Abstract
The invention provides a fish protein organic liquid fertilizer and a production process thereof, wherein the fish protein organic liquid fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of fish protein degradation liquid, 18-22 parts of plant growth factors, 2-6 parts of potassium sulfate, 1-3 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 3-5 parts of urea and 1-3 parts of complexing agent; the fish protein degradation liquid, the plant growth factors and the trace elements are combined according to a specific proportion to cooperatively play the roles, so that the plant seed germination and seedling growth can be effectively promoted, soil nutrients can be activated and fertilized, the available nutrient content and the organic matter content in soil can be enhanced, the growth of crops can be facilitated, the germination rate of cabbage seeds reaches 89.3%, the root-cap ratio of seedlings is 0.51r/s through field experiments, meanwhile, pests can be effectively prevented and controlled, the average aphid prevention efficiency is 75.4-80.9%, the average white fly prevention efficiency is 70.9-75.9%, and the average cabbage caterpillar prevention efficiency is 80.8-83.8%.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of production of biological organic fertilizers, in particular to a fish protein organic liquid fertilizer and a production process thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of the aquatic product processing industry, a large amount of processing waste is discarded, so that the aquatic product processing waste has high protein content, contains rich phospholipids, minerals (calcium, phosphorus and the like) and other active ingredients, and can solve the problems of cadmium pollution and the like caused by common fertilizers and bring new economic and social benefits if the aquatic product processing waste is used for producing organic fertilizers. The utilization way of the fish wastes has close relation with the technical progress of the degradation process, the recycling method of the fish wastes comprises biological hydrolysis and chemical hydrolysis,
chemical hydrolysis includes acid hydrolysis and alkaline hydrolysis:
acid hydrolysis: the liquid acid hydrolysis of fish protein is usually carried out by using 6-8mol/L hydrochloric acid or 8mol/L sulfuric acid. The biggest feature of acid hydrolysis is that the hydrolysis is rapid and thorough, and can substantially hydrolyze all proteins to amino acids, and avoid racemization, but tryptophan is often destroyed. Wherein the hydrochloric acid used can be removed by evaporation, and if sulfuric acid is used, it can be removed by formation of a calcium sulfate precipitate. The disadvantage is that the black matter is easy to generate, the hydrolysate turns black, the filtering is difficult, and the equipment is easy to corrode.
Alkaline hydrolysis: sodium hydroxide is commonly used for degrading protein in alkaline hydrolysis, can avoid damage of tryptophan, serine and the like, does not generate putrescence, is clear in hydrolysate and easy to filter, but has the advantages that the hydrolysis speed is much slower than that of acid hydrolysis, all amino acids such as arginine, cystine and the like are damaged, the obtained amino acid is low in yield, the functionality of degradation products is poor, the nutritional value of hydrolyzed protein is not facilitated, and the same defects as acid hydrolysis are that equipment is easy to corrode.
The biological hydrolysis is to hydrolyze skin bonds of food proteins by utilizing enzymes, which can degrade the skin bonds by using enzymes existing in viscera or muscles of fish and by adding enzymes from other sources, but the current enzymolysis method is single, and the enzymolysis is only carried out by controlling the enzymolysis environment, so that the effective components are less, and the effect of the biological hydrolysis serving as an organic liquid fertilizer for promoting the growth of crops is poor; currently, microorganisms in the soil are greatly reduced, resulting in the generation of insect pests and diseases, thereby reducing crop yield.
