Abstract
通式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺可用作水稻栽培中有效的选择性除草剂。(式中:Het代表被卤素或者C1-C4烷基或者苯基取代的噻二唑基,其中每一个都可选地被卤素取代;Ar代表可选地卤代、C1-C4烷基取代或C1-C4卤烷基取代的苯基)。新的除草活性化合物混合物包含(1)式(I)的杂氧芳基乙酰胺和(2)在各种情况下已知的选择性水稻除草剂类中的一种活性化合物,按一定的重量比混合,具有增效作用,可以特别是效地用做水稻的选择性除草剂。
Description
本发明涉及新除草组合物以及已知杂芳氧基乙酰胺与已知其他类物质除草剂结合成新的增效除草剂,它们作为活性物质可以特别成功地用于选择性除去水稻栽培中的杂草。
作为广谱活性的除草剂,杂芳氧基乙酰胺类早已成为-系列专利申请的主题(参见:EP-A 5501,EP-A 18497,EP-A 29171,EP-A 94514,EP-A 100044,EP-A 100045,EP-A 161602,EP-A 195237,EP-A 348734,EP-A 348737,DE-A 4317323)。然而,已知的杂芳氧基乙酰胺在其活性上,特别是在防治双子叶杂草上存在许多弱点。
意外地发现杂芳氧基乙酰胺大类中的一系列的已知除草活性化合物作为单独的(重新调配的)活性化合物,水稻对其有较好的耐性,而对妨碍水稻生长的杂草有很强的作用,或者与已知的那些水稻除草剂的化合物中的活性化合物一起使用时会产生理想除草的增效作用。因此可以作为特别优越的广谱活性物质,用于选择性除去水稻栽培出苗前和出苗后出现的单子叶和双子叶杂草。
本发明相应地提供:
(1)在水稻栽培中使用的除草组合物,其特征在于至少含有一种通式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺活性成份:式中Het代表被卤素或者C1-C4烷基或者苯基取代的噻二唑基,其中每一个都可选地被卤素取代,Ar 代表可选地卤代、C1-C4烷基取代或C1-C4卤烷基取代的苯基。
(2)用于水稻栽培中的增效除草成份,特征在于活性化合物混合物的活性成份包括:

基本上每种情况下按重量计,1份式(I)活性化合物(1类)可与0.001-1000份的一种或多种上述“水稻除草剂”(2类)混合;
(3)选择性除去水稻杂草的方法,其特征在于,以上述第(1)项的式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺和/或第(2)项中的活性化合物的混合物允许用于水稻稻谷上。
(4)用第(1)项式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺和/或第(2)项中的活性化合物的混合物选择性地除去水稻杂草。
(5)第(1)项的除草组合物或第(2)项的增效除草组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,可以将式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺或第(2)项中的活性化合物混合物与填充剂和/或表面活性剂混合。
本发明中特别值得注意的是本发明的除草组合物的特征为式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺的活性成份,式中Het代表1,2,4-噻二唑基或1,3,4-噻二唑基,它们都被氟、氯、溴、或分别可选地被氟代和/或氯代的甲基、乙基、正丙基或异丙基或苯基取代;Ar 代表可选地氟代、氯代、溴代、甲基取代或三氟甲基取代的苯基。
此外,也应特别注意本发明中的增效除草组合物的特征为活性化合物混合物的活性成份包括:
(a).式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺,其中Het代表1,2,4-噻二唑基或1,3,4-噻二唑基,它们都被氟、氯、溴、或分别可选地被氟代和/或氯代的甲基、乙基、正丙基或异丙基或苯基取代;Ar代表可选地氟代、氯代、溴代、甲基取代或三氟甲基取代的苯基。(1类活性化合物),以及

本发明中更加值得注意的是本发明的除草组合物是特指式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺的活性成份,其中Het代表1,2,4-噻二唑基或1,3,4-噻二唑基,它们都被氯、二氯甲基、二氟甲基、三氯甲基、三氟甲基、一氯二氟甲基、一氟二氯甲基或五氟乙基取代,以及Ar代表可选地氟代、氯代、甲基取代、三氟甲基取代的苯基。
此外,也更应特别注意本发明中的增效除草组合物是特指活性化合物混合物的活性成份包括:

称为化合物(I-1)的N-异丙基-N-(4-氟-苯基)-α-(5-三氟甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基-氧基)-乙酰胺是式(I)活性化合物中的最突出的一个。
上述专利申请和专利文件描述了式(I)化合物。
目前意外地发现式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺类非常适合于选择性除去水稻作物在播种期和生长期的杂草,此外,式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺和上述“水稻除草剂”的活性化合物混合物具有特别高的增效除草活性而水稻对其有很好的耐药性。
意外地发现本发明中活性化合物混合物的除草活性大大高于单独活性化合物作用的累加。
因此这里存在一种难预知的增效作用,而不仅仅是补充作用。新的活性化合物混合物,水稻作物对其有耐药性,也能很好地除去那些难以除去的杂草。
新的活性化合物混合物因此也成为水稻作物选择性除草剂中有用的成员。
可以用本发明中的活性化合物或活性化合物混合物有效除去的杂草是。例如:
以下各属的双子叶杂草:欧白芥属、独行菜属、拉拉藤属、繁缕属、母菊属、春黄菊属、牛藤菊属、藜属、荨麻属、千里光属、苋属、马齿苋属、苍耳属、旋花属、蕃薯属、蓼属、田菁属、豚草属、茄属、蓟属、飞廉属、苦苣菜属、焊菜属、节节菜属、母草属、野芝麻属、婆婆纳属、茴麻属、刺酸模属、黄花稔属、蔓陀罗属、堇菜属、鼬瓣花属、罂粟属、矢车菊属、车轴草属、毛茛属、蒲公英属。
单子叶杂草的各属:稗属、狗尾草属、黍属、马唐属、梯牧草属、早熟禾属、羊茅属、参属、臂形草属、麦草属、雀麦属、燕麦属、莎草属、高粱属、冰草属、狗牙根属、雨久花属、飘拂草属、慈姑属、荸荠属、莞草属、雀稗属、鸭嘴草属、尖瓣花属、龙爪茅属、剪股颍属、看麦娘属、Apera。
然而,本发明的活性化合物混合物的除草对象决不局限于这些属,也可以以同样的方式推广到其他的植物。
正如已描述的本发明中活性化合物混合物对阔叶杂草和草本杂草有出色的活性,而水稻作物对其有很好的耐药性。因此特别强调它们可以作为水稻作物的选择性除草剂。
本发明特别明显一定的浓度比例的活性化合物混合物的增效作用。但是,活性化合物混合物中活性化合物的重量比可以在相当大的范围内变化。一般情况下,按重量计、一份式(I)的活性化合物(即1类活性化合物)0.001-1000份(最好是0.01-100份,特别是0.1-10份)的上述称为“水稻除草剂”的化合物(即2类活性化合物)。
活性化合物或活性化合物混合物可以制成惯用的剂型,诸如溶液、乳化剂、可湿粉、悬浮液、散剂、粉剂、糊剂、可溶粉、颗粒剂、悬乳浓缩液、浸有活性化合物的天然和合成的材料、聚合物质的微囊等。
这些制剂可用已知的方法生产,例如,将活性化合物与添加剂混合,这些添加剂可以是液体溶剂和/或固体载体,可选地使用表面活性剂,即乳化剂和/或分散剂和/或发泡剂。
如果水作为添加剂,那么有机溶剂也可以例如作为辅助溶剂。主要合适的液体溶剂是:芳族化合物诸如二甲苯、甲苯、或烷基萘等,氯代芳烃以及氯代脂族烃诸如氯苯、氯乙烯、或二氯甲烷等;脂族烃诸如环己烷、石蜡,例如石油组份、矿物油和植物油等;醇类诸如丁醇或甘油以及它们的醚和酯类;酮类诸如丙酮、甲基乙基酮、甲基异丁基酮或环己酮;强极性溶剂诸如二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜和水。
合适的固体载体是:例如铵盐和粉碎的天然矿物诸如高岭土、粘土、滑石、白垩、石英、硅镁石、蒙脱石或硅藻土;粉碎的合成矿物质诸如粉碎的硅石、矾土、硅酸盐;颗粒剂中的合适的固体载体是:例如粉碎分级的天然岩石诸如方解石、云石、浮石、海泡石、白云石,或者其他无机和有机的细粒合成的颗粒剂;诸如锯沫、可可豆壳、玉米芯、烟草梗等有机物质颗粒;合适的乳化剂和/或发泡剂是:例如非离子乳化剂和阴离子乳化剂诸如聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、例如是烷芳基聚乙二醇醚、烷基磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、芳基磺酸盐以及蛋白质水解产物;合适的分散剂是:例如木质素亚硫酸盐废液和甲基纤维素。
诸如羧甲基纤维素和天然以及合成的聚合物之类的粉剂、颗粒剂或形式的胶粘剂或诸如阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯乙酯之类的胶乳,或者诸如脑磷脂和卵磷脂等的其它天然磷脂以及合成的磷脂都可以用在制剂中。另外的添加剂是矿物油和植物油。
也可能用些诸如无机颜料例如氧化铁、氧化钛和普鲁士蓝之类的着色剂;以及诸如茜素染料、偶氮染料和金属酞花青染料之类的有机染料;以及微量养分诸如铁盐、锰盐、硼盐、铜盐、钴盐、钼盐和锌盐等。
制剂成份一般包含0.1-95%,最好是0.5-90%活性化合物和活性化合物混合物(重量)的。
一般情况下,本发明中的活性化合物或活性化合物混合物以预先混合好的形式应用。然而,活性化合物的组合物中的活性化合物也可以分别配制并在应用时混合,也就是说以罐混合形式应用。
新活性化合物混合物本身或以它们的剂型形式也可以用作与另外已知的水稻除草剂的混合物制剂成品或也可以是罐混合物。还可以是与其他已知的活性化合物诸如杀菌剂、杀虫剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、防鸟剂、生长促进剂、植物营养以及土壤调节剂等的混合物。此外,以它的优点还可用于其他特殊的目的,特别是采用出苗后方法时,加入植物对其有耐性的、作为制剂的其它添加剂的矿物油或植物油(例如商售的“0leo Dupont 11E”)或诸如硫铵或硫代氰酸铵等的铵盐。
本发明的活性化合物混合物可以以其本身、以其制剂形式或者以进一步稀释的应用形式诸如现成的溶液、悬浮液、乳液、粉剂、糊剂、和颗粒剂使用。使用常规方法例如浇水、喷雾、喷粉或漫流施药。
本发明的活性化合物混合物可以或者在植物出苗的前使用或者出苗后使用。也可以在播种前将它们施入土壤中。
本发明的活性化合物或活性化合物混合物用量可在相当大范围内变化。基本上,取决于所需的效应。通常,应用比率是在每公顷土壤表面使用10g-10kg活性化合物或活性化合物的混合物,最好是50g-5kg/ha,特别是100g-2kg/ha。
尽管个别的活性化合物显示了较弱的除草活性时,而本发明中的混合物都显示了对杂草主要是水稻杂草有很强的药效和广谱活性,这种效果超过了它们各自活性的简单累加。
在除草剂中,当活性化合物的混合物的除草活性超过了活性化合物单独使用的活性时,通常存在增效作用。
给定的两种除草剂的混合物的期望活性可以如下计算(参见Colby,S.R.;“Calculating synergistic and antagonistic responses of herbicidecombinations”,Weeds15,P920-22,1967):如果 X=除草剂A(1类活性化合物)用量为pkg/ha的杀伤%

如果实际的杀伤超过了计算值,那就是说混合物具有超累加的活性,即它显示出增效作用。
用本发明的活性化合物混合物所做的实验表明,本发明中活性化合物混合物的除草活性超过了计算值,即表明新的活性化合物的混合物具有增效作用。
使用实施例实施例A/温室在栽植的水稻上/水表面处理的实验
溶剂:5份重量的丙酮
乳化剂:1份重量的苄氧基聚乙二醇醚
为了制备合适的活性化合物的制剂,1份重量的活性化合物与上述量的溶剂混合,加入上述量的乳化剂并且将浓缩液稀释到需要的浓度。
将水稻田的土壤装入种植盆(尺寸为20cm×20cm×9cm;表面积1/2000Ar)中。每盆栽植两棵2-3叶期的水稻(变种:Kinmaze)植株(高约10-15cm);将稗,萤蔺的种子和鸭舌草以及牛毛毡的小块根茎种入土壤中,并保持土壤的湿度。水稻栽植5天后,灌水使其漫过土壤3cm;然后将活性化合物的制剂施于水面。制剂中的活性化合物的浓度不重要,只有每表面单位活性化合物的用量是决定性的。
在施用活性化合物后,垂直下行的水流以每天2-3cm的速度流过种植盆并持续2天。然后在盆中水深3cm的条件下继续实验。
施用活性化合物3周后,与未处理的对照比较,计算对杂草杀伤的百分比(除草作用)。

结果:
下面的结果表明,单独的罐混合化合物对实验杂草的除草活性改善不多。尽管如此,所有的罐混合对无芒稗都显示出增效作用。
混合物(I-1)+农得时(A)和(I-1)+MCPB(B)也对牛毛毡和萤蔺显示出增效作用。
实验中原对水稻无药害的2类活性化合物除草剂与目前尚未在水稻栽培中使用的(I-1)活性化合物结合对水稻也无药害。表A-1

Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1的除草组合物,其特征在于含有至少一种式(I)杂芳氧基乙酰胺的活性成份,其中Het代表1,2,4-噻二唑基或1,3,4-噻二唑基,它们都被氟、氯、溴、或分别可选地被氟代和/或氯代的甲基、乙基、正丙基或异丙基或苯基取代;Ar 代表可选地氟代、氯代、溴代、甲基取代或三氟甲基取代的苯基。
3.根据权利要求1的除草组合物,其特征在于含有至少一个式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺,其中Het代表1,2,4-噻二唑基或1,3,4-噻二唑基,它们都被氯、二氯甲基、三氯甲基、三氟甲基、一氯二氟甲基、一氟二氯甲基或五氟乙基取代;Ar 代表可选地氟代、氯代、甲基取代、三氟甲基取代的苯基。
4.用于水稻栽培中的增效除草组合物,其特征在于活性化合物混合物的活性成份包括:(a)通式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺:式中Het代表被卤素或者C1-C4烷基或者苯基取代的噻二唑基,其中每一个都可选地被卤素取代,Ar 代表可选地卤代、C1-C4烷基取代或C1-C4卤烷基取代的苯基,1类活性化合物),以及(b)来自用于水稻作物上的除草活性化合物类群中的一种或多种化合物(水稻除草剂的通用名或编号):AKD-741、除草磷(-甲基)、anilofos、benfuresate、农得时、地散磷、苯达松、杀草丹、benzofenap、治草醚、bromobutide、溴苯腈、丁草胺、butamifos、butenachlor、cafenstro1e(CH-900)、chlomethoxyfen(X-52)、氯硝醚、chlomitrofen、cinmethylin、CL-303569、CL-303578、cinosulfuron、clomeprop、cumyluron、cyclosulfamuron(AC-322140)、cyhalofop(-butyl)(DEH-112)、2,4-D、2.4滴丙酸、哌草丹、二甲丙乙净、dithiopyr、DPX-47、敌草隆、dymron(daimuron、dimuron)、esprocarb、etobenzanid、fenoxapropA、fenoxaprop-P-ethyl、禾草枯、抑菌丁、GS-32911、吡氟乙草灵、haloxyfopM、hexazinone、HOE-404、HOE-30374、HOK-7510(HOK-1566)、HW-52、imazosulfuron、JC-940、KUH-911(KIH-2023)、KUH-920、KNW-242、KPP-314、MCPA、MCPB、mefenacet、甲磺隆M、草达灭、NC-310、NC-311、阔草胺、除草醚、NSK-850、oxadiargyl(RP-020630、MY-100)、恶草灵、乙氧氟草醚、哌草磷、pretilachlor、扑草净、敌稗、pyrazolate、pyrazosulfuron(-ethyl)、氯苯胺、pyributicarb、快杀稗、禾草克A、稀禾啶、西草净、氟乐灵,(2类活性化合物),基本上每种情况下,每1重量份式(I)活性化合物(1类)与0.001-1000重量份的一种或多种上述“水稻除草剂”(2类)混合。
5.根据权利要求4的增效除草组合物,其特征在于活性化合物混合物的活性成份包括:
(a)式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺,其中Het代表1,2,4-噻二唑基或1,3,4-噻二唑基,它们都被氟、氯、溴、或分别可选地氟代和/或氯代的甲基、乙基、正丙基或异丙基或苯基取代;Ar代表可选地氟代、氯代、溴代、甲基取代或三氟甲基取代的苯基(1类活性化合物),以及(b)用于水稻作物的下述除草活性化合物组群中的一种或多种化合物(水稻除草剂的通用名或编号):AKD-741、除草磷(-甲基)、anilofos、benfuresate、农得时、地散磷、苯达松、杀草丹、benzofenap、治草醚、bromobutide、溴苯腈、丁草胺、butamifos、butenachlor、cafenstrole(CH-900)、chlomethoxyfen(X-52)、氯硝醚、chlornitrofen、cinmethylin、CL-303569、CL-303578、cinosulfuron、clomeprop、cumyluron、cyclosulfamuron(AC-322140)、cyhalofop(-butyl)(DEH-112)、2,4-D、2.4滴丙酸、哌草丹、二甲丙乙净、dithiopyr、DPX-47、敌草隆、dymron(daimuron、dimuron)、esprocarb、etobenzanid、fenoxapropA、fenoxaprop-P-ethyl、禾草枯、抑菌丁、GS-32911、吡氟乙草灵、haloxyfopM、hexazinone、HOE-404、HOE-30374、HOK-7510(HOK-1566)、HW-52、imazosulfuron、JC-940、KUH-911(KIH-2023)、KUH-920、KNW-242、KPP-314、MCPA、MCPB、mefenacet、甲磺隆M、草达灭、NC-310、NC-311、阔草胺、除草醚、NSK-850、oxadiargyl(RP-020630、MY-100)、恶草灵、乙氧氟草醚、哌草磷、pretilachlor、扑草净、敌稗、pyrazolate、pyrazosulfuron(-ethyl)、氯苯胺、pyributicarb、快杀稗、禾草克A、稀禾啶、西草净、氟乐灵,(2类活性化合物)。
6.根据权利要求4的增效除草组合物,其特征在于活性化合物混合物的活性成份包括:(a).式(I)的杂芳氧基乙酰胺,式中Het代表1,2,4-噻二唑基或1,3,4-噻二唑基,它们都被氯、二氯甲基、二氟甲基、三氯甲基、三氟甲基、一氯二氟甲基、一氟二氯甲基或五氟乙基取代,以及Ar代表可选地氟代、氯代、甲基取代或三氟甲基取代的苯基。(1类活性化合物),以及(b)来自用于水稻作物上的除草活性化合物类群中的一种或多种化合物(“水稻除草剂”的通用名或编号):AKD-741、除草磷(-甲基)、anilofos、benfuresate、农得时、地散磷、苯达松、杀草丹、benzofenap、治草醚、bromobutide、溴苯腈、丁草胺、butamifos、butenachlor、cafenstrole(CH-900)、chlomethoxyfen(X-52)、氯硝醚、chlomitrofen、cinmethylin、CL-303569、CL-303578、cinosulfuron、clomeprop、cumyluron、cyclosulfamuron(AC-322140)、cyhalofop(-butyl)(DEH-112)、2,4-D、2.4滴丙酸、哌草丹、二甲丙乙净、dithiopyr、DPx-47、敌草隆、dynron(daimuron、dimuron)、esprocarb、etobenzanid、fenoxapropA、fenoxaprop-P-ethyl、禾草枯、抑菌丁、GS-32911、吡氟乙草灵、haloxyfopM、hexazinone、HOE-404、HOE-30374、HOK-7510(HOK-1566)、HW-52、imazosulfuron、JC-940、KUH-911(KIH-2023)、KUH-920、KNW-242、KPP-314、MCPA、MCPB、mefenacet、甲磺隆M、草达灭、NC-310、NC-311、阔草胺、除草醚、NSK-850、oxadiargyl(RP-020630、MY-100)、恶草灵、乙氧氟草醚、哌草磷、pretilachlor、扑草净、敌稗、pyrazolate、pyrazosulfuron(-ethyl)、氯苯胺、pyributicarb、快杀稗、禾草克A、稀禾啶、西草净、氟乐灵,(2类活性化合物)。
7.根据权利要求4-6的增效除草组合物,其特征在于在活性化合物混合物中,1类活性化合物与2类活性化合物的重量比为1∶0.01-1∶100,特别是1∶0.1-1∶10。
8.用于水稻的选择性除草方法,其特征在于权利要求1的式(I)杂芳氧基乙酰胺和/或权利要求4的活性化合物混合物都允许用于水稻稻谷。
9.将权利要求1的式(I)的杂氧芳基乙酰胺和/或权利要求4的活性化合物的混合物用于水稻作物的选择性除草。
10.权利要求1的除草组合物的制备方法或者权利要求4的增效除草组合物的制备方法,其特征在于将权利要求1的式(I)的杂氧芳基乙酰胺和/或权利要求4的活性化合物混合物与填料和/或表面活性剂混合。
