Abstract
The invention relates to a moisturizing and anti-aging mask and a preparation method thereof. The mask prepared from cordyceps militaris extract, kelp extract, roselle flower extract, bird nest extract, polyglycerol-10 dioleate, methyl glucitol polyether-10, humectant, emollient, skin conditioner, thickener, preservative, pH regulator, chelating agent and water has high-efficiency moisturizing and water-locking effects, and can enable skin to become full and elastic; can deeply smooth fine lines and has excellent anti-aging effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of masks, in particular to a moisturizing and anti-aging mask and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The facial mask can integrate the functions of cleaning, nursing and nourishing into a whole, is popular with consumers, and can inhibit sebum secretion and sweat evaporation to raise the skin temperature by blocking the contact between the skin and air, thereby promoting the blood circulation of the facial skin; the acceleration of blood circulation can lead the skin to be ruddy and glossy, and after the skin absorbs more moisture, nutrition essence and various effective components, the skin can be effectively improved in lack of water and dullness, the generation of fine lines is reduced, the skin aging is delayed, and the effects of removing spots and acnes are achieved to a certain extent; the facial mask can soften cutin, dilate pores, promote sweat gland secretion and remove epidermal cell metabolites, thereby achieving the effects of cleaning and caring skin.
At present, moisturizing and anti-aging facial masks on the market are various in variety, but the moisturizing and anti-aging effects of the facial masks are not obvious, and the requirements of deep moisturizing, skin fine wrinkles smoothing and the like on anti-aging are hardly met. Therefore, development of a mask having high moisturizing and anti-aging effects is very necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is based on the solution of the technical problems, thereby providing a moisturizing and anti-aging mask and a preparation method thereof. The facial mask has the efficient moisturizing and water-locking effects, and can enable skin to become full and elastic; can deeply smooth fine lines and has excellent anti-aging effect.
In one aspect, the present invention provides a moisturizing and anti-aging mask comprising: cordyceps militaris extract, thallus laminariae extract, hibiscus sabdariffa flower extract, nidus Collocaliae extract, polyglycerol-10 dioleate, methyl glucitol polyether-10, humectant, emollient, skin conditioner, thickener and water.
Preferably, the moisturizing and anti-aging mask comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.2-1.2 parts of cordyceps militaris extract, 0.4-2.0 parts of kelp extract, 0.4-2.8 parts of roselle flower extract, 0.2-1.5 parts of bird's nest extract, 0.5-2.3 parts of polyglycerol-10 dioleate, 0.8-3.0 parts of methyl glucitol polyether-10, 8-16 parts of humectant, 7-13 parts of emollient, 1-5 parts of skin conditioning agent, 2-5 parts of thickener, 0.01-0.8 part of preservative, 0-1 part of pH regulator, 0-0.8 part of chelating agent and 40-90 parts of water.
Preferably, the cordyceps militaris extract can be used in an amount of 0.3-1.2 parts, 0.4-1.1 parts or 0.4-1.0 parts in the mask. Cordyceps militaris is also called Cordyceps militaris, cordyceps militaris belongs to ascomycota, sarcophytales, clavipitaceae, etc. of fungi kingdom; the cordyceps militaris has the components of nucleosides, cordycepic acid (mannitol), cordyceps militaris polysaccharide, sterols and the like, can improve the defending function of skin, remove free radicals, has stronger antioxidant activity, promotes cells to synthesize collagen, prevents skin aging, and has remarkable wrinkle removing effect.
Preferably, the kelp extract is used in the mask of the present invention in an amount of from 0.5 to 2.0 parts, 0.5 to 1.8 parts, 0.6 to 1.7 parts or 0.5 to 1.5 parts. Thallus laminariae extract, english name ECKLONIA CAVA EXTRACT, has main effect of regulating components in cosmetic skin care product, and has excellent wrinkle removing and antioxidant effects.
The combination of the cordyceps militaris extract and the kelp extract can obviously increase the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effects of the mask. Preferably, the mass ratio of the cordyceps militaris extract to the kelp extract is 1: (1-2), 1: (1.2-2), 1: (1.2-1.7) or 1: (1.3-1.6), the facial mask obtained in the above ratio range has more excellent wrinkle removing effect.
Preferably, the roselle extract is used in the mask of the invention in an amount of from 0.5 to 2.7 parts, 0.7 to 2.5 parts, 0.8 to 2.5 parts or 1.2 to 2.5 parts. The roselle flower extract has a risk level of 1, mainly plays a role in conditioning skin in cosmetics, has excellent moisturizing effect, and can be used as a skin moisturizing agent.
Preferably, the edible bird's nest extract is used in the facial mask of the invention in an amount of 0.3-1.5 parts, 0.4-1.5 parts, 0.5-1.3 parts or 0.5-1.2 parts. The nidus Collocaliae extract has the main effects of moistening agent in cosmetics and skin care products, and has risk factor of 1 and no acne; the moisture-keeping component extracted from oat contains no lipid, fiber and protein, can keep skin moisture, and has excellent moisture-keeping effect.
The roselle extract and the bird nest extract are matched, so that the excellent moisturizing and water-locking effects of the mask can be provided. Preferably, the mass ratio of the roselle flower extract to the bird's nest extract is 1: (0.4-1), 1: (0.4-0.9), 1: (0.45-0.85) or 1: (0.5-0.8), the mask obtained in the ratio range has more excellent and durable moisturizing effect.
Preferably, the polyglycerol-10 dioleate may also be used in an amount of 0.6 to 2.2 parts, 0.7 to 2.1 parts, 0.8 to 2.0 parts or 1 to 1.8 parts in the mask of the present invention.
Preferably, methyl glucitol polyether-10 can also be used in the mask of the present invention in an amount of 0.9 to 3 parts, 1 to 3 parts, 1.1 to 2.9 parts, or 1.2 to 2.8 parts.
The polyglycerol-10 dioleate and the methyl glucitol polyether-10 provided by the invention provide the contact effect of the mask and the skin surface together, can enhance the absorption effect of active ingredients, can further promote the exertion of the effect of the active ingredients, and can increase the moisturizing, water locking, wrinkle removing and anti-aging effects of the mask. Preferably, the mass ratio of polyglycerol-10 dioleate to methyl glucitol polyether-10 is 1: (1.2-2.5), 1: (1.3-2.4), 1: (1.4-2.3) or 1: (1.5-2.2), the facial mask obtained in the ratio range has more excellent and durable effects of moisturizing, locking water, removing wrinkles and resisting aging.
Preferably, the humectant is used in an amount of 9 to 16 parts, 10 to 15.5 parts, 11 to 15 parts or 11 to 14 parts in the mask of the present invention. The moisturizer of the present invention may be selected from commercially available common moisturizers, and is not limited to the following components: at least one of glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, and sorbitol.
Preferably, the emollient is also present in the mask of the present invention in an amount of 8-13 parts, 8.5-13 parts, 9-13 parts or 9.5-12.5 parts. The emollients of the present invention may be selected from commercially available common ingredients, not limited to the following: at least one of rapeseed oil, camellia oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, caprylic/capric glyceride and polydimethylsiloxane.
Preferably, the skin conditioner may also be used in the mask of the present invention in an amount of 1.5-5 parts, 1.5-4.5 parts, 2-4.5 parts or 2.5-4.5 parts. The skin conditioning agent of the present invention may be selected from commercially available common ingredients, not limited to the following: at least one of allantoin, nicotinamide, ceramide, tocopherol, ascorbic acid, salicylic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and polypeptide.
Preferably, the thickener may also be used in an amount of 2 to 4.5 parts, 2 to 4 parts, 2 to 3.5 parts or 2.5 to 3.5 parts in the mask of the present invention. The thickener of the present invention may be selected from commercially available common ingredients, not limited to the following: at least one of carbomer, xanthan gum, gellan gum, gelatin, acacia, hydroxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, and polyacrylic polymer.
Preferably, the preservative may also be used in the mask of the present invention in an amount of 0.05 to 0.7 parts, 0.05 to 0.6 parts, 0.1 to 0.6 parts, or 0.2 to 0.6 parts. The preservative of the present invention may be selected from commercially available common ingredients, not limited to the following: at least one of benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, phenoxyethanol, methyl paraben and ethyl paraben.
Preferably, the pH regulator may be used in an amount of 0.05 to 0.9 part, 0.1 to 0.8 part, 0.1 to 0.7 part or 0.2 to 0.8 part in the mask of the present invention. The pH adjustor of the present invention may be selected from commercially available common ingredients, not limited to the following: at least one of acetic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid and lactic acid.
Preferably, the chelating agent may be used in the mask of the present invention in an amount of 0.05 to 0.9 parts, 0.1 to 0.8 parts, 0.1 to 0.7 parts or 0.2 to 0.8 parts. The chelating agent of the present invention may be selected from commercially available common ingredients, not limited to the following: at least one of sodium citrate, EDTA and salts thereof.
Preferably, the water may be used in an amount of 45-90 parts, 50-90 parts, 55-85 parts or 55-75 parts in the mask of the present invention.
On the other hand, the invention provides a preparation method of the facial mask, which comprises the steps of weighing raw materials, mixing, aging and filling.
Preferably, the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to the dosage; adding water into a stirring container, then adding other raw materials, and uniformly stirring; aging; filling; the facial mask is obtained.
In another aspect, the invention provides the use of the mask in the preparation of a moisturizing and anti-aging cosmetic.
The beneficial effects are that:
the mask prepared from cordyceps militaris extract, kelp extract, roselle flower extract, bird nest extract, polyglycerol-10 dioleate, methyl glucitol polyether-10, humectant, emollient, skin conditioner, thickener, preservative, pH regulator, chelating agent and water has high-efficiency moisturizing and water-locking effects, and can enable skin to become full and elastic; can deeply smooth fine lines and has excellent anti-aging effect.
The wrinkle reduction rate of the mask obtained by the invention reaches 45.67% at the 3 rd week after use, and the wrinkle reduction rate reaches 67.52% at the 7 th week; the facial mask disclosed by the invention has an excellent wrinkle removal effect and excellent anti-aging performance.
The cordyceps militaris extract and the kelp extract in the facial mask have excellent anti-aging effect, and the cooperation of the cordyceps militaris extract and the kelp extract can produce synergistic effect, so that the wrinkle removing effect of the facial mask is remarkably improved, and the facial mask can be endowed with excellent anti-aging performance. The mass ratio of the cordyceps militaris extract to the kelp extract is 1: in the range of (1-2), the wrinkle removing effect of the mask can be remarkably improved.
The polyglycerol-10 dioleate and the methyl glucitol polyether-10 provided by the invention provide the contact effect of the mask and the skin surface together, can enhance the absorption effect of active ingredients, can further promote the exertion of the effect of the active ingredients, and can increase the anti-aging and wrinkle removal effects and the moisturizing and water locking effects of the mask. The mass ratio of the polyglycerol-10 dioleate to the methyl glucitol polyether-10 is 1: the facial mask obtained in the range of (1.2-2.5) has more excellent and durable wrinkle removing, anti-aging and moisturizing effects.
The moisture content of the skin of the facial mask is 35.01% in the 4 th hour after the facial mask is used, the moisture content of the skin can be obviously increased in the 8 th hour, and the moisture content of the skin can be increased by 20.19%; the facial mask disclosed by the invention has an excellent moisturizing and water-locking effect, and can endow the skin with a plump and young state.
The roselle flower extract and the bird nest extract in the mask have excellent moisturizing and water-locking effects, and the cooperation of the roselle flower extract and the bird nest extract can generate interaction, so that the moisturizing and water-locking effects of the mask are remarkably improved, and the mask can be endowed with excellent moisturizing performance. The mass ratio of the roselle flower extract to the cubilose extract is 1: in the range of (0.4-1), the moisturizing and water-locking effects of the mask can be obviously improved.
Detailed Description
The invention will be described in connection with specific embodiments which are intended to illustrate, but not limit, the invention.
The specific compositions of the moisturizing and anti-aging mask for each test group are shown in table 1; the sources of the raw materials in each test group are as follows: kelp extract: six-disc rhyme biotechnology company of Baozhen; cordyceps militaris extract: siam Shangcheng biotechnology Co., ltd; roselle flower extract: shaanxi Yongyuan Biotechnology Co., ltd; nidus Collocaliae extract: shaanxi Lv Lai Biotech Co., ltd. Wherein the dosage of each raw material is calculated in parts by mass, and the total mass of each raw material is 100 parts by mass

The preparation method of each test group mask comprises the following steps: adding water into a stirring container, adding other raw materials, heating to 45 ℃, and stirring for 1.5 hours at the rotating speed of 180 rpm; aging for 1.5 hours at room temperature; filling; the facial mask is obtained.
The performance test of the mask is as follows:
1. anti-aging Effect test
Selecting several volunteers aged 35-55 years old, dividing into 14 groups of 20 individuals each, 10 men and 10 women; and respectively carrying out effect test for removing skin wrinkles on the facial masks of the test groups with the serial numbers of 1-14 so as to show the anti-aging effect of the facial mask. Prior to testing, volunteers clean the face with the same cleaning product; then, the volunteers in each group are coated with the mask liquid of the test group at the cheek for 1 time at night, 2.0+/-0.02 g each time, the use time is 25 minutes each time, and the continuous use is carried out for 6 weeks; cleaning the facial mask part of the subject with clear water, and analyzing skin wrinkle change by using a VISIA facial image analyzer under the conditions of the ambient temperature of 25+/-1 ℃ and the humidity of 55+/-5% so as to test the wrinkle removal effect of each test sample at the 3 rd week and the 6 th week of use; wherein the wrinkle reduction rate, which is a ratio (%) of the reduction amount of wrinkles before the use of the mask to the amount of wrinkles before the use of the mask in the nth week, was taken as a characterization of the wrinkle removal effect, the specific results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from the test contents in Table 2, the mask of the present invention, which comprises 0.2-1.2 parts of Cordyceps militaris extract, 0.4-2.0 parts of thallus laminariae extract, 0.4-2.8 parts of Hibiscus sabdariffa flower extract, 0.2-1.5 parts of nidus Collocaliae extract, 0.5-2.3 parts of polyglycerol-10 dioleate, 0.8-3.0 parts of methyl glucitol polyether-10, 8-16 parts of humectant, 7-13 parts of emollient, 1-5 parts of skin conditioner, 2-5 parts of thickener, 0.01-0.8 parts of preservative, 0-1 part of pH regulator, 0-0.8 part of chelating agent and 40-90 parts of water, has a wrinkle reduction rate of 45.67% at the 3 rd week and a wrinkle reduction rate of 67.52% at the 7 th week after use; the facial mask disclosed by the invention has an excellent wrinkle removal effect and excellent anti-aging performance.
As can be seen from the comparison of the mask of test group 1 and the masks of groups 3 and 4 in Table 2, the Cordyceps militaris extract and the thallus laminariae extract in the mask have excellent anti-aging effects, and the cooperation of the Cordyceps militaris extract and the thallus laminariae extract can produce synergistic effect, so that the wrinkle removing effect of the mask is obviously improved, and the mask has excellent anti-aging performance. The mass ratio of the cordyceps militaris extract to the kelp extract is 1: in the range of (1-2), the wrinkle removing effect of the mask can be remarkably improved.
As can be seen from the content of the anti-aging effect test of the face masks of test group 1 and 11-12 in Table 2, the polyglycerol-10 dioleate and the methyl glucitol polyether-10 of the invention provide the contact effect of the face mask and the skin surface together, and can enhance the absorption effect of active ingredients, further promote the exertion of the effect of the active ingredients and increase the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effects of the face mask. The mass ratio of the polyglycerol-10 dioleate to the methyl glucitol polyether-10 is 1: the facial mask obtained in the range of (1.2-2.5) has more excellent and durable wrinkle removing and anti-aging effects.
2. Moisture effect test
Selecting several volunteers aged 35-55 years old, dividing into 14 groups of 20 individuals each, 10 men and 10 women; and respectively testing the moisturizing effect of the masks of the test groups with the serial numbers 1-14. After the subjects cleaned the facial skin, they were wiped dry, and each group was then applied to the face using 1.5 g.+ -. 0.02g of the mask samples of test groups 1-14, respectively, described above. Skin moisture content test method: measuring the moisture content of the face in an environment with the temperature of 25+/-0.5 ℃ and the relative humidity of 50+/-1%, respectively measuring the moisture content of the skin of the face before the face mask is used and the moisture content of the skin of the face for 4 hours and 8 hours by using a CM825 tester provided by German CK company, recording the results, and calculating the moisture content increase rate of the skin; wherein skin moisture content increase rate = 100%, (skin moisture content at n-skin moisture content before use)/skin moisture content before use. The results are shown in Table 3.

From the test contents in table 3, the moisture content of the skin of the mask of the present invention was 35.01% at 4 hours after use, and the moisture content of the skin was significantly increased at 8 hours, and the moisture content of the skin was 20.19%; the facial mask disclosed by the invention has an excellent moisturizing and water-locking effect, and can endow the skin with a plump and young state.
As can be seen from the comparison of the mask of test set 1 and the mask of test set 7-8 in Table 3, the roselle flower extract and the bird's nest extract in the mask have excellent moisturizing and water-locking effects, and the cooperation of the roselle flower extract and the bird's nest extract can generate interaction promotion effects, so that the moisturizing and water-locking effects of the mask are obviously improved, and the excellent moisturizing performance of the mask can be endowed. The mass ratio of the roselle flower extract to the cubilose extract is 1: in the range of (0.4-1), the moisturizing and water-locking effects of the mask can be obviously improved.
As can be seen from the test contents of the mask of test group 1 and the mask of test groups 11-12 in Table 3 regarding the moisturizing effect, the polyglycerol-10 dioleate and the methyl glucitol polyether-10 of the present invention provide the contact effect of the mask with the skin surface together, and at the same time, the absorption effect of the active ingredient can be enhanced, the exertion of the effect of the active ingredient can be further promoted, and the moisturizing and water-locking effects of the mask can be increased. The mass ratio of the polyglycerol-10 dioleate to the methyl glucitol polyether-10 is 1: the mask obtained in the range of (1.2-2.5) has more excellent and durable moisturizing effect.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention also include such modifications and alterations insofar as they come within the scope of the appended claims or the equivalents thereof.

1. A moisturizing and anti-aging mask is characterized in that: the facial mask comprises: cordyceps militaris extract, thallus laminariae extract, hibiscus sabdariffa flower extract, nidus Collocaliae extract, polyglycerol-10 dioleate, methyl glucitol polyether-10, humectant, emollient, skin conditioner, thickener and water.
2. The mask of claim 1, wherein: the mask comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.2-1.2 parts of cordyceps militaris extract, 0.4-2.0 parts of kelp extract, 0.4-2.8 parts of roselle flower extract, 0.2-1.5 parts of bird's nest extract, 0.5-2.3 parts of polyglycerol-10 dioleate, 0.8-3.0 parts of methyl glucitol polyether-10, 8-16 parts of humectant, 7-13 parts of emollient, 1-5 parts of skin conditioning agent, 2-5 parts of thickener, 0.01-0.8 part of preservative, 0-1 part of pH regulator, 0-0.8 part of chelating agent and 40-90 parts of water.
3. The mask of claim 1 wherein: the mass ratio of the cordyceps militaris extract to the kelp extract is 1: (1-2).
4. The mask of claim 1 wherein: the mass ratio of the roselle extract to the bird's nest extract is 1: (0.4-1).
5. The mask of claim 1 wherein: the mass ratio of the polyglycerol-10 dioleate to the methyl glucitol polyether-10 is 1: (1.2-2.5).
6. The mask of claim 1 wherein: the humectant comprises at least one of glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, and sorbitol.
7. The mask of claim 1 wherein: the emollient comprises at least one of rapeseed oil, camellia oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, caprylic/capric glyceride, and polydimethylsiloxane.
8. The mask of claim 1 wherein: the skin conditioner comprises at least one of allantoin, nicotinamide, ceramide, tocopherol, ascorbic acid, salicylic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and polypeptide.
9. The method of preparing a mask according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein: comprises the steps of weighing raw materials, mixing, aging and filling.
10. The use of a mask according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein: including use in the preparation of moisturizing and/or anti-aging cosmetics.
