Abstract

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a moisturizing skin composition and application thereof in cosmetics.
Background
In summer, many people begin to use various ways to care skin, but skin care and sun protection are not needed in summer. The key to good skin is to have adequate sleep, scientific moisturization and sun protection.
Researchers generally begin to study the nursing effect of plant extracts on skin, and a plurality of merchants push out series products for moisturizing and moisturizing with the plant extracts as main components. For example, the moisturizing skin composition disclosed in chinese patent CN113730320a comprises 1-5 parts by weight of Jin Cha stem extract, 1-5 parts by weight of snow lotus herb extract, 1-5 parts by weight of fragrant solomonseal rhizome extract, 1-3 parts by weight of adenophora root extract, 0.5-1 part by weight of total asparagus root extract, 0.5-1 part by weight of echinacea extract, 0.5-1 part by weight of safflower extract, and 0.5-1 part by weight of ligusticum wallichii extract, and the moisturizing skin composition is used for preparing skin care cosmetics, can remarkably improve moisturizing effect on skin, and can also improve whitening efficacy and reduce skin wrinkles. The safflower extract in the ingredients disclosed in the patent has relatively high cost, and more importantly, the composition has good whitening and moisturizing effects, but the effects need to be improved compared with various products on the market, otherwise, the composition has a strong competitive advantage.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to overcome the defects of the background technology and provide a moisturizing and skin-moisturizing composition and application thereof in cosmetics.
In order to achieve the aim of the application, the moisturizing skin composition comprises Jin Cha dendrobium stem extract, adenophora stricta extract, echinacea purpurea extract, gentian extract, ligusticum wallichii extract, saussurea involucrata extract, tetrahydrocurcumin, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate and betaine.
Dendrobium nobile is a perennial herb, is also a precious Chinese herbal medicine, and has the effects of delaying aging, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and the like. Usually, the rhizome of dendrobium nobile can be used as a medicine, the flower can be drunk in water, and the effect of delaying aging can be achieved when the dendrobium nobile is eaten frequently. The effective components of the dendrobium stem extract comprise alkaloid, polysaccharide, trace elements, amino acid and the like, and the dendrobium stem extract can exert good moisturizing effect when acting on skin. Wherein, the dendrobium polysaccharide has the functions of scavenging free radicals, improving the activity of antioxidant enzyme and inhibiting lipid peroxidation, protecting biological membrane and delaying aging. The application of the dendrobium stem extract in cosmetics is mainly concentrated in the aspects of moisture preservation, aging delay and the like, and the risk level is 1 (1 grade is the safest).
The radix Adenophorae is perennial herb of Campanulaceae, and its extract has proliferation activity on epidermal fibroblast, has skin cell activating effect, can be used for resisting skin aging, and has high application amount and 1-level risk in skin care cosmetics.
Echinacea is a plant of Compositae, and contains amides (mainly isobutyramide), caffeic acid esters (mainly echinacoside and cynara scolymus), polysaccharides, volatile oil (humulone), and echinacea. The Echinacea purpurea extract is prepared by drying, pulverizing, sieving, etc., and can be used for treating skin infection, chilblain, etc. Since Echinacea purpurea extract can play a certain auxiliary role in repairing skin barrier, it is clinically used for folliculitis or skin diseases infected by bacteria, fungi and viruses.
The radix Gentianae extract mainly comprises gentiopicroside, gentiobiose, gentisic acid, etc., and has the main effects of skin conditioner, odor inhibitor, risk factor of 1, and no acne in cosmetics and skin care products. The gentian extract is praised as a star for skin aging, and the gentiopicroside as a main component has an anti-inflammatory effect, can inhibit the increase of capillary permeability and has an activating effect on luciferase. The radix Gentianae extract has effect in promoting sebum secretion, and can be used for improving oily and rough skin. The gentian extract also has the functions of whitening and spot-lightening, and can inhibit the activity of enzyme, thereby destroying the growth condition of melanin, achieving the purpose of delaying aging, and being beneficial to skin when being used in proper amount.
Ligusticum wallichii is a common traditional Chinese medicine, has the effects of promoting blood circulation, promoting qi circulation, dispelling wind and relieving pain, and the extract is also a plant extract widely applied to the field of beauty. Ligusticum wallichii extract contains abundant compounds such as volatile oil, eugenol, cumic acid, mannitol, tyrosine and the like, and these components can effectively promote skin health and youthfulness. The rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract can be used for preparing skin care products such as facial mask, essence, lotion, and cream, and has the main effects of moistening, whitening and resolving macula, improving skin elasticity, and can be used as humectant, antioxidant, etc.
The saussurea involucrata extract is an active ingredient extracted from saussurea involucrata of Compositae, is a fully water-soluble plant cosmetic raw material, contains rutin, saussurea involucrata lactone, alkaloid, volatile oil, polysaccharide and the like, and has rutin as a main active ingredient. Experiments show that the saussurea involucrata extract has various beauty effects, keeps the skin glossy and plump, has good curative effects on facial freckles, liver spots and the like, can protect the skin from being affected by ultraviolet rays, improves skin pigmentation and delays human aging, and is an ideal plant source raw material of modern cosmetics.
Tetrahydrocurcumin is a natural functional whitening material, and is obtained by hydrogenating curcumin (curcumin) separated from rhizome of Curcuma longa (Curcuma longa) belonging to Zingiberaceae. The tetrahydrocurcumin has strong activity of inhibiting tyrosinase, has the whitening effect superior to that of arbutin, can effectively inhibit the generation of oxygen free radicals, can remove the formed free radicals, has obvious antioxidation effect, such as resisting human skin aging, repairing, fading pigment, removing freckle and the like, and is widely applied to various skin care products with whitening, freckle removing and antioxidation, such as cream, emulsion and essence products.
The diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate (Diethylaminohydroxybenzoylhexyl benzoate), namely 4-tolylthiourea and p-methylphenyl thiourea, is an ester compound with the relative molecular mass of 397.5072. The ultraviolet UVA sunscreen belongs to a chemical sunscreen, has no influence on pregnant women generally and has no acne-causing property. The SCCS Committee recognizes that the use of hexyl diethylcarbamoylbenzoate at a maximum concentration of 10% (w/w) in cosmetics does not pose a risk to the health of the consumer.
Betaine, an amino acid humectant, can capture water molecules on the surface, increase the integrity of tight connection of keratinocytes and enhance the skin barrier cohesive force, and has the main effects of moisturizing, antistatic, viscosity control and surfactant in cosmetics. Betaine has unique effects of keeping moisture and protecting cell membrane, and can increase solubility of active ingredient in water, reduce irritation of surfactant to skin, and give skin and hair a moist and smooth feeling.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, the moisturizing skin composition comprises, in parts by weight, 1-5 parts of dendrobium stem extract, 1-5 parts of radix adenophorae extract, 1-5 parts of echinacea extract, 1-5 parts of gentian root extract, 0.5-1.5 parts of ligusticum wallichii extract, 1-5 parts of saussurea involucrata extract, 1-3 parts of tetrahydrocurcumin, 1-3 parts of diethylamino-benzoyl-hexyl benzoate, and 2-6 parts of betaine.
Preferably, in some embodiments of the present application, the moisturizing skin composition comprises, in parts by weight, 2-4 parts of dendrobium stem extract, 2-4 parts of radix adenophorae extract, 2-4 parts of echinacea extract, 2-4 parts of gentian root extract, 0.8-1.2 parts of ligusticum wallichii extract, 2-4 parts of saussurea involucrata extract, 2-2.5 parts of tetrahydrocurcumin, 1.5-2.5 parts of hexyl diethylaminobenzoyl benzoate and 3-5 parts of betaine.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, the moisturizing skin composition further comprises a penetration enhancer, a moisturizing stabilizer, and a moisturizing preservative in parts by weight.
Preferably, in some embodiments of the present application, the moisturizing skin composition further comprises 1-5 parts of a penetration enhancer, 30-40 parts of a moisturizing stabilizer, and 1-5 parts of a moisturizing preservative.
Further, in some embodiments of the application, the permeation enhancer is one or more of tetrahydropiperine, propylene glycol, inositol, preferably tetrahydropiperine and/or inositol.
Further, in some embodiments of the application, the moisturizing stabilizer is one or more of glycerol, propylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, preferably glycerol and/or 1, 3-butanediol.
Further, in some embodiments of the application, the moisturizing preservative is one or more of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol.
Preferably, in some embodiments of the present application, the moisturizing skin composition further comprises 1-5 parts by weight of tetrahydropiperine, 30-40 parts by weight of 1, 3-butylene glycol, and 1-5 parts by weight of 1, 2-hexylene glycol.
Still more preferably, in some embodiments of the present application, the moisturizing skin composition comprises 2-4 parts of dendrobium stem extract, 2-4 parts of radix adenophorae extract, 2-4 parts of echinacea extract, 2-4 parts of gentian extract, 0.8-1.2 parts of ligusticum wallichii extract, 2-4 parts of saussurea involucrata extract, 2-2.5 parts of tetrahydrocurcumin, 1.5-2.5 parts of diethylaminobenzoyl hexyl benzoate and 3-5 parts of betaine, and 2-4 parts of tetrahydropiperine, 30-40 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 2-4 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol in parts by weight.
In another aspect, the application also provides an application of the moisturizing skin composition, wherein the application is that the moisturizing skin composition is used for preparing cosmetics or cosmetic additives.
Further, in some embodiments of the application, the cosmetic is a cream, lotion, paste, ointment, mask, gel, lotion, or the like.
Further, the moisturizing skin composition can be mixed with matrixes, auxiliary materials, carriers, other additives and the like used in cosmetics according to a conventional method to prepare skin care water, essence, facial masks, stock solution, ampoule, emulsion, face cream and eye cream.
In yet another aspect, the present application also provides a cosmetic comprising the aforementioned moisturizing skin composition.
Further, the content of the moisturizing skin-moisturizing composition in the cosmetic is 0.5 to 20%, preferably 1 to 10%, more preferably 2 to 7% by weight.
The cosmetic containing the moisturizing skin composition can also contain one or more surfactants, antioxidants, essence, ultraviolet absorbers, preservatives, moisturizers, permeation aids, pH value regulators and the like, and can be selected by a person skilled in the art according to specific needs.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following advantages:
(1) The moisturizing composition disclosed by the application can be used for synergistic effect through the combined action of various components such as the dendrobium stem extract, the adenophora stricta extract and the like, and can be used for moisturizing, whitening and moisturizing. Wherein the dendrobium stem extract can play the roles of moisturizing and delaying aging; the radix Adenophorae extract can activate skin cells; echinacea purpurea extract restores the skin barrier; the radix Gentianae extract can improve oily and rough skin state; the ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract has the effects of moisturizing, whitening, removing freckles and improving skin elasticity; the herba Saussureae Involueratae extract can keep skin luster and plump; tetrahydrocurcumin is used for resisting skin aging, repairing and fading pigment of human body; the diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate protects the skin from being affected by ultraviolet rays and reduces the melanin content; betaine captures water molecules on the skin surface and gives the skin a moist and smooth feel.
(2) The moisturizing skin composition disclosed by the application does not need to be added with any skin feel modifier, is natural and free of stimulation, has light and moist skin feel after being used, can keep the skin elastic and smooth, and has excellent moisturizing and whitening effects.
(3) The moisturizing skin composition can be directly combined with common cosmetic matrixes, auxiliary materials and the like to prepare cosmetics, has obvious whitening and moisturizing effects, is safe and free of toxic and side effects, can enhance cell viability, and has a good anti-aging effect.

Effect examples
Referring to chinese patent CN113730320a, the moisturizing skin compositions of the examples and comparative examples, as well as the blank matrix composition (comprising 3 parts by weight tetrahydropiperine, 35 parts 1, 3-butanediol and 3 parts 1, 2-hexanediol) were taken with purified water according to a weight ratio of 4:96, obtaining a sample to be tested, and performing a moisturizing performance test and a whitening performance test. The test results are shown in table 1 below.

The dendrobium stem extract in the moisturizing skin-moistening composition can exert the moisturizing and aging-delaying effects; the radix Adenophorae extract can activate skin cells; echinacea purpurea extract restores the skin barrier; the radix Gentianae extract can improve oily and rough skin state; the ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract has the effects of moisturizing, whitening, removing freckles and improving skin elasticity; the herba Saussureae Involueratae extract can keep skin luster and plump; tetrahydrocurcumin is used for resisting skin aging, repairing and fading pigment of human body; the diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate protects the skin from being affected by ultraviolet rays and reduces the melanin content; betaine captures water molecules on the skin surface and gives the skin a moist and smooth feel. According to the comparative analysis of the embodiment and the comparative example, the moisturizing and moisturizing skin composition overcomes the defect that one or a few components have single efficacy or insufficient efficacy through the synergistic effect of various components such as the dendrobium stem extract, the radix adenophorae extract and the like, and the moisturizing and moisturizing skin composition can not achieve better moisturizing and moisturizing skin effect through the synergistic effect of multiple components and the lack of any component.
Further, as can be seen from comparison of examples 1-3 and examples 4-6, the moisturizing skin composition of the present application can obtain the optimal effect by mixing the various components such as the dendrobium stem extract, the radix adenophorae extract, etc. according to a certain proportion, specifically, the moisturizing skin composition of the present application preferably comprises, by weight, 2-4 parts of the dendrobium stem extract, 2-4 parts of the radix adenophorae extract, 2-4 parts of the echinacea purpurea extract, 2-4 parts of the radix gentianae extract, 0.8-1.2 parts of the ligusticum chuanxiong extract, 2-4 parts of the saussurea involucrate extract, 2-2.5 parts of tetrahydrocurcumin, 1.5-2.5 parts of diethylaminohydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, and 3-5 parts of betaine.
It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the foregoing is merely illustrative of the present application and is not intended to limit the application, but any modifications, equivalents, improvements or the like which fall within the spirit and principles of the present application are intended to be included within the scope of the present application.

The moisturizing skin composition is characterized by comprising Jin Cha dendrobium stem extract, adenophora stricta extract, echinacea purpurea extract, gentian root extract, ligusticum wallichii extract, snow lotus herb extract, tetrahydrocurcumin, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate and betaine.
2. The moisturizing skin composition of claim 1, wherein the moisturizing skin composition comprises, in parts by weight, 1-5 parts of dendrobium stem extract, 1-5 parts of adenophora root extract, 1-5 parts of echinacea extract, 1-5 parts of gentian root extract, 0.5-1.5 parts of ligusticum wallichii extract, 1-5 parts of saussurea involucrata extract, 1-3 parts of tetrahydrocurcumin, 1-3 parts of diethylamino benzoyl hexyl benzoate and 2-6 parts of betaine.

The moisturizing skin composition of claim 1, wherein the moisturizing skin composition comprises, in parts by weight, 2-4 parts of dendrobium stem extract, 2-4 parts of adenophora root extract, 2-4 parts of echinacea extract, 2-4 parts of gentian root extract, 0.8-1.2 parts of ligusticum wallichii extract, 2-4 parts of saussurea involucrata extract, 2-2.5 parts of tetrahydrocurcumin, 1.5-2.5 parts of diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate and 3-5 parts of betaine.
4. The moisturizing skin composition of claim 1, further comprising a penetration enhancer, a moisturizing stabilizer, and a moisturizing preservative in parts by weight; preferably, the moisturizing skin composition further comprises 1-5 parts of penetration enhancer, 30-40 parts of moisturizing stabilizer and 1-5 parts of moisturizing preservative in parts by weight.

The moisturizing skin composition of claim 4, wherein the penetration enhancer is one or more of tetrahydropiperine, propylene glycol, inositol, preferably tetrahydropiperine and/or inositol; preferably, the moisture-preserving stabilizer is one or more of glycerol, propylene glycol and 1, 3-butanediol, preferably glycerol and/or 1, 3-butanediol; preferably, the moisturizing preservative is one or more of 1, 2-hexanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol; preferably, the moisturizing skin composition further comprises 1-5 parts of tetrahydropiperine, 30-40 parts of 1, 3-butandiol and 1-5 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol in parts by weight.
6. The moisturizing skin composition of claim 4 or 5, wherein the moisturizing skin composition comprises 2-4 parts of dendrobium stem extract, 2-4 parts of adenophora root extract, 2-4 parts of echinacea extract, 2-4 parts of gentian root extract, 0.8-1.2 parts of ligusticum wallichii extract, 2-4 parts of saussurea involucrata extract, 2-2.5 parts of tetrahydrocurcumin, 1.5-2.5 parts of diethylaminobenzoyl hexyl benzoate and 3-5 parts of betaine, and 2-4 parts of tetrahydropiperine, 30-40 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 2-4 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol in parts by weight.
7. Use of the moisturizing skin composition of any one of claims 1-6 for the preparation of a cosmetic or cosmetic additive.
8. The use of a moisturizing skin composition as recited in claim 7, wherein the cosmetic is a cream, lotion, paste, ointment, mask, gel or lotion.
9. A cosmetic comprising the moisturizing skin composition of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. Cosmetic product according to claim 9, characterized in that the moisturizing skin composition is present in the cosmetic product in an amount of 0.5-20% by weight, preferably 1-10% by weight, more preferably 2-7% by weight.
