Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vegetable oil skin care, in particular to a preparation process and application of oil skin care and moisturizing oil combined by peony seed oil, olive oil and camellia oil.
Background
The vegetable oil is a natural high molecular compound formed by combining fatty acid and glycerin, the effect of the oil on skin is mainly represented by a protective function, the oil can form a protective film on the surface of the skin, the invasion of external harmful substances is prevented to a certain extent, and the injury of various natural factors is resisted. The oil and fat can be used for water and dry skin and hardened horny layer, so that the horny layer becomes soft, and the skin maintains an elastic and smooth health state. The skin is required to be maintained, hydrophilic substances or natural oil are selected to maintain the moisture content of the stratum corneum, and the natural oil has quite good skin-friendly property and is suitable for human skin, so most cosmetics select natural substances when selecting additives, and the natural oil is favored by cosmetics, besides the skin-friendly property, the permeability of the natural oil and the natural oil contains fatty acid required by human body, so that the natural oil has a plurality of benefits for the health of people.
At present, a plurality of skin care products based on vegetable oil appear on the market, but the skin care products still do not reach ideal optimal state in the antioxidant effect of skin, so how to design a new skin care component based on vegetable oil, which can achieve better antioxidant effect, becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention provides a preparation process and application of oil-based skin care and moisturizing oil combined by peony seed oil, olive oil and camellia oil, which can effectively solve the problem that the skin care product based on vegetable oil in the prior art is poor in antioxidation effect.
Technical proposal
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a preparation process of oil-in-oil skin care and moisturizing oil combined by peony seed oil, olive oil and camellia oil, which comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting fresh, full and pest-free peony seeds, removing shells, drying in a drying oven at 45 ℃ until the water content is 3.5%, then pouring into a pulverizer for pulverizing, sieving with a 40-50 mesh sieve, pouring the sieved powder into a subcritical extractor, and performing extraction according to the following steps of 2:3 (g/mL) and butane as an extracting agent, wherein the extraction times are 5 times, each time of extraction is 40min, the extraction temperature is 50 ℃, and the obtained product is recorded as peony seed crude oil after rotary evaporation of the solvent;
s2, dissolving the peony seed crude oil in the S1 in normal hexane, balancing a solid phase extraction column by using methanol and normal hexane with the same volume, performing vacuum suction filtration, evaporating the solvent by using a rotary evaporator after suction filtration, and obtaining the peony seed oil;
s3, crushing fresh olive fruit pulp, adding phosphate buffer solution with the weight of 5 times of the crushed fresh olive fruit pulp, mixing and stirring, adding acid cellulase according to the enzyme adding amount of 12U/mg, stirring uniformly again, performing enzymolysis for 4 hours at 55 ℃, performing enzyme deactivation at 95 ℃ for 10 minutes after enzymolysis, leaching filter residues for 3 times by using petroleum ether after leaching, performing leaching each time, combining 4 times of filter liquor, repeatedly extracting for 3 times, performing rotary evaporation to remove solvent after extracting, and obtaining olive oil;
s4, selecting fresh camellia, drying in an oven at 40-45 ℃ for 2 hours, crushing the dried camellia to pass through a 50-mesh sieve, pouring the crushed and sieved powder into an extraction kettle, and then placing the extraction kettle into a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction instrument for supercritical extraction, wherein the obtained camellia oil is marked;
s5, according to the following steps of 1:1:2, mixing the peony seed oil, the olive oil and the camellia oil according to the volume ratio, and obtaining the oil-based skin care and moisturizing oil which is prepared by combining the peony seed oil, the olive oil and the camellia oil.
Further, the volume ratio of the peony seed crude oil to the n-hexane in the S2 is 5:12.
further, the preparation method of the phosphate buffer solution in the step S3 comprises the following steps: 92g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate is weighed, dissolved by deionized water and then fixed to 1000mL, and the phosphate buffer solution is obtained.
Further, the stirring speed in the step S3 is 300-400r/min, and ultrasonic assistance is performed in the enzymolysis process in the step S3, wherein the ultrasonic power of the ultrasonic assistance is 70W, and the ultrasonic time is 30min.
Furthermore, the supercritical extraction in the step S4 is carried out under the conditions that the extraction pressure is 35Mpa, the extraction temperature is 40 ℃ and the extraction time is 2h.
An application of oil-based skin care and moisturizing oil combined by peony seed oil, olive oil and camellia oil is characterized in that the oil-based skin care and moisturizing oil is mixed with an osmanthus oil extract, an emulsifying agent and a compound antioxidant to be processed into skin care emulsion for skin care;
the specific steps for processing the skin care emulsion are as follows:
step1, weighing 60g of disodium hydrogen phosphate, dissolving with deionized water, and then fixing the volume to 1000mL to obtain a neutral buffer solution, adding oil-based skin care and skin moisturizing oil which is prepared by combining peony seed oil, olive oil and camellia oil in S5 with the volume of 5% of the neutral buffer solution, adding osmanthus fragrans oil extract with the volume of 1-2% of the neutral buffer solution and 0.3-0.5% of an emulsifying agent, shearing and mixing under the condition of 19000r/min, homogenizing for 3 times under the condition of 600bar under high pressure, and obtaining the O/W emulsion component;
step2, adding 0.1% of composite antioxidant into the O/W emulsion component in Step1, homogenizing under high pressure at 600bar again, and obtaining the skin care emulsion.
Further, the preparation method of the osmanthus fragrans oil extract comprises the following steps: selecting fresh osmanthus fragrans, drying in an oven at 40-42 ℃ for 2 hours, crushing the dried osmanthus fragrans into 40-mesh sieve, pouring crushed osmanthus fragrans powder into filter paper, folding the filter paper, and putting the filter paper into a Soxhlet extractor according to the following formula 1:20, adding petroleum ether, extracting in constant temperature water bath at 85deg.C for 4 hr, and rotary evaporating to obtain flos Osmanthi Fragrantis oil extract.
Still further, the compound antioxidant is tert-butylhydroquinone and ascorbic acid according to 1:4 weight ratio.
Still further, the emulsifier in Step1 is polyethylene oxide sorbitol monolaurate.
Further, the time of the shear mixing in Step1 is 3-5min.
