Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a whitening and concealing anti-ultraviolet composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The skin is dull, uneven in complexion and dark yellow, most commonly, skin melanin is formed due to long-time exposure to ultraviolet rays in environmental factors, then pigment is deposited on the surface of the skin, and when the cutin cannot be normally updated for a long time, the skin darkness is further aggravated; secondly, the skin is dark and yellow due to long-time water shortage, and the skin is dry and wrinkled, and the skin appears grey and yellow at the moment; in addition, skin is also tarnished and dark yellow after aging; factors such as personal lifestyle can also cause dullness in the skin, such as: night stay, high pressure, alcoholism, smoking, insufficient sleep and the like can influence the health and normal metabolism of the skin; finally, scars left after mosquito bites or skin injuries in summer can affect the skin color uniformity of the whole skin. In order to cover various defects on the skin surface, the main aspects are moisture retention, concealer, wrinkle resistance and the like. As disclosed in chinese patent CN110314112a, a whitening composition and a preparation method thereof, the whitening composition comprises the following components: vitamin C, humectant, film forming agent, thickener, emulsifier, silica, and antioxidant. The vitamin C is wrapped by a silicon alcohol-coated system to isolate air, so that the property of the vitamin C is stable; the formula is anhydrous, and a bacteriostatic agent is not required to be added; meanwhile, the utilization rate of vitamin C can be improved by dissolving the vitamin C with the polyol humectant, so that the vitamin C better permeates into the deep layer of the skin to play a role, and the whitening and moisturizing effects are achieved. As further disclosed in chinese patent CN108888524a, a concealer composition and a method for preparing the same, the total mass of the concealer composition comprises the following components: the concealer comprises titanium dioxide and an HDI/trimethylol hexyl lactone cross-linked polymer, the concealer composition has high concealing force, excellent oil control effect, is suitable for people with oily skin, has whitening effect, can prevent melanin from deepening, and is not easy to cause acne.
However, various products such as foundation, moisturizing water, whitening cream and freckle-removing cream on the market at present have the defect of unobvious moisturizing effect and no lasting moisturizing effect; some have the defect of excessive whitening effect and unnatural whitening effect; some defects of insufficient spot shielding effect exist; there are some defects of excessive concealer marks and poor soft light. Therefore, there is a need for a highly stable product that combines multiple effects of whitening, concealing, uv protection and oxidation resistance.

Effect example 1 stability Effect study
1. Temperature influence
BB creams prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 were sealed in clean PET bottles, circulated 4 times at (-18) deg.C and 45 deg.C, respectively, and stored 24 hours each time, namely, after storing 24 hours at (-18) deg.C, stored 24 hours at room temperature, and then placed in a 45 deg.C incubator for storing 24 hours, and circulated 4 times to observe the stability of the product.
2. Centrifugal influence
After BB creams prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 were allowed to stand for one day, 10g of each paste was taken in a centrifuge tube, and centrifuged at 3000r/min for 30min in the centrifuge, and the stability of the product was observed.
3. Illumination influence
BB creams prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 were sealed in clean transparent bottles and left under a fluorescent lamp for 1 month to observe the stability of the product.
The stability results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 results of influence of temperature, centrifugation and light on stability of product
The results of the table show that the BB cream provided by the application has good stability under the conditions of cold and hot circulation, centrifugation and illumination, and meets the industrial production standard. In contrast, in comparative examples 1 and 2, the plant humectant and magnesium stearate cannot exert a synergistic effect due to the absence of magnesium stearate or plant humectant, so that the adhesiveness of BB cream is reduced, the extensibility is reduced, and the stability is reduced; comparative example 3, comparative example 4 and comparative example 5 were unable to exert the synergistic effect between the plant extract composition, phyllostachys pubescens and crocus sativus extracts, resulting in reduced stability of BB cream in the cold and hot cycle and light influence experiments. The BB cream prepared from the specific components can enhance the stability in the environment and prolong the storage time.
Effect example 2 study of whitening Effect
Healthy female subjects of 20-50 years old were selected, standardized facial cleansing and quantitative skin care were first performed, and after maintaining a fixed position in a constant temperature and humidity environment ((20±2) °c, 50% ±10%) for 20min, they were randomly divided into 8 groups of example 1-3 and comparative example 1-5, respectively, 10 persons each, and BB cream prepared in example 1-3 and comparative example 1-5 was smeared on the cheeks, and clinical tests and evaluations were performed before use, 15min after use, and 12h after use. During the test, the skin brightness L x value before and after makeup was analyzed by sensing skin light through RGB and calculating color space coordinates using Delfin skincolorcatch skin color test probes without using other cosmetics. The specific results are shown in the following table:
table 4 comparison of whitening effect
Note that: in comparison to pre-makeup, # represents P <0.05, # represents P <0.01.
As can be seen from the results of the table, the BB cream prepared in the present application has a remarkable whitening effect and a more excellent make-up effect than the BB creams prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5, indicating that the effect of lightening skin color can be achieved by using the BB cream of the present application.
Effect example 3 anti-ultraviolet Effect study
The experimental samples were BB creams prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5. Before the sample test, the filter disc and the standard substance attached to the instrument are used for spot detection test, and after all the sample tests are normal, the sample test is carried out. Measuring background curve of blank film, uniformly spot-applying sample on 3M adhesive tape with spotter, and applying with finger with latex finger stall to make sample on film surface be 2 μL/cm 2 Distribution. And then the smeared sample plate is placed in a constant temperature drying oven at 37 ℃ for drying, 6 points are randomly selected on the transparent film for testing by using an SPF-290AS analyzer, and finally, data are processed by using a workstation, so that corresponding SPF values are obtained. The specific results are shown in the following table.
TABLE 5 SPF value test results
Grouping | SPF value |
Example 1 | 41.5 |
Example 2 | 41.3 |
Example 3 | 40.8 |
Comparative example 1 | 34.2 |
Comparative example 2 | 30.5 |
Comparative example 3 | 28.3 |
Comparative example 4 | 27.9 |
Comparative example 5 | 27.0 |
The data show that the BB cream has excellent sun-screening effect, SPF value can meet daily sun-screening requirement, and comparative examples 1-5 lack one or more components in the skin conditioner or plant extract of the application and cannot exert good sun-screening effect, which indicates that the skin conditioner of the application needs to be used cooperatively with a plant humectant, and the ultraviolet-screening effect of the BB cream can be improved by exerting synergistic effect among specific plant extracts in the plant humectant.
Finally, it should be noted that the above description is only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application, and not for limiting the scope of the present application, and that the simple modification and equivalent substitution of the technical solution of the present application can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present application.
