入盐酸溶液、无水乙醇的混合液中,搅拌10-12h,离心、洗涤、干燥,得到苝二酰亚胺单体;
(4)将苝二酰亚胺单体、去离子水、复合氮化硼混合,加入三乙胺,在18-25℃搅拌55-60min,加入盐酸溶液,搅拌2-4h,离心、洗涤、干燥,得到改性氮化硼。
进一步的,苝二酰亚胺单体、复合氮化硼的质量比为6:1。
进一步的,复合纳米纤维素的制备包括以下步骤:
1)在氮气气氛下,将甲基丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸硬脂酸酯、POSS、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、偶氮二异丁腈、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,在60-65℃下保温8-9h,用去离子水沉淀,干燥,得到抗菌疏水共聚物;
2)用纳米纤维素、去离子水配置纳米纤维素悬浮液,加入抗菌疏水共聚物与乙醇的混合液,得到复合纳米纤维素。
进一步的,以质量份数计,防护液的组成为:8-12份聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.8-1.2份3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、88-92份环己烷、0.5-1.5份改性氮化硼、0.5-1.5份复合纳米纤维素。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料及其制备方法,通过成分调整与工艺设计,制备绿色环保、抗紫外性强的防晒衣用凉感透气面料。
为了制备环境友好型具有接触凉感的织物,本发明中选用生物基可降解材料聚乳酸作为原料,但聚乳酸分子链的刚性大、结晶速率慢、结晶度低,导致成品的韧性低、耐热性差,本发明中选用改性氮化硼作为提高聚乳酸导热性能的功能粉体,选用复合纳米纤维素作为抗菌剂与诱导成核剂,采用熔融纺丝的方法制备抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维,将抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维与具有优异的力学性能、耐磨性、弹性回复率的锦纶纤维混织作为里层;将抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维与坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫的涤纶纤维作为面层,将里层与面层复合钩织,得到舒适性高、抗菌性好、透气透湿的防晒衣用基布。
用三聚氰胺、硼酸制备具有高比表面积的多孔氮化硼,然后以多孔氮化硼为载体,钛酸丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了二氧化钛复合多孔氮化硼,使锐钛矿晶型二氧化钛均匀覆盖在多孔氮化硼表面,形成了具有高分散高比表面积的复合氮化硼,通过氢键、π-π作用等,在复合氮化硼上生成苝二酰亚胺,得到改性氮化硼,从而提高复合氮化硼与聚乳酸的界面相容性,使复合氮化硼在聚乳酸中均匀分散,利用复合氮化硼的导热性,提升面料的凉感舒适度,利用复合氮化硼中氮化硼与二氧化钛的协同抗紫外性,提高面料的防晒性。
用乙烯基多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷POSS、甲基丙烯酸硬脂酸酯、甲基丙烯酰胺为原料,通过自由基聚合制备抗菌疏水共聚物,然后接枝到纳米纤维素表面,得到具有抗菌疏水功能的复合纳米纤维素,将其引入到抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维中,大幅提高面料的抗菌性,同时复合纳米纤维素能作为聚乳酸的诱导成核剂,大幅提高聚乳酸的力学性能。
为提高面料的自清洁能力,本发明通过浸泡法,选择廉价易得、无氟环保的低表面能物质聚二甲基硅氧烷与改性氮化硼、复合纳米纤维素来共同构造面料的超疏水-光催化表面,改性氮化硼、复合纳米纤维素的引入赋予面料优秀的光催化清洁能力、抗菌性、疏水性。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明,应当理解,以下实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:用改性氮化硼、聚乳酸、复合纳米纤维素熔融纺丝,得到抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维;
熔融纺丝的工作条件为:螺杆区温度依次为145℃、195℃、210℃,纺丝温度为215℃,定型温度为106℃,牵伸倍数为2.2;
以质量份数计,抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维的组成为:110份聚乳酸、0.5份改性氮化硼、1份复合纳米纤维素;
改性氮化硼的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将2.1g三聚氰胺、2.1g硼酸、134mL去离子水混合,升温至55℃保温20min,升温至85℃搅拌60min,降温至18℃,真空抽滤,烘干,以2℃/min升温至900℃保温5h,得到多孔氮化硼;
(2)将10mL无水乙醇、4mL冰醋酸混合,加入13.6mL钛酸丁酯,在25℃搅拌10min,加入1.6g多孔氮化硼,继续搅拌55min,加入8mL去离子水、10mL无水乙醇、14.4mL冰醋酸的混合液,搅拌10min,在18℃静置24h,干燥,研磨,在400℃煅烧2h,得到复合氮化硼;
(3)在氮气气氛下,将9.5g咪唑、1.34g3-氨基丙酸、0.68g3,4,9,10-苝四甲酸二酐混合,升温到105℃保温4h,加入150mL2mol/L盐酸溶液、50mL无水乙醇的混合液中,搅拌10h,离心、洗涤、干燥,得到苝二酰亚胺单体;
(4)将3g苝二酰亚胺单体、1L去离子水、0.5g复合氮化硼混合,加入4.5mL三乙胺,在18℃搅拌60min,加入150mL4mol/L盐酸溶液,搅拌2h,离心、洗涤、干燥,得到改性氮化硼;
复合纳米纤维素的制备包括以下步骤:
1)在氮气气氛下,将2g甲基丙烯酰胺、48g甲基丙烯酸硬脂酸酯、1gPOSS、2g甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、0.3g偶氮二异丁腈、60mLN,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,在60℃下保温9h,用去离子水沉淀,干燥,得到抗菌疏水共聚物;
2)用5g纳米纤维素、45mL去离子水配置纳米纤维素悬浮液,加入2g抗菌疏水共聚物与50mL乙醇的混合液,得到复合纳米纤维素;
S2:将锦纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维混纺得到里层;里层中锦纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维的混纺比为70:30;
S3:将涤纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维混纺得到面层,将里层、面层纺织复合,得到基布;面层中涤纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维的混纺比为80:20;
S4:用聚二甲基硅氧烷、3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环己烷、改性氮化硼、复合纳米纤维素制备防护液;
以质量份数计,防护液的组成为:8份聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.8份3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、88份环己烷、0.5份改性氮化硼、0.5份复合纳米纤维素;
S5:将基布放入防护液中浸渍处理,干燥,得到一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料。
实施例2:一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:用改性氮化硼、聚乳酸、复合纳米纤维素熔融纺丝,得到抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维;
熔融纺丝的工作条件为:螺杆区温度依次为145℃、195℃、210℃,纺丝温度为217℃,定型温度为106℃,牵伸倍数为2.2;
以质量份数计,抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维的组成为:113份聚乳酸、0.6份改性氮化硼、1.4份复合纳米纤维素;
改性氮化硼的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将2.1g三聚氰胺、2.1g硼酸、134mL去离子水混合,升温至55-60℃保温15-20min,升温至88℃搅拌58min,降温至20℃,真空抽滤,烘干,以2℃/min升温至900℃保温5.5h,得到多孔氮化硼;
(2)将10mL无水乙醇、4mL冰醋酸混合,加入13.6mL钛酸丁酯,在28℃搅拌8min,加入1.6g多孔氮化硼,继续搅拌58min,加入8mL去离子水、10mL无水乙醇、14.4mL冰醋酸的混合液,搅拌18min,在20℃静置23h,干燥,研磨,在400℃煅烧2h,得到复合氮化硼;
(3)在氮气气氛下,将9.5g咪唑、1.34g3-氨基丙酸、0.68g3,4,9,10-苝四甲酸二酐混合,升温到108℃保温3.5h,加入150mL2mol/L盐酸溶液、50mL无水乙醇的混合液中,搅拌11h,离心、洗涤、干燥,得到苝二酰亚胺单体;
(4)将3g苝二酰亚胺单体、1L去离子水、0.5g复合氮化硼混合,加入4.5mL三乙胺,在20℃搅拌58min,加入150mL4mol/L盐酸溶液,搅拌3h,离心、洗涤、干燥,得到改性氮化硼;
复合纳米纤维素的制备包括以下步骤:
1)在氮气气氛下,将2g甲基丙烯酰胺、48g甲基丙烯酸硬脂酸酯、1gPOSS、2g甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、0.3g偶氮二异丁腈、60mLN,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,在62℃下保温8.5h,用去离子水沉淀,干燥,得到抗菌疏水共聚物;
2)用5g纳米纤维素、45mL去离子水配置纳米纤维素悬浮液,加入2g抗菌疏水共聚物与50mL乙醇的混合液,得到复合纳米纤维素;
S2:将锦纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维混纺得到里层;里层中锦纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维的混纺比为70:30;
S3:将涤纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维混纺得到面层,将里层、面层纺织复合,得到基布;面层中涤纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维的混纺比为80:20;
S4:用聚二甲基硅氧烷、3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环己烷、改性氮化硼、复合纳米纤维素制备防护液;
以质量份数计,防护液的组成为:10份聚二甲基硅氧烷、1份3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、89份环己烷、1份改性氮化硼、1份复合纳米纤维素;
S5:将基布放入防护液中浸渍处理,干燥,得到一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料。
实施例3:一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:用改性氮化硼、聚乳酸、复合纳米纤维素熔融纺丝,得到抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维;
熔融纺丝的工作条件为:螺杆区温度依次为145℃、195℃、210℃,纺丝温度为218℃,定型温度为106℃,牵伸倍数为2.2;
以质量份数计,抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维的组成为:115份聚乳酸、1份改性氮化硼、2份复合纳米纤维素;
改性氮化硼的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将2.1g三聚氰胺、2.1g硼酸、134mL去离子水混合,升温至60℃保温15min,升温至90℃搅拌55min,降温至25℃,真空抽滤,烘干,以2℃/min升温至900℃保温6h,得到多孔氮化硼;
(2)将10mL无水乙醇、4mL冰醋酸混合,加入13.6mL钛酸丁酯,在30℃搅拌5min,加入1.6g多孔氮化硼,继续搅拌60min,加入8mL去离子水、10mL无水乙醇、14.4mL冰醋酸的混合液,搅拌20min,在25℃静置22h,干燥,研磨,在400℃煅烧2h,得到复合氮化硼;
(3)在氮气气氛下,将9.5g咪唑、1.34g3-氨基丙酸、0.68g3,4,9,10-苝四甲酸二酐混合,升温到110℃保温3h,加入150mL2mol/L盐酸溶液、50mL无水乙醇的混合液中,搅拌12h,离心、洗涤、干燥,得到苝二酰亚胺单体;
(4)将3g苝二酰亚胺单体、1L去离子水、0.5g复合氮化硼混合,加入4.5mL三乙胺,在25℃搅拌55min,加入150mL4mol/L盐酸溶液,搅拌4h,离心、洗涤、干燥,得到改性氮化硼;
复合纳米纤维素的制备包括以下步骤:
1)在氮气气氛下,将2g甲基丙烯酰胺、48g甲基丙烯酸硬脂酸酯、1gPOSS、2g甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、0.3g偶氮二异丁腈、60mLN,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,在65℃下保温8h,用去离子水沉淀,干燥,得到抗菌疏水共聚物;
2)用5g纳米纤维素、45mL去离子水配置纳米纤维素悬浮液,加入2g抗菌疏水共聚物与50mL乙醇的混合液,得到复合纳米纤维素;
S2:将锦纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维混纺得到里层;里层中锦纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维的混纺比为70:30;
S3:将涤纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维混纺得到面层,将里层、面层纺织复合,得到基布;面层中涤纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维的混纺比为80:20;
S4:用聚二甲基硅氧烷、3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环己烷、改性氮化硼、复合纳米纤维素制备防护液;
以质量份数计,防护液的组成为:12份聚二甲基硅氧烷、1.2份3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、92份环己烷、1.5份改性氮化硼、1.5份复合纳米纤维素;
S5:将基布放入防护液中浸渍处理,干燥,得到一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料。
对比例1:以实施例3为对照组,用多孔氮化硼替换改性氮化硼,其他工序正常。
对比例2:以实施例3为对照组,用二氧化钛(T299213:阿拉丁试剂)替换改性氮化硼,其他工序正常。
对比例3:以实施例3为对照组,用复合氮化硼替换改性氮化硼,其他工序正常。

抗紫外性:参考GB/T 18830-2009进行UPF、UVA测试,裁剪5cm×5cm样品;凉感性:参考GB/T35263-2017测试,载样台温度为20℃,热检测板温度为35℃,通过接触冷暖感测试仪测试接触凉感系数qmax;抗菌耐久性测试:参考GB/T20944.3-2008进行测试,抗菌测试菌种采用金黄色葡萄球菌,对待测试样进行300次标准洗涤,观察其抗菌性;疏水性:采用4μL水滴测试水接触角;所得测定结果如下表1;

用实施例3与对比例1、对比例2、对比例3进行对比,用三聚氰胺、硼酸制备具有高比表面积的多孔氮化硼,然后以多孔氮化硼为载体,钛酸丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了二氧化钛复合多孔氮化硼,使锐钛矿晶型二氧化钛均匀覆盖在多孔氮化硼表面,形成了具有高分散高比表面积的复合氮化硼,通过氢键、π-π作用等分子间作用力,在复合氮化硼上生成苝二酰亚胺,得到改性氮化硼,从而提高复合氮化硼与聚乳酸的界面相容性,使复合氮化硼在聚乳酸中均匀分散,利用复合氮化硼的导热性,提升面料的凉感舒适度,利用复合氮化硼中氮化硼与二氧化钛的协同抗紫外性,提高面料的防晒性。
用实施例3与对比例4进行对比,用乙烯基多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷POSS、N-卤胺类抗菌剂为原料,通过自由基聚合制备抗菌疏水共聚物,然后接枝到纳米纤维素表面,得到具有抗菌疏水功能的复合纳米纤维素,将其引入到抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维中,大幅提高面料的抗菌性,同时复合纳米纤维素能作为聚乳酸的诱导成核剂,大幅提高聚乳酸的力学性能。
为提高面料的自清洁能力,本发明通过浸泡法,选择廉价易得、无氟环保的低表面能物质聚二甲基硅氧烷与改性氮化硼、复合纳米纤维素来共同构造面料的超疏水-光催化表面,改性氮化硼、复合纳米纤维素的引入赋予面料优秀的光催化清洁能力、抗菌性、疏水性。

1.一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:用改性氮化硼、聚乳酸、复合纳米纤维素熔融纺丝,得到抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维;
S2:将锦纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维混纺得到里层;
S3:将涤纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维混纺得到面层,将里层、面层纺织复合,得到基布;
S4:用聚二甲基硅氧烷、3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环己烷、改性氮化硼、复合纳米纤维素制备防护液;
S5:将基布放入防护液中浸渍处理,干燥,得到一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,熔融纺丝的工作条件为:螺杆区温度依次为145℃、195℃、210℃,纺丝温度为215-218℃,定型温度为106℃,牵伸倍数为2.2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,以质量份数计,抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维的组成为:110-115份聚乳酸、0.5-1份改性氮化硼、1-2份复合纳米纤维素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,里层中锦纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维的混纺比为70:30。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,面层中涤纶纤维、抗菌凉感聚乳酸纤维的混纺比为80:20。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,改性氮化硼的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将三聚氰胺、硼酸、去离子水混合,升温至55-60℃保温15-20min,升温至85-90℃搅拌55-60min,降温至18-25℃,真空抽滤,烘干,以2℃/min升温至900℃保温5-6h,得到多孔氮化硼;
(2)将无水乙醇、冰醋酸混合,加入钛酸丁酯,在25-30℃搅拌5-10min,加入多孔氮化硼,继续搅拌55-60min,加入去离子水、无水乙醇、冰醋酸的混合液,搅拌10-20min,在18-25℃静置22-24h,干燥,研磨,在400℃煅烧2h,得到复合氮化硼;
(3)在氮气气氛下,将咪唑、3-氨基丙酸、3,4,9,10-苝四甲酸二酐混合,升温到105-110℃保温3-4h,加入盐酸溶液、无水乙醇的混合液中,搅拌10-12h,离心、洗涤、干燥,得到苝二酰亚胺单体;
(4)将苝二酰亚胺单体、去离子水、复合氮化硼混合,加入三乙胺,在18-25℃搅拌55-60min,加入盐酸溶液,搅拌2-4h,离心、洗涤、干燥,得到改性氮化硼。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,苝二酰亚胺单体、复合氮化硼的质量比为6:1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,复合纳米纤维素的制备包括以下步骤:
1)在氮气气氛下,将甲基丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸硬脂酸酯、POSS、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、偶氮二异丁腈、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,在60-65℃下保温8-9h,用去离子水沉淀,干燥,得到抗菌疏水共聚物;
2)用纳米纤维素、去离子水配置纳米纤维素悬浮液,加入抗菌疏水共聚物与乙醇的混合液,超声搅拌,得到复合纳米纤维素。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒衣用凉感透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,以质量份数计,防护液的组成为:8-12份聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.8-1.2份3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、88-92份环己烷、0.5-1.5份改性氮化硼、0.5-1.5份复合纳米纤维素。
