Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于糠醛液相加氢制糠醇的催化剂及其用途,催化剂的各组份重量百分比为:CuO 36-42% Cr2O3 45-52% NiO 8-17%。催化剂装在反应釜内,反应温度180℃-200℃,反应压力3.5-5MPa,本发明的催化剂具有较高的活性,成本低,糠醛转化率大于99.2%,糠醇的选择性大于96%,使用方便,便于贮存等优点。

糠醛液相加氢制糠醇的催化剂及其用途

本发明属于催化剂及其用途,具体地说涉及一种用于糠醛液相加氢制糠醇的催化剂及其用途。
背景技术:
糠醇是一种重要的有机化工中间体,主要应用于精细化工方面,可制乙酰丙酸(又名苹果酸),各种性能的呋喃树脂(如糠醛树脂,呋喃I、II型树脂),糠醇-尿醛树脂及酚醛树脂等;广泛用于建筑、铸造工业,特别是汽车工业中。
目前工业上制取糠醇都是采用糠醛催化加氢法生产。我国是糠醛生产大国,在糠醛深加工产品中,糠醇是价值很高的一种产品。
德国专利DE 3,425,758报导了CuO-Cr2O3和CuO/SiO2两部分催化剂混合组成,进行糠醛液相加氢制糠醇,反应条件温度150-300℃,反应压力2-10Mpa。因催化剂分为两部分,增加了制备过程的难度。
中国专利ZL 91103132.4,“生产糠醇用雷尼钴加氢催化剂及其制法”公开的催化剂的组成:钴35.1-46.5%,铝40.2-60.7%,铬4.2-13.3%。其活化方法为用20%的烧碱溶液进行抽铝反应,然后用蒸馏水清洗催化剂,使清洗液的PH值约7为至。在反应温度120℃,1Mpa的条件下进行糠醛液相加氢制糠醇,转化率大于99%。该催化剂制备过程中,需要大量的钴金属,增加了催化剂的费用;另外雷尼钴催化剂属自燃型,需保存在乙醇中,增加了使用难度。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种成本低,使用方便的用于糠醛液相加氢制糠醇的催化剂及其用途。
本发明的催化剂各组份重量百分比为:
CuO  36-42%  Cr2O3 45-52%   NiO  8-17%。
本发明的催化剂是采用沉淀法制备的,具体步骤如下:
(1)按催化剂的组成CuO 36-42%,Cr2O3 45-52%,NiO 8-17%,配制成浓度为1-2M金属盐溶液;
(2)将金属盐溶液和碱性沉淀剂,在温度约60℃下,搅拌下混合,得到沉淀,搅拌时间为1小时,然后老化1-2小时;
(3)沉淀物经洗涤过滤,在100-120℃干燥12小时,并在300℃下焙烧4小时,最后碾磨即得催化剂。
本发明的催化剂是用于糠醛液相加氢制糠醇,将催化剂装在反应釜内,反应条件为温度180-200℃,压力3.5-5Mpa。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
(1)催化剂制备过程简单。
(2)成本低,具有较高的活性和选择性,糠醛转化率大于99.2%,糠醇的选择性大于96%。
(3)使用方便,便于贮存。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
(1)催化剂制备过程:称取硝酸铜60.0g,铬酐33.0g,硝酸镍19.5g,将它们溶于约600ml去离子水中,配制成溶剂。将该溶剂和氨水沉淀剂在50-60℃下搅拌,混合得到沉淀,然后老化1.5hr,沉淀物经洗涤过滤,在110℃干燥12hr,并在300℃焙烧4hr。最后碾磨为小于120目的催化剂样品。
(2)反应性能:
称取5g催化剂(<120目)和300ml糠醛装入高压不锈钢反应釜内,钢瓶氢气经定压稳压后,通过转子流量计进入反应釜中,在反应温度195℃,压力4MPa条件下,糠醛转化率99.20%,糠醇的择性96.8%。
实施例2
(1)催化剂制备过程:
称取硝酸铜57.0g,铬酐26.4g,硝酸镍25.4g,其它同实施例1。
(2)反应性能:
在185℃,4.5MPa条件下,糠醛转化率99.5%,糠醇选择性97.5%。
实施例3
(1)催化剂制备过程:
称取硝酸铜57.0g,铬酐31.1g,硝酸镍29.3g,其余同实施例1。
(2)反应性能:
在190℃,3.8Mpa的条件下,糠醛转化率99.4%,糠醇的选择性98.2%。

1.一种用于糠醛液相加氢制糠醇的催化剂,其特征在于催化剂的各组份重量百分比为:
CuO  36-42%  Cr2O3  45-52%  NiO  8-17%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种糠醛液相加氢制糠醇催化剂的用途,其特征在于催化剂装在反应釜内,反应条件为温度180-200℃,压力3.5-5Mpa。
