Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological control, and particularly relates to a synergist of a white star flower scarab attractant and a preparation method of a synergistic composition. The synergistic agent is a binary composition of phenethyl acetate or ethyl benzoate, and the ratio of the two is 10:1-1:1. When the synergistic agent is applied in fields, the synergistic composition of the white star flower tortoise attractant is prepared by mixing the synergistic agent and the Bai Xinghua tortoise attractant active ingredients according to the proportion of 1:5-1:1, and then the synergistic composition is matched with a corresponding slow-release carrier and a trapper for use. When the ratio of the phenethyl acetate to the ethyl benzoate is 3:1, the synergistic effect on the attractant is most remarkable, and the trapping amount of male and female worms is 2.2 and 2.3 times that of the p-bromoanisole respectively. The composition has obvious synergistic effect on field trapping and killing effects of the white star flower scarab attractant, and has important application value in green prevention and control of the white star flower scarab attractant.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological control, and particularly relates to a synergistic composition of a white star flower scarab attractant and application thereof.
Background
White star flower scarab beetles (Protaetia brevitarsis) belong to the family Coleoptera, and are distributed in the provinces of Hebei, shandong, liaoning, jilin, xinjiang, fujian and other nearby countries such as Mongolia, japan, korea and Russia. The adult white star flower scarab is a main dangerous pest state, has extremely wide recipe, and comprises a plurality of agriculture and forestry crops such as grape, peach, corn, wheat, sunflower, tomato, melon, willow, elm and the like. In the harm stage, the adult of the multi-headed white tortoise can be often seen to gather to harm host plants, and the yield and quality of agricultural products and fruit trees are seriously affected.
At present, the main control means of the white star flower tortoises is chemical pesticides, however, the hazard period of the white star flower tortoises is overlapped with the mature period of agriculture and forestry crops, and pesticide residues and environmental pollution are easily caused by excessive dependence on chemical control, which is contrary to the current requirements of green organic agriculture and forestry product production. Partial areas are also trapped and killed by adopting sugar and vinegar liquid, but the method is labor-consuming and has limited effect. Therefore, the exploration of the harmless prevention and treatment method of the white star flower scarab beetles is imperative. Anisole attractants for trapping and killing the white-star scarabs have been developed in the early stage of the research team, and a large number of the anisole attractants can be used for trapping and killing Bai Xinghua scarabs male and female insects in the field at the same time. In order to further improve the trapping effect of the white star tortoise attractant on the white star tortoise, a synergistic agent composition capable of synergistically and stably improving the trapping effect is screened out by adding other biological source volatile components into the attractant. The attractant synergistic composition developed by the invention is beneficial to improving the field trapping efficiency of the white star flower scarab attractant.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a synergist of an attractant for white-star scarabs and a use method thereof, so as to improve the trapping and killing effect of the attractant on the white-star scarabs.
In order to achieve the purpose, two substances which can enhance the trapping effect of the white star tortoise attractant are screened out through a large number of field trapping experiments, the substances are added into the white star tortoise attractant to remarkably enhance the trapping effect, and the synergistic composition of the white star tortoise attractant is developed by mixing the substances.
The invention discloses a white star flower scarab attractant synergist which consists of phenethyl acetate and ethyl benzoate according to the proportion of 10:1-1:1;
Preferably, the invention discloses a white star flower scarab attractant synergist which consists of ethyl phenylacetate and ethyl benzoate according to the proportion of 4:1-2:1;
More preferably, the invention discloses a white star scara attractant synergist which consists of ethyl phenyl acetate and ethyl benzoate according to the proportion of 3:1.
When the synergistic agent is applied, the synergistic attractant containing the synergistic composition is prepared by mixing the synergistic agent and Bai Xinghua-1:1 of effective components (taking p-bromoanisole as an example) of the scarab beetle attractant, then the synergistic attractant is added into a slow-release carrier polyethylene bottle, and when the scarab beetle is trapped and killed in the field, the polyethylene bottle is arranged on a barrel-shaped trapper and is hung in an orchard and the field.
The synergistic agent of the cudweed attractant provided by the invention can stably improve the trapping efficiency of the cudweed attractant on the cudweed attractant and enhance the field prevention and control effect of the cudweed attractant on the cudweed.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following specific experiments in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
According to the above method, the attractant (p-bromoanisole) and the synergist (phenethyl acetate and ethyl benzoate) are loaded into a polyethylene plastic bottle according to the proportion shown in table 1, and the synergistic effect of the composition on the attractant is determined by a field trapping test. During days 7, 15 to 12, 2022, field trials were conducted in Wen Renzhen Wang Pancun vineyard in Qingyuan county, baoding, river north. And selecting the integrated vineyard with uniform growth vigor and consistent management as an experimental area. The distance between the traps is not less than 15 meters. After setting, the number of the adult white-star scarab is investigated every other week, and the synergistic effect of the synergistic composition on the attractant is evaluated according to the record of the female and male scarab. The experiments were performed in total in 10 examples, 3 replicates were set for each treatment, and the synergistic effect of the synergistic composition was compared against the use of p-bromoanisole, phenethyl acetate, ethyl benzoate alone as controls.
The field trapping effect of the specific embodiment is as follows:
table 1 synergistic effect of the attractant synergist for white star tortoise in field
Note that: attractant: the data in the table are average weekly trap amounts per trap.+ -. SD for each trap.
The test results show that: the ethyl acetate or ethyl benzoate hardly attracts the white star scarabs, which means that the white star scarabs have no or weak attraction; and after the phenethyl acetate and the ethyl benzoate are simultaneously added into the attractant of the white star flower scarab, the insect attracting amount is improved to different degrees. When the ratio of the phenethyl acetate to the ethyl benzoate is 4:1-2:1, the synergistic effect is better; wherein, the synergy effect is most remarkable when the ratio of the phenethyl acetate to the ethyl benzoate is 3:1, and the trapping amount of male and female worms is 2.2 and 2.3 times of that of the p-bromoanisole respectively.
From the embodiment, the synergistic composition can remarkably improve the insect attracting amount of the white star tortoise attractant and enhance the field prevention and control effect of the white star tortoise attractant; meanwhile, the synergistic effect of the synergistic composition on the white star flower scarab beetles can last for more than 6 weeks. The trapping agent is used for preventing and controlling the white star flower scarabs, which is beneficial to reducing the using amount of pesticides, protecting natural enemies and protecting the environment.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: the foregoing description of the embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
