本发明涉及保健饮品制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种双龙肽饮品及制备方法。一种双龙肽饮品,按重量份计,包括以下原料:地龙蛋白肽30~50份、鳄鱼肽40~60份、苹果肽粉20~30份、天然提取物2~4份、维生素1~3份、纯净水100~140份。本发明原料中的鳄鱼肽富含高质量的蛋白质,其中包括多种必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸,是人体构建和修复组织所必需的营养物质,对增强肌肉、骨骼、皮肤等组织的健康有重要促进作用,而地龙蛋白肽中含有丰富的抗氧化物质,可以帮助清除体内的自由基,减少氧化应激对身体的损伤,保护细胞免受氧化应激的伤害,从而促进免疫细胞的活性和增殖,增强抗体的生成和免疫调节因子的产生,提高机体对疾病和病原体的抵抗力。

本发明涉及保健饮品制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种双龙肽饮品及制备方法。
背景技术
鳄鱼是一种古老的爬行动物,在一些文化中被视为具有保健功效的食材。鳄鱼肉富含高质量的动物蛋白质,能够提供人体所需的必需氨基酸,对于肌肉生长和修复至关重要。鳄鱼肽是一种蛋白质提取物,它具有免疫调节作用,可以增强机体的免疫功能,提高抗病能力,鳄鱼肽对多种细菌、真菌和病毒具有杀灭和抑制作用,可以起到保护机体免受感染的作用,鳄鱼肽还可以促进伤口的愈合过程,减轻炎症反应,抑制炎症介质的释放,可以加速创面上皮化和新生血管的形成,减少组织损伤和疼痛。研究发现,鳄鱼肽能够抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖和侵袭,对某些肿瘤有一定的抑制效果。
当前,人工养殖的鳄鱼仍主要用于皮革和皮制品,以及用作肉类食品,对于鳄鱼肽在保健饮品方面的研究应用还比较少,鳄鱼的保健功效没有得到充分发挥,因此,研发一种基于鳄鱼肽的保健饮品对于人工养殖鳄鱼资源的充分利用具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种双龙肽饮品及其制备方法,以使鳄鱼的保健功效得到充分发挥。
本发明提供一种双龙肽饮品,按重量份计,包括以下原料:地龙蛋白肽30~50份、鳄鱼肽40~60份、苹果肽粉20~30份、天然提取物2~4份、维生素1~3份、纯净水100~140份。
优选地,还包括有微量元素,以每100ml饮品计,所述微量元素添加量如下:
碘20~150μg;
锌0.5~5mg;
硒5~70μg;
铜0.3~2mg;
钼10~100μg;
铬5~50μg;
钴1~10μg;
铁2~18mg。
优选地,所述天然提取物为葡萄籽提取物;所述维生素包括质量比为1:3~6:1:1的维生素B、维生素C、维生素D和维生素E。
本发明还提供一种双龙肽饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、在无菌环境下使用无菌工具对人工养殖鳄鱼的血液进行采集,对鳄鱼的肌肉组织进行切片绞碎,得到鳄鱼血液组织样本,使用均质器将其转化为均匀的混悬液;
S2、将鳄鱼血液组织样本混悬液与有机溶剂按1:1~10的比例混合,通过低速离心使肽沉淀,使用离子交换柱进行肽的分离和纯化,得到纯化鳄鱼肽样本;
S3、将纯化鳄鱼肽样本进行浓缩,得到浓缩鳄鱼肽样本,再对所述浓缩鳄鱼肽样本进行干燥处理,去除余留的溶剂和水分,得到粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽;
S4、取40~60质量份粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽于干净容器中,加入30~50份地龙蛋白肽、20~30份苹果肽粉和100~140份纯净水,调整溶解液的pH值为6~8,使用磁力搅拌器进行搅拌,使浓缩鳄鱼肽和地龙蛋白肽充分溶解和混合均匀,再加入2~4份葡萄籽提取物,煮沸20~30min,冷却至常温静置4~6小时;
S5、向上一步骤所得的溶液添加预设比例的微量元素和维生素,混合均匀,使用滤膜或过滤器过滤溶液中的固体杂质或不溶性颗粒,取滤液进行消毒灌装,得到双龙肽饮品。
优选地,所述有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯或甲醇,所述浓缩采用旋转蒸发仪、浓缩离心管或浓缩膜,所述干燥为冷冻干燥。
优选地,所述步骤S2使用离子交换柱进行肽的分离和纯化,具体包括以下步骤:
S2.1、将正离子交换树脂颗粒紧密充填到离子交换柱中;
S2.2、将沉淀后的鳄鱼组织样本混悬液缓慢地通过离子交换柱,利用样品中的鳄鱼肽与离子交换树脂上的离子进行吸附;
S2.3、使用缓冲液进行洗脱,以去除非特异性吸附的杂质,收集洗脱后纯化的鳄鱼肽。
优选地,所述缓冲液为磷酸盐缓冲液。
优选地,所述步骤S3浓缩和干燥,具体包括以下步骤:
S3.1、将浓缩后的鳄鱼肽样本转移到冷冻干燥机中,控制温度-20~-30℃,在10-2~10-3mbar的真空条件下进行干燥,完成冷冻干燥过程后,打开干燥设备,得到粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽;
S3.2、将粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽转移到干燥、低温、无菌的密封容器中存放,并做好信息标记备用。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明原料中的鳄鱼肽富含高质量的蛋白质,其中包括多种必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸,是人体构建和修复组织所必需的营养物质,对增强肌肉、骨骼、皮肤等组织的健康有重要促进作用,鳄鱼肽中的一些活性成分,如多肽和抗氧化物质,具有抗炎作用,鳄鱼肽的抗炎作用有助于减轻炎症反应,促进肌肉的康复和修复。而地龙蛋白肽中还含有丰富的抗氧化物质,如多肽、硫醇类化合物和多种抗氧化酶,这些抗氧化成分可以帮助清除体内的自由基,减少氧化应激对身体的损伤,保护细胞免受氧化应激的伤害,它可以促进免疫细胞的活性和增殖,增强抗体的生成和免疫调节因子的产生,从而提高机体对疾病和病原体的抵抗力。
2、本发明添加的苹果肽中的天然抗氧化剂有助于对抗自由基,减少氧化损伤,并保护细胞免受损害;苹果肽中的纤维素有助于促进肠道蠕动,预防便秘,并提供良好的肠道环境,促进有益菌的生长;苹果肽中的营养物质有助于增强免疫系统的功能,预防疾病和感染。通过添加多种微量元素,能够对人体免疫系统和细胞代谢起到重要调节作用。另外,本发明通过离子交换树脂对鳄鱼肽进行分离和纯化,能够提高鳄鱼肽的纯度,进而提高饮品的口感和品质。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:一种双龙肽饮品,按重量份计,包括以下原料:地龙蛋白肽30份、鳄鱼肽40份、苹果肽粉20份、天然提取物2份、维生素1份、纯净水100份;其中,所述天然提取物为葡萄籽提取物;所述维生素包括质量比为1:3:1:1的维生素B、维生素C、维生素D和维生素E。
作为优选的方案,该饮品还包括有微量元素,以每100ml饮品计,所述微量元素添加量如下:碘20μg;锌0.5mg;硒5μg;铜0.3mg;钼10μg;铬5μg;钴1μg;铁2mg。
本实施例还提供一种双龙肽饮品的制备方法,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
S1、在无菌环境下使用无菌工具对人工养殖鳄鱼的血液进行采集,对鳄鱼的肌肉组织进行切片绞碎,得到鳄鱼血液组织样本,使用均质器将其转化为均匀的混悬液;
S2、将鳄鱼血液组织样本混悬液与有机溶剂按1:1的比例混合,通过低速离心使肽沉淀,使用离子交换柱进行肽的分离和纯化,得到纯化鳄鱼肽样本;具体地,其中,所用的有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯,所述步骤S2使用离子交换柱进行肽的分离和纯化,具体包括以下步骤:
S2.1、将正离子交换树脂颗粒紧密充填到离子交换柱中;
S2.2、将沉淀后的鳄鱼组织样本混悬液缓慢地通过离子交换柱,利用样品中的鳄鱼肽与离子交换树脂上的离子进行吸附;
S2.3、使用缓冲液进行洗脱,以去除非特异性吸附的杂质,收集洗脱后纯化的鳄鱼肽;其中,所述缓冲液为磷酸盐缓冲液。
S3、将纯化鳄鱼肽样本进行浓缩,得到浓缩鳄鱼肽样本,再对所述浓缩鳄鱼肽样本进行干燥处理,去除余留的溶剂和水分,得到粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽,浓缩采用的是旋转蒸发仪,所述干燥为冷冻干燥;所述浓缩和干燥,具体包括以下步骤:
S3.1、将浓缩后的鳄鱼肽样本转移到冷冻干燥机中,控制温度-20℃,在10-3mbar的真空条件下进行干燥,完成冷冻干燥过程后,打开干燥设备,得到粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽;
S3.2、将粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽转移到干燥、低温、无菌的密封容器中存放,并做好信息标记备用。
S4、取40质量份粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽于干净容器中,加入30份地龙蛋白肽、20份苹果肽粉和100份纯净水,调整溶解液的pH值为6,使用磁力搅拌器进行搅拌,使浓缩鳄鱼肽和地龙蛋白肽充分溶解和混合均匀,再加入2份葡萄籽提取物,煮沸20min,冷却至常温静置4小时;
S5、向上一步骤所得的溶液添加预设比例的微量元素和维生素,混合均匀,使用滤膜或过滤器过滤溶液中的固体杂质或不溶性颗粒,取滤液进行消毒灌装,得到双龙肽饮品。
实施例2:一种双龙肽饮品,按重量份计,包括以下原料:地龙蛋白肽50份、鳄鱼肽60份、苹果肽粉30份、天然提取物4份、维生素3份、纯净水140份;其中,所述天然提取物为葡萄籽提取物;所述维生素包括质量比为1:6:1:1的维生素B、维生素C、维生素D和维生素E。
作为优选的方案,该饮品还包括有微量元素,以每100ml饮品计,所述微量元素添加量如下:碘150μg;锌5mg;硒70μg;铜2mg;钼100μg;铬50μg;钴10μg;铁18mg。
本实施例还提供一种双龙肽饮品的制备方法,参考图1所示,包括以下步骤:
S1、在无菌环境下使用无菌工具对人工养殖鳄鱼的血液进行采集,对鳄鱼的肌肉组织进行切片绞碎,得到鳄鱼血液组织样本,使用均质器将其转化为均匀的混悬液;
S2、将鳄鱼血液组织样本混悬液与有机溶剂按1:10的比例混合,通过低速离心使肽沉淀,使用离子交换柱进行肽的分离和纯化,得到纯化鳄鱼肽样本;其中,所用的有机溶剂为甲醇,具体地,所述步骤S2使用离子交换柱进行肽的分离和纯化,具体包括以下步骤:
S2.1、将正离子交换树脂颗粒紧密充填到离子交换柱中;
S2.2、将沉淀后的鳄鱼组织样本混悬液缓慢地通过离子交换柱,利用样品中的鳄鱼肽与离子交换树脂上的离子进行吸附;
S2.3、使用缓冲液进行洗脱,以去除非特异性吸附的杂质,收集洗脱后纯化的鳄鱼肽;其中,所述缓冲液为磷酸盐缓冲液。
S3、将纯化鳄鱼肽样本进行浓缩,得到浓缩鳄鱼肽样本,再对所述浓缩鳄鱼肽样本进行干燥处理,去除余留的溶剂和水分,得到粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽,浓缩采用的是浓缩离心管,所述干燥为冷冻干燥;所述浓缩和干燥,具体包括以下步骤:
S3.1、将浓缩后的鳄鱼肽样本转移到冷冻干燥机中,控制温度-30℃,在10-2mbar的真空条件下进行干燥,完成冷冻干燥过程后,打开干燥设备,得到粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽;
S3.2、将粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽转移到干燥、低温、无菌的密封容器中存放,并做好信息标记备用。
S4、取60质量份粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽于干净容器中,加入50份地龙蛋白肽、30份苹果肽粉和140份纯净水,调整溶解液的pH值为8,使用磁力搅拌器进行搅拌,使浓缩鳄鱼肽和地龙蛋白肽充分溶解和混合均匀,再加入4份葡萄籽提取物,煮沸30min,冷却至常温静置6小时;
S5、向上一步骤所得的溶液添加预设比例的微量元素和维生素,混合均匀,使用滤膜或过滤器过滤溶液中的固体杂质或不溶性颗粒,取滤液进行消毒灌装,得到双龙肽饮品。

Claims (8)
1.一种双龙肽饮品,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下原料:地龙蛋白肽30~50份、鳄鱼肽40~60份、苹果肽粉20~30份、天然提取物2~4份、维生素1~3份、纯净水100~140份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双龙肽饮品,其特征在于,还包括有微量元素,以每100ml饮品计,所述微量元素添加量如下:
碘20~150μg;
锌0.5~5mg;
硒5~70μg;
铜0.3~2mg;
钼10~100μg;
铬5~50μg;
钴1~10μg;
铁2~18mg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双龙肽饮品,其特征在于,所述天然提取物为葡萄籽提取物;所述维生素包括质量比为1:3~6:1:1的维生素B、维生素C、维生素D和维生素E。
4.一种双龙肽饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、在无菌环境下使用无菌工具对人工养殖鳄鱼的血液进行采集,对鳄鱼的肌肉组织进行切片绞碎,得到鳄鱼血液组织样本,使用均质器将其转化为均匀的混悬液;
S2、将鳄鱼血液组织样本混悬液与有机溶剂按1:1~10的比例混合,通过低速离心使肽沉淀,使用离子交换柱进行肽的分离和纯化,得到纯化鳄鱼肽样本;
S3、将纯化鳄鱼肽样本进行浓缩,得到浓缩鳄鱼肽样本,再对所述浓缩鳄鱼肽样本进行干燥处理,去除余留的溶剂和水分,得到粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽;
S4、取40~60质量份粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽于干净容器中,加入30~50份地龙蛋白肽、20~30份苹果肽粉和100~140份纯净水,调整溶解液的pH值为6~8,使用磁力搅拌器进行搅拌,使浓缩鳄鱼肽和地龙蛋白肽充分溶解和混合均匀,再加入2~4份葡萄籽提取物,煮沸20~30min,冷却至常温静置4~6小时;

6.根据权利要求4所述的一种双龙肽饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤

S3.1、将浓缩后的鳄鱼肽样本转移到冷冻干燥机中,控制温度-20~-30℃,在10-2~10- 3mbar的真空条件下进行干燥,完成冷冻干燥过程后,打开干燥设备,得到粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽;
S3.2、将粉末状浓缩鳄鱼肽转移到干燥、低温、无菌的密封容器中存放,并做好信息标记备用。
