本发明属于可用于在播种和/或种植的作物中、在水果种植园(种植园作物)中、在非作物区(例如居民区或工业区、铁路轨道)上和在草坪上例如在苗后(Nachlauf)对抗不希望的植物生长的植物保护剂的技术领域。除单次施用外,也可以接连施用。
本发明涉及包含至少两种除草剂的除草剂组合产品及其用于控制不希望的植物生长的用途,特别是包含至少壬酸和至少一种选自碘甲磺隆、甲酰胺磺隆、甲基二磺隆、啶嘧磺隆、酰嘧磺隆、乙氧嘧磺隆和噻酮磺隆的ALS抑制剂的除草剂组合产品。
除草活性脂肪酸是现有技术中已知的(例如WO01/05472)。
来自ALS抑制剂物质类别的化合物抑制对支化氨基酸,如L-缬氨酸、L-亮氨酸和L-异亮氨酸的生物合成负责的酶,乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)。因此,这一物质类别——除其它物质类别外——根据其作用机制,属于ALS(乙酰乳酸合成酶)抑制剂类(也参见http://www.hracglobal.com/Portals/5/moaposter.pdf)。ALS抑制剂包括例如磺酰脲(也参见例如"The Pesticide Manual"第15版, British Crop Protection Council 2011)。这些除草剂特别频繁施用于大豆和谷物的耕地。这些除草剂经根和叶吸收。

因此,时常需要对特定杂草物种的定向协同活性、具有总体更好的选择性的杂草控制、用于获得同样好的控制结果和用于向环境中输入更少活性物质以避免例如“浸出(Leaching)”和“携带”效应的通常更少的活性物质。还需要开发单次施用以避免劳动密集型的多次施用,以及开发用于控制作用速度的体系,其中除最初快速控制杂草外,还存在缓慢的残留控制。
对上文提到的问题的可能的解决方案可以是提供除草剂组合产品,即多种除草剂和/或选自不同类型的农业化学活性物质和植物保护中常规的提供所需附加性能的添加剂和配制辅助剂的附加组分的混合物。但是,在多种活性物质的联合使用中,常发生化学、物理或生物不相容的现象,例如联合制剂中的稳定性缺乏、活性物质的分解或活性物质的生物活性中的拮抗作用。因此,必须有针对性地选择可能合适的组合产品并用实验测试它们的适用性,其中不能预先可靠地排除负面或正面结果。
本发明的目的是提供相对于现有技术而言替代性或改进的植物保护剂。
现在已经令人惊讶地发现,可以通过壬酸和至少一种选自碘甲磺隆、甲酰胺磺隆、甲基二磺隆、啶嘧磺隆、酰嘧磺隆、乙氧嘧磺隆和噻酮磺隆的ALS抑制剂的组合产品来实现这一目的,它们以特别有利的方式相互作用;例如当它们用于控制播种和/或种植的作物、绿地/草坪中、水果种植园(种植园作物)中或非作物区(例如居民区或工业区、铁路轨道)上的不希望的植物生长时。令人惊讶地,当用于对抗杂草时,两种活性物质的本发明的组合产品的活性高于单种组分的活性。因此存在无法预计的真正的协同效应,而不仅仅是效果互补(累加效应)。
壬酸是衍生自烷烃正壬烷的饱和脂肪酸或羧酸。它是在标准条件下为液体并且除草活性的烷酸。根据本发明优选使用未皂化(unverseift)的壬酸。
根据本发明使用的除草活性的ALS抑制剂选自碘甲磺隆(IUPAC名:4-碘-2-[(4-甲氧基-6-甲基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)氨甲酰基氨磺酰基]苯甲酸酯,钠盐)、甲酰胺磺隆(IUPAC名:1-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)-3-(2-二甲基氨甲酰基-5-甲酰胺基苯基磺酰基)脲)、甲基二磺隆(IUPAC名:2-[(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氨甲酰基)氨磺酰基]-a-(甲磺酰胺基)-对甲基苯甲酸甲酯)、啶嘧磺隆(IUPAC名:1-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)-3-(3-三氟甲基-2-吡啶基磺酰基)脲)、酰嘧磺隆(IUPAC:3-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)-1-(N-甲基-N-甲基磺酰基-氨基磺酰基)脲)、乙氧嘧磺隆(IUPAC名:2-乙氧基苯基[(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)氨甲酰基]氨基磺酸酯)和噻酮磺隆(IUPAC名:4-[(4,5-二氢-3-甲氧基-4-甲基-5-氧代-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)羰基氨磺酰基]-5-甲基噻吩-3-甲酸甲酯)。
特别优选使用碘甲磺隆(尤其是钠盐)和/或甲酰胺磺隆,尤其是一起使用碘甲磺隆(尤其是钠盐)和甲酰胺磺隆。本发明还包括ALS抑制剂的组合产品,尤其是两种或更多种具有互补活性谱的磺酰脲的组合产品。
在下文中,术语“除草剂(一种或几种)”、“独立除草剂(一种或几种)”、“化合物(一种或几种)”或“活性物质(一种或几种)”在本文中也同义地用于术语“组分(一种或几种)”。
本发明的除草剂组合产品可包含额外的附加组分,例如不同类型的农业化学活性物质和/或植物保护中常规的添加剂和/或配制辅助剂,或可以与这些一起使用。在下文中,术语“除草剂组合产品(一种或几种)”或“组合产品(一种或几种)”的使用还包括由此形成的“除草性药剂”。
在一个优选实施方案中,本发明的除草剂组合产品包含有效量的至少壬酸和至少一种上文提到的ALS抑制剂和/或具有协同活性。例如在联合施用的情况下,例如作为即用型制剂、共制剂(Co-Formulation)或作为桶混制剂(Tankmischung),可以观察到协同作用;但是,当时间上错开地施用(分开施用、分开)时(例如包装成为组合包或单罐),也可以观察到该协同作用。也可以分多份施用这些除草剂或除草剂组合产品(接连施用),例如根据苗后施用或根据苗后早期施用,其后接着苗后中期或晚期施用。在此,本发明的除草剂组合产品的联合施用是优选的。吸引质子的物质(尤其是脂肪酸)使磺酰脲失稳定。这意味着磺酰脲和脂肪酸不能或只能非常困难地配制成单一制剂,这对植物保护剂的包装提出一定的要求。如果脂肪酸和磺酰脲如试验中那样作为桶混制剂施用,必须确保在制备后相对快速地施用该喷雾液。
协同效应能实现单种除草剂施用量的降低、在相同施用量下更高和/或更长的效果强度、对尚未受到控制的物种(空缺)的控制、对耐受或抵抗单种除草剂或多种除草剂的物种的控制、延长施用期和/或减少所需的单次施用数和——对使用者的结果——在经济上和生态上更有利的杂草控制体系。
在本发明的除草剂组合产品中,壬酸的施用量可以在宽范围内变动;例如,该施用量应该为至少2500克AS/ha(在下文中,AS/ha是指“每公顷的有效物质” = 基于100%活性物质计),但优选为2500至30000克AS/ha,更优选10000至30000克AS/ha,最优选20000 -30000克AS/ha。
在本发明的除草剂组合产品中,上文提到的除草活性的ALS抑制剂的施用量可以在宽范围内变动,例如1克至200克AS/ha,由此控制相对宽的有害植物谱。
如果使用甲酰胺磺隆,施用量优选为15-60克AS/ha,再更优选30 - 60,特别优选30 - 45克AS/ha。
如果使用碘甲磺隆,施用量优选为1至10克AS/ha,再更优选1-5克AS/ha。
如果使用甲基二磺隆,施用量优选为7.5至30克AS/ha。
如果使用噻酮磺隆,施用量优选为10至30克AS/ha。
如果使用啶嘧磺隆,施用量优选为10至50克AS/ha。
如果使用酰嘧磺隆,施用量优选为30至60克AS/ha。
如果使用乙氧嘧磺隆,施用量优选为60至200克AS/ha。
例如通过对单种化合物提到的施用量,得出壬酸和除草活性ALS抑制剂的合适的用量比的范围。在本发明的组合产品中,通常可以降低施用量。在本发明的组合产品中,壬酸(下文被称作组分“A”或仅称作“A”)和上文提到的除草活性ALS抑制剂(下文被称作组分“B”或仅称作“B”)的优选混合比通过下列重量比表征:
组分(A)和(B)的重量比(A) : (B)通常为30000 : 1至12.5:1,优选30000: 1至50:1。
下列重量比适用于壬酸 + ALS抑制剂的优选组合产品。
当使用壬酸和甲酰胺磺隆时,该重量比优选为2000:1至167:1,再更优选1000:1至333:1,特别优选1000:1至444:1。
当使用壬酸和碘甲磺隆时,该重量比优选为30000:1至1000:1,再更优选30000:1至4000:1。
当使用壬酸和甲基二磺隆时,该重量比优选为4000:1至333:1。
当使用壬酸和噻酮磺隆时,该重量比优选为3000:1至333:1。
当使用壬酸和啶嘧磺隆时,该重量比优选为3000:1至200:1。
当使用壬酸和酰嘧磺隆时,该重量比优选为1000:1至167:1。
当使用壬酸和乙氧嘧磺隆时,该重量比优选为500:1至50:1。
优选的是除本发明的组合产品外还包含一种或多种也具有选择性除草剂功能的附加农业化学活性物质的除草剂组合产品。特别优选使用壬酸和上文提到的ALS抑制剂的至少两种,优选甲酰胺磺隆和碘甲磺隆的组合产品。
在壬酸与甲酰胺磺隆和碘甲磺隆(尤其是钠盐)的特别优选的组合产品中,每1(一)重量份的碘甲磺隆存在15-60重量份的活性物质甲酰胺磺隆和2500-30000(优选10000-30000,特别优选10000-15000)重量份的壬酸。令人惊讶地,还特别已经证实,与甲酰胺磺隆和碘甲磺隆一起的少量壬酸(10000 g-15000克AS/ha)就已具有协同效应。
本发明的除草剂组合产品还可包含各种农业化学活性物质作为附加组分,其例如选自安全剂、杀真菌剂、杀虫剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、驱鸟剂、土壤结构改进剂、植物营养素(肥料)和在结构上不同于根据本发明使用的除草活性化合物的除草剂和植物生长调节剂,或选自植物保护中常规的添加剂和配制辅助剂。
本发明的活性物质组合产品具有极好的除草性能并可用于控制杂草。在此,杂草被理解为是指在不需要它们的地点生长的所有植物。
本发明的活性物质组合产品可以例如用于下列植物:
- 下列属的双子叶杂草:决明属、芥子属、独行菜属、猪殃殃属、繁缕属、母菊属、春黄菊属、牛膝菊属、藜属、荨麻属、千里光属、苋属、马齿苋属、苍耳属、旋花属、番薯属、蓼属、田菁属、豚草属、蓟属、飞廉属、苦苣属、茄属、蔊菜属、节节菜属、母草属、野芝麻属、婆婆纳属、苘麻属、Emex、曼陀罗属、堇菜属、鼬瓣花属、罂粟属、矢车菊属、三叶草属、毛莨属、尖瓣花属、蒲公英属、车前属、柳叶菜属、悬钩子属、蓍属、酸模属、莲属、雏菊属;
- 下列属的单子叶杂草:稗属、野黍属、狗尾草属、黍属、马唐属、梯牧草属、早熟禾属、羊茅属、穇属、臂形草属、黑麦草属、雀麦属、燕麦属、莎草属、高粱属、冰草属、狗牙根属、雨久花属、飘拂草属、慈姑属、荸荠属、藨草属、雀稗属、鸭嘴草属、龙爪茅属、剪股颖属、看麦娘属、阿披拉草属(Apera)、山羊草属、虉草属;
- 苔藓和藻类。
如果该活性物质在苗后法中施用于植物的绿色部分,同样在处理后极快速地出现生长急剧停止,且杂草在施用时仍在生长阶段,或它们在一定时间后完全死亡,因此以这种方式极早并持续消除杂草侵害。
优选地,本发明的活性物质组合产品可用作用于控制杂草的总除草剂,例如特别在非作物区,如道路、空地以及在树木和灌木下、铁路轨道等。本发明的活性物质组合产品以特别快速起效和持续长时间的效果为特征。
本发明的除草剂组合产品可通过已知方法制备例如成为单种组分与任选的附加活性物质、添加剂和/或常规配制辅助剂的混合制剂,然后将该组合产品以常规方式用水稀释施用,或通过将单独配制或部分单独配制的组分一起用水稀释制备成为桶混制剂。也可以时间上错开地施用单独配制或部分单独配制的单种组分(分开施用、分开)。也可以分多份使用除草剂或除草剂组合产品(接连施用),例如在苗后或根据苗后早期施用,其后接着苗后中期或晚期施用。优选在各自的组合产品中联合使用活性物质。
吸引质子的物质(尤其是脂肪酸)使磺酰脲失稳定。这意味着磺酰脲和脂肪酸不能或只能非常困难地配制成单一制剂,这对植物保护剂的包装提出一定的要求。如果脂肪酸和磺酰脲如试验中那样作为桶混制剂施用,必须确保在制备后相对快速地施用该喷雾液。本发明的一个优选变型方案涉及控制杂草的方法,其中将本发明的除草剂组合产品的组分(A)和组分(B)在施用于杂草和/或它们的生长环境前不久才混合。根据本发明,“施用前不久”在此是指将组分(A)和组分(B)在施用于杂草和/或它们的生长环境前优选少于6小时,更优选少于3小时,再更优选少于1小时混合在一起。
除此之外,可以将壬酸和所述至少一种根据本发明使用的ALS抑制剂共同或单独地转化成常规制剂,如溶液剂、乳剂、混悬剂、粉剂、泡沫剂、糊剂、颗粒剂、气雾剂、经活性物质浸渍的天然和合成物质和在聚合物质中的微囊。这些制剂可包含常规辅助剂和添加剂。
这些制剂以已知方式例如通过将活性物质与增量剂即液体溶剂、加压液化气体和/或固体载体物质混合并任选使用表面活性剂即乳化剂和/或分散剂和/或发泡剂来制造。
如果所用增量剂是水,也可以使用例如有机溶剂作为助溶剂。可考虑的液体溶剂基本是:芳族化合物,如二甲苯、甲苯或烷基萘,氯化芳族化合物或氯化脂族烃,如氯苯、氯乙烯或二氯甲烷,脂族烃,如环己烷或链烷,例如石油馏分、矿物和植物油,醇,如丁醇或二醇及其醚和酯,酮,如丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮或环己酮,强极性溶剂,如二甲基甲酰胺或二甲亚砜以及水。
可考虑的固体载体物质包括:例如铵盐和天然石粉,如高岭土、矾土、滑石、白垩、石英、绿坡缕石、蒙脱石或硅藻土,和合成石粉,如高分散的硅酸、氧化铝和硅酸盐;可考虑的用于颗粒剂的固体载体物质包括:例如压碎并分级的天然岩石,如方解石、大理石、浮石、海泡石、白云石以及无机和有机粉的合成颗粒,和有机材料的颗粒,如锯屑、椰壳、玉米芯和烟梗;可考虑的乳化剂和/或发泡剂包括:例如非离子和阴离子乳化剂,如聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚例如烷基芳基聚二醇醚、烷基磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、芳基磺酸盐和蛋白水解物;可考虑的分散剂包括:例如亚硫酸木质素废液和甲基纤维素。
在该制剂中,可以使用增粘剂,如羧甲基纤维素、粉末、颗粒或乳胶形式的天然和合成聚合物,如阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯醇和聚乙酸乙烯酯,以及天然磷脂,如脑磷脂和卵磷脂,和合成磷脂。附加添加剂可以是矿物和植物油。
可以使用着色剂,如无机颜料,例如氧化铁、氧化钛和普鲁士蓝(Ferrorcyanblau),和有机着色剂,如茜素着色剂、偶氮着色剂和金属酞菁着色剂,和微量营养素,如铁、锰、硼、铜、钴、钼和锌的盐。
一般而言,该制剂包含0.1至95重量百分率(重量%),优选0.2至90重量%的活性物质。
本发明的除草剂组合产品可以原样使用、以其制剂的形式使用或以由其通过进一步稀释制成的使用形式施用,如即用型溶液剂、混悬剂、乳剂、粉剂、糊剂和颗粒剂。以常规方式,例如通过灌注、喷洒、雾化或播撒实现施用。
本发明的活性物质组合产品通常以成品制剂的形式施用。但是,该活性物质组合产品中所含的活性物质也可以作为单种制剂在使用过程中混合,即以桶混制剂的形式施用。
可以从下列实施例中看出该新型活性物质组合产品的良好除草效果。尽管单种活性物质在除草效果中表现出不足,但组合产品都表现出超过简单的效果相加的对杂草的极好效果。
当该活性物质组合产品的除草效果超过独立施用的单种活性物质的除草效果时,始终存在除草剂的协同作用。
可以如下计算两种或三种除草剂的给定组合产品的预期效果(参见COLBY, S.R.:"Calculating synergistic and antagonistic responses of herbicidecombinations", Weeds 15, 第20 – 22页, 1967):

如果实际损伤超过计算值,则该组合产品在其效果方面是超加性的,即其表现出协同效应。在这种情况下,实际观察到的损伤必然超过由对于预期损伤E1和E2的上述公式计算出的值。

通过用水稀释,制备试验所需的活性物质浓度。在它们的生物检查前不久,一起混合受试活性物质组合产品。
苗后试验
用活性物质制品喷洒5至15厘米高的试验植物,以使每单位面积施用各自所需的活性物质。选择喷雾液的浓度以在每公顷1000升的水中施用各自所需的活性物质。在48天后,以与未处理的对照物的发育相比的损伤%评定植物的损伤程度。在所有本发明的除草剂组合产品中,对于大多数试验植物,观察到协同作用(见表1至18)。

Claims (10)
1.除草剂组合产品,其包含
壬酸作为组分(A),和
至少一种选自碘甲磺隆、甲酰胺磺隆、甲基二磺隆、啶嘧磺隆、酰嘧磺隆、乙氧嘧磺隆和噻酮磺隆的ALS抑制剂作为组分(B),
其中组分(A)和(B)的重量比为30000:1至12.5:1。
2.如权利要求1中所述的除草剂组合产品,其中所用组分(B)是甲酰胺磺隆且组分(A)和(B)的重量比为2000:1至167:1或
所用组分(B)是碘甲磺隆且组分(A)和(B)的重量比为30000:1至1000:1或
所用组分(B)是甲基二磺隆且组分(A)和(B)的重量比为4000:1至333:1或
所用组分(B)是噻酮磺隆且组分(A)和(B)的重量比为3000:1至333:1或
所用组分(B)是啶嘧磺隆且组分(A)和(B)的重量比为3000:1至200:1或
所用组分(B)是酰嘧磺隆且组分(A)和(B)的重量比为1000:1至167:1或
所用组分(B)是乙氧嘧磺隆且组分(A)和(B)的重量比为500:1至50:1。
3.如前述权利要求任一项中所述的除草剂组合产品,其中,除组分(A)外,还使用至少两种不同的ALS抑制剂作为组分(B)。
4.如权利要求3中所述的除草剂组合产品,其中所述ALS抑制剂选自碘甲磺隆和甲酰胺磺隆。
5.如权利要求4中所述的除草剂组合产品,其中所述除草剂组合产品除组分(A)外还包含碘甲磺隆和甲酰胺磺隆。
6.如权利要求5中所述的除草剂组合产品,其中每重量份的碘甲磺隆存在15-60重量份的甲酰胺磺隆和2500-30000重量份的壬酸。
7.如权利要求1或2中所述的除草剂组合产品,其包含有效量的组分(A)和(B)和/或另外一种或多种选自不同类型的农业化学活性物质、植物保护中常规的添加剂和配制辅助剂的附加组分。
8.控制杂草的方法,其特征在于将如权利要求1至7任一项中所述的除草剂组合产品施用于杂草和/或它们的生长环境。
9.如权利要求8中所述的控制杂草的方法,其特征在于将所述除草剂组合产品的组分(A)和组分(B)在施用于杂草和/或它们的生长环境前不久才混合在一起。
10.如权利要求1至7之一中所述的除草剂组合产品用于控制杂草的用途。
