技术领域
本发明涉及吸氧剂。
背景技术
作为食品、药品等的保存技术,已知有使用脱氧剂的方法。该方法中,在阻气性的密封容器内封入被保存物品和脱氧剂并密封,从而使脱氧剂吸收密封容器内的氧,可以将密封容器内的气氛实质上保持为无氧状态。作为脱氧剂的功能,需要为小型、且吸收大量的氧。换言之,需要每单位体积的吸氧量高的脱氧剂组合物。
作为代表性的脱氧剂,可以举出以铁(铁粉)为主剂的铁系脱氧剂、以抗坏血酸、甘油等为主剂的非铁系脱氧剂。非铁系脱氧剂中,作为吸氧中无需水分的吸氧剂,已知有不饱和烃类、不饱和烃化合物、不饱和脂肪酸类、油脂等不饱和脂肪酸化合物。
这种无需水分的吸氧剂不仅可以用于保存食品,还可以用于保存金属部件、电子部件、电气部件、精密部件、磁气/光学部件、珠宝首饰、兵器、飞机类、汽车、玻璃制品、橡胶制品、照片胶片、药品、压片干花、绘画、古文书、文物等。
例如专利文献1中,为了得到具有高吸氧能力、容易制造、气体的产生或臭气也少的吸氧用组合物,公开了一种吸氧用组合物,其是由吸氧剂和气体吸收剂形成的,所述吸氧剂以特定分子量和粘度的具有不饱和基团的液态烃低聚物为主剂、且是使包含该主剂和促吸氧物质者负载于载体而得到的。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
专利文献1中公开了为无需水分的吸氧剂、且臭气也少的吸氧用组合物。然而,特别是药品、医疗用品、卫生用品直接且长时间用于人体,或与脸接触,因此,对于它们的保存中使用的吸氧剂要求非常高的无臭性,要求比专利文献1中公开的吸氧用组合物还高的无臭性。另一方面,药品、医疗用品、卫生用品需要对保存环境严格管理,因此,也需要更高的吸氧性。
因此,本发明想要解决的课题在于,提供:无需水分而具有优异的吸氧性能、能抑制臭气的产生的吸氧剂。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人等发现如下吸氧剂可以解决前述课题,所述吸氧剂含有:具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物、促吸氧物质、载体、吸气体性无机颗粒、活性炭,且吸附于前述吸气体性无机颗粒的前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物与吸气体性无机颗粒为特定的比率。
本发明涉及以下的吸氧剂、其制造方法和吸氧剂包装体。
<1>一种吸氧剂,其含有:具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物、促吸氧物质、用于负载前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物和促吸氧物质的载体、吸气体性无机颗粒和活性炭,
吸附于前述吸气体性无机颗粒的前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量相对于吸气体性无机颗粒100质量份为6.5质量份以下。
<2>根据上述<1>所述的吸氧剂,其中,前述吸气体性无机颗粒为选自由平均孔径为的硅酸盐、碱土金属的氧化物、和碱土金属的氢氧化物组成的组中的至少1种。
<3>根据上述<1>或<2>所述的吸氧剂,其中,前述吸气体性无机颗粒为硅胶。
<4>根据上述<1>~<3>中任一项所述的吸氧剂,其中,前述促吸氧物质为选自由过渡金属盐和自由基引发剂组成的组中的至少1种。

<9>一种吸氧剂的制造方法,其为上述<1>~<8>中任一项所述的吸氧剂的制造方法,所述制造方法使具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物和促吸氧物质的混合物负载于载体后,将该载体、吸气体性无机颗粒和活性炭混合,得到吸氧剂。
<10>一种吸氧剂包装体,其具备:上述<1>~<8>中任一项所述的吸氧剂;和,收纳有该吸氧剂的透气性包装材料。
发明的效果
本发明的吸氧剂具有优异的吸氧性能而无需水分、能抑制臭气的产生。因此,特别适合用于药品、医疗用品、卫生用品等的保存。

以下,对本发明的一实施方式进行说明。本发明的内容不限定于以下说明的实施方式。
需要说明的是,本说明书中,涉及数值的记载的“A~B”之类的术语是指,“A以上且B以下”(A<B时)或“A以下且B以上”(A>B时)。另外,本发明中,优选的方式的组合为更优选的方式。
[吸氧剂]
本发明的吸氧剂含有:具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物、促吸氧物质、用于负载前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物和促吸氧物质的载体、吸气体性无机颗粒和活性炭,吸附于前述吸气体性无机颗粒的前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量相对于吸气体性无机颗粒100质量份为6.5质量份以下。
(具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物)
本发明的吸氧剂包含具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物。另外,具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物负载于后述的载体,吸附于后述的吸气体性无机颗粒的前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量相对于吸气体性无机颗粒100质量份为6.5质量份以下。
本发明的吸氧剂中使用的具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物优选为选自由液态丁二烯系低聚物、液态异戊二烯系低聚物、液态乙炔系低聚物、液态氯丁二烯系低聚物、液态不饱和聚酯树脂、和天然橡胶组成的组中的至少1种,在成本和臭气的方面,更优选为液态丁二烯系低聚物。这些具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物未必为单一物质,也可以为2种以上的混合物,还可以经共聚。另外,其制造时混入的溶剂等少量的杂质在常识的范围内是允许的。
另外,本发明中使用的具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物可以具有卤素基团、羟基、羰基、醚基、羧基、酯基等除不饱和基团以外的其他取代基。例如可以被脂环族烃基、芳香族烃基、氢过氧基、环氧基、氧代基、羟基甲基、酰基、氨基、亚氨基、次氮基、硝基、亚硝基、酰胺基、酰亚胺基、氰基、异氰基、氰氧基、异氰氧基、重氮基、叠氮基、肼基、偶氮基、杂环基等官能团所取代。
作为前述液态丁二烯系低聚物,由于不具有侧链,因此,优选同一分子量的液态丁二烯低聚物中为低粘度的、分子结构中的键的65%以上为1,4键的液态丁二烯低聚物(分子结构中的键可以根据核磁共振分析而测定)。进而,更优选1,4键中为同一分子量且粘度更低的1,4-顺式键为65%以上的液态丁二烯低聚物。
具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物也可以用非吸氧性的稀释剂稀释而使用。
作为这种稀释剂,优选为不具有不饱和基团、羟基、醛基等容易被氧化的官能团、与具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物混合、减少具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的粘度的有机化合物。非吸氧性的稀释剂只要满足上述条件就没有特别限定,可以举出癸烷、十三烷、十四烷、正构链烷烃等直链饱和烃、液体石蜡等烷基环烷类、环烷酸等。这些非吸氧性的稀释剂无需为单一物质,也可以为2种以上的混合物。相对于具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的非吸氧性的稀释剂的比例,优选相对于具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物100质量份,非吸氧性的稀释剂为1000质量份以下的范围。
具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的数均分子量优选150~4000、更优选300~3000、进一步优选500~2500。
具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的25℃下的粘度优选100~4000mPa·s、更优选150~2000mPa·s、进一步优选200~1000mPa·s。
数均分子量和粘度如果为上述的范围,则吸氧性能优异,制造也容易,而且还可以抑制臭气。
具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的含量在吸氧剂中优选2~40质量%、更优选5~30质量%、进一步优选7~20质量%。
(促吸氧物质)
本发明的吸氧剂含有促吸氧物质。另外,促吸氧物质负载于后述的载体。
作为本发明的吸氧剂中使用的促吸氧物质,可以举出促进前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的氧化的金属化合物、自由基引发剂等。
促吸氧物质为优选选自由过渡金属盐和自由基引发剂组成的组中的至少1种。
过渡金属盐优选为选自由Cu、Fe、Co、Ni、Cr和Mn组成的组中的至少1种过渡金属盐,如果考虑吸氧性能、安全性,则更优选为选自由Mn和Fe组成的组中的至少1种过渡金属盐。
另外,作为过渡金属盐,例如可以适合使用硫酸盐、氯化物盐、硝酸盐等无机盐、脂肪酸盐、乙酰丙酮金属盐等有机盐等,从与前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的相溶性的观点出发,优选有机盐、更优选脂肪酸盐。
作为自由基引发剂,可以举出儿茶酚类、2,2-偶氮二异丁腈等偶氮化合物、过氧化苯甲酰等过氧化物。
另外,促吸氧物质更优选以与前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物均匀混合的状态包含于吸氧剂。
促吸氧物质可以溶解或分散于稀释剂以与具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物均匀混合。
作为稀释这种促吸氧物质的稀释剂,可以为前述非吸氧性的稀释剂,也可以为具有不饱和基团的油,但为了提高与具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的亲和性、进一步提高吸氧性,优选将具有不饱和基团的油作为稀释剂使用。
作为具有不饱和基团的油,优选不饱和脂肪酸或包含不饱和脂肪酸的油脂,具体而言,可以使用油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、十八碳四烯酸、二聚酸或蓖麻醇酸等不饱和脂肪酸、和含有这些酯的亚麻仁油、大豆油、桐油、糠油、胡麻油、棉籽油、菜籽油、妥尔油等油脂、酯类、金属盐。另外,作为不饱和脂肪酸,还可以使用由植物油、动物油得到的脂肪酸、例如亚麻仁油脂肪酸、大豆油脂肪酸、桐油脂肪酸、糠油脂肪酸、胡麻油脂肪酸、棉籽油脂肪酸、菜籽油脂肪酸、妥尔油脂肪酸。这些中,液体的粘度低者容易混合,故优选。
促吸氧物质的含量在吸氧剂中优选0.001~0.2质量%、更优选0.005~0.1质量%、进一步优选0.01~0.06质量%。
相对于吸氧剂中的具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物100质量份,促吸氧物质的量优选0.01~2.0质量份、更优选0.05~1.0质量份、进一步优选0.1~0.5质量份。
另外,使用稀释剂时的包含稀释剂的溶液中的促吸氧物质的浓度优选1~50质量%、更优选2~20质量%、进一步优选3~10质量%。
(载体)
本发明的吸氧剂含有载体。载体用于负载前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物和促吸氧物质。
作为载体,优选表面积大、扩大具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物与氧的接触面积者。另外,出于可以大量负载具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的方面,优选孔径或孔容大、堆积密度小者。
作为这种载体,例如可以举出平均孔径为的硅酸盐和木粉,优选平均孔径为/>的硅酸盐。
硅酸盐的平均孔径更优选需要说明的是,平均孔径例如可以如下测定:使用市售的比表面积/孔分布测定装置(MicrotracBEL Corp.制“BELSORP-max”)等,根据BET多点法等进行测定。
作为平均孔径为的硅酸盐,可以举出硅藻土、沸石、分子筛、海泡石、方英石、多孔质玻璃、二氧化硅、活性白土、酸性白土、和蛭石,优选硅藻土。
出于操作性、填充性的角度,载体的平均粒径优选0.1~5mm、更优选0.5~3mm。需要说明的是,平均粒径例如可以由市售的激光衍射/散射式粒径分布测定装置(株式会社堀场制作所制“LA-960”)等测定。
另外,载体的堆积密度优选0.2~1.0g/mL、更优选0.3~0.7g/mL、进一步优选0.4~0.6g/mL。需要说明的是,堆积密度例如可以依据JIS K6721:1977(废除)而测定。
载体的含量在吸氧剂中优选4~50质量%、更优选10~40质量%、进一步优选14~35质量%。
相对于吸氧剂中的具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物100质量份,载体的量优选100~1000质量份、更优选120~500质量份、进一步优选150~250质量份。
(吸气体性无机颗粒)
本发明的吸氧剂含有吸气体性无机颗粒。吸气体性无机颗粒主要吸收氧以外的气体,具体而言,为在与作为主剂的具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物进行吸氧反应前、吸收具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物本身所含的挥发性高的低数均分子量体或者吸氧反应中生成的氢、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、烃类、醛类、酮类、羧酸类等气体成分以及位于密闭的气氛中的硫化氢、氨等腐蚀性气体成分等的颗粒,实现其目的。本发明的吸氧剂中,吸附于吸气体性无机颗粒的前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量相对于吸气体性无机颗粒100质量份为6.5质量份以下。
吸气体性无机颗粒可以举出平均孔径为的硅酸盐、碱土金属的氧化物、氢氧化物、氧化铝、高分子吸附剂、硫酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、苏打石灰、有机酸盐、有机胺类等。
作为平均孔径为的硅酸盐,可以举出以分子筛为代表的合成沸石;丝光沸石、毛沸石等天然沸石;珠光体、酸性白土、活性白土等粘土矿物;硅胶等多孔质玻璃;硅酸镁;硅酸铝;烧碱石棉,平均孔径为/>的硅酸盐优选多孔质玻璃、更优选硅胶。需要说明的是,平均孔径例如可以如下测定:用市售的比表面积/孔分布测定装置(MicrotracBELCorp.制“BELSORP-max”)等,根据BET多点法等进行测定。
作为碱土金属的氧化物,可以举出氧化钙、氧化钡、氧化镁等。
作为氢氧化物,可以举出碱土金属的氢氧化物、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、消石灰等。
吸气体性无机颗粒优选选自由平均孔径为的硅酸盐、碱土金属的氧化物、和碱土金属的氢氧化物组成的组中的至少1种,更优选平均孔径为/>的硅酸盐,进一步优选平均孔径为/>的硅酸盐,更进一步优选硅胶。
通过使用平均孔径为的硅酸盐,从而不仅可以吸收前述气体或臭气,还可以吸收水分,可以得到适于厌水型制品的保存的吸氧剂。另外,出于牢固且安全性高、操作性或填充性良好的角度,适合使用硅胶。
出于操作性、填充性的角度,吸气体性无机颗粒的平均粒径优选0.1~3mm、更优选0.2~1mm、进一步优选0.3~0.6mm。需要说明的是,平均粒径处于上述范围的吸气体性无机颗粒可以适宜选择市售品,也可以使用根据期望平均粒径的筛进行分级。另外,平均粒径例如可以由市售的激光衍射/散射式粒径分布测定装置(株式会社堀场制作所制“LA-960”)等测定。
另外,吸气体性无机颗粒的堆积密度优选0.3~1.5g/mL、更优选0.4~1.0g/mL、进一步优选0.5~0.8g/mL。需要说明的是,堆积密度例如可以依据JIS K6721:1977(废除)而测定。
吸气体性无机颗粒无需为单一物质,也可以为2种以上的混合物。
吸气体性无机颗粒的含量在吸氧剂中优选5~60质量%、更优选10~50质量%、进一步优选20~40质量%。
负载于载体的具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物等有机成分的一部分在使用脱氧剂前有时吸附于吸气体性无机颗粒。由此,会妨碍吸气体性无机颗粒的臭气抑制效果,因此,吸附于吸气体性无机颗粒的前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量优选更少。吸附于吸气体性无机颗粒的前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量相对于吸气体性无机颗粒100质量份为6.5质量份以下、优选5.9质量份以下、更优选4.0质量份以下、进一步优选3.0质量份以下、更进一步优选2.0质量份以下、更进一步优选1.0质量份以下。
需要说明的是,吸附于吸气体性无机颗粒的前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量可以根据实施例中记载的方法而求出。
通过吸附于吸气体性无机颗粒的前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量为上述的范围,从而能获得优异的吸氧性能和抑制臭气的产生。其理由不确定,但如下考虑。具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物也容易吸附于吸气体性无机颗粒,但在吸气体性无机颗粒的吸附臭气的部分上吸附的具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量少,从而充分得到吸气体性无机颗粒的臭气成分的吸附性能。另外,认为,同时吸附于活性炭的成分也变少,也可以充分确保该臭气成分吸附性能,还得到基于残余的具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的吸氧性能,因此,发挥本发明的前述效果。
吸氧剂中的前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物与吸氧剂中的前述吸气体性无机颗粒的质量比[具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物/吸气体性无机颗粒]优选10/90~30/70、更优选15/85~25/75。
(活性炭)
本发明的吸氧剂含有活性炭。
认为,本发明的吸氧剂中的活性炭具有如下功能:作为本发明的效果的抑制臭气的产生,且促进前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的氧化反应。
活性炭可以为木质、椰子壳、煤炭等均可,优选椰子壳活性炭。
活性炭的性状没有特别限定,从制造吸氧剂时的操作性的观点出发,适合使用流动性高的粒状或粉体状者,更优选形状接近于球形者。另外,对于活性炭的平均粒径,从制造吸氧剂时的操作性的观点出发,粒状者优选0.01mm以上且2mm以下、更优选0.1mm以上且1mm以下。粉体状者优选10μm以上且1000μm以下、更优选100μm以上且500μm以下。活性炭的颗粒只要具有上述范围的粒度,则不论一次颗粒、聚集颗粒、造粒物均可以使用。具有上述范围的粒度的活性炭也可以单独使用一种,也可以将具有不同的粒度的多种以任意比例混合而使用。需要说明的是,平均粒径可以由例如市售的激光衍射/散射式粒径分布测定装置(株式会社堀场制作所制“LA-960”)等测定。
活性炭的含量在吸氧剂中优选1~40质量%、更优选5~30质量%、进一步优选10~20质量%。
(聚乙烯粉末)
本发明的吸氧剂中,除上述中说明的具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物、促吸氧物质、载体、吸气体性无机颗粒和活性炭以外,在不妨碍本发明的效果的范围内还可以包含其他物质。
其中,本发明的吸氧剂优选含有聚乙烯粉末。
吸氧剂随着吸收氧而放热,其温度上升,因此,根据要保存的制品而局部地被加热所导致的变质成为问题,或还有可能产生吸氧剂包装体、包装容器的溶胀、变形之类的问题。此处,聚乙烯具有结晶部分,且具有熔点,因此,如果添加至吸氧剂,则熔解时熔解热被局部地夺取,其放热被抑制。
作为构成聚乙烯粉末的聚乙烯,优选结晶度为50%以上的聚乙烯、更优选结晶度为60%以上的聚乙烯、进一步优选结晶度为65%以上的聚乙烯。
聚乙烯的结晶度是指,以密度法算出的值〔JIS K6760:1995(废除)、和聚乙烯树脂塑料材料讲座、日刊工业新闻社、22(1969)〕。
聚乙烯为结晶性高分子,与非晶部分相比,结晶部分在结构上稳定,因此,结晶度越高越为高密度,优选。另外,本发明中使用的聚乙烯也可以与其他单体、例如丙烯、1-丁烯等共聚。
聚乙烯的每单位质量的熔解热优选190mJ/mg以上,熔点优选80℃~150℃。
需要说明的是,聚乙烯的结晶度、熔解热和熔点例如可以由市售的差示扫描量热计(株式会社岛津制作所制“DSC-60A”)等测定。
聚乙烯粉末的含量在吸氧剂中优选3~50质量%、更优选5~40质量%、进一步优选10~30质量%。
[吸氧剂的制造方法]
制造本发明的吸氧剂的方法没有特别限定,优选基于如下方法:使具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物和促吸氧物质的混合物负载于载体后,将该载体、吸气体性无机颗粒和活性炭混合,得到吸氧剂。
最初制备具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物和促吸氧物质的混合物,使其负载于载体,从而可以有效地防止具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物向吸气体性无机颗粒的迁移,可以有效地得到本发明的吸氧剂。
优选使具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物和促吸氧物质的混合物负载于载体后,将该载体、吸气体性无机颗粒和活性炭混合。
吸氧剂含有聚乙烯粉末的情况下,优选将载体、吸气体性无机颗粒和活性炭混合时同时进行混合。即,吸氧剂含有聚乙烯粉末的情况下,本发明的吸氧剂的制造方法优选为如下方法:使具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物和促吸氧物质的混合物负载于载体后,将该载体、吸气体性无机颗粒、活性炭和聚乙烯粉末混合,得到吸氧剂。
混合中使用的装置没有特别限定,作为具体例,可以使用诺塔混合机(Hosokawamicron株式会社制)、锥形混合器(大野化学机械株式会社制)、立式造粒机(Powrex Corp.制)、高速混合器(株式会社Earth technica制)等。
作为保管本发明的吸氧剂的方法,优选在阻气性容器内作为后述的吸氧剂包装体而保管。阻气性的容器优选由非活性气体填充。保管时的温度优选50℃以下、更优选40℃以下、进一步优选30℃以下。保管温度的下限没有特别限定,例如为-20℃以上。在非活性气体中、在低温下保管,从而可以减少吸附于吸气体性无机颗粒的前述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量。因此,吸氧剂保管后也能具有优异的吸氧性能和能抑制臭气的产生。
[吸氧剂包装体]
本发明的脱氧剂包装体具备:上述吸氧剂、和收纳有该吸氧剂的透气性包装材料。
(包装材料)
作为包装材料,可以举出:使2张透气性包装材料贴合形成袋状者,使1张透气性包装材料与1张非透气性包装材料贴合形成袋状者,弯折1张透气性包装材料、密封除弯折部之外的缘部彼此而形成袋状者。
此处,透气性包装材料和非透气性包装材料为四边形的情况下,包装材料可以举出:重叠2张透气性包装材料、热封4边而形成袋状者,重叠1张透气性包装材料与1张非透气性包装材料、热封4边而形成袋状者,弯折1张透气性包装材料、热封除弯折部之外的3边而形成袋状者。另外,包装材料也可以为将透气性包装材料形成筒状、热封该筒状体的两端部和主体部而形成袋状者。
作为前述包装材料的形状,优选为选自由袋状、三方密封状、四方密封状、棒状、筒状、箱型组成的组中的至少1者,更优选为选自由棒状、筒状、箱型组成的组中的至少1者。
(透气性包装材料)
作为透气性包装材料,选择透过氧和二氧化碳的包装材料。其中,适合使用基于葛尔莱式试验机法的透气阻力为600秒以下、更优选90秒以下者。此处,透气阻力是指,由JISP8117(1998)的方法测得的值。更具体而言,是指,使用葛尔莱式密度计(株式会社东洋精机制作所制),100mL的空气透过透气性包装材料所需的时间。
作为上述透气性包装材料,除纸、无纺布之外,还可以使用对塑料薄膜赋予了透气性者。作为塑料薄膜,例如可以使用层叠粘接有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯等薄膜与作为密封层的聚乙烯、离聚物、聚丁二烯、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯甲基丙烯酸共聚物或乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物等薄膜的层叠薄膜等。另外,这些层叠物也可以作为透气性包装材料使用。
作为赋予透气性的方法,除基于冷针、热针的穿孔加工之外,还可以采用各种方法。通过穿孔加工赋予透气性的情况下,透气性可以根据要穿孔的孔的直径、数量、材质等而自由调整。
另外,层叠薄膜的厚度优选50~1000μm、更优选50~500μm、特别优选60~250μm。该情况下,与厚度超过上述范围的情况相比,保持强度,可以形成热封性、包装适合性优异的包装材料。
实施例
以下,用实施例和比较例对本实施方式详细进行说明,但本实施方式只要发挥本发明的作用效果就可以适宜变更。需要说明的是,实施例和比较例中的“份”在没有特别记载的情况下是指质量份。
[分析和评价]
<吸附于硅胶的液态丁二烯低聚物的量(吸附于吸气体性无机颗粒的具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量)>
从实施例和比较例的吸氧剂分离出硅胶颗粒,使用CHN元素分析装置MTC-6(Yanaco Technical Science Co.,Ltd制)作为分析装置,进行CHN分析,求出硅胶中的碳比例,作为吸附于硅胶的液态聚丁二烯的量(吸附于吸气体性无机颗粒的具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量)。
表1中“0.2(质量%)以下”表示为基于本方法的分析的检测下限值以下。
需要说明的是,CHN分析在以下条件下进行。
装置:Yanaco CHN coder MT-6
标准试剂:阿司匹林(Kishida Chemical Co.,Ltd.制有机元素分析用标准)
试样炉温度:950℃
燃烧炉温度:850℃
吸收炉温度:500℃
还原炉温度:550℃
泵恒温槽温度:55℃
检测器恒温槽温度:100℃
氦气流量:200mL/分钟
氧气体注入量:25mL/分钟
<吸氧性能试验>
将实施例和比较例的吸氧剂包装体1个与25℃的空气500mL一起封入至铝箔层压塑料薄膜袋(Sun A.Kaken Co Ltd:尺寸220mm×300mm、以下称为“铝阻隔袋”)中。测定此时的铝阻隔袋内的氧浓度(初始氧浓度)。将该袋在25℃下保存,28天后,测定铝阻隔内的氧浓度(保存后的氧浓度),算出氧减少量(初始氧浓度-保存后的氧浓度)。氧减少量越多,吸氧性能越优异。
需要说明的是,氧浓度使用气体分析计(MOCON公司制、“Check Mate3”)而测定。测定如下进行:将位于气体分析计附带的取样环用硅胶管的前端的中空针从预先粘附于铝阻隔袋的取样环用橡胶片插入至袋内部,测量氧浓度。
<臭气试验>
使3名臭气评价小组人员闻吸氧性能试验后的铝阻隔袋内的臭气,以6等级臭气法(下述基准)判定由吸氧剂产生的臭气的强度。表1中,示出基于3名评价小组人员的评价分数的平均值(将小数点后以下1位四舍五入)。
0:无臭
1:勉强能感知的气味(检测阈值)
2:识别为某种气味的弱的气味(认知阈值)
3:能轻松感知的气味(能忍受的气味)
4:强的气味(难以忍受的气味)
5:强烈的气味(非常难以忍受的气味)
需要说明的是,本实施例中,3以下为合格,数值越小,表示臭气抑制效果越优异。
[吸氧剂和吸氧剂包装体的制造]
实施例1
将液态丁二烯低聚物(Polyvest110:Evonik Japan Corporation制)19.0g与4质量%妥尔油脂肪酸锰/妥尔油脂肪酸(东荣化工株式会社制)1.7g混合,得到均匀的溶液。使该溶液0.25g浸渗于硅藻土(目录值:粒径1mm、堆积密度0.5~0.6g/ml)0.51g。
接着,将前述浸渗有溶液的硅藻土、粒状活性炭(椰子壳活性炭、目录值:粒径0.25~0.85mm)0.38g、硅胶颗粒(目录值:颗粒尺寸20~40mesh、堆积密度0.74g/mL、平均孔径)0.86g、粉末状聚乙烯(目录值:结晶度65%、熔点107℃)0.5g放入经氮气置换的100ml烧瓶中,用手振荡混合,得到吸氧剂。
将得到的吸氧剂填充至透气性包装材料(纸/开孔聚乙烯的层叠薄膜、厚度:0.4mm、大小:26mm×62mm、透气阻力27秒)的小袋后,将小袋的周围热封,制造吸氧剂包装体。
制造吸氧剂包装体后,立即进行前述分析和评价。将结果示于表1。
实施例2
以与实施例1同样的方法制造吸氧剂包装体。将得到的吸氧剂包装体放入经氮气置换的铝阻隔袋并密封,在常压(0.10MPa)、25℃下保管30天后,将铝阻隔袋开封,进行前述分析和评价。将结果示于表1。
实施例3
以与实施例1同样的方法制造吸氧剂包装体。将得到的吸氧剂包装体放入经氮气置换的铝阻隔袋并密封,在常压(0.10MPa)、25℃下保管90天后,将铝阻隔袋开封,进行前述分析和评价。将结果示于表1。
实施例4
以与实施例1同样的方法制造吸氧剂包装体。将得到的吸氧剂包装体放入经氮气置换的铝阻隔袋并密封,在常压(0.10MPa)、25℃下保管750天后,将铝阻隔袋开封,进行前述分析和评价。将结果示于表1。
比较例1
以与实施例1同样的方法制造吸氧剂包装体。将得到的吸氧剂包装体放入尼龙袋并进行真空脱气封入,将尼龙袋放入经氮气置换的铝阻隔袋并密封。在60℃下保管21天后,将铝阻隔袋和尼龙袋开封,进行前述分析和评价。将结果示于表1。
比较例2
以与实施例1同样的方法制造吸氧剂包装体。将得到的吸氧剂包装体放入经氮气置换的铝阻隔袋并密封,在常压(0.10MPa)、60℃下保管60天后,将铝阻隔袋开封,进行前述分析和评价。将结果示于表1。

由表1的结果可知,实施例的吸氧剂具有优异的吸氧性能而无需水分、能抑制臭气的产生。因此,可以特别适合用于药品、医疗用品、卫生用品等的保存。
Claims (10)
1.一种吸氧剂,其含有:具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物、促吸氧物质、用于负载所述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物和促吸氧物质的载体、吸气体性无机颗粒和活性炭,
吸附于所述吸气体性无机颗粒的所述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物的量相对于吸气体性无机颗粒100质量份为6.5质量份以下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸氧剂,其中,所述吸气体性无机颗粒为选自由平均孔径为的硅酸盐、碱土金属的氧化物、和碱土金属的氢氧化物组成的组中的至少1种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的吸氧剂,其中,所述吸气体性无机颗粒为硅胶。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的吸氧剂,其中,所述促吸氧物质为选自由过渡金属盐和自由基引发剂组成的组中的至少1种。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的吸氧剂,其中,所述载体是平均孔径为的硅酸盐。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的吸氧剂,其中,所述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物为选自由液态丁二烯系低聚物、液态异戊二烯系低聚物、液态乙炔系低聚物、液态氯丁二烯系低聚物、液态不饱和聚酯树脂、和天然橡胶组成的组中的至少1种。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的吸氧剂,其还含有聚乙烯粉末。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的吸氧剂,其中,吸氧剂中的所述具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物与吸氧剂中的所述吸气体性无机颗粒的质量比[具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物/吸气体性无机颗粒]为10/90~30/70。
9.一种吸氧剂的制造方法,其为权利要求1~8中任一项所述的吸氧剂的制造方法,所述制造方法使具有不饱和基团的液态低聚物和促吸氧物质的混合物负载于载体后,将该载体、吸气体性无机颗粒和活性炭混合,得到吸氧剂。
10.一种吸氧剂包装体,其具备:权利要求1~8中任一项所述的吸氧剂;
和,收纳有该吸氧剂的透气性包装材料。
