然而,随着社会的不断发展,技术水平的不断提高,人们在着装方面的要求也在不断提高,特别是对服装面料的各种性能有了新的要求,如抗静电、抗菌、抗病毒、环保、健康等等。目前对于服装面料的抗静电性能研究己经有了初步的成果,但对于其抗菌、抗病毒以及止痒处理的研究还处于萌芽状态。

2)将上述混合物经过清花、开棉、粗纱、细纱制成功能性纱线条;
3)将上述功能性纱线条采用针织或机织工艺布匹;
4)温度控制在38-40℃,然后用清水冲洗半小时;
5)加入抗菌整理母粒浸渍经过步骤4)处理过的布匹40-50min,然后再在65-75℃下焙烤,最后定型处理。

将实施例1-6以及对比例1-3的样品纺织成面料后进行抑菌性检测:
检测标准为GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》,采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法,测试水洗100次后织物的抑菌率,检测结果如下表所示:

综上所述,本发明提供的新型抗菌面料中抗菌整理剂各组分配比科学合理,通过设置对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、薄荷冰、樟脑与中药提取液协同增效,从而使得本发明提供的新型抗菌面料具有舒适、抗菌、止痒、导湿排汗、保暖等功能,结构简单、成本低廉、原料来源方法、抗菌效果非常优异、抗菌时间长,具有广谱抗菌作用,制备方法简单、方便、易操作。
上面对本发明的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (7)

1.一种抗菌面料,其特征在于,面料包括如下重量份的原料:羊毛纤维16-28份、大豆蛋白纤维12-21份、竹炭纤维8-15份、甲壳素纤维4-9份、椰炭纤维10-19份、棉纤维14-23份、莫代尔纤维9-16份;
所述抗菌整理剂由以下重量份的原料组成:纳米银8-17份、水溶性壳聚糖1-3份、芦荟粉末0.5-1.5份、薄荷冰4-9份、樟脑8-16份、中药提取液7-13份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.2-0.6份、溴化双十八烷基二甲基胺3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于,抗菌面料包括如下重量份的原料:羊毛纤维22份、大豆蛋白纤维16份、竹炭纤维12份、甲壳素纤维7份、椰炭纤维15份、棉纤维18份、莫代尔纤维13份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌整理剂由以下重量份的原料组成:纳米银12份、水溶性壳聚糖2份、芦荟粉末1份、薄荷冰7份、樟脑12份、中药提取液10份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.4份、溴化双十八烷基二甲基胺4份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述中药提取液包括黄连10-15份、大青叶5-8份、牛黄6-12份、白茯苓4-7份、金银花3-9份、当归2-7份、山葵4-7份,将黄连、大青叶、牛黄、白茯苓、金银花、当归、山葵按照相应质量分数于水中煎煮7-9h,即得该中药提取液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌整理剂母粒按如下方法制备:按比例称取抗菌处理剂各组分,并与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯混合搅拌,用螺杆挤压机挤出,切粒,制得抗菌母粒,备用。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于,其中所述抗菌处理剂各组分与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯混合搅拌温度为220-230℃,螺杆旋转速度为100-200rpm。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一所述的抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将羊毛纤维、大豆蛋白纤维、竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、椰炭纤维、棉纤维、莫代尔纤维以及抗菌整理剂在40-50℃下,加入分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂,加入120-150份水,混合搅拌均匀,然后晾晒成型;
2)将上述混合物经过清花、开棉、粗纱、细纱制成功能性纱线条;
3)将上述功能性纱线条采用针织或机织工艺布匹;
4)温度控制在38-40℃,然后用清水冲洗半小时;
5)加入抗菌整理母粒浸渍经过步骤4)处理过的布匹40-50min,然后再在65-75℃下焙烤,最后定型处理。
