                        技术领域
本发明涉及一种由长条胶带制造产品的方法,该产品尤其是一种药用及/或含活性物质的产品,例如:皮肤、皮下的贴药(patch)或者诸如口腔敷用等的其它用药形式的产品;以及一种可填充容器或边缘密封式袋。
                        背景技术
在这种方法中,有一个做为初始材料且含活性物质的宽的材料卷材,例如一种片状材料,特别是含活性物质的材料或者片状的活性物质。这种方法包含以下步骤中至少两个:
-将宽材料卷材分离成单独的狭窄长条;并且如果必要时,也可将该长条缠绕成单独的线圈或是连带地缠绕该长条;
-展开单独线圈或成对的线圈,并且可依需求,一次组合至少两个长条以构成一个长条卷材,或者展开由单独长条所缠绕成的长条卷材;
-加工该材料卷材以制作一个由长条胶带所构成的产品;
-执行最后的加工步骤,诸如:制造该最终的产品、形成该最终的应用形式、层叠载体材料、分离、包装等;
为了制作上述产品,可使用由多个单独长条所组成的长条胶带。这种胶带是通过分离该初始材料的线圈为单独的长条而形成,而所述线圈宽度是由该长条的数目乘以该长条的宽度,再加上整修的边缘而获致。
基本上,所形成的长条是缠绕在线轴上,并且连带地展开成所需要的数目并组合,而构成具有至少两层的材料卷材。储存线轴的制造,在单独的长条的缠绕和展开方面,是非常劳力密集的。

                        发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种方法和用于实施所述方法的装置,该方法可以克服以上所述及的缺点、困难和技术限制;并且,特别是在没有材料拉伸的缺点以及可降低劳动力和成本的支出的前提之下,而能够制造一种长条胶带产品;优选地是一种含活性物质的产品。
欲实现如本文一开始所述的方法的目的,根据本发明而提出的方法如下:
-将一个具有初始材料宽卷材的材料卷可自由旋转地安装在一张紧心轴上;
-该材料卷材是藉由一个真空滚筒或包括两个滚筒的装置而在其整个宽度上从该材料卷不受拉应力地抽动,所述装置从材料卷轻轻展开材料,且其中的一个滚筒用作切割刀片的对立支承件,并且在该过程里通过一个多重圆形刀滚筒的转动而在该真空滚筒的负压区中将该材料分离成单独的长条;
-每一长条在该真空滚筒或成对的滚筒的负压区的端部抽离该真空滚筒或所述成对的滚筒,并藉由负压而引导到一个张紧通道内,并在其内持续地输送;
-在过程中,每一长条通过旋转90°而到达张紧通道或经过张紧通道;以及

根据本发明的装置的一个实施例提出,在与多重圆形刀滚筒协作而将材料卷材分离成长条期间,作为抽动材料卷材并进行传输的装置,提供了一个平稳剥离滚筒而取代真空滚筒,该平稳剥离滚筒布置在材料卷材环绕其移动的区域中,并适于与一个压力滚筒和一个引导滚筒协同作用。
根据本发明的方法和用于实施此方法的装置,是可克服以上所述现有技术的缺点、困难和技术限制;并且,特别是在没有初始材料拉伸的缺点以及可降低劳动力和成本的支出的前提之下,而能够制造一种药用及/或含活性物质的产品。

                        具体实施方式
图1所示的装置的部分显示了具有起动材料卷材2的材料卷1,其在对称平面X-X两侧为一个双重配置。该材料卷1以及真空滚筒4的双重配置结构均安装在张紧心轴3上。一个圆形刀滚筒5在所述真空滚筒4和材料卷材2上滚动,并且具有多个平行配置的圆形刀。
图2以平面图示出一个相同装置的平面视图,其中包含有材料卷1、安装心轴3、可以展开的材料卷材2、真空滚筒4、圆形刀刃滚筒5以及切割自该材料卷材2的长条材料6。其中,长条材料6是在真空区域的端部脱离该圆形刀刃滚筒5的。
图3以局部侧视图和局部平面图的方式示出一个真空滚筒4。然而,该真空滚筒4亦可为在一个引导滚筒11的协助之下的一个剥离滚筒8,被圆形刀滚筒(未图示)切割的长条材料6在材料卷材2的原始宽度上从该滚筒6传输。为了多个长条材料6的脱离,提供了若干真空输送通道12,每一个真空输送通道12例如均设置在两个覆盖板13和14之间。
最后,图4示出该装置的另一个实施例,其中,在与多重圆形刀滚筒5协作而将材料卷材2分离成长条6期间,作为用于抽动材料卷材2并用于传输该卷材2的装置,使用了一个平稳剥离滚筒8而取代真空滚筒4,在材料卷材2环绕该滚筒8移动的区域中,该剥离滚筒8与一个压力滚筒10和一个引导滚筒11协同作用。
本发明的方法和装置并不复杂,因而可缩减所需的劳动力和成本的支出;并且,其可以实现由各种设计的药用及/或含有活性物质产品的长条胶带或者可充填容器或边缘密封式袋的长条胶带的制造,同时可避免材料拉伸的缺点,尤其可以使用一种片状初始材料,优选地是使用含活性物质的用药形式的片状的材料宽卷材。
因此,本发明可针对本文最初所提出的任务而构成优化的解决方案。

Claims (15)

1.一种由长条胶带制造产品的方法,其特征在于:
将一卷具有材料(2)宽卷材的材料(1)可自由旋转地安装在张紧心轴(3)上;
材料卷材(2)通过真空滚筒(4)而在其整个宽度上从该卷材料(1)不受拉应力地抽动,并且在该过程里通过多重圆形刀滚筒(5)的转动而在该真空滚筒(4)的负压区中将该材料分离成单独的长条(6);
每一长条(6)在真空滚筒(4)的负压区的端部抽离所述真空滚筒(4),并藉由负压而引导到张紧通道内,并在其内持续地输送;
在该过程中,每一长条(6)通过旋转90°而到达张紧通道或经过张紧通道;以及
该长条(6)在张紧通道的端部至少在某一时刻上下重叠地被引导,并随后在一个凹槽中进一步传送以整体用于进一步处理,在完成产品的转换设备中形成最终的药用及/或含活性物质的产品,或可填充的容器或边缘密封式袋。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述产品为一种药用及/或含活性物质的产品。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述药用及/或含活性物质的产品为在皮肤、皮下贴药或其它用药形式的产品。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述其它用药形式是口腔敷用。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述产品是一种可填充的容器或是边缘密封式袋。
6.如权利要求1、2或5所述的方法,其特征在于,作为材料的宽卷材,使用片状材料。
7.如权利要求1、2或5所述的方法,其特征在于,作为材料宽的卷材,使用含活性物质的片状用药形式。
8.如权利要求1、2或5所述的方法,其特征在于:为了抽动材料卷材(2)以及与多重圆形刀滚筒(5)配合而分离材料卷材(2)为长条(6),使用平稳剥离滚筒(8)以替换所述真空滚筒,平稳剥离滚筒在材料卷材(2)环绕其而移动的区域中与压力滚筒(10)和引导滚筒(11)协同作用。
9.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述凹槽为开口的。
10.一种用于由长条胶带制造产品的装置,用于实施根据本发明的方法,其特征在于:
作为用于抽出和分离材料卷材(2)的装置,提供了一个真空滚筒(4),而在材料卷材(2)移动区域内被负压所固定的材料卷材(2)可在多重圆形刀滚筒(5)的协同下被切割成单独的长条(6);
对于每个长条(6),关联有一个真空输送通道(12),该通道被设计成使得该每一长条(6)均朝向该真空输送通道(12),或者经由该真空输送通道(12)而转动大约90°;以及
所有张紧通道(12)的端部在一个位置处集中而构成一单元,在该位置提供了一个引导装置和一个输送装置,以进一步向转换设备进行传输。
11.如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述产品为一种药用及/或含活性物质的产品。
12.如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述药用及/或含活性物质的产品为在皮肤、皮下贴药或其它用药形式的产品。
13.如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述其它用药形式是口腔敷用。
14.如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述产品是一种可填充的容器或是边缘密封式袋。
15.如权利要求10~14中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,作为在将材料卷材(2)分离成长条(6)期间,用于抽动材料卷材(2)并进行传输的装置,提供了一个平稳剥离滚筒(8)而取代真空滚筒,该平稳剥离滚筒(8)布置在材料卷材(2)环绕其移动的区域中,并适于与一个压力滚筒(10)和一个引导滚筒(11)协同作用。
