背景技术
紫外线是一种非常重要的自然界物理因子,是各种生物维持正常新陈代谢所不可缺少的因素。适量的紫外线照射能促进体内维生素D的合成,可避免一系列使人衰弱甚至致命的疾病,包括骨质疏松、高血压、糖尿病等,还有杀菌消毒等作用,有利于人体健康。但过量的紫外线照射会对人体产生危害,太阳光谱中紫外线约占6%,其中UVA能深入真皮层助长人体皮肤中黑色素生成,促使人体皮肤老化;UVB会引起晒伤,使皮肤起红斑、水泡;UVC会引起皮肤癌,其发病率占癌症死亡率的0.82%,1975年以来,皮肤癌死亡率呈上升趋势。
中国作为世界第一纺织大国,具备纺织品、服装、贸易等方面的优势,其低端产品在国际市场上具有产业竞争力。但是中国纺织工业只是世界纺织业中前期的巨大“加工厂”,那些高技术、高附加值的产品由欧美国家垄断。为了提高我国纺织业的竞争力和提升民族工业的国际产业竞争力,进而产生更大的经济效益和社会效益,开发高科技的纺织产品势在必行。世纪纺织科技的发展趋势是将高科技与时代经济和文化发展紧密结合,开发功能性纺织产品,融舒适、休闲、保健为一体,这已成为当今世界纺织品发展的潮流。
织物防紫外性能是多种因素的综合体现。任何织物均有一定的防紫外能力,这是因为构成织物的纤维本身能吸收部分紫外线,这种能力的强弱与纤维的成分密切相关。羊毛、涤纶等纤维,由于分子结构中含有苯环和芳香族氨基酸,对小于300nm的紫外线有较强的吸收能力,本身具有一定的防护作用。
但仅仅利用纤维织物本身对紫外线进行防护显然是不够的,特别是在夏季强烈的紫外线照射下,服装面料又偏向为轻薄透气型,紫外线防护效果更为减弱。在此指导思想下,本发明的研究目的就是通过对织物进行防紫外后整理,提高紫外防护性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种防紫外女装及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
1、一种防紫外女装的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将抗紫外粉体与偶联剂混合均匀,得到改性抗紫外粉体;
(2)将改性抗紫外粉体与丙烯酸酯粘合剂、1,3-丙二醇、木质素磺酸钠、紫外吸收剂、水混合均匀,得到抗紫外整理液;
(3)将面料在抗紫外整理液中浸渍,脱水后,烘干,得到抗紫外保暖面料;
(4)将抗紫外保暖面料进行裁剪,并按常规女装制备工艺缝制即得。
一种防紫外女装的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将1-10重量份的抗紫外粉体与0.2-2重量份的偶联剂混合均匀,得到改性抗紫外粉体;
(2)将改性抗紫外粉体与5-15重量份的丙烯酸酯粘合剂、1-5重量份的1,3-丙二醇、1-5重量份的木质素磺酸钠、0.1-1重量份的紫外吸收剂、95-105重量份的水混合均匀,得到抗紫外整理液;
(3)将面料在温度为45-75℃的抗紫外整理液中浸渍40-60min,面料与抗紫外整理液的质量比为1:10-1:30,脱水后,在30-60℃条件下烘干80-200min,得到抗紫外保暖面料;
(4)将抗紫外保暖面料进行裁剪,并按常规女装制备工艺缝制即得。
优选地,所述抗紫外粉体为纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化镁、纳米三氧化二铁、纳米三氧化二铝中的至少一种。
进一步优选地,所述抗紫外粉体由75-85wt%纳米二氧化钛和15-25wt%纳米三氧化二铝混合而成。
优选地,所述偶联剂用量为0.4-0.8重量份。

具体实施方式
CLO值的检测:CLO值通常用来表示服装的热阻值,1CLO值=0.155m2·℃/W。CLO值越大,证明该面料保暖性能越好。在20℃温度,60%相对湿度的环境中,使用100W灯光照射5min,分别测量面料的CLO值。CLO值是一个综合反映服装保温(隔热)性能的定量单位,它描述的是服装及其内部空气的显热热阻,既能反映服装材料和工艺制作的特性,又能反映人体热平衡调节的生理状态,是服装材料热舒适性的重要指标。这一指标的提出为服装热传递性质的测试及发展奠定了基础。
抗紫外性能测试依据GB/T 18830-2009《纺织品防紫外性能的评定》。无机紫外线屏蔽剂通过吸收或反射紫外线,阻止或限制紫外线穿透到被辐射物体;有机紫外线吸收剂能够选择性地强烈吸收紫外线,并将其转换成低能辐射线,从而避免染色织物遭受紫外线损伤。

(1)将2重量份的纳米二氧化钛(采用南京保克特新材料有限公司提供的型号为PTT-P20的金红石型纳米二氧化钛,一次粒径20nm。)、0.5重量份的纳米三氧化二铝(采用南京天行新材料有限公司提供的型号为TAP-A26的纳米三氧化二铝,粒径D50为40nm)与0.4重量份的偶联剂(偶联剂种类见表1)在高速混匀机中80℃温度下800转/分搅拌10min混合均匀,得到改性抗紫外粉体;
(2)将改性抗紫外粉体与7重量份的丙烯酸酯粘合剂、3重量份的1,3-丙二醇、3重量份的木质素磺酸钠、0.2重量份的邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯、100重量份的水混合均匀,得到抗紫外整理液;
(3)将面料(采用河北日伊丰达绒毛加工有限公司提供的货号为RLR781100的100wt%山羊绒大衣面料,克重为520g/㎡)在温度为60℃的抗紫外整理液中浸渍50min,面料与抗紫外整理液的质量比为1:15,脱水后,在50℃条件下烘干150min,得到抗紫外保暖面料;
(4)将抗紫外保暖面料进行裁剪,并按常规女性大衣制备工艺缝制,即得所述防紫外女装。

由表1看出,偶联剂采用铝酸酯类偶联剂抗紫外及保暖效果较为理想。
实施例4-13
防紫外女装的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将2重量份的纳米二氧化钛(采用南京保克特新材料有限公司提供的型号为PTT-P20的金红石型纳米二氧化钛,一次粒径20nm。)、0.5重量份的纳米三氧化二铝(采用南京天行新材料有限公司提供的型号为TAP-A26的纳米三氧化二铝,粒径D50为40nm)与铝酸酯偶联剂821(偶联剂用量见表2)在高速混匀机中80℃温度下800转/分搅拌10min混合均匀,得到改性抗紫外粉体;
(2)将改性抗紫外粉体与7重量份的丙烯酸酯粘合剂、3重量份的1,3-丙二醇、3重量份的木质素磺酸钠、0.2重量份的邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯、100重量份的水混合均匀,得到抗紫外整理液;
(3)将面料(采用河北日伊丰达绒毛加工有限公司提供的货号为RLR781100的100wt%山羊绒大衣面料,克重为520g/㎡)在温度为60℃的抗紫外整理液中浸渍50min,面料与抗紫外整理液的质量比为1:15,脱水后,在50℃条件下烘干150min,得到抗紫外保暖面料;
(4)将抗紫外保暖面料进行裁剪,并按常规女性大衣制备工艺缝制,即得所述防紫外女装。

由表2看出,铝酸酯偶联剂821用量为0.6重量份时抗紫外及保暖效果较为理想,且用量最为合理。
实施例14-20
防紫外女装的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将2重量份的纳米二氧化钛(采用南京保克特新材料有限公司提供的型号为PTT-P20的金红石型纳米二氧化钛,一次粒径20nm。)、0.5重量份的纳米三氧化二铝(采用南京天行新材料有限公司提供的型号为TAP-A26的纳米三氧化二铝,粒径D50为40nm)与0.6重量份的铝酸酯偶联剂821在高速混匀机中80℃温度下800转/分搅拌10min混合均匀,得到改性抗紫外粉体;
(2)将改性抗紫外粉体与7重量份的丙烯酸酯粘合剂、3重量份的1,3-丙二醇、3重量份的木质素磺酸钠、0.2重量份的紫外吸收剂(紫外吸收剂种类见表3)、100重量份的水混合均匀,得到抗紫外整理液;
(3)将面料(采用河北日伊丰达绒毛加工有限公司提供的货号为RLR781100的100wt%山羊绒大衣面料,克重为520g/㎡)在温度为60℃的抗紫外整理液中浸渍50min,面料与抗紫外整理液的质量比为1:15,脱水后,在50℃条件下烘干150min,得到抗紫外保暖面料;
(4)将抗紫外保暖面料进行裁剪,并按常规女性大衣制备工艺缝制,即得所述防紫外女装。

由表3看出,紫外吸收剂采用苯并三唑系紫外吸收剂抗紫外及保暖效果最为理想。
实施例21
防紫外女装的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将2重量份的纳米二氧化钛(采用南京保克特新材料有限公司提供的型号为PTT-P20的金红石型纳米二氧化钛,一次粒径20nm。)、0.5重量份的纳米三氧化二铝(采用南京天行新材料有限公司提供的型号为TAP-A26的纳米三氧化二铝,粒径D50为40nm)与0.6重量份的铝酸酯偶联剂821在高速混匀机中80℃温度下800转/分搅拌10min混合均匀,得到改性抗紫外粉体;
(2)将改性抗紫外粉体与7重量份的丙烯酸酯粘合剂、3重量份的1,3-丙二醇、3重量份的木质素磺酸钠、0.1重量份的2-(2'-羟基-3',5'-二叔苯基)-5-氯化苯并三唑、0.1重量份的2-(2'-羟基-5'-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑、100重量份的水混合均匀,得到抗紫外整理液;
(3)将面料(采用河北日伊丰达绒毛加工有限公司提供的货号为RLR781100的100wt%山羊绒大衣面料,克重为520g/㎡)在温度为60℃的抗紫外整理液中浸渍50min,面料与抗紫外整理液的质量比为1:15,脱水后,在50℃条件下烘干150min,得到抗紫外保暖面料;面料性能检测结果:CLO值14.1,UPF为95.7,T(UVA)为3.20;
(4)将抗紫外保暖面料进行裁剪,并按常规女性大衣制备工艺缝制,即得所述防紫外女装。

Claims (10)

1.一种防紫外女装的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将抗紫外粉体与偶联剂混合均匀,得到改性抗紫外粉体;
(2)将改性抗紫外粉体与丙烯酸酯粘合剂、1,3-丙二醇、木质素磺酸钠、紫外吸收剂、水混合均匀,得到抗紫外整理液;
(3)将面料在抗紫外整理液中浸渍,脱水后,烘干,得到抗紫外保暖面料;
(4)将抗紫外保暖面料进行裁剪,并按常规女装制备工艺缝制即得。
2.一种防紫外女装的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将1-10重量份的抗紫外粉体与0.2-2重量份的偶联剂混合均匀,得到改性抗紫外粉体;
(2)将改性抗紫外粉体与5-15重量份的丙烯酸酯粘合剂、1-5重量份的1,3-丙二醇、1-5重量份的木质素磺酸钠、0.1-1重量份的紫外吸收剂、95-105重量份的水混合均匀,得到抗紫外整理液;
(3)将面料在温度为45-75℃的抗紫外整理液中浸渍40-60min,面料与抗紫外整理液的质量比为1:10-1:30,脱水后,在30-60℃条件下烘干80-200min,得到抗紫外保暖面料;
(4)将抗紫外保暖面料进行裁剪,并按常规女装制备工艺缝制即得。
3.根据权利要求2所述防紫外女装的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗紫外粉体为纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化镁、纳米三氧化二铁、纳米三氧化二铝中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述防紫外女装的制备方法,其特征在于:所述偶联剂用量为0.4-0.8重量份,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂中的至少一种,所述硅烷偶联剂可以选自二乙烯三胺基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷,所述钛酸酯偶联剂可以选自异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,所述铝酸酯偶联剂可以选自铝酸酯偶联剂821、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411。
5.根据权利要求4所述防紫外女装的制备方法,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为铝酸酯偶联剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述防紫外女装的制备方法,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为铝酸酯偶联剂821。
7.根据权利要求1所述防紫外女装的制备方法,其特征在于:所述紫外吸收剂为水杨酸酯系紫外吸收剂、二苯甲酮系紫外吸收剂、苯并三唑系紫外吸收剂、三嗪系紫外吸收剂、受阻胺类系紫外吸收剂中的至少一种,所述水杨酸酯系紫外吸收剂可以选自邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯,所述二苯甲酮系紫外吸收剂可以选自2,2'-二羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基-5-磺酸二苯甲酮,所述苯并三唑系紫外吸收剂可以选自2-(2'-羟基-3',5'-二叔苯基)-5-氯化苯并三唑、2-(2'-羟基-5'-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑,所述三嗪系紫外吸收剂可以选自2,4,6-三(2'正丁氧基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪,所述受阻胺类系紫外吸收剂可以选自六甲基磷酰三胺。
8.根据权利要求7所述防紫外女装的制备方法,其特征在于:所述紫外吸收剂为苯并三唑系紫外吸收剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述防紫外女装的制备方法,其特征在于:所述面料材质为100wt%山羊绒。
10.一种防紫外女装,其特征在于:采用权利要求1-9中任一项所述方法制备而成。
