Abstract
本发明公开了一种对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料,原料按重量份包括黄芪多糖、L‑左旋肉碱、山楂提取物、可溶性膳食纤维、葡萄糖、牛磺酸、支链氨基酸、谷氨酰胺、复合维生素、氯化钠、氯化钾、葡萄糖酸钙、木糖醇;该固体饮料旨在解决现有固体饮料不具备高温环境下保护心血管功能的功效,无法使高温环境中机体心血管功能得以恢复和提升,不能预防高温环境机体心血管功能障碍进一步引发的健康危害的技术问题。该固体饮料中的多种成分能够保护心肌细胞,促进心血管功能,提升高温环境下运动能力,并快速补充能量和电解质,维持身体的能量和电解质平衡,让疲劳的机体逐渐恢复正常,在这个过程中,还增强人体心血管适应能力和修复能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种固体饮料,具体涉及一种对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料。
背景技术
高温常常会给人们的生产生活带来种种影响,严重时甚至危及生命。伴随全球变暖,高温极端天气频发,全球受高温环境影响的人群超过4亿。我国热带、亚热带地域分布广泛,人口众多,中暑导致的死亡屡见不鲜,尤其2022年夏季,我国遭遇了自1961年有完整气象记录以来的最强高温,中暑死亡事件更是频频发生。中暑实质上是人体在高温环境中由于水和电解质丢失过多,散热功能衰竭,引起中枢神经系统和心血管功能障碍为主要表现的一种热致损伤急症。市面上销售的瓶装饮料基本上通过单纯添加糖类、维生素、矿物质仅用于补充机体流失的水和电解质,不能有效缓解高温环境引起的心血管功能障碍,无法使高温环境心血管功能得以恢复和提升,不能预防高温环境机体心血管功能障碍进一步引发的健康危害。研究表明,黄芪多糖含有的黄芪甲苷、黄酮、氨基酸和山楂提取物含有的牡荆素、黄酮等成分能够增强心肌收缩力,增加心输出量,具有明显的强心功效,对心肌缺氧缺血也有保护作用,以及L-左旋肉碱,可溶性膳食纤维对改善心血管疾病也有良好作用。考虑到固体饮料质量轻,体积小,携带方便;风味好,速溶性好,饮用方便;易于保持卫生等特点,开发一种能在高温环境中为人体补充水和电解质的同时,增强人体心血管适应能力和修复能力的固体饮料,可根据需要随时用水配制,解决了现有瓶装液体饮料和固体饮料同时存在的技术问题。

有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料,具有在高温环境中保护心血管功能的功效,快速恢复和提升高温环境下机体的心血管功能,预防高温环境中机体心血管功能障碍进一步引发的健康危害。
本发明的对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料,原料按重量份包括以下组分:黄芪多糖2-7份、L-左旋肉碱1-5份,山楂提取物5-10份、可溶性膳食纤维5-10份、葡萄糖40-60份、牛磺酸1-5份、支链氨基酸1-5份、谷氨酰胺1-5份、复合维生素0.5-1.5份、氯化钠1-5份、氯化钾0.5-1.5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.1-1份、木糖醇5-15份;
进一步,原料还包括1-5重量份的增稠;
进一步,原料按重量份包括以下组分:黄芪多糖4份、L-左旋肉碱2份,山楂提取物8份、可溶性膳食纤维8份、葡萄糖50份、牛磺酸3份、支链氨基酸2份、谷氨酰胺2份、复合维生素1份、氯化钠3份、氯化钾1份、葡萄糖酸钙0.5份、木糖醇12份、增稠剂3.5份;
进一步,所述可溶性膳食纤维为低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖中的一种或几种的混合物;
进一步,所述增稠剂为果胶、卡拉胶、麦芽糊精、羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种或几种的混合物;
进一步,原料还包括原料还包括1-5重量份的羟基红花黄色素A、丹酚酸B、丹参素和蓝莓花色苷的混合物;
进一步,所述羟基红花黄色素A、丹酚酸B、丹参素、蓝莓花色苷的质量比为1:1:1:1。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料,该固体饮料中的各种成分协同作用,通过保护心肌细胞,促进心血管功能,提升高温环境下运动能力,快速补充能量和电解质,并能维持身体的能量和电解质平衡,使其功能迅速恢复,避免了中暑的发生。饮料中的中药成分(黄芪多糖、山楂提取物等)的活性成分具有强心作用,L-左旋肉碱通过脂肪氧化为心肌细胞提供能量,有利于心血管功能。可溶性膳食纤维可预防动脉粥样硬化和冠心病等心血管疾病的发生。葡萄糖是人体的主要供能物质,能够快速补充因高温劳动消耗的能量。牛磺酸可以改善心血管功能,如保护心肌细胞,抗心律失常,舒张血管等,此外还可减轻运动性疲劳和促进疲劳后恢复的作用,促进糖原合成,提高运动能力;支链氨基酸是专业运动员常用的运动营养补充剂;谷氨酰胺对提升高温劳动后的免疫功能有重要作用。该固体饮料中的氯化钠、氯化钾、葡萄糖酸钙是对高温导致的大量出汗引起盐分丢失的补充,以避免因水盐代谢失衡引发中暑。该固体饮料中的复合维生素也是对人体维生素的补充。木糖醇则有维持血糖平衡的作用。羟基红花黄色素A、丹酚酸B、丹参素和蓝莓花色苷能进一步加强心血管保护作用,羟基红花黄色素A、丹酚酸B、丹参素和蓝莓花色苷配合作用能够抗凋亡,抑制炎症反应、保护血管内皮。

实施例六
本实施例的对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料,原料按重量份包括以下组分:黄芪多糖4份、L-左旋肉碱2份,山楂提取物8份、可溶性膳食纤维8份(低聚果糖)、葡萄糖50份、牛磺酸3份、支链氨基酸2份、谷氨酰胺2份、复合维生素1份、氯化钠3份、氯化钾1份、葡萄糖酸钙0.5份、木糖醇12份、增稠剂3.5份(果胶和羧甲基纤维素钠)、2.5份羟基红花黄色素A、丹酚酸B、丹参素和蓝莓花色苷的混合物。
上述实施例中,所述羟基红花黄色素A、丹酚酸B、丹参素、蓝莓花色苷的质量比为1:1:1:1。
上述实施例中,将原料加入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀,并干燥杀菌后使产品成型,制得对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料。上述方法为制备固体饮料得常规方法。
本发明的固体饮料,易溶于水,方便携带,在进入高温环境前后倒入饮用水中溶解即可。
将实施例一的对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料用于小鼠试验:
1、将空白对照组小鼠(对照组)和长时间饮用(饮用2周以上)该固体饮料小鼠(实验组)同时置于温度40℃,相对湿度50%的人工热仓内,对照组和实验组的小鼠指标如下:
对照组小鼠肛温达到42.5℃的平均时间为150min左右,而实验组小鼠肛温达到42.5℃的平均时间为190min左右,说明该固体饮料可延长小鼠高温暴露时间。
2、将空白对照组小鼠(对照组)和长时间饮用(饮用2周以上)该固体饮料小鼠(实验组)同时置于温度40℃,相对湿度50%的人工热仓内进行高温暴露,两组小鼠的指标如下:
对照组小鼠肛温达到42.5℃时脱离高温环境,同时取实验组小鼠也脱离高温环境,观察两组小鼠存活率,对照组小鼠死亡率50%,实验组小鼠死亡率为0,说明该固体饮料可提高极端高温暴露后小鼠生存率。
3、收集高以上温暴露后两组存活小鼠的血清进行生化分析,与无高温暴露小鼠相比,对照组小鼠的血清心肌酶谱(肌酸激酶(CK),肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST),α-羟丁酸脱氢酶)显著升高,表明心肌细胞受到损伤,而实验组小鼠的血清心肌酶谱与正常普通小鼠一致,表明该固体饮料能够保护高温环境中小鼠的心功能。
上述实施例中,实施例2-6的固体饮料的效果优于实施例1。

1.一种对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料,其特征在于:原料按重量份包括以下组分:黄芪多糖2-7份、L-左旋肉碱1-5份,山楂提取物5-10份、可溶性膳食纤维5-10份、葡萄糖40-60份、牛磺酸1-5份、支链氨基酸1-5份、谷氨酰胺1-5份、复合维生素0.5-1.5份、氯化钠1-5份、氯化钾0.5-1.5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.1-1份、木糖醇5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料,其特征在于:原料还包括1-5重量份的增稠剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料,其特征在于:原料按重量份包括以下组分:黄芪多糖4份、L-左旋肉碱2份,山楂提取物8份、可溶性膳食纤维8份、葡萄糖50份、牛磺酸3份、支链氨基酸2份、谷氨酰胺2份、复合维生素1份、氯化钠3份、氯化钾1份、葡萄糖酸钙0.5份、木糖醇12份、增稠剂3.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述可溶性膳食纤维为低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖中的一种或几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为果胶、卡拉胶、麦芽糊精、羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种或几种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的对高温环境中机体心血管有保护作用的固体饮料,其特征在于:原料还包括1-5重量份的羟基红花黄色素A、丹酚酸B、丹参素和蓝莓花色苷的混合物。
