Background
The hand cream can heal and smooth skin cracks and dryness, and can effectively prevent and treat hand roughness and hand chap in autumn and winter. The hand skin can be more tender and moist by frequent use in autumn and winter. Suitable hand creams are an effective method of hand care, but today the variety of hand creams is great and the damage to the skin of the hands from different working environments is different. Most of hand creams in the market at present are often mixed with a large amount of complex chemical substances, and are not suitable for people with sensitive skin. Therefore, a pure natural hand cream is urgently needed in society.

Taking 10 mice, and taking 16cm at back2The area was cut to remove hair, divided into two areas, one of which was applied with the hand cream prepared in examples 1-3 once a day, and the skin was wiped off the next day before application, and the adjacent area was observed as a control for 2 months. The results show that the skin in the test area and the control skin have no obvious difference in the experimental period, no irritation and anaphylactic reaction exist, and no abnormal reaction exists in mice, so that the hand cream is safe and non-toxic and has no irritation to the skin.
Example 5 determination of hand cream Properties
1. Measurement of wetting ability of hand cream
The determination was carried out by the pour point method, taking a 100mL beaker, weighing 20.0g of talc, gradually adding the hand cream of example 1, comparative example 2, mixing until the mixture formed a pourable homogeneous fluid, at which point the volume added dropwise was the pour point, and converting the base of the volume multiplied by 5 to the pour point value, the results are shown in table 1. From the analysis of the measurement results, compared with comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and the hand cream of example 1, the hand cream of example 1 has a lower pour point, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine moisturizing hand cream of the invention has better wettability.

2g of the hand cream prepared in comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and example 1 was taken, and 40ml of distilled water was added thereto and diluted for use. The B16 melanocytes were inoculated into a 96-well plate at 50. mu.l per well, and after culturing in an incubator for 24 hours, a hand cream diluent was added. After 5 days of drug action, the supernatant was discarded and washed twice with poly (butylene succinate) (PBS) pH 6.8, 40. mu.l of 1% (volume fraction) Triton X-100 in each well. Carrying out ultrasonication in ice bath, adding 10 μ L of 10 mmol/L-dopa (L-dopa) into each well, incubating at 37 deg.C for 90min, carrying out color comparison at 475nm, adjusting blank well to zero, and measuring absorbance value of each well.
Inhibition% [ (% 1-mean absorbance for drug group ÷ mean absorbance for control group) × 100%.
2. Experiment for inhibiting synthesis of melanin in mouse melanocyte
Taking comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and the example respectively1g of the hand cream prepared in example 1 was diluted with 40ml of distilled water. B16 melanoma cells from mice at 1x105The cells were inoculated in a culture dish at a density of one/ml and at 37 ℃ in 5% CO2Culturing for 1.5 days. Discarding the supernatant, adding hand cream diluent, discarding the supernatant after 3d of drug action, washing with PBS, digesting cells, and preventing over-digestion. After the mixture was blown and mixed, 0.5ml of each concentration was taken out and counted. Centrifuging the rest cell suspension at 2500r/min for 5min, discarding supernatant, adding NaOH solution into the precipitate, heating to dissolve melanin, and measuring absorbance value on enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay detector with 490nm wavelength.
Melanin synthesis inhibition [% 1- (drug well absorbance value ÷ drug well cell density) ÷ (control well absorbance value ÷ control well cell density) ] × 100%.
