Abstract
本发明提出了一种美白组合物、美白美颜霜及其制备方法,属于化妆品技术领域。由以下原料按重量份制备而成:水40‑60份、丁二醇1‑2份、甘油2‑3份、美白组合物5‑7份、羊毛脂1‑2份、霍霍巴油2‑3份、尿囊素0.01‑0.03份、维生素E 0.2‑0.4份、卡波姆1‑2份、柠檬酸钠0.1‑0.2份、玻尿酸1‑2份。本发明的美白美颜霜使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,能够有效消除肌肤上的黑色素,美白肌肤,可使皮肤光滑靓丽,防止产生皱纹,对皮肤无刺激性;具有明显的防晒修复、滋润护肤的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种美白组合物、美白美颜霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视皮肤的美白,从而使得美白类化妆品发展迅速。世界上著名的化妆品公司都投入人力物力,进行皮肤美白有效成分的研究开发。熊果苷可从熊果输液、沙梨树叶和虎耳草等中提取,它可以抑制酵素络酸酶的活性,从而减少黑色素的生成,减少色斑,改善皮肤暗哑,是一种有效的美白成分;甘草提取物草提取物包含甘草甜素、甘草酸,甘草甙、甘草类黄酮、后幕比檀素、刺芒柄花素、槲皮素等,可以通过抑制酪氨酸酶和多巴色素互变酶(TRP-2)的活性、阻碍5,6—二羟基吲哚(DHl)的聚合,以此来阻止黑色素的形成,从而达到美白皮肤的效果;胶原蛋白含有大量极性基团,是保湿因子,且有阻止皮肤中的酪氨酸转化为黑色素的作用,故胶原蛋白有纯天然保湿、美白、防皱、祛斑等效果,可广泛应用于美容用品中。市面上的美白产品繁多,但是大多数效果不明显且价格偏高,而且往往美白功能成分为非天然物质,使用过量反而会造成皮肤的负担。
润肤霜是一种乳化型膏霜,有O/W型、W/O型和W/O/W型。润肤霜所含的油性成分介于雪花膏和香脂之间,可在油相与水相各自的范围内配制成各种油相-水相比例的适合于各种类型皮肤的制品,润肤霜所采用的原料相当广泛,因此润肤霜产品多种多样,目前绝大多数护肤膏霜都属于此类产品。
中国专利(申请号:201611241507.1)公布了一种祛斑美白润肤化妆品配方及其制备方法,它包括如下质量份数的原料:枸杞10-50份、茶籽油10-60份、白芷5-30份、葡萄籽油5-40份、薄荷油1-6份、玫瑰花油1-6份。制备方法是将白芷和枸杞烘干并研磨成粉末,取一个干净容器,将白芷粉和枸杞粉放入到容器中,按规定质量份数加入茶籽油、葡萄籽油、薄荷油、玫瑰花油,搅拌均匀;然后将容器放置在电炉上加热,保持温度70-95℃,持续30-60分钟,加热过程中进行持续搅拌,加热完成后进行冷却,即得祛斑美白润肤化妆品。
中国专利(申请号:201110035887.4)公开了一种水仙花美白霜化妆品,按重量比,包括以下原料:水仙花鳞茎提取物3-5份、美白剂6.1-11份;增稠剂3.1-7.4份;润肤剂8-15份;乳化剂1.5-5份;抗敏剂0.5-1份;保湿剂8.01-12.1份;防腐剂0.1-0.3份;香精0.03-0.1份;和水75-110份。随着人们的生活水平日益提高,对美容、护肤产品等化妆品的质量要求也越来越高。市场上销售的护肤产品虽然繁多,但很多产品或多或少地添加了一些对人体有害的物质:如漂白粉、汞、清洁剂、腐蚀剂等。虽然这些物质对人的皮肤有短期的美白、护肤作用,但如果长期使用,反而会使皮肤形成色斑,严重地,甚至有可能导致人体器官发生病变。人们还希望有更优异的润肤修复霜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种美白组合物、美白美颜霜及其制备方法,使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,能够有效消除肌肤上的黑色素,美白肌肤,可使皮肤光滑靓丽,防止产生皱纹,对皮肤无刺激性;具有明显的防晒修复、滋润护肤的效果。

S2.将中间体、熊果苷、碱在溶剂中加热反应,制得美白化合物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤S1中所述烷基二溴选自1,6-二溴己烷、1,7-二溴庚烷、1,8-二溴辛烷、1,9-二溴壬烷、1,10-二溴葵烷、1,11-二溴十一烷、1,12-二溴十二烷中的至少一种;所述碱选自三乙胺、二乙胺、乙胺、乙二胺、碳酸钾、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾中的至少一种;所述溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、乙腈中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤S1中所述烷基二溴、4-氮杂卓酮盐酸盐、碱的摩尔比为1:1-1.1:3-5;所述加热至温度为40-60℃,时间为1-2h。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤S2中所述碱选自三乙胺、二乙胺、乙胺、乙二胺、碳酸钾、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾中的至少一种;所述溶剂为二氯甲烷、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、乙酸甲酯、乙酸丁酯、石油醚、四氢呋喃中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤S2中所述中间体、熊果苷、碱的摩尔比为1-1.1:1:3-5;所述加热至温度为50-70℃,时间为0.5-1h。
本发明进一步保护一种美白组合物,包括上述美白化合物和烟酰胺的混合物,质量比为5-7:2。
本发明进一步保护一种美白美颜霜,含有上述美白组合物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:水40-60份、丁二醇1-2份、甘油2-3份、美白组合物5-7份、羊毛脂1-2份、霍霍巴油2-3份、尿囊素0.01-0.03份、维生素E 0.2-0.4份、卡波姆1-2份、柠檬酸钠0.1-0.2份、玻尿酸1-2份。
本发明进一步保护一种上述美白美颜霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将美白组合物、丁二醇、霍霍巴油、尿囊素、羊毛脂、维生素E混合,加热至40-50℃,搅拌均匀,制得A组分;
(2)将水、柠檬酸钠、甘油、卡波姆、玻尿酸混合,加热至50-60℃,搅拌均匀,制得B组分;
(3)将A组分和B组分混合均匀,10000-12000r/min乳化3-5min,出料,制得美白美颜霜。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明制得的美白化合物带有氮酮和熊果苷的结构,制得一种高效美白化合物,促进化合物的透皮吸收,进入肌肤底层后进行分解,明显提高进入肌肤底层的熊果苷的量,从而显著提高了美白效果;
本发明美白组合物由美白化合物和烟酰胺复配制得,该组合物能深入肌肤底层,有效对抗干燥环境,恢复弹性光华的肌肤,皮肤水润柔嫩,有效抑制黑色素的生产,肌肤更加透亮白皙能深入肌肤底层,有效对抗干燥环境,恢复弹性光华的肌肤,皮肤水润柔嫩,具有协同增效的作用。
本发明的美白美颜霜使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,能够有效消除肌肤上的黑色素,美白肌肤,可使皮肤光滑靓丽,防止产生皱纹,对皮肤无刺激性;具有明显的防晒修复、滋润护肤的效果。

实施例1
如图1,本实施例提供一种美白化合物,其制备方法如下:
S1.将1mol 1,6-二溴己烷、1mol 4-氮杂卓酮盐酸盐、3mol二乙胺在200mL乙醇中,加热至40℃,反应1h,柱层析色谱分离纯化,制得中间体;
S2.将1mol中间体、1mol熊果苷、3mol二乙胺在200mL乙酸丁酯中,加热至50℃,反应0.5h,柱层析色谱分离纯化,制得美白化合物,收率为87.8%。
实施例2
如图1,本实施例提供一种美白化合物,其制备方法如下:
S1.将1mol 1,10-二溴葵烷、1.1mol 4-氮杂卓酮盐酸盐、5mol碳酸氢钾在200mL乙醇中,加热至60℃,反应2h,柱层析色谱分离纯化,制得中间体;
S2.将1.1mol中间体、1mol熊果苷、5mol碳酸氢钾在200mL乙酸丁酯中,加热至70℃,反应1h,柱层析色谱分离纯化,制得美白化合物,收率为89.2%。
实施例3
如图1,本实施例提供一种美白化合物,其制备方法如下:
S1.将1mol 1,7-二溴庚烷、1.05mol 4-氮杂卓酮盐酸盐、4mol三乙胺在200mL乙醇中,加热至50℃,反应1.5h,柱层析色谱分离纯化,制得中间体;
S2.将1.05mol中间体、1mol熊果苷、4mol三乙胺在200mL乙酸丁酯中,加热至60℃,反应1h,柱层析色谱分离纯化,制得美白化合物,收率为90.4%。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种美白美颜霜。
原料组成(重量份):水40份、丁二醇1份、甘油2份、美白组合物5份、羊毛脂1份、霍霍巴油2份、尿囊素0.01份、维生素E 0.2份、卡波姆1份、柠檬酸钠0.1份、玻尿酸1份。
美白组合物包括实施例1制得的美白化合物和烟酰胺的混合物,质量比为5:2。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将美白组合物、丁二醇、霍霍巴油、尿囊素、羊毛脂、维生素E混合,加热至40℃,搅拌均匀,制得A组分;
(2)将水、柠檬酸钠、甘油、卡波姆、玻尿酸混合,加热至50℃,搅拌均匀,制得B组分;
(3)将A组分和B组分混合均匀,10000r/min乳化3min,出料,制得美白美颜霜。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种美白美颜霜。
原料组成(重量份):水60份、丁二醇2份、甘油3份、美白组合物7份、羊毛脂2份、霍霍巴油3份、尿囊素0.03份、维生素E 0.4份、卡波姆2份、柠檬酸钠0.2份、玻尿酸2份。
美白组合物包括实施例2制得的美白化合物和烟酰胺的混合物,质量比为7:2。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将美白组合物、丁二醇、霍霍巴油、尿囊素、羊毛脂、维生素E混合,加热至50℃,搅拌均匀,制得A组分;
(2)将水、柠檬酸钠、甘油、卡波姆、玻尿酸混合,加热至60℃,搅拌均匀,制得B组分;
(3)将A组分和B组分混合均匀,12000r/min乳化5min,出料,制得美白美颜霜。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种美白美颜霜。
原料组成(重量份):水50份、丁二醇1.5份、甘油2.5份、美白组合物5-7份、羊毛脂1.2份、霍霍巴油2.5份、尿囊素0.02份、维生素E 0.3份、卡波姆1.5份、柠檬酸钠0.15份、玻尿酸1.5份。
美白组合物包括实施例1制得的美白化合物和烟酰胺的混合物,质量比为6:2。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将美白组合物、丁二醇、霍霍巴油、尿囊素、羊毛脂、维生素E混合,加热至45℃,搅拌均匀,制得A组分;
(2)将水、柠檬酸钠、甘油、卡波姆、玻尿酸混合,加热至55℃,搅拌均匀,制得B组分;
(3)将A组分和B组分混合均匀,11000r/min乳化4min,出料,制得美白美颜霜。
对比例1
与实施例3相比,不同之处在于,美白组合物仅包括单一的实施例1制得的美白化合物。
对比例2
与实施例3相比,不同之处在于,美白组合物仅包括单一的烟酰胺。
对比例3
与实施例3相比,不同之处在于,未添加美白组合物。
测试例1抗氧化测试
将实施例1-3和对比例1-3制得的美白美颜霜用水配成质量浓度为0.5%的样品溶液,0.5%的维生素C溶液为对照组,进行实验。取0.05mol/L pH=8.2的Tris-HCl缓冲液4.5mL,于20℃水浴锅中预热20min。再加入1mL样品溶液和0.4mL25mmol/L的邻苯三酚溶液,混匀后,于20℃水浴中反应5min,加入8mol/L的HCl 1.0mL终止反应。以Tris-HCl缓冲液作参比,在299nm处测吸光度值。空白对照用1mL水来替代样品。按照下式计算清除率。
超氧阴离子自由基清除率(%)=[1-(A2/A1)]×100%。

测试例2
采用中国专利CN103565730B中效果实施例所公开的抑制小鼠黑色素细胞中中黑素合成试验,进行测试,结果见表2。

由上表可知,本发明实施例1-3制得的美白美颜霜具有良好的抑制黑色素合成的效果。

S2.将中间体、熊果苷、碱在溶剂中加热反应,制得美白化合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述烷基二溴选自1,6-二溴己烷、1,7-二溴庚烷、1,8-二溴辛烷、1,9-二溴壬烷、1,10-二溴葵烷、1,11-二溴十一烷、1,12-二溴十二烷中的至少一种;所述碱选自三乙胺、二乙胺、乙胺、乙二胺、碳酸钾、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾中的至少一种;所述溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、乙腈中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述烷基二溴、4-氮杂卓酮盐酸盐、碱的摩尔比为1:1-1.1:3-5;所述加热至温度为40-60℃,时间为1-2h。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述碱选自三乙胺、二乙胺、乙胺、乙二胺、碳酸钾、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾中的至少一种;所述溶剂为二氯甲烷、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、乙酸甲酯、乙酸丁酯、石油醚、四氢呋喃中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述中间体、熊果苷、碱的摩尔比为1-1.1:1:3-5;所述加热至温度为50-70℃,时间为0.5-1h。
7.一种美白组合物,其特征在于,包括权利要求1所述美白化合物和烟酰胺的混合物,质量比为5-7:2。
8.一种美白美颜霜,其特征在于,含有权利要求7所述美白组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述美白美颜霜,其特征在于,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:水40-60份、丁二醇1-2份、甘油2-3份、美白组合物5-7份、羊毛脂1-2份、霍霍巴油2-3份、尿囊素0.01-0.03份、维生素E 0.2-0.4份、卡波姆1-2份、柠檬酸钠0.1-0.2份、玻尿酸1-2份。
10.一种如权利要求9所述美白美颜霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将美白组合物、丁二醇、霍霍巴油、尿囊素、羊毛脂、维生素E混合,加热至40-50℃,搅拌均匀,制得A组分;
(2)将水、柠檬酸钠、甘油、卡波姆、玻尿酸混合,加热至50-60℃,搅拌均匀,制得B组分;
(3)将A组分和B组分混合均匀,10000-12000r/min乳化3-5min,出料,制得美白美颜霜。
