When the wheat grows to about 20cm, taking out the root system, washing with clear water, and measuring the activity of the wheat root and the pollen by adopting a TTC method (the reference document: Zhangxiong, the activity of the wheat root and the pollen by using a TTC method (red tetrazole) and the application thereof, and the root system activity of the corn is measured by adopting a plant physiology communication, 3 rd phase 1982).
The test results are shown in Table 1 below.

Compared with the conventional control, A-1, A-2 and A-3 are respectively higher by 30.9 percent, 29.8 percent and 39.2 percent than the blank control and respectively higher by 9.23 percent, 8.32 percent and 16.14 percent than the control group B, and the fertilizer synergist containing the fish protein oligopeptide can obviously improve the root activity of wheat at the seedling stage.
Test example 2: the influence of the fertilizer synergist containing the fish protein oligopeptide on the corn yield and the yield forming factors is avoided.
The test was conducted by setting 5 treatments of CK (no fertilizer application), control group B and the fertilizer synergist containing fish protein oligopeptide of the present invention (A-1, A-2, A-3), wherein A-1, A-2, A-3 were the fertilizer synergist containing fish protein oligopeptide prepared in examples 1, 2, 3, respectively.
A fertilizing mode: control groups B and A-1, A-2, A-3 were dissolved in water and then irrigated at leaf stage 3 and leaf stage 9 of corn, half each time, for a total of 5 treatments, repeated 8 times, and randomized. Leaving 30cm of the upper layer of the soil column as a soil-fertilizer mixing layer, applying the tested fertilizer as a base fertilizer, and adding calcium superphosphate (P)2O516%) 12.50g of potassium chloride (K) was applied per column2O60%) was applied 3.33g per column, one-time application was made during column packing. 5 corn seeds are sown in each corn earth pillar, and after seedling emergence, one corn seed with the best growth vigor is planted, the plant spacing is 40cm, and the row spacing is 80 cm.

Compared with the control group B, the fertilizer synergist containing the fish protein oligopeptides can remarkably increase the yield and the grain number per ear of corn by 31.40%, 33.34%, 33.04%, 15.48%, 19.44% and 17.46% respectively, and the weight of one hundred grains is increased by 2.71%, 4.51% and 3.13%. Therefore, under the condition of simulating a drip irrigation test, the invention is suitable for a drip irrigation and micro-sprinkling irrigation system and can obviously increase the yield of corn kernels.
Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment may contain only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should integrate the description, and the embodiments may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
Claims (10)
1. A fertilizer synergist containing fish protein oligopeptides is characterized by comprising 60-80 parts of fish protein powder, 0.4-0.6 part of soil loosening agent, 1.2-1.5 parts of medium trace elements and 0.5-1.2 parts of crop growth regulator.
2. The fertilizer synergist according to claim 1, wherein the soil bulking agent comprises 14-26 parts of decomposed organic matter, 0.6-8 parts of wood rotting fungi hyphae, 32-40 parts of plant ash and 6-9 parts of calcium organophosphate.
3. The fertilizer synergist according to claim 1, wherein said medium trace elements comprise chelated elements consisting of 0.01-0.03% of copper EDTA chelate, 0.3-0.5% of iron EDTA chelate, 0.06-0.08% of manganese EDTA chelate, 0.7-0.9% of zinc EDTA chelate, 0.2-0.4% of magnesium EDTA chelate, and 0.7-0.9% of calcium EDTA chelate.
4. The fertilizer synergist of claim 1, wherein the crop growth agent comprises sodium selenite, gibberellin, and cytokinin, and the ratio of sodium selenite: gibberellin: cytokinins are 0.3-0.6: 0.1-0.3: 0.8-1.2.
5. The fertilizer synergist according to claim 1, wherein the fish protein powder is prepared by the following steps: selecting fish meat from fish leftovers, mincing with a stirrer to obtain fish meat slurry, degreasing the fish meat slurry with ethanol solution with volume concentration of more than or equal to 95%, and then sequentially air-drying, freeze-drying and crushing to obtain crude fish protein powder.
6. The fertilizer synergist according to claim 5, wherein the obtained crude fish protein powder is processed to prepare fish protein mixed peptide powder according to the following steps:
s1, taking a proper amount of crude fish protein powder, adding deionized water, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain slurry;
s2, adding phospholipase into the slurry for enzymolysis, inactivating enzyme after the enzymolysis is finished, and removing fat through supercritical carbon dioxide extraction to obtain degreased slurry;
s3, adding the fishy smell removing liquid into the degreased slurry, stirring for 10-20min, standing for 2-3h, dialyzing to obtain a retentate to obtain fishy smell removing slurry;
s4, adding compound protease into the fishy smell removed slurry, placing the fishy smell removed slurry in a constant-temperature oscillator at 35-45 ℃ for continuous enzymolysis for 3-4h, cooling to room temperature, adding a buffer solution to adjust the pH value of the solution to 6.5-7.5, and obtaining the fish protein mixed peptide solution.
7. The fertilizer synergist according to claim 6, wherein the fishy smell removing solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of ethanol, 20-30 parts of acetic acid, 8-15 parts of baking soda, 6-8 parts of citric acid and 5-11 parts of ginger juice.

The fertilizer synergist according to claim 7, wherein the compound protease comprises a composition of trypsin, chymotrypsin, neutral protease, alkaline protease, papain and flavourzyme, and the mass ratio of the trypsin, the chymotrypsin, the neutral protease, the alkaline protease, the papain and the flavourzyme is 2-3:1-2.5:1.1-2.1:0.8-1.5:0.9-1.4: 1.1-1.5.
9. The fertilizer synergist of claim 7, wherein said buffer is a citrate buffer.
10. A method of preparing a fertilizer synergist comprising a fish protein oligopeptide according to claim 8, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: taking the fish protein mixed peptide solution, the soil loosening agent, the medium trace elements and the crop growth regulator according to the formula ratio, adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution.
Step two: and (3) performing filter pressing on the solution obtained in the step one through a filter press, adding 2-5 parts of boric acid into the obtained filtrate, adjusting the pH of the solution to 7.5-8.5 by using a hydrochloric acid solution containing 3-5% of acetic acid, performing evaporation concentration until the concentration of a fixed object is more than or equal to 8%, and subpackaging.
