(4) centrifugal separation: centrifuging and separating the product after the chelation reaction is finished to obtain a separation solution;
(5) and (2) carrying out a two-step chelation reaction: adjusting the pH value of the separated reaction liquid to be neutral, adjusting the temperature to be 60-80 ℃, continuously reacting for 1-2 hours under the stirring condition, and keeping the pH value of the reaction system to be 6.5-7 in the reaction process;
(6) blending: adding a stabilizer, magnesium aluminum silicate and a penetrating agent into the solution reacted in the step (5), and uniformly mixing; the stabilizer is a mixture of sodium alginate and xanthan gum with the mass ratio of 3:1, and the addition amount is 0.05%; the addition amount of the magnesium aluminum silicate is 3 percent; the penetrating agent is organic silicon, and the addition amount is 0.01%;
(7) filtering and filling: and (4) cooling the mixed liquid obtained in the step (6), filtering, and filling to obtain the high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer.
Example 6
A high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer is prepared by the following steps:
(1) preparing a calcium-magnesium solution: dissolving the selected calcium nitrate and magnesium nitrate in water, and stirring for 5-10 min to form a calcium-magnesium solution completely dissolved in water; wherein the mass ratio of calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate and tap water in the preparation of the calcium-magnesium solution is 75 parts, 15 parts and 40 parts;
(2) preparing animal protease hydrolysate: adding purified water into the animal protein powder, blending into an aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 20-30%, fully and uniformly mixing until the aqueous solution is stirred without resistance, adjusting the pH of the system by using a sodium hydroxide solution, adding animal protein hydrolase, and carrying out enzymolysis at constant temperature to obtain an enzymolysis solution; the animal protein powder is feather powder, the optimum pH value of an enzymolysis system is 5-6, the addition amount of animal protein hydrolase is 1000-2000U/g of substrate mass, the enzymolysis temperature is 40-50 ℃, and the enzymolysis time is 15-20 h;
(3) carrying out chelation reaction: adding the animal protein enzymolysis liquid prepared in the step (2) into the calcium-magnesium solution prepared in the step (1), wherein the mass ratio of the calcium-magnesium solution to the animal protein enzymolysis liquid is 5: 1; stirring and reacting for 3-4 hours, and keeping the pH of the system to be 3.5-4.5 in the reaction process;
(4) centrifugal separation: centrifuging and separating the product after the chelation reaction is finished to obtain a separation solution;
(5) and (2) carrying out a two-step chelation reaction: adjusting the pH value of the separated reaction liquid to be neutral, adjusting the temperature to be 60-80 ℃, continuously reacting for 1-2 hours under the stirring condition, and keeping the pH value of the reaction system to be 6.5-7 in the reaction process;
(6) blending: adding a stabilizer, magnesium aluminum silicate and a penetrating agent into the solution reacted in the step (5), and uniformly mixing; the stabilizer is a mixture of sodium alginate and xanthan gum with the mass ratio of 3:1, and the addition amount is 0.05%; the addition amount of the magnesium aluminum silicate is 3 percent; the penetrating agent is organic silicon, and the addition amount is 0.01%;
(7) filtering and filling: and (4) cooling the mixed liquid obtained in the step (6), filtering, and filling to obtain the high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer.
Example 7 comparison of the Effect of different high concentrations of suspended calcium magnesium fertilizers on tomato planting
1. Test method
The test was designed as a randomized block test, with a total of 10 treatments and 3 replicates. Each test plot is 7.2m long, 1.5m wide, the ridge width is 90cm, the furrow width is 60cm, the ridge height is 20cm, the plant spacing is 50cm, the cultivation is carried out by adopting a one-ridge double-row high-ridge and under-film drip irrigation mode, 30 tomatoes are planted in each plot, the furrow is dug to be 80cm deep in each plot, and 0.8mm of agricultural film is buried for isolation and lateral seepage prevention;
treating with uniform water and fertilizer at seedling stage, selecting plants with uniform growth for field planting, irrigating with large water once after field planting to ensure sufficient bottom water for each treatment, managing according to tomato planting rules, and topdressing N, P each time for different treatments2O5、K2The content of O is kept consistent;
the calcium-magnesium water-soluble fertilizer is used as an additional fertilizer, is applied in the seedling growth period, the flowering and fruit setting period and the fruiting and full period in equal amount respectively, and is subjected to the same field management in other fields.
2. Test grouping
The test total comprises 10 groups, namely a blank control group (without applying calcium-magnesium water-soluble fertilizer), experimental groups of examples 1-6 (applying the calcium-magnesium fertilizer described in examples 1-6), a group of control example 1 (the calcium fertilizer is prepared by the same process as example 2), a group of control example 2 (the magnesium fertilizer is prepared by the same process as example 2), and a group of control example 3 (the calcium fertilizer and the magnesium fertilizer are respectively prepared and then mixed, and the preparation process and the calcium-magnesium content are the same as example 2); the application amount of calcium ions and magnesium ions is the same;
3. measurement index
The indexes of the tomato such as single fruit weight, yield, tomato Vc content, soluble sugar and the like are measured, and the influence of calcium magnesium fertilizer on the disease resistance of the tomato downy mildew is measured, wherein the influence of the calcium magnesium fertilizer on the disease resistance of the tomato downy mildew is measured according to the application of the Shenfang research on the influence of different calcium and magnesium fertilizer treatments on the growth yield and quality of the tomato;

The experimental results show that the products of the embodiment of the invention can better promote the yield increase of tomatoes, improve the fruit quality of the tomatoes and improve the disease resistance of the tomatoes, wherein the embodiment 2 is the best embodiment of the invention; meanwhile, the experimental result shows that the selection of animal protein and the preparation process of the calcium-magnesium fertilizer have obvious influence on the action effect of the calcium-magnesium water-soluble fertilizer.
The above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention as set forth in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer is characterized by being prepared by the following steps:
(1) preparing a calcium-magnesium solution: dissolving the selected calcium nitrate and magnesium nitrate in water, and stirring for 5-10 min to form a calcium-magnesium solution completely dissolved in water;
(2) preparing animal protease hydrolysate: adding purified water into the animal protein powder, blending into an aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 20-30%, fully and uniformly mixing until the aqueous solution is stirred without resistance, adjusting the pH of the system by using a sodium hydroxide solution, adding animal protein hydrolase, and carrying out enzymolysis at constant temperature to obtain an enzymolysis solution;
(3) carrying out chelation reaction: adding the animal protein enzymolysis liquid prepared in the step (2) into the calcium-magnesium solution prepared in the step (1), stirring and reacting for 3-4 hours, and keeping the pH of the system to be 3.5-4.5 in the reaction process;
(4) centrifugal separation: centrifuging and separating the product after the chelation reaction is finished to obtain a separation solution;
(5) and (2) carrying out a two-step chelation reaction: adjusting the pH value of the separated reaction liquid to be neutral, adjusting the temperature to be 60-80 ℃, continuously reacting for 1-2 hours under the stirring condition, and keeping the pH value of the reaction system to be 6.5-7 in the reaction process;
(6) blending: adding a stabilizer, magnesium aluminum silicate and a penetrating agent into the solution reacted in the step (5), and uniformly mixing;
(7) filtering and filling: and (4) cooling the mixed liquid obtained in the step (6), filtering, and filling to obtain the high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer.
2. The high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate and tap water in the preparation of the calcium-magnesium solution in the step (1) is 60-80 parts, 8-15 parts and 40 parts.
3. The high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate and tap water in the preparation of the calcium-magnesium solution in step (1) is 75 parts, 15 parts and 40 parts.
4. The high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the animal protein powder in step (2) is one or a mixture of animal blood powder and feather powder.
5. The high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer according to claim 1, characterized in that the optimum pH of the enzymolysis system in the step (2) is 5-6, the addition amount of animal proteolytic enzyme is 1000-2000U/g of substrate mass, the enzymolysis temperature is 40-50 ℃, and the enzymolysis time is 15-20 h.
6. The high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the animal proteolytic enzyme is one or more of acid protease, papain and trypsin.
7. The high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the calcium-magnesium solution to the animal protein enzymolysis solution in the step (3) is 3-5: 1.

The high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the stabilizer in step (6) is one or a mixture of two of xanthan gum, kaolin, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium alginate and wheat gluten, and the addition amount is 0.01-0.05%; the optimal quality is the mixture of sodium alginate and xanthan gum with the mass ratio of 3: 1.
9. The high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the addition amount of magnesium aluminum silicate in step (6) is 2-3%.
10. The high-concentration suspended calcium-magnesium fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the penetrant in the step (6) is one or a mixture of two of azone and organosilicon, and the addition amount is 0.01-0.03%.
