Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, and particularly relates to a moisturizing composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the pace of modern life increasing, more and more young people work and rest irregularly, and the skin becomes sensitive and fragile. Dry skin and lack of water become one of the external causes of sensitive and fragile skin, and therefore, a large number of moisturizing products are available on the market.
The skin is the largest organ of the human body, not only plays a role in protecting the skin, but also plays a role in keeping one's health and beauty, particularly the facial skin, not only influences the appearance of the skin when the skin is lack of water and dry, but also causes uncomfortable feelings to consumers subjectively and possibly causes deterioration of certain skin diseases, and leads to premature aging of the skin. The hydration state and the loss degree of the skin are directly related to the softness and elasticity of the skin, and the moisture degree of the skin can be maintained to enhance the elasticity of the skin, ensure the normal metabolism of the skin and reduce the generation of wrinkles and color spots. The moisturizing effect is the most basic function of the skin care cosmetic, and how to improve the moisturizing effect of the skin care cosmetic has important significance on research and development and medical clinical application of the skin care cosmetic.
Most of the existing moisturizing products are pure water formulations, the formulation has the defects that long-term moisturizing effect is lacked, a large amount of alcohol is used as a solvent to dissolve raw materials with poor water solubility, the moisturizing effect of the product is achieved, but the moisturizing agent is not suitable for sensitive skin, the moisturizing effect cannot be better achieved, the skin is more sensitive after long-term use, and the absorption effect is poor.
Therefore, in the field of skin care products, there is a need for a moisturizing composition that is excellent in skin feel and has a long-term moisturizing effect.

From the above data, it can be seen that the moisturizing compositions prepared in examples 1-6 have high evaluation scores in terms of skin feel and water wettability, wherein the evaluation scores in terms of skin feel and water wettability are the highest in examples 3 and 6 of the present invention, and the overall satisfaction of examples 3 and 6 is the best to meet the requirements of consumers for skin care products. Whereas moisturizing compositions not using the present formulation system had lower evaluation scores in terms of skin feel, moisturization.
Experiment 2: moisture retention verification
And (3) testing a sample: samples prepared in inventive examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
180 of the volunteers with allergy tendency and more skin problems were selected, wherein the age distribution was 30-50 years, and the samples prepared in examples 1-6 were randomly divided into six groups of 30 persons each, and the samples were used once every morning and evening, and after smearing, the mildness was evaluated, and after 28 days, the moisture content (the German CK test) and the thickness of the stratum corneum (the single wheat test) were tested. (average value for each set of tests)
Wherein, the test evaluation results are shown in the following table 2, and the evaluation score is 10 points
TABLE 2 evaluation results of moisture retention test
From the above data, it can be seen that the moisture content of the face of the volunteers using the moisturizing compositions prepared in examples 1 to 6 was significantly increased, and the skin thickness was also significantly increased compared to before use, particularly the moisture content and skin thickness of examples 3 and 6 were significantly increased, indicating that the moisturizing composition of the present invention has a good long-term moisturizing effect, and is very good in improving the repair of the skin barrier, and the volunteers were smeared during allergy without irritation. The moisturizing composition without the formula system provided by the invention has poor long-term moisturizing effect, and has no obvious improvement on skin barrier repair of volunteers.
Experiment 3: stability verification
And (3) testing a sample: samples prepared according to examples 1-6, examples 9-10, and comparative examples 1-2 of the present invention
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
a proper amount of the samples prepared in the examples 1 to 6 and the comparative examples 1 to 2 were put in a 10mL centrifuge tube, and the samples were placed at 40 ℃ for 3 months, 45 ℃ for 1 month, 50 ℃ for 7 days and-20 ℃ for 1 month, and the presence or absence of hardening, demulsification, foaming, precipitation and the like was observed under various temperature conditions.
A proper amount of samples prepared in the examples 1-6 and the comparative examples 1-2 are placed in a 10mL centrifuge tube, centrifuged at 3000r/min for 30min, and the demulsification or precipitation phenomenon is observed.
Wherein, the test evaluation results are shown in the following table 3
Table 3 stability test results
From the above data, it can be seen that the moisture content of the face of the volunteers using the moisturizing compositions prepared in examples 1 to 6 and 9 to 10 is significantly increased, and the skin thickness is also significantly increased compared to before use, particularly, the moisture content and the skin thickness of examples 3 and 6 are significantly increased, which indicates that the moisturizing composition of the present invention has a good long-term moisturizing effect, and is very good in repairing skin barrier, and the volunteers are smeared during allergy, and are not irritant. The moisturizing composition without the formula system provided by the invention has poor long-term moisturizing effect, and has no obvious improvement on skin barrier repair of volunteers.
After the moisturizing composition is tested under the five test conditions of 40 ℃, 45 ℃, 50 ℃, 20 ℃ and centrifugation, the shape of the moisturizing composition has no obvious change, and the test results are all qualified. The moisturizing composition without the formula system of the invention has poor cold resistance and heat resistance under long-term storage conditions, and cannot meet the use requirements under centrifugal conditions.
