A nematicide composition containing lentinan for preventing and treating taro root knot nematode disease is prepared from lentinan and thiocyclam; the mass ratio of the lentinan to the thiocyclam is 1-7:4-1. Plant nematode disease is an important disease species in world agricultural production, with losses caused by root-knot nematodes accounting for over 50%. Lentinan (Lentinan) is an effective active ingredient extracted from fruiting body of Lentinus Edodes of good quality, and is an immunopotentiator. Clinical and pharmacological studies show that lentinan has antiviral, antitumor, immunity regulating and interferon formation stimulating effects. The invention aims to provide the nematicide composition containing lentinan for preventing and treating the taro root-knot nematode, which has synergistic effect on preventing and treating the root-knot nematode when two active ingredients are compounded, can improve the preventing and treating effect on the root-knot nematode, effectively prevent and treat the taro root-knot nematode, and can provide support for research and development of a compound agent for preventing and treating the root-knot nematode.

The raw materials are dissolved by dimethyl sulfoxide to prepare single-dose mother liquor, then the mother liquor is diluted by 0.1% Tween-80 aqueous solution, a plurality of groups of proportions are arranged, 7 gradient mass concentrations of each single dose and each group of proportion mixture are respectively arranged according to an equal ratio method, and each mass concentration liquid medicine is 50mL for standby.
