作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤S1中所述曲酸和二氯亚砜的摩尔比为1:1-1.2。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤S2中所述中间体、碱和维生素C的摩尔比为1:3-5:1.1-1.2。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述碱选自三乙胺、二乙胺、乙二胺、碳酸钠、三乙烯二胺、碳酸钾、NaOH、KOH中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,具体包括以下步骤:
S1.将1摩尔当量曲酸和1-1.2摩尔当量二氯亚砜溶于二氯甲烷中,-5至0℃混合,室温反应30-50min,减压除去溶剂和二氯亚砜,制得中间体;
S2.将1摩尔当量中间体、3-5摩尔当量碱和1.1-1.2摩尔当量维生素C溶于二氯甲烷中,加热回流反应3-5h,加入乙醇沉淀,洗涤,干燥,制得抗氧化化合物。
本发明进一步保护一种抗氧化组合物,包括上述抗氧化化合物和尿囊素,质量比为5-7:2。
本发明进一步保护一种抗氧化精华液,其特征在于,含有上述抗氧化组合物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:抗氧化组合物5-7份、葡萄籽油2-4份、甘油1-3份、丁二醇1-2份、透明质酸钠2-3份、卡波姆0.1-0.2份、泛醇0.2-0.4份、明胶2-3份、水50-70份。
本发明进一步保护一种如权利要求9所述抗氧化精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将抗氧化组合物、葡萄籽油、丁二醇混合均匀,制得混合料;
(2)将甘油、透明质酸钠、泛醇加入水中,加入步骤(1)制得混合料,加热至50-60℃,加入卡波姆和明胶,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,制得抗氧化精华液。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明制得的抗氧化化合物包含了一分子曲酸和一分子维生素C的结构,含有丰富的羟基结构,能够起到很好的抗氧化效果,且制备方法简单,条件温和,产率高,制得的抗氧化化合物与尿囊素组合的抗氧化组合物两者具有协同增效的作用,提高皮肤弹性,保持皮肤水分,起到很好的抗氧化效果。
本发明制得的抗氧化精华液具有改善皮肤屏障功能、抗氧化,提高肌肤保湿功能,增强皮肤弹性,延缓皮肤衰老的效果,具有广阔的应用前景。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
如图1,本实施例提供一种抗氧化化合物,具体包括以下步骤:
S1.将1mol曲酸和1mol二氯亚砜溶于200mL二氯甲烷中,-5℃混合,室温反应30min,减压除去溶剂和二氯亚砜,制得中间体;
S2.将1mol中间体、3mol三乙胺和1.1mol维生素C溶于200mL二氯甲烷中,加热回流反应3h,加入乙醇沉淀,洗涤,干燥,制得抗氧化化合物,收率为92.2%。
ESI-MS计算值:C12H13O9(M+H)+301.05,实测值:301.1。
核磁结果:1H NMR(300MHz,CDCl3)δ15.0(br,3H),7.7(s,1H),6.3(s,1H),5.0(d,1H),4.17(dd,1H),4.04(s,2H),3.57(d,2H),2.0(br,1H)。
实施例2
如图1,本实施例提供一种抗氧化化合物,具体包括以下步骤:
S1.将1mol曲酸和1.2mol二氯亚砜溶于200mL二氯甲烷中,0℃混合,室温反应50min,减压除去溶剂和二氯亚砜,制得中间体;
S2.将1mol中间体、5mol二乙胺和1.2mol维生素C溶于200mL二氯甲烷中,加热回流反应5h,加入乙醇沉淀,洗涤,干燥,制得抗氧化化合物,收率为91.6%。
实施例3
如图1,本实施例提供一种抗氧化化合物,具体包括以下步骤:
S1.将1mol曲酸和1.1mol二氯亚砜溶于200mL二氯甲烷中,-2℃混合,室温反应40min,减压除去溶剂和二氯亚砜,制得中间体;
S2.将1mol中间体、4mol NaOH和1.15mol维生素C溶于200mL二氯甲烷中,加热回流反应4h,加入乙醇沉淀,洗涤,干燥,制得抗氧化化合物,收率为93.7%。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种抗氧化组合物,包括实施例1制得的抗氧化化合物和尿囊素,质量比为5:2。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种抗氧化组合物,包括实施例1制得的抗氧化化合物和尿囊素,质量比为7:2。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种抗氧化组合物,包括实施例1制得的抗氧化化合物和尿囊素,质量比为6:2。
对比例1
与实施例6相比,不同之处在于,仅包含单一的抗氧化化合物。
对比例2
与实施例6相比,不同之处在于,仅包含单一的尿囊素。
测试例1抗氧化测试
将实施例4-6和对比例1-2制得的抗氧化组合物用水配成质量浓度为0.5%的样品溶液,0.5%的维生素C溶液为对照组,进行实验。取0.05mol/L pH=8.2的Tris-HCl缓冲液4.5mL,于20℃水浴锅中预热20min。再加入1mL样品溶液和0.4mL25mmol/L的邻苯三酚溶液,混匀后,于20℃水浴中反应5min,加入8mol/L的HCl 1.0mL终止反应。以Tris-HCl缓冲液作参比,在299nm处测吸光度值。空白对照用1mL水来替代样品。按照下式计算清除率。
超氧阴离子自由基清除率(%)=[1-(A2/A1)]×100%。
式中:A1为空白对照的吸光度值;A2为样品的吸光度值。
结果见表1。

由上表可知,本发明实施例4-6制得的抗氧化组合物具有良好的抗氧化效果。
实施例7
本实施例提供一种抗氧化精华液。
原料组成(重量份):实施例4中的抗氧化组合物5份、葡萄籽油2份、甘油1份、丁二醇1份、透明质酸钠2份、卡波姆0.1份、泛醇0.2份、明胶2-3份、水50份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将抗氧化组合物、葡萄籽油、丁二醇混合均匀,制得混合料;
(2)将甘油、透明质酸钠、泛醇加入水中,加入步骤(1)制得混合料,加热至50℃,加入卡波姆和明胶,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,制得抗氧化精华液。
实施例8
本实施例提供一种抗氧化精华液。
原料组成(重量份):实施例5中的抗氧化组合物7份、葡萄籽油4份、甘油1-3份、丁二醇2份、透明质酸钠3份、卡波姆0.2份、泛醇0.4份、明胶3份、水70份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将抗氧化组合物、葡萄籽油、丁二醇混合均匀,制得混合料;
(2)将甘油、透明质酸钠、泛醇加入水中,加入步骤(1)制得混合料,加热至60℃,加入卡波姆和明胶,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,制得抗氧化精华液。
实施例9
本实施例提供一种抗氧化精华液。
原料组成(重量份):实施例6中的抗氧化组合物6份、葡萄籽油3份、甘油2份、丁二醇1.5份、透明质酸钠2.5份、卡波姆0.15份、泛醇0.3份、明胶2.5份、水60份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将抗氧化组合物、葡萄籽油、丁二醇混合均匀,制得混合料;
(2)将甘油、透明质酸钠、泛醇加入水中,加入步骤(1)制得混合料,加热至55℃,加入卡波姆和明胶,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,制得抗氧化精华液。
对比例3
与实施例9相比,不同之处在于,抗氧化组合物为对比例1制得的替代。
对比例4
与实施例9相比,不同之处在于,抗氧化组合物为对比例2制得的替代。
测试例2人体斑贴试验
受试物:实施例7-9和对比例3-4制备的抗氧化精华液
阴性对照:去离子水
受试者:共30人,男0人,女30人,年龄18-32岁,符合受试者志愿入选标准。
斑贴方法:选用合格的斑试器,以封闭式斑贴试验方法,将受试物和阴性对照0.025mL滴于斑试器内,外用专用胶带贴敷于受试者背部,24小时后去除受试物,分别去除后0.5、24、48小时观察皮肤反应,按《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果。试验结果见表2:

人体皮肤斑贴试验结果显示:30人中0例出现皮肤不良反应;说明本发明的化妆品液使用安全,使用实施例8、9和对比例3-4制得的抗氧化精华液按上述方法进行人体皮肤斑贴试验,均获得了与上述试验结果相类似的试验结果。
测试例3
采用中国专利CN103565730B中效果实施例所公开的抑制小鼠黑色素细胞中中黑素合成试验,进行测试,结果见表3。

由上表可知,本发明实施例7-9制得的抗氧化精华液具有良好的抑制黑色素合成的效果,有一定的美白功能。

1.一种抗氧化化合物,其特征在于,具有如式I所示结构:
2.一种如权利要求1所述抗氧化化合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将曲酸和二氯亚砜反应制得中间体,结构如下:
S2.将中间体、碱和维生素C反应,制得抗氧化化合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述曲酸和二氯亚砜的摩尔比为1:1-1.2。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述中间体、碱和维生素C的摩尔比为1:3-5:1.1-1.2。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述碱选自三乙胺、二乙胺、乙二胺、碳酸钠、三乙烯二胺、碳酸钾、NaOH、KOH中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
S1.将1摩尔当量曲酸和1-1.2摩尔当量二氯亚砜溶于二氯甲烷中,-5至0℃混合,室温反应30-50min,减压除去溶剂和二氯亚砜,制得中间体;
S2.将1摩尔当量中间体、3-5摩尔当量碱和1.1-1.2摩尔当量维生素C溶于二氯甲烷中,加热回流反应3-5h,加入乙醇沉淀,洗涤,干燥,制得抗氧化化合物。
7.一种抗氧化组合物,其特征在于,包括权利要求1所述抗氧化化合物和尿囊素,质量比为5-7:2。
8.一种抗氧化精华液,其特征在于,含有权利要求7所述抗氧化组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述抗氧化精华液,其特征在于,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:抗氧化组合物5-7份、葡萄籽油2-4份、甘油1-3份、丁二醇1-2份、透明质酸钠2-3份、卡波姆0.1-0.2份、泛醇0.2-0.4份、明胶2-3份、水50-70份。
10.一种如权利要求9所述抗氧化精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将抗氧化组合物、葡萄籽油、丁二醇混合均匀,制得混合料;
(2)将甘油、透明质酸钠、泛醇加入水中,加入步骤(1)制得混合料,加热至50-60℃,加入卡波姆和明胶,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,制得抗氧化精华液。
