Abstract

车辆滑动门的全开位置保持装置,包括:固定在车体上的撞销;能转动自由地设置在上述滑动门上的棘爪、该棘爪设有当上述滑动门全开时能与上述撞销配合的U字形卡口,上述棘爪还具有上述的U字形卡口相对于上述撞销的非配合的第1位置和上述U字形卡口和上述撞销配合的第2位置位;利用弹力将上述的棘爪保持在上述第1位置和上述第2位置中任意一方的设置在上述棘爪和上述滑动门之间的弹力装置,该弹力装置与上述棘爪直接接触。

Description

车辆滑动门的全开位置保持装置
本发明与安装在车体上能自由滑动的车辆滑动门的保持装置有关,特别是与将滑动门保持在全开位置的装置有关。
在现有技术中,滑动门装有能在安装在车体侧面上的导轨中自由滑动的辊,从而能使滑动门相对车体的侧面,在全开位置和全关的位置之间进行平行移动。
在上述的滑动门中,设有将滑动门保持在全关位置的装置和将滑动门保持在全开位置的装置。本发明与上述的后者保持装置有关。
后者的保持装置由设置在导轨端部的具有全弹性的板弹簧构成,当将滑动门向全开位置移动时,滑动门的辊使板弹簧产生弹性变形、并越过该板弹簧,然后,由板弹簧的弹力将滑动门保持在全开位置。
在使用板弹簧的保持装置中,将滑动门保持在全开位置的保持力是与弹簧的弹性强度成正比例的。可是,当弹簧的弹性强时,由于辊与板弹簧之间的摩擦增强,从而使辊和板弹簧双方都产生迅速摩损,这是很不利的。另外,当板弹簧的弹性强时,辊一越过板弹簧,滑动门就产生振动,这是不利的。
图1、图2表示了记载在日本实开平2-121571号中的不同形式的保持装置。在图1、图2中,A是设置在车体上的导轨、在导轨A中可自由滑动地配合着数个辊B。辊B能自由转动地支撑在辊托架C上,辊托架C通过轴E可自由转动地与固定在滑动门上的连接托架D连接。在连接托架D上,由轴支撑着有U字形卡口F的止动板G和棘爪H。当滑动门移动到全开位置时,止动板G由本身的U字形卡口F与固定在车体上的撞销J卡合而转动,然后,棘爪H的爪部K与止动板G的阶梯部L靠接,从而使止动板G和撞销J保持卡合。棘爪H通过钢丝绳或者杆M与滑动门的开启手柄连接。
图1、图2所示的保持装置、由于利用棘爪H使止动板G和撞销J保持卡合,从而有极高的保持力,但是,当不操作滑动门的开启手柄时,就不能解除止动板G与撞销J的卡合,这是不利的。就是说,既使推滑动门的开启手柄以外的部分、也不能使滑动门关闭,使用的方便性变坏。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能消除上述的现有技术中的缺点的保持装置。
本发明的上述的和其它的目的、性能和优点将通过对所提出的实施例结合以下的附图的详细说明变得更加清楚明了。

结合附图说明本发明的一个实施例。如图3所表明的那样,车体1具有滑动门2,滑动门2自由滑动地支撑在固定在车体1后部侧面面板3上的导轨4上。滑动门2、当处于相对侧面面板3打开和关闭着车体1的进出口5的位置之间时,才能相对车体1的侧面基本平行移动。
在上述滑动门2上,固定着如图4~6所示的连接托架6,在连接托架6的前端部上通过轴7可自由转动地安装着辊托架8。在辊托架8上通过轴支撑着能在上述的导轨4中自由滑动的数个辊9。
在上述连接托架6上安装着用于将上述滑动门2保持在全开位置的保持装置10。保持装置10包括:用螺栓或铆钉等固定件11固定在托架6上的基础板12、用螺栓或铆钉等固定件13固定在基础板12上的盖板14和设置在板12、14之间的棘爪15。棘爪15通过轴16可自由转动地安装在板12、14之间。
上述保持装置10还具有叫做外突弹簧的螺旋弹簧19。螺旋弹簧19的上部端或上方的折弯脚20插入棘爪15的小配合孔21中,下部端部或下方折弯脚22插入基础板12的小配合孔23中。螺旋弹簧19,当上方折弯脚20与下方折弯脚22和上述棘爪15的轴16的连接直线重合时,受到最大压缩。因此,棘爪15由于螺旋弹簧19的弹力作用被保持在上述直线即死点处的图4的非配合位置和图5的配合位置中的任意一方。
在棘爪15上设置有与固定在车体1上的撞销17卡合的U字形卡口18。当滑动门2向全开位置移动、撞销17与U字形卡口18卡合时,由于螺旋弹簧19的弹力作用保持在图4的非配合位置的棘爪15克服螺旋弹簧19的弹力越过上述死点转动进入图5的配合位置。在图5的状态中,棘爪15由螺旋弹簧19的弹力保持在配合位置,滑动门2被保持在全开位置。当滑动门2向全开位置移动时,连接托架6的靠接部24与固定在车体1上的止动块25靠接。
在这样的结构中,使滑动门2保持在全开位置的螺旋弹簧19的弹力于只起阻碍棘爪15的转动的作用,因此在滑动门2移动时,滑动门2不产生振动,而且,辊9与弹簧19之间不产生滑动,因此与现有技术使用的板弹簧装置相比几乎没有摩损,由于不用担心辊9的摩损,使用有高弹性的螺旋弹簧19就能使保持装置具有高的保持力。
当关闭滑动门2时,由于棘爪15在螺旋弹簧19的弹力作用下只起保持作用,向滑动门2上合适的位置施加使滑动门2向关闭方向移动的外力,棘爪15就向非配合方向转动,滑动门2就向关闭方向移动。
图7中,表示了利用板弹簧19a代替螺旋弹簧19的另一个实施例。板弹簧19a的一端用固定件2b固定在盖板14上。板弹簧19a的另一端形成折曲部27,该折曲部27当进入棘爪15a配合位置时,在弹力作用下与棘爪15a的凹部28配合,从而使棘爪15a保持在配合位置。
在以上的叙述中,关于将棘爪保持在配合位置的弹性部件,例举出2种类型的弹簧、除此以外也可以使用各种类型的弹性部件。
以上讨论公开和叙述了只是本发明的实施例。一个熟练的技术人员能按照上述的讨论和结合公开的附图及权利要求进行改进、变换、但都脱离不开本发明提出的权利要求要保护的构思范围。

Claims (3)

1、车辆滑动门的全开位置保持装置,包括:
固定在车体上的撞销;
能转动自由地设置在上述滑动门上的棘爪,该棘爪设有当上述滑动门全开时能与上述撞销配合的U字形卡口,上述棘爪还具有使上述的U字形卡口相对于上述撞销的非配合的第1位置和上述U字形卡口和上述撞销配合的第2位置;
利用弹力将上述的棘爪保持在上述第1位置和上述第2位置中任意一方的设置在上述棘爪和上述滑动门之间的弹力装置,该弹力装置与上述棘爪直接接触。
2、根据权利要求1的车辆滑动门的全开位置保持装置,其特征在于,上述弹力装置做成具有上方折弯脚和下方折弯脚的螺旋弹簧,上述上方折弯脚与上述棘爪连接,上述下方折弯脚与上述滑动门连接。
3、根据权利要求1的车辆滑动门的全开位置保持装置,其特征在于,上述弹力装置做成板弹簧,在该板弹簧上形成折曲部,在上述棘爪上设置凹部,当该棘爪位于上述第2位置时,在弹力的作用下,上述折曲部与上述的凹部配合。
