The plant extract can also be one or more of Scutellariae radix extract, flos Lonicerae extract, cortex Dictamni Radicis extract, rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae extract, fructus Cnidii extract, Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, cortex Phellodendri extract, folium Menthae extract, Pelargonium graveolens extract, flos Chrysanthemi Indici extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, herba Portulacae extract, and Aloe Barbadensis extract; the plant extract also comprises one or more of herba Alternantherae sessilis extract, herba Equiseti Arvinsis extract, caulis Hederae sinensis extract, flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong root powder, Notoginseng radix root extract, folium Bambusae extract, Notopterygii rhizoma extract, pericarpium Zanthoxyli extract, radix Angelicae sinensis extract, flos Carthami extract, and herba Leonuri powder.
Extracting the above flos Lonicerae extract, cortex Dictamni Radicis extract, rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae extract, fructus Cnidii extract, Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, and cortex Phellodendri extract with phenoxyethanol, dissolving, and storing.
The above rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong root powder, Notoginseng radix root extract, folium Bambusae extract, Notopterygii rhizoma extract, pericarpium Zanthoxyli extract, radix Angelicae sinensis extract, stigma croci Sativi extract, and herba Leonuri powder are extracted with p-hydroxyacetophenone and 1, 2-hexanediol, and are dissolved and stored with water and propylene glycol.
The vegetable oil comprises one or more of castor oil, sunflower oil, sweet almond oil, and shea butter. The humectant comprises one or more of 1, 2-hexanediol, triethanolamine glycerol, sorbitol, folium Menthae extract, and butanediol; the conditioning agent comprises one or more of beta-glucan, squalane, glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate).
The emulsifier comprises one or more of isononyl isononanoate, polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-100 stearate, cetearyl alcohol, cetearyl glucoside, hydrogenated lecithin and sorbitan stearate; the phase D also comprises a chelating agent, and the chelating agent comprises one or more of acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, polyquaternium-51 and EDTA disodium. And trace essence can be added into the phase D.
The control group 1 contained the same substances as in example 3 except that no phytolacca acinosa extract was added.
The control group 2 contained the same substances as in example 3 except that the eupenicillium crustaceum extract was not added.
The control group 3 contained the same substances as in example 3, except that the white willow bark extract was not added.
The control group 4 contained the same substances as in example 3 except that silymarin was not added.
Examples 1-4 above, as well as controls 1-4, were prepared by the following preparation method, including the steps of:
s1: adding deionized water with corresponding mass percentage into an emulsifying pot, sequentially adding A-phase substances with corresponding weight percentage into the emulsifying pot in the heating process, slowly stirring while adding, homogenizing for 2-4 minutes when the A-phase substances are completely added into the stirring pot and the heating temperature is 82-86 ℃, and then preserving heat for 20 minutes for later use;
s2: cooling the mixture obtained in the step S1 to 45 ℃, preserving the heat, sequentially adding the phase B substances with the corresponding mass percentage into the same emulsifying pot, stirring until the phase B substances are completely dissolved, then adding the phase C substances with the corresponding mass percentage, and stirring until the phase C substances are completely dissolved for later use;
s3: and (4) heating the mixture obtained in the step S2 to 50 ℃, adding a D-phase substance in a corresponding mass percentage, homogenizing for 3-5 minutes, transferring to room temperature, and slowly cooling to room temperature to obtain a finished product.
The control group 5 was a commercially available normal eye cream with tightening and wrinkle-reducing effects.
Effect test: the effect comparison test was performed on the finished products obtained in examples 1 to 4 and control groups 1 to 4 above, and the product of control group 5 purchased in the market.
The experimental control conditions and procedures were as follows:
in the same area, 90 female volunteers aged 28-45 years were selected at the same time, and each volunteer had loose skin, lack of elasticity, and moderate or mild wrinkles around the eyes, but no other obvious skin diseases. Then, the volunteers were divided into 9 groups at random, 10 volunteers in each group, and 9 groups of volunteers were treated with the products of examples 1 to 4 and control groups 1 to 5, respectively, and after the face was cleaned every morning and evening, eye care was performed using the eye cream of the corresponding test, followed up and fed back every day, and data was recorded.
Eye skin elasticity test
The elasticity of the eye skin of each group of volunteers was measured weekly using an Elastimeter skin elasticity tester, continuously for four weeks, and the average value of each group was recorded, and the statistical results are shown in table 2 below.

As can be seen from table 2 above, compared with the eye cream of the control group 5 purchased in the market, the eye creams of the present embodiments 1 to 4 have excellent effects of improving skin elasticity and restoring firmness, and although the eye creams of the control groups 1 to 4 are all better than the eye creams purchased in the market and can improve skin elasticity and make skin firm and lively, the effects are not as good as those of the eye creams obtained in the embodiments 1 to 4. Therefore, although scientific research shows that the cistanche salsa extract has the effects of resisting inflammation, resisting oxidation, resisting fatigue and resisting aging, simple addition or combination cannot obviously exert the effects of improving skin elasticity and recovering skin compactness, and the cistanche salsa extract is required to be matched with the pokeberry root extract to stimulate the excellent performance; the eupenicillium crustaceum extract, the white willow bark extract and the silymarin also have the promotion effects of improving the elasticity of skin and restoring the firmness and vitality.
(II) Ocular skin wrinkle reduction test
The wrinkle depth around the eyes of each group of volunteers was measured using an eye wrinkle meter every month for 3 months, and then the decrease in wrinkle depth compared to that of the volunteers before use was recorded, and the average value of each group was calculated, and then summarized and counted, and the results are shown in table 3 below.

As is apparent from table 3 above, the eye creams of examples 1 to 4 have excellent wrinkle-reducing anti-wrinkle effects, particularly the eye cream obtained in example 3 has significant wrinkle-reducing anti-wrinkle effects, compared to the eye cream of control 5 purchased on the market. Although the eye creams of the control groups 1 to 4 have better wrinkle-reducing effects than the eye creams purchased on the market, the effects are not as good as those of the eye creams obtained in the examples 1 to 4, especially the eye creams obtained in the control groups 2 to 4 are far from those of the eye cream obtained in the example 3, so that the penicillium crustaceum extract, the willow bark extract and the silymarin have quite important effects on wrinkle-reducing and wrinkle-resisting effects, and the three components supplement each other and are not enough, and the remarkable wrinkle-reducing and wrinkle-resisting effects can be exerted only through organic combination of the three components, so that the smooth and flat skin is restored. Of these, example 3 is the most preferred example of this experiment.
(III) eye irritation test
The feedback condition of each group of volunteers on the use of each test product is collected, the skin of each volunteer is inspected, comprehensive evaluation is carried out, the volunteers with allergic conditions in each group are recorded, the number of the volunteers with allergic conditions in each group is counted in 2 weeks and 4 weeks, and the results are summarized as shown in the following table 4.

As can be seen from the statistical results in table 4 above, the eye creams obtained in the embodiments 1 to 4 are mild and non-irritant, and are suitable for long-term use, the eye creams of the comparison group 5 purchased in the market have a certain wrinkle-reducing effect, but have certain irritation compared with skin, and are not suitable for long-term use, especially sensitive skin, and in addition, the eye creams obtained in the comparison groups 1 and 2 also have mild allergy to volunteers, and also have mild irritation, so that the cistanche salsa extract needs to be used with the phytolacca acinosa extract to eliminate irritation and stimulate the excellent skin care effect of the cistanche salsa extract; the eupenicillium crustaceum extract needs to be matched with the white willow bark extract and the silymarin and can reduce irritation only by mutual coordination, and the wrinkle-reducing and anti-wrinkle effects can be better exerted.
In conclusion, the eye cream obtained by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of excellent skin tightening, skin elasticity improvement and line fading, so that the effects of tightening light lines and improving the quality of eye skin are achieved, and the eye cream is mild, has no stimulation and is suitable for long-time use.

Claims (10)

1. A firming and wrinkle-reducing eye cream is characterized in that: comprises a phase A, a phase B, a phase C, a phase D and deionized water;
wherein the phase A comprises the following substances: cyclopolydimethylsiloxane, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), herba Boschniakiae Rossicae extract, radix Phytolaccae extract, glycosphingolipids, and plant extract;
phase B comprises the following substances: eupenicillium crustaceum extract, white willow bark extract, silymarin and conditioner;
phase C comprises the following substances: arginine/lysine polypeptide, hydrogenated coconut oil glyceride, vegetable oil and humectant;
phase D comprises the following substances: dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, dipropylene glycol, tocopherol acetate and an emulsifier.
2. The tightening and wrinkle-reducing eye cream as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the phase A comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 0.2 to 0.6 percent of cyclomethicone, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), 0.5 to 2.0 percent of eupenicillium crustaceum extract, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of pokeberry root extract, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of glycosphingolipids and 8.0 to 18.0 percent of plant extract;
the phase B comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 0.5 to 1.5 percent of herba cistanche extract, 0.5 to 1.0 percent of white willow bark extract, 0.5 to 1.0 percent of silymarin and 2.0 to 6.0 percent of conditioner;
the phase C comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: arginine/lysine polypeptide 0.5-1.5%, hydrogenated coconut oil glyceride 0.5-1.0%, vegetable oil 3.0-7.0%, and humectant 6.0-12.0%;
the phase D comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 0.2 to 0.6 percent of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of dipropylene glycol, 0.5 to 1.0 percent of tocopherol acetate and 0.5 to 2.5 percent of emulsifier;
the balance being deionized water.
3. The tightening and wrinkle-reducing eye cream as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the plant extract comprises one or more of Ginseng radix extract, Ginseng radix Rubri extract, herba Erodii seu Geranii extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, Scutellariae radix extract, herba Houttuyniae extract, Mandarin orange pericarp extract, cornflower extract, Sargassum macrocephalum extract, Aspalatum linearis extract, and semen Phaseoli Radiati Germinatus extract.
4. The tightening and wrinkle-reducing eye cream as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the Geranium tenuipilum extract, the Scutellaria baicalensis root extract, the houttuynia cordata extract and the citrus peel extract are extracted, dissolved and stored by adopting a mixture of water and butanediol.
5. The tightening and wrinkle-reducing eye cream as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the plant extract comprises one or more of scutellaria baicalensis extract, honeysuckle flower extract, dictamnus dasycarpus root bark extract, glabrous greenbrier rhizome extract, fructus cnidii extract, liquorice extract, amur corktree bark extract, mint leaf extract, geranium extract, golden chamomile extract, radix sophorae flavescentis extract, purslane extract and aloe barbadensis extract;
the plant extract also comprises one or more of collard extract, herba Equiseti Arvinsis extract, caulis Hederae sinensis extract, flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong root powder, Notoginseng radix root extract, folium Bambusae extract, Notopterygii rhizoma extract, pericarpium Zanthoxyli extract, radix Angelicae sinensis extract, stigma croci Sativi extract, and herba Leonuri powder.
6. The tightening and wrinkle-reducing eye cream as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the honeysuckle flower extract, the dictamnus dasycarpus root bark extract, the glabrous greenbrier rhizome extract, the common cnidium fruit extract, the liquorice root extract and the amur corktree bark extract are extracted, dissolved and stored by adopting phenoxyethanol.

The tightening and wrinkle-reducing eye cream as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong root powder, Notoginseng radix root extract, folium Bambusae extract, Notopterygii rhizoma extract, pericarpium Zanthoxyli extract, radix Angelicae sinensis extract, stigma croci Sativi extract, and herba Leonuri powder are extracted with p-hydroxyacetophenone and 1, 2-hexanediol, and are dissolved and stored with water and propylene glycol.
8. The tightening and wrinkle-reducing eye cream as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the vegetable oil comprises one or more of castor oil, sunflower oil, sweet almond oil and shea butter.
9. The tightening and wrinkle-reducing eye cream as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the humectant comprises one or more of 1, 2-hexanediol, triethanolamine glycerol, sorbitol, folium Menthae extract, and butanediol;
the conditioning agent comprises one or more of beta-glucan, squalane, glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate).
10. The tightening and wrinkle-reducing eye cream as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the emulsifier comprises one or more of isononyl isononanoate, polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-100 stearate, cetearyl alcohol, cetearyl glucoside, hydrogenated lecithin and sorbitan stearate;
the phase D also comprises a chelating agent, and the chelating agent comprises one or more of acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, polyquaternium-51 and EDTA disodium.
